My Mother, "91 years Young" went there to dine, place seemed very musky, kind of dark, and downright spooky, she left a tip and her phone on the table, went right back to pick up the phone and it was gone, but the waitress "Jennifer" said she only picked up the tip! Would not advise to go there! Very shady people and felt like you were eating in a dungeon!

The menu is not very varied, when the order was placed several things were not available...they really should add other dishes so the customer has options when ordering. The parking lot is not safe, the restaurant does not have security cameras outside to provide security to customers who come to the restaurant... after leaving the restaurant on August 6, 2025, we realized that my car had been opened and 2 packages had been stolen... A bad time that I do not wish on anyone... Therefore, we will never return to the restaurant, nor do I recommend that anyone risk going... the area is not safe for anyone... total lack of security for customers.

The breakfast service required 42 minutes and the food was served at an unsatisfactory temperature. The waitstaff's attentiveness was also a concern. While the portion sizes were adequate and the pricing was average, the meal was served cold. A delay of 15 minutes or more was experienced when attempting to check out, and a ticket was unavailable. The waitstaff was inaccessible during this time. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the windows, doors, and tables requires immediate attention. Shreveport location Mansfield Road.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 breakfasts online, went to pick it up and they claimed they never received my order. I showed them where it was already deducted from my account WITH their store number, but nope, said they couldn’t make my order without a ticket and to take it up with corporate. Corporate apologizes but tells me it’s the individual “restaurant” that has to issue me a refund. Been 3 weeks now and they’ve kept my money…with TIP! (required to leave a tip with order). I hope the $30 was worth it to them to lose a pretty regular customer.

We eat at Denny’s in Pearland quite often! We are greeted by the manager and always seated quietly! The wait staff is always very friendly and the food is always point on! Will definitely be going back!

I went to Denny’s here by 6 Flags. I was really impress. From the parking lot to inside the restaurant was clean most especially the restroom. When I walked in the restaurant the host greeted me right away with a big smile and sat us. Server greeted us right away and took our drink orders. Very good customer service. Very welcoming. Made you feel important. That’s a plus. When our order came out food looks good and taste good. The quality of food are excellent. Keep up the good work.

Casa Grande Denny's has really gone down hill. Very dirty. The windows are so dirty they should leave the blinds down. Floors and tables dirty. Even got silverware that was dirty and had to get another set. At least the chicken fried was good and tender enough to cut it with a fork. Waitress was ok but, the hostess was very rude! Had her before, no change.

The was extraordinary. It was well cooked, very flavorful and the staff was treating me right. I never needed to ask the waiter for anything. She was very attentive to me. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10. I would love to come back again anytime.

The staff member Jennifer W was highly rude and none attentive.!! This Denny's was absolutely disgusting. The food was nasty overcooked with no seasoning. We left over HALF the food there we ordered!!! I do not recommend coming here. You will be disappointed!!!

Was at the Denny's in Jasper. The service was great and my food was excellent. The manager Shannon came out and asked us if our food was good and we told her yes. She was very nice and sweet. Made sure we were doing ok. Will definitely be returning. Also would like to say the restaurant was very clean.

Friday 28, 2025 approx. 5 PM. We were in there a half hour waiting with only one party in front of us to get seated once. One we were finally seated the waitress told us that there would be someone to us soon. She didn't explain that we were waiting to get our order taken by a waitress that was not on duty yet. We found that out after another half hour of waiting then a waitress showed up we sat there for that half hour with nothing to drink and no order taken we were quite frustrated and left the place without dining. Auburn Denny's on Auburn WY. S, Auburn, WA 98002.

I went for breakfast- Build Your Own $14.99, we ordered two and got in total 4 eggs, 4 bacon strips, 2 order of hash browns and two piece of toast each plus 2 coffee's - total $38.69 plus tip close to 50 bucks! No wonder no one eats breakfast at Denny’s anymore- total rip off, I know better now.

Denny's has been around for years. I remember going as a child with my parents. I loved it and still do... I'll be back with my family for sure 😁😁. The hot coco is the best by far and there's something for everyone in the family in their menu.

Haven't eaten at the facility sense moving to Carlsbad 5 yrs ago. I will say it was much cleaner, staff was awesome, and the food was actually good. Deb was our waitress and she was an absolute peach. She was on top of everyone's drinks, and was very personable.

My girlfriend and myself had an excellent experience due to our host Miccah at the Rosenberg Denny's. He was very courteous and polite. I highly recommend Miccah for a reward due to his skills and abilities as one of the best employees at that restaurant.

My family stopped off at Denny's to have us a late Valentine's lunch at 7112 I-10 West Orange Texas 77632 and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was clean. Cherie was great super fast. Friendly. Love the experience.

My husband were on our way home from Universal Studios and stopped at Denny’s in Clermont, FL. We had a good meal at a reasonable price. It was nice-sized portions - not tons of food but not skimpy. Our server was Mariah W. She was awesome. Kind, courteous, and attentive without being “overbearing”. She walked by frequently to check on us, but only asked if we needed anything and if everything was ok. She was very good.

Happen to be in CULVER CITY area where I had a issue with Denny´s last year services and I remember because they had up holiday decoration at that time I came in to get a hot breakfast which I was hungry and in a hurry but because I ordered my food well done it always takes a little longer, so that was understood and I was willing to wait but, after waiting for order it didn't come back to my likingś and I didn't want to complain I was hungry, but still I voiced my concerns to the MALE manager at the time he didn't seem to concern plus I ate my food so I paid and made sure I kept my receipt... So today I came into DENNY'S to get a complaint form... left out a happy customer after FEMALE manager MS. NIDIA T. actually listen to my concerns and made AMENDS on last year's purchase ...and I took this time to let you know she's a MANGER that does show up at work to do her JOB not just for the paycheck so any ¨ISSUES LET HER KNOW.¨

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Denny's in Pewaukee. Our server Julie had such great energy. We traveled to Wisconsin for the holidays. She made us feel like family. Very attentive to our needs. Pancakes were delicious.

Rodrigo is an excellent waiter! He brings all of the items we’ve requested hot and in a short time. He always comes back to check on us. He has a very pleasant, positive attitude. We appreciate him greatly!

Went to a Denny's at the Flying J in Peculiar MO. Ordered breakfast and specifically asked for crisp bacon. The bacon was far from crisp. They recooked the bacon. It appears they deep fried. It was curled up, nearly burnt and had no flavor. The hash browns had no brownness to it. Warm raw potatoes at best. The coffee was awful. Go, to Ihop if you want a good coffee. I did tip the waitress, after all it wasn't her fault.

I went to this Denny's and I received bad service. First, we had to be seated. We waited for five minutes before we sat down. When a man came in and she seated him immediately. We didn't get our menus yet! The waitress doesn't check on us. Then, we waited for 20 minutes before we got our check. She charged me full price for my dinner. I ordered off the 55+ menu.

We had a bad experience this evening at Ina Rd/Marana, AZ - no greeting, rush to a wet table. A waiter took our drinks order and later in a rude manner give us a speech based on his own misunderstanding and lack of client focused - this waiter LOUDLY indicated "I always listen my clients", no allowing us to speak. He seems to make the assumption that my husband was asking him to take my husband's coffee mug to their kitchen. My husband and I decided to let him 'take the stage' since we understand stress although do not support rudeness. It was difficult to enjoy eating after such intimidating behavior directed towards two elderly humans. My advice: cultural diversity training and psychotherapy.

This Denny's can be a great place to eat, but in my experience haven't been back for a while due to poor service. Came back been ok, but add it again. Ask for my drink, but that's it. Last time I was patient and waiting for over 30 minutes with some servers looking at me but not asking anything. Rather go to Ihop for now.

Had a wonderful experience with the service from Wanda **. She was very kind. Patient and polite with the children. She made my son so happy with her passion for children. If you go to this location look for her.

My m wife and I went out for breakfast at Denny's in Thornton Co. Our Server Marcia was Bright & Bubbly!!! She was very friendly and a great server, took excellent care of us!!!! She is a great asset to this restaurant!!

I & my wife were there this evening, Denny's - Flyin J T/S Franklin, KY. Place really sucked. There appeared to be 3 people working in restaurant that I could see, ALL were pretty well disinterested in doing their job. It took 1hr &20 min to get our food & that was with only 5 other customers in the whole restaurant & 2 walked out before their meal arrived. Apparently, the ONLY reason we got our meal when we did is I told the lady we were leaving & our meal magically appeared. Cold & very small portions & half cooked. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks we've been in there with pretty much the same results. There will NOT be a 3rd time.

I've always liked Denny's for a morning meal. In my opinion, it rates a higher score than posted. I come in the door and someone always says "Hi", it kind of makes my day. I have a little favorite seat in the front in which I can observe the people coming in and out of the restaurant. My favorite order is from the "Senior Menu", Chicken Fried Steak with two sides.

Ordered food at Denny's in Anthem AZ. They took my money $4.00. Went to pick it up. The place is closed. Now I don't know how to get my money back. Corporate won't call me back or email me. How can I make a order, Pay for it at a closed location on Dennys.com?

We go to the Bowridge Denny’s and always have a great meal whether we eat in the restaurant or order online. The food is always great and well served. It’s great to order a healthy or not so healthy meal.

Some of my co-workers and myself went there on Saturday for brunch. We were not told that there was going to be a wait. So we waited for almost 2 hours to get our food. There were items that some of us wanted and we were told that they did not have it. When the food finally came to plate was hotter than the food. No one likes cold eggs or cold pancakes. Then when we asked to speak with the manager. She comes over with attitude and was very rude. Slams discount cards on the table and says that she didn't have time for this and walks away. We will never be going back there to eat.

Overall, for the price and we really can't beat the food price, especially at two o'clock in the morning... I will say the Fort Myers Daniel's location needs new management... Staff is very customer friendly. The corporate management style is so overrated. Honestly, they need to go through corporate retraining. I understand why Denny's cannot keep any of their staff for very long. I.E. Happy staff equals happy customers... customers come back. Retraining your management!!!

Visiting Vegas went to Denny’s next to Palazzo! Went to sit down, took a while for a waitress to come over! Asked for a booth instead of a table, ignored by waitress!!! When seated, we weren’t given place setting, napkins & silverware!!!! Waitress finally came over, gave her order! Later came by and tossed on table creamers, 8 tossed on table along with extra straws! Noticed that tables were dirty and had not been wiped down! Finally food is delivered and frankly pancakes weren’t even hot! I asked, "Is there a microwave," and she said, "Yes!" By the time the pancakes came back, they were still lukewarm! Also the English Muffin wasn’t even toasted nor buttered! I won’t waste my money again in Vegas and especially Denny’s! They could take some cues from Glendale Az! Denny’s at 82nd Bell Road! The waitresses there are fantastic and tables are wiped down and place settings are given out when we're seated!!!!

** and ** will always make you feel comfortable. The work that they have provide will leave a lasting impression. The food is always fresh and made to order. If you ever have a problem, they will always try to make it work out for the good. I would give them 10 stars I WOULD.

The team did an amazing job. Made us feel welcome like we were family. From opening the doors for us. To working as a great team. Food coming out under 10 minutes and hearing everyone having an amazing time. Thank you team Denny's.

As a handicap customer, I ordered curbside, which I thought meant that since the payment was already made that they would bring the food out to me. The lady really expressed that she was not going to bring the food out and that she was not going to give me a refund. I sent someone in to get the food for me to keep from having a serious altercation with this woman. The lady needs to be sent home permanently.

So I went to visit a Denny’s on July 17 2024. The waitress we had was very rude and saying things that my husband and myself was wrong. When we got home I called the 800 and told them what happened, the lady said 3-5 days I should receive a refund. I got nothing. So I called back and spoke to another lady and she said that she would resubmit and I should receive a refund. This was the end of July. From Dennys corporate office to the restaurant the employees don’t care about their customers. I will never go back.

Not a place I want to go to again... The store is filthy and the cooks spit in people's food... so yeah no. Not a place I will be visiting any time soon. What kind of store have this corporations has been running... for shame.

Was at Denny's #9212. We had the salmon dinner. It was and always outstanding. My wife usually has chicken strips or salad. We go there almost every Friday evening. Mike the manager along with his crew always make sure we get everything done right. The wait staff we have had is Rebecca, Hailey, & Brett. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I were traveling thru Georgia and stopped at Denny's in Brunswick Georgia off I 95 exit 29. The server told us there would be a 30 minute wait to be seated, we were surprised since there were only three tables and two were already just served their food. She stated she was alone and needed to take the order for the third table. We left and as we got to our car she came out to have a cigarette. Apparently, she was not interested in customers. This is the worst customer service we have encountered.
