We went to Denny’s in Killeen, Texas. We were there for brunch. The food was very good. Our server Maja was the best. She seated. And swiftly took our orders promptly and cash this out when we were ready to leave. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We’ve been going to Denny’s for the New Year’s. We loved their choices of food and the people that work for Denny’s, especially Maja are fantastic. I hope she stays with the company for many years. She is an asset. I ordered a senior meal of omelette, Redskin, potatoes and pancakes. It was plenty of food for my husband and myself we shared and just enjoyed the atmosphere and our server. Thank you Maja.

Tabitha waitress at Denny's. Wonderful service. Very friendly. Greeted with smile. Personable. Birthday breakfast. Staff sang happy birthday. 🎂 Excellent review. Denny's has been a favorite of mine over 30 years. Last one in Wichita. Tabitha made my day. Wish there were more people like her.

We had breakfast this morning at Denny's in Jacksonville. Staff was okay, if a little reticent and soft spoken. Food was like any other breakfast chain. I had one egg, four sausages (standard portion) and an English muffin. Husband had an omelet, muffin and hash browns. We both had coffee. The bill was over $37.00! My one egg, muffin and sausages was over $12.00, because it was billed as a “build your own”. Coffee was $3.25 each. They think way too highly of themselves. We won’t be back.

Denny’s is not dealing with its customers in good faith and not informing the customers that they don’t honor "AARP -15% discount on any Grand Slam, Super Slam or any special." They wait until you get to the register to pay to find out that only your cup of coffee was discounted. The woman who works at Denny’s said she has been there for 6 years and it’s always like that. Which is a fabrication. In the past 16 years, we have eaten at Denny’s every couple of months and NEVER experienced that! The Denny’s in Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Daytona Beach, and Sarasota, they all honored AARP 15% discount.

This location just opened in Monroe, La on the 165 N and Forsythe bypass extension. I am a retired veteran and Ms. ** was the shift manager at both times I went to eat since a week of this location just open. Ms. ** is nice, kind, made sure my order was correct and gives good vibes to her customers. Always smiling and speaking to everyone. Next time I come to that location to eat, I’m eating and ready to see Ms. **!!

Restaurant #9660 Yuma Cotton lane Goodyear, AZ. We've enjoyed our Saturday breakfast. Ashley m. Was very gracious, kind. Her hospitality was excellent!! She is very attentive. She made sure we had everything including her beautiful smile and expertise. Thank you Ashley m. We'll be back and we're asking for you!!

Joyce was very nice, and restaurant was clean, service was awesome and loved their pancakes! The restaurant had very good food and I would recommend this to many friends and family. Too amazing to pass up when choosing a restaurant to go to!

I went to the Denny's in Davenport for breakfast to celebrate my birthday. From the moment I arrived, everything was fine. The waitress was very attentive, the food was good, and it was quick. However, when it was time to pay, the person in charge (I think it was the manager) told us that the rewards scanner wasn't working and had applied it manually. I had a birthday coupon, and it wasn't applied. So I don't understand why they do that?

I had a wonderful experience at the Denny’s in Green Bay, WI!! My waitress (Cynthia P) was amazing, great hospitality. She recommended a wonderful dessert and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend going there for breakfast or even a late night snack.

Hi, I need to tell Denny's on 350 Hwy in Kansas City, Raytown that Ms. ** our server was sooo great. She was full of love, joy and a great smile. I just loved her spirit, kindness and great service. I would live to have her service every single time. She totally made my day. Have not seen this customer service in many years. She would make the best of best managers. Ashlynn and Maryana are sweet staff that has great intensions. They are super helpful and has great attitude. They are extremely friendly and are fast on taking orders and they are great with other customers.

AUBURN, Wa. We came in for a simple lunch one afternoon and we were immediately welcomed by server, “Danny P."... Once we were seated, “Danny P.” was also our server. Our Order number was **, at table 11. He blew us away. He was doing the work of three people and staying very organized at that. It was somewhat of a slow day and there was only I think one other server in the whole restaurant and he was staying VERY Busy meeting, greeting, serving, ringing up customers orders etc and doing 100% customer service, while meeting the needs of every single person there and going like a bat out of hell and smiling the whole time. He was the best server ever. Other than when I first walked in I never saw the other server ever again. As far as I’m concerned, he was running the whole place..

Denny's Akron OH location (S Arlington) has the best breakfast ever and I say those even though it's between IHOP and Waffle House. My issue is they did away with the wonderful perks of $10 off $30 that we had all the time. That's what kept us a weekly customers. Now you're supposed to somehow collect "booth bucks" and eventually get some small free food item. Very very bad decision in my opinion. Went last night and had to pay full price as the app contained zero coupons or offers. Won't be going weekly anymore!!!

Great customer service from waitress. She tried to get my eggs cooked right. 3rd time was better. Also strawberry slam burnt in a circle on tops and bottoms. Men's Bathroom were deplorable. Graffiti and filth.

Wed. night dinner at the Denny's in the Villages. Food was great. Waitress Jacquelyn was the best we've ever had. We will make sure we go back at night to see her on a Wed. when she works. The Bourbon Chicken is always good. The Bourbon steak and potatoes were cooked perfect. Our son had the nachos which were very delicious. The service is always good. It never takes too long to get a meal. Our tea and soda were always full. We never had to ask for a refill.

The Denny’s in Brooklyn, Iowa has never been better! The new GM is doing a fantastic job – the place is super clean, the service is friendly and fast, and the food is hot and fresh. You can really tell they care. Highly recommend!

Kristin was my server while visiting Denny's and provided exceptional service. She had a great personality, very knowledgeable about the menu, and very suggestive. Great experience and plan to return in the future.

08/11/2025 we decided to stop @ 2316 Southmore Blvd in Houston for breakfast. It was my first time at this location. The customer service and level of cleanliness was excellent. I decided this would be my new Denny’s. The inside reminded me of Happy Days. I was met with a pleasant server named **. I had a small discrepancy. On site was a wonderful manager, **, who immediately resolved the issue. I left the location not knowing I left something behind. I called the store and I was impressed again. I spoke with a nice person, ** who had found my item. If you are in the area or haven’t been to Denny’s and want that old fashioned feel & customer service experience. Come here the entire place and staff were great! This was the best Denny’s experience I ever had. Thank you all for making my morning breakfast, great! Keep up the excellence! Oh and the food was great too.

My Mother, "91 years Young" went there to dine, place seemed very musky, kind of dark, and downright spooky, she left a tip and her phone on the table, went right back to pick up the phone and it was gone, but the waitress "Jennifer" said she only picked up the tip! Would not advise to go there! Very shady people and felt like you were eating in a dungeon!

The menu is not very varied, when the order was placed several things were not available...they really should add other dishes so the customer has options when ordering. The parking lot is not safe, the restaurant does not have security cameras outside to provide security to customers who come to the restaurant... after leaving the restaurant on August 6, 2025, we realized that my car had been opened and 2 packages had been stolen... A bad time that I do not wish on anyone... Therefore, we will never return to the restaurant, nor do I recommend that anyone risk going... the area is not safe for anyone... total lack of security for customers.

The breakfast service required 42 minutes and the food was served at an unsatisfactory temperature. The waitstaff's attentiveness was also a concern. While the portion sizes were adequate and the pricing was average, the meal was served cold. A delay of 15 minutes or more was experienced when attempting to check out, and a ticket was unavailable. The waitstaff was inaccessible during this time. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the windows, doors, and tables requires immediate attention. Shreveport location Mansfield Road.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 breakfasts online, went to pick it up and they claimed they never received my order. I showed them where it was already deducted from my account WITH their store number, but nope, said they couldn’t make my order without a ticket and to take it up with corporate. Corporate apologizes but tells me it’s the individual “restaurant” that has to issue me a refund. Been 3 weeks now and they’ve kept my money…with TIP! (required to leave a tip with order). I hope the $30 was worth it to them to lose a pretty regular customer.

We eat at Denny’s in Pearland quite often! We are greeted by the manager and always seated quietly! The wait staff is always very friendly and the food is always point on! Will definitely be going back!

I went to Denny’s here by 6 Flags. I was really impress. From the parking lot to inside the restaurant was clean most especially the restroom. When I walked in the restaurant the host greeted me right away with a big smile and sat us. Server greeted us right away and took our drink orders. Very good customer service. Very welcoming. Made you feel important. That’s a plus. When our order came out food looks good and taste good. The quality of food are excellent. Keep up the good work.

Casa Grande Denny's has really gone down hill. Very dirty. The windows are so dirty they should leave the blinds down. Floors and tables dirty. Even got silverware that was dirty and had to get another set. At least the chicken fried was good and tender enough to cut it with a fork. Waitress was ok but, the hostess was very rude! Had her before, no change.

The was extraordinary. It was well cooked, very flavorful and the staff was treating me right. I never needed to ask the waiter for anything. She was very attentive to me. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10. I would love to come back again anytime.

The staff member Jennifer W was highly rude and none attentive.!! This Denny's was absolutely disgusting. The food was nasty overcooked with no seasoning. We left over HALF the food there we ordered!!! I do not recommend coming here. You will be disappointed!!!

Was at the Denny's in Jasper. The service was great and my food was excellent. The manager Shannon came out and asked us if our food was good and we told her yes. She was very nice and sweet. Made sure we were doing ok. Will definitely be returning. Also would like to say the restaurant was very clean.

Friday 28, 2025 approx. 5 PM. We were in there a half hour waiting with only one party in front of us to get seated once. One we were finally seated the waitress told us that there would be someone to us soon. She didn't explain that we were waiting to get our order taken by a waitress that was not on duty yet. We found that out after another half hour of waiting then a waitress showed up we sat there for that half hour with nothing to drink and no order taken we were quite frustrated and left the place without dining. Auburn Denny's on Auburn WY. S, Auburn, WA 98002.

I went for breakfast- Build Your Own $14.99, we ordered two and got in total 4 eggs, 4 bacon strips, 2 order of hash browns and two piece of toast each plus 2 coffee's - total $38.69 plus tip close to 50 bucks! No wonder no one eats breakfast at Denny’s anymore- total rip off, I know better now.
