We just visited the DQ in Markle IN and everything you touch is sticky from the floor to the table and chairs and there is a sign in the bathroom door “not a public bathroom customer only”. What???? The food was not done the French fries were soft and rubber like. There were empty black metal basket all the table, why??? Very bad experience overall.

Bad experience at Dairy Queen on Elliott Knox, New Braunfels, Texas. Slow drive-thru times, consistently inaccurate orders, and cold food. Placed order through Drive today, 5/23/26, inaccurate order, didn’t realize order was inaccurate until I got home. Called them, explained my order was missing an order, just for the assistant manager Josie to tell me that it was an honest mistake, didn’t even offer to give us the item missing, blaming us for the mistake, stated they always repeat the order. The gentleman who took order never repeated the order, didn’t even include a receipt with the order, very unprofessional.

I went here and I asked can I get the $5 mix match deal and she said yes in drive thru and I got to window, she said no and charged me for regular burger, not the kids burger.

I ordered the 7 dollar deal and got chicken strips, sweet tea, onion rings, strawberry Sunday and I what I got was old fries and a unsweetened tea and when I looked at my receipt they didn't even change it to onion rings. It still said fries that made me more mad.

We placed an order online to eat in a restaurant. When we went inside, I went up to where you stand to get the order. It was several minutes before anyone even looked up at me. Several employees were standing towards the area where the desserts are made talking and laughing. I'm all for enjoying your job but when it's very slow inside the business and no one acknowledges you for several minutes, it's frustrating. I listened to them talk, make jokes and walk around. When a girl came up to the register, I asked about our order.
Another employee said they are making your blizzards. No, no, they weren't. Unless there is a new machine, and it does make noise. I mean, my boyfriend went to the bathroom. When he got back, I went. I came back out and he said no one had spoke with him still. I counted 8 employees there. I had never seen so many. There was one other couple in the whole place... No excuses. The blizzards were ok. And the employees weren't rude. They just didn't want to talk to us at all for some reason.

Every time I go to Daily Queen, they get my order wrong. Ticket is always correct but they make it wrong. I ordered a hamburger dressed the way I like it, and they put ketchup all over it. I ordered lettuce and mayo. Got pickles, mustard and ketchup smothered all over it!!

Ask for a large milkshake and it was 7 bucks, which is expensive for a normal milkshake, and they gave me 2 cups and says the first one was broken, also in the bottom of the cup there was chocolate and Reese peanut butter cups. Imagine if someone was allergic and had that.

The window screwed up and then they tried to double charge when I drove back around. I ordered a hotdog and basket of onion rings for 966. They gave me a small onion ring. I asked for a basket. Unacceptable. I went back and then they tried to charge me more. I wouldn’t recommend going to that Dairy Queen on Boylston Street in Worcester w Boylston, line.

My first visit to DQ on 1702 Havendale Blvd NW Winter Haven Fl 33881 at 8:16pm when I entered in my first expression was the cleanness was not very appearing, I ordered a small blizzard Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Vanilla and the ice cream was semi melted with chucks pieces of Reese’s, when I entered back into the store, one of the staff stated our machine is giving us trouble and re-made the Blizzards and overpacked it with Reese’s peanut butter to make the ice cream appear thicker. Sorry I did not take a photo.

On March 18, 2026, I took my wife and daughter to Dairy Queen at 6550 S Midvale Park Rd, Tucson, AZ 85746 for an after dinner treat. I asked for a banana split, only to be told they had no bananas. Disappointed, I ordered a Blizzard. After we had all ordered and I had paid, she said, "Now we have bananas! Would you like to order a banana split now?" Why would I want one now? How did she suddenly have bananas? The whole experience was very suspicious.

My God, I have got to say this Markell or Marquel and his crew in my 43 years no joke no one has ever treated me better and has ran a restaurant so perfectly. I’m in service. I work for Bish's RV. I run a service department and this guy is 10 times better at his job than I am and I am incredible. Somebody needs to realize this man needs to be grabbed up and so does the rest of the crew. All these boys are so freaking incredible. They had me crying when I left on times having a bad day and they just made me feel like I matter. I freaking. Love you guys.

Today we had our first ice cream in Mexico at Dairy Queen. For 100 pesos, you get a product worth a maximum of 50 cents. The ice cream doesn't taste bad, but it's mediocre at best. That's it for us and Dairy Queen ice cream for good. We've never experienced such a rip-off.

Nothing was correct. Spent 32.00 for crap. Chicken was rubbery, Hamburger had BQ on it and we specifically said NO BQ..The banana splits weren't even good. Cheese Curds were smashed flat in the box and husband's Onion Rings were so crumbed in their box, the actual Onions were bare. They didn't even give us our drinks after the girl told us she put drinks in holder in the bag. No hell no she did not. WHOLE ORDER WAS A MESS. NEVER AGAIN AT DQ!!!

I wouldn't even give them one star. All started when I placed an online request. First thing out of the cage the driver delivered it to the house in front of my apartment. Second, there was no drink when I specifically ordered one, I think the driver was drinking it on the way over. The food was inedible, looked like it sat all day, fries and bread were soggy and limp, chicken strips were cold and rubberlike. I just threw it all outside and not even the birds would touch it for days. I complained and all DQ cared about is if I would recommend them to others; AS IF! I told them no. I got no apologies, no refund, NOTHING! If we could give no stars, this place would make the list! They don't even deserve one star. These small rural areas will rip you off faster than anyone.

I recently visited the Dairy Queen located at 7010 S Hwy 85-87, Fountain, CO 80817. I utilized their mobile application to place two separate orders for drive-thru pickup. Despite only three vehicles preceding me in the queue, I experienced a wait time of nearly an hour for my order, which included a combo meal, a banana split, and two Valentine's Day cupcakes. Upon receipt, the combo meal was cold, and the large fries, for which an additional charge was incurred, were only half full. The banana split was significantly melted, rendering it unsatisfactory. I am particularly disappointed given the cost of these items and the compromised quality upon delivery. I am seeking a refund, though I have reservations about the likelihood of its approval.
While the staff members were courteous, the operational efficiency appeared to be a concern, as an hour-long wait with only three cars ahead is excessive. This marks my second visit to this particular location, and the previous experience also involved a considerable wait. Consequently, I will not be returning to this establishment and would advise others to consider alternative options if they wish to avoid extended wait times for substandard food and melted frozen desserts.

So, there are employees working at DQ located at 4114 E Lucas Dr in Beaumont, TX who complain in front of customers while you are giving and paying for your order. The "cook" openly complains about having better things to do than to fix orders for a line of customers. The last I checked, if someone wants a job, they would go to work and provide world-class customer service and not complain about how many customers they have to "cook" for.
That lady acted unprofessional and "**" (please excuse the term, but this is the only way to describe her unprofessionalism). It was as though I was simply at a hangout and not a place of business. We were really surprised that a person like that would be working there with that type of attitude. The drive-thru cashier did not correct her or apologize for the lack of professionalism by the other staff member. What happened to customer service? If a person cannot, or will not provide world-class customer service to all customers, they may not need this job. Thank you.

I just ate a sorry excuse for a flame thrower burger. Paid over $14. For a patty and cheese, one 1/2 strip of bacon and drizzle of flame thrower sauce on a smashed buns. McDonald's basically cheese burger has more on it and is bigger than this burger.. and since when does a flame thrower only have a patty cheese, a 1/2 strip of bacon and small amount of sauce on it and no veggies? Now I remember why I only get ice cream and chicken stripes at DQ. They are no good for anything else. 🤦♀️🤦♀️

OMG I have not gone to Dairy Queen in quite a while because it’s kind of pricey for me. I got a small concrete and two large concrete. They were in a cupholder on my front seat in my car. As I was going home, a car stopped in the middle of the street and I slammed my brakes on and the concretes went flying, hit the glove department and fell down on the mat. I had to go up another street and see how much of the concrete or splashed all over the floor. Dairy Queen really has great lids on their drinks. All three of the concrete lids were still on the concrete. Even though all three of them were badly hit. I was so happy that I had to write this review. Thank you so much, Dairy Queen. You’re awesome. Oh yeah, I drank one of those concrete and it was great and very fresh.

The Bun that comes on the Cheeseburger is no longer edible. I tried biting into the Cheeseburger to only bite through everything but the Bun. This caused all of the innards to come completely out. The Bunn was like a Gummy Bear, not exaggerating how stretchy it was. Could not eat it. I read about how they changed the Bun to a more dense Bun and that no one likes. Sad to say, I will not be back.

For the past two years, I’ve driven to this Dairy Queen every other Friday from the Cypress area—just 10 minutes away. I’ve been a consistent customer, ordering the same combo each time. Today, I asked for the DP Patty Melt Combo. The sign showed a Dr Pepper cup, no mention of size. I handed over $20, expecting the usual. Instead, I was charged extra without any clear explanation.
When I questioned the charge, the owner didn’t speak directly to me. Instead, she argued over $1.69. That moment said everything. It wasn’t about the money—it was about respect. I come from a time when customer loyalty meant something. When businesses understood that regulars keep the doors open. Back then, if service was poor, you simply didn’t return. Now, we leave reviews.
Customer service isn’t just about transactions—it’s about relationships. It’s about recognizing the people who show up, again and again. Arguing over a small charge instead of listening cost this location a loyal customer. Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s felt this way. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Respect is earned—and it should be mutual.

First they took forever to even acknowledge me at the counter, when I said I had a mobile order the server acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Then when I asked for my drink she said there wasn't one on the order but in my mobile recipe I ordered one. And instead of handing me a cup to get my own drink she took 5 minutes to give me my drink.

Don’t waste your money. They're rude and very racist. The guy wouldn’t even help me with giving me their Internet passcode so I can unlock my card and have cold nasty food, then when he handed me my food he was very rude. The fires were cold as well but they taste better than the burger I bought.

I stopped going here years ago because an ice cream shop Should Have Ice Cream. For weeks, they never had chocolate ice cream. I tried again about a year ago. Unfortunately, this past weekend, same problem...but worse! Mobile ordered. No one answered at drive-thru (multiple vehicles) NOR at window. After minutes of no service, I literally had to rap on drive-thru window just to get service. I also had a clear view of front counter, which was empty (no customers). Minutes later, a guy mozied to windows to tell me they "thought they may be out" of chocolate ice cream. (?!?) After explaining that I don't eat vanilla& would rather be refunded, a woman slithers to windows holding my $3 cone with 1" of ice cream on a cone. This Cameron, NC location should just close! Too many other places around to spend my money. I went to Food Lion & bought a half gallon for same price.

WOW $7.19 for a burger!!! A 4-PIECE chicken strip basket with fries, gravy, and toasted butter bread is $8.63. The ONE BURGER was $7.19.; that's ridiculous. Your prices are too much. You do not have your prices clearly stated.
