Everybody at Traxion Tax was nice. They gave me a quote of $6,000. I paid that quote and then I called back six months later asking, "Is everything okay? I haven't heard anything." The rep said, "Oh, everything is good. Your case is taken care of." So I asked him, "Well, what does that mean? I'm on a payment arrangement? I didn't get a contract or nothing." I've been working with them since 2017 and they said, since COVID hit, everything was put on hold. I said, "Oh, okay. So, now what?" Because now COVID is over. They replied with, "Well, you have to pay us another $6,000." I ended up paying them another $6,000. But they didn't resolve anything. I'm currently in the process of just doing everything myself, but I've given them over $24,000.

My experience with Traxion has been outstanding. I've worked with many tax preparers in the past, and Jason, the tax preparer with Traxion, is unbelievably sharp. He's taken my documents and put them together in a very nice fashion and had everything ready to file very quickly and professionally. He highlighted things that I should have considered that others didn't highlight in the past, that probably I should have gone back and redone. From the tax preparation side, it’s been fabulous. The customer service is off the charts. Any time I have a question, it's answered quickly. Their account representative who is assigned to me is always on point and available as well.
