I recently did a loan with Tento for an excavator. The lending process was good and very quick. I went through Fundera and they referred me to a gentleman who was directly working for Trenton. He gathered some information from me over the course of a week, went back and forth, and the loan was funded fairly quickly and effectively. Tento had one person who was assigned to me who was very good about getting back with me and going back and forth with me through the loan process.

We needed more equipment and Tento was easy to deal with, and we had quick approvals. The online application process was very quick and simple. Tento gave us different routes we could go and that worked out best for us. I went with my loan officer, gave them the paperwork they asked for, and we had approval within four days. After we got funded, it was within 24 to 48 hours from when we got the approval to when it was financed.

The application process was very quick, and the agent that worked with me, Andrew, was very helpful, understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable. I can only say good things about him. When we got approved, we were waiting for them to find the perfect equipment (a trailer) and Tento helped me out with the online authorization. I didn't need to move anywhere and I liked that. I had an issue with the title company because they put in the wrong address and did a bad application on the title transfer, but besides that, I'm very satisfied. I am looking to work more with Tento, and I have recommended them as well.

I've used Tento before for my trailer. I went back to them recently and I used the same broker. Andrew, the guy I worked with, was excellent and they should make him run for president. He knew his stuff and wasn't stringing me. Some people just want you to take money at whatever cost. He was also very informational and he narrowed things down to the T which was exactly what I needed. I also went thru the same process, which involved communicating online and by phone. Their website was excellent and the price was fair. After I processed my application, it took a couple of days before I saw any offer. I wasn't going to go with it at first, but I did the calculating and it was the best decision to make at that time. After that, funding took less than a week and so far, it's been great.

I've had a working relationship with the guy for 10 years and it has been easy. Old Andrew reaches out every once in a while, see how things are going, see if I needed any working capital or equipment coming up. So, it reminds me he's there if I need them. I sent them my two months' bank statements, my couple of years of taxes, and sent it off. If I needed equipment, I don't need to worry about it. I call Tento and say, "Just get this done," and they take care of it. So, it's easy if I need to go into a new field where I have been doing something and be able to start up a new entity if needed. That's sweet. Easy approval.

I liked Tento's customer service. They were helpful and honest. I was able to get the equipment.

Tento seemed to have good customer service, and we ended up working with them. They delivered on what they said they had to deliver on. Their response time was fine. They worked through an assistant in the office here that does that type of activity, and it was fine. Working with Tento is good for us.

They have a simple process online. I've worked with them on an occasion a couple of years back. My contact was Andrew and I reached out to him because I needed equipment financing. The response time was very good. I inquired, wanted to make sure that they could do that type of financing. I told them I was gonna let them know when the equipment was ready. That took about a month before I went with the application. But when I did the application through funding, it was five days in total. Everything went as it should and as I expected.

Tento offered me a fair deal on equipment financing. The application process was easy. I just applied online. My experience went well.

The application process at Tento is easy. It happened quickly, within three days. It took 48 hours for the funds to be available. They also made it easy for me. I didn't have to go through a lot of crap. It was good.
