I recently did a loan with Tento for an excavator. The lending process was good and very quick. I went through Fundera and they referred me to a gentleman who was directly working for Trenton. He gathered some information from me over the course of a week, went back and forth, and the loan was funded fairly quickly and effectively. Tento had one person who was assigned to me who was very good about getting back with me and going back and forth with me through the loan process.
The thing with business funding in general, in this particular case as well, is the access to the account afterward. With the day and age that we're in, I should be able to pull my account up and, "Okay, here's my loan account for this. Here's what my balance is." I should be able to make payments online. It's a little awkward. It doesn't seem like I have all the information. I had the loan docs that Tento sent over to me digitally, but it doesn't appear that I have a way to get in and see what the status of that loan is online. When I inquired about that, they said they didn't have that ability.
A bit of sneakiness comes in with lending where they almost don't want you to have direct access. They just wanna keep taking your money. I found that out with another loan process I went through. I was like, "Why isn't this easier? Just like our credit cards where you can get online and make payments." It was like, "If you wanna see your loan documents and know where you stand, you have to knock on this special door three times." Working with the company allowed us to move quickly on a piece of equipment that we knew it was a good deal and would be gone if we didn't get the funding quickly. So from that end, it was a positive experience. The whole process of getting the loan and going through the loan process was very helpful and the gentleman that helped me with it was very wonderful to work with. They could just have more transparency on the back end of the process.

We needed more equipment and Tento was easy to deal with, and we had quick approvals. The online application process was very quick and simple. Tento gave us different routes we could go and that worked out best for us. I went with my loan officer, gave them the paperwork they asked for, and we had approval within four days. After we got funded, it was within 24 to 48 hours from when we got the approval to when it was financed.

Tento seemed to have good customer service, and we ended up working with them. They delivered on what they said they had to deliver on. Their response time was fine. They worked through an assistant in the office here that does that type of activity, and it was fine. Working with Tento is good for us.

They have a simple process online. I've worked with them on an occasion a couple of years back. My contact was Andrew and I reached out to him because I needed equipment financing. The response time was very good. I inquired, wanted to make sure that they could do that type of financing. I told them I was gonna let them know when the equipment was ready. That took about a month before I went with the application. But when I did the application through funding, it was five days in total. Everything went as it should and as I expected.

The application process at Tento is easy. It happened quickly, within three days. It took 48 hours for the funds to be available. They also made it easy for me. I didn't have to go through a lot of crap. It was good.
