    My car was totaled. They got my check 11 days ago. Took them the entire week to apply it to my loan. They were trying to get me to defer payments that shouldn’t have not even been charged. Car was totaled in October. They still assessed November’s bill and TRIED to get me to defer payments WHICH IS ILLEGAL when the car is in total loss status and they have received the funds. Illegal practices just to squeeze money out of you. NEVER AGAIN.

    Since I've been with this company I have trouble getting into my account every single time I wait for verification from call or text and never get it. There are fees for absolutely no reason. Even on time payments the next time I go to pay random hundred dollars here and there? For what? What a scam. My payment was right on time last month (they charge 20 for even one day late) and I tried to call to pay early and it was randomly $100. I don't even know what for literally no communication. Will be leaving soon.

    They are not trustworthy. You pay them earlier they put it down as late! When you pay the car off they submit it's a charge off! 100% Scammer vibes even as I go through my second dispute on a car my insurance paid off a year ago in full, and made an extra payment while it was being processed.

    This place is so unprofessional. My car was totaled a year ago. I owed money on my car, so the insurance and GAP paid off my car almost completely. I lost my job and my payments were $720.00 a month. I didn’t have a car no longer due to it being totaled. I talked with Regional about my situation to see what they can do until I get financially situated again. I only owed $2,500 was my balance.

    Regional said they would get back to me regarding my payoff and if I can get a payoff amount with no late fees or late charges knocked off, since the car was almost paid off. They have not called me back, they are rude, told them my situation over and over. They are not willing to help assist nobody even if I no longer have the car, the insurance company kept the car. They call and hound me every day. I was willing to settle for the balance I owed but they keep charging me late fees added to my balance. They're just wanting it to get higher so they can send to collections. They are a ruthless business. I would not do business with them.

    43k still "owed" on a 2024 Nissan Kicks. Even the towing company (we chose voluntary repo) informed us Regional told them that day to repo the vehicle... after Regional kept telling us for a week the order was put in. So, they completely lie, there is no paying off this debt, and expect you to respond "Thank you, daddy." A couple of tips; let them know the vehicle will be reported as an abandoned vehicle, that the loan is terminated so there will be no more interest accruing on it and that you do not consent to auto dial calls anymore. There are also several numbers. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. We took through photos and will update with the "balance after auction."

    I DETEST this company! Got hung up on 3x, trying to find out a question to my situation. They're absolutely VICIOUS in the rudest way - especially now that our car was totaled and in an accident. Been with them for 6 years and I'd rather rip out my own teeth without anesthesia, than talk to them PERIOD.

    I have bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade with them brand new in 2021. I have had nothing but good with them. I pay attention to due dates, never skipped payments and always pay a few extra dollars towards principal. Check my statements monthly and kept a copy of my loan agreement. I have less than two years and it will be paid off. With auto financing interest is always frontloaded. I don't understand any of the negative reviews for that as I clearly understood that as I closed the loan back in May of 2021. I also am thinking about paying it off six months early with a lump sump. They said just to call and confirm actual amount. No issues. Been good to me, always pay at least a week before due date. I appreciate their business and willingness to lend to me. Love my Jeep!

    Yes my car was total lost on April 10th. Insurance company sent RAC a check for 7000$ and I only owed 3000$ left of car. My insurance company said they deposited and cash the car payoff check on April 25th. Why is it now 2 1/2 months and I still have not gotten my overage payment to go purchase me another vehicle and every time I call I get someone different that tells me a different story Everytime I inquire about my overage payment reimbursement.

    I have a 2023 Mitsubishi. Like everyone else their customer service people are rude and relentless. I took over the payments from my husband. I got the vehicle caught up. In May their app said my balance was 275 and some change. I paid that on May 9 2025. I was at a zero bay. On May 15 when car note is due app said zero balance. I called their number to make sure. May 15th zero dollars. Next payment june 15 in the amount of 816.26. Lo and behold today I check to see if my June payment was there and now it says 856.07 due May 15. So I go from having a zero balance to a late balance with an additional fee.. I can't wait to be out under this company. If this keeps up they can come take this vehicle I can't stand dealing with their lying rude ** anymore. Just simply fed up. Do not ever use Regional Acceptance for a loan.

    I have been a customer for 4 years and have paid all payments on time but my car got stolen and totaled then they call me every day wanting me to make a payment when the insurance has already paid them well what the car is worth. I set up arrangements to pay the balance in payments then after the first installment is paid they call wanting more money. They have been so heartless to my situation.

    Bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra in March 2022. Been making payment. Had to defer some but still making most of them. They still have me owing more than I paid for the car. They have put 0 on the principal. I was paying 579 a month on a 25,000 dollar loan. They still say I owe 25,000. The car is totaled now. Insurance is only paying 10,660. I have gap to cover most of the rest. The car was totaled in April. They know it's totaled. They still want me to make payments on it until they receive the insurance check. Which was mailed to them 11 days ago. They are a complete rip off. Stay far away. If the dealer offers you a car but using Regional Acceptance don't do it..

    I bought a car from this company in 2016. I’ve made my payments religiously except for during Covid when I had to take some extensions. I understand that fast-forward to 2025. The car is almost 10 years old. I still owe $21,000. they say, how is this even possible? I’m contacting a lawyer.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve these matters, I have not received any assistance, and my concerns remain unaddressed. I am particularly concerned about the lack of transparency and the absence of clear communication channels. The customer service representatives I have contacted appear to be unaware of these issues until I reach out, which suggests a systemic problem within your support infrastructure.

    As a paying customer, I expect to have access to my account information and receive timely support when issues arise.     I wish I could sue for time wasted and emotional damage. They have been nothing but a headache to deal with. The guy on the phone kept interrupting me, threatening to garnish wages, saying I was wasting his time. His job is to speak with customers, not belittle and yell at them. I was only trying to explain how often I had been trying to get in touch, via phone and email and he screamed saying I was lying, there is nothing wrong on their end.

    They hit you with exorbitant fees, making it impossible to refinance or trade in due to being completely upside down on the loan. We were drowning after dealing with huge medical emergencies and losing a job due to those emergencies. We tried every avenue to decrease the payment. This guy just kept yelling at me saying to make a payment or they would repo and sue and to stop wasting his time and hung up. I would never ever in a million years take a car loan with them.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid my car off on March 27th and they told me the payout was one amount however it turned out to be another. I ended up paying them a average of 914.49. They said they mailed me a check on April 4th and it is now May 5th and I have yet to receive it. They keep giving me the runaround about my money. They are not a good company to do business with and I never will again.

    I am not actually a customer of theirs. They continue to call me and I have been asked to be taken off their call list. I'm not sure how they got my number or who they believe I am. Most of the time when I answer the phone, they hang up on me. I have tried to call back to explain this and to ask again to be added to a no call list, after being on hold for several minutes, I get hung up on. I even blocked one of their numbers and they started calling me from another one. Customer service is poor when I have spoken to employees.

    I have been with Regional Acceptance for 5 years and over the course of years only small portion of my payment were put to the principal balance. I have paid more than the loan in interest. On top of that this has affected my credit score and at this rate I will be paying 3 times the loan amount. I noticed on some of my statements nothing was put towards the principal. I feel like I’m stuck in a bad place. This has taught me to pay more attention to loan agreements. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact feel that this company needs to be reviews for predatory lending.

    I keep getting calls only to be placed on hold "due to high call volume" so I hang. I final get connected to a person just to hear your behind even tho the insurance has paid and their waiting on Trophy Nissan to pay the GAP insurance which they just sent just last week. I just received a hit to my credit do to other not doing their job.

    They are worthless, rude and disrespectful so here what's going on. My wife and I got suv from Randy, they told us we would only be paying $28,0000 when we got the SUV and had it financed through Regional. They added another $17,000 and with other charges added my vehicle in up 48,000 which is almost $33,000 more than what my vehicle is worth, the kelly blue book is only $10,000. Don't get me wrong, we are struggling with this but we are making it.

    I also call to make a payment. They told me they don't keep cards on file but now explain this to me when I called and made a payment with my cash app card and I look about a month later they try to take out another payment on my cash app card so how did they get that information and they also hung up on me once but twice when I try to tell them what their employee told me and my wife. So I give them 0 stars. I even try to ask for with making the payment cheaper and they wouldn't help me. They do not care about their customers and customer family. I got more respect from people working at Walmart than I have here.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. 3 months after I bought a car, my car was parked in front of where I lived and someone with a stolen car hit my car, flipped it into the neighbor’s yard, and it was totaled. I had full coverage. Progressive paid my loan through Regional Acceptance off. Progressive even confirmed that Regional Acceptance cashed the check the day after they received it. The accident was in August and they received payment in August. They reported to the credit bureaus that I didn’t pay my car payments from August through October, that I was 120 days late on my payment. Which is a complete lie, because it was completely paid off. 3 years later, it is still negatively affecting my credit score. I’m looking into filing a lawsuit if they do not remove it from my credit.

    They are extremely terrible! Please do some research! We got a car for $24K, it’s been two years and we still owe $23K! They call everyday to make sure we are on track and for payments. Regional is awful.

    I requested a payment extension because I lost my job on 10/31/2024. I am late on December which is why I requested a payment extension. I do have intention to pay my monthly payments especially with my husband’s help but I also need a break because I’m waiting for unemployment to kick in and also pay my other bills. My request was denied. I’ve also been told from other customers that their payment request gets denied as well. What’s the point of offering it if you won’t abide by it.

    This company is one of the worst car companies to EVER deal with. Literally, like Pathlight property of auto loans. Please save yourself the trouble. They WILL NOT work with you. They WILL NOT show any patience or care in The process. You WILL get spam called 7 times a day if you are even a day late. I would NEVER EVER recommend these people. Ever.     This company is the worst company that I was enlightened about on making a handicap vehicle purchase on a trade-in, my loan was written for 40,000. I’ve had the loan for two years and three months and my payout as of 4 December was $36,339.87 so roughly I have paid over $15,000 in interest and only not even $5000 towards my principal.. I’ve called this company numerous times their reception. People are nothing but rude and disgusting. I am taking action as I feel. I have been ripped off, these people need to be held accountable for the wrong they are doing, I will not recommend this company to any of humanity, and of course I’m being ** around about my lean that I paid off. Last time I checked, it was my car not theirs. They wanna act like they did me a favor like no you did not, racking interest rates and not telling people and taking advantage of over $20,000 a year in money is not right!!!

    I was speaking to this gal name Carol. The call was going good at first but then got impatient with me the first 2 minutes of the call. You would think the call center representative would be respectful. NOPE! NEVER heard of a call center have people with attitudes this bad. Thought they’d get fired, but the owner doesn’t seem to care.

    Carol isn’t the only one that I encountered a terrible attitude with, it's every time I get on the phone to talk to one of the representatives! Carol definitely caught my eye though. There was an automated number that called me so I answered. It gave me the option to speak to Carol so I did. Told her I was late on my payment for this month and she immediately said “You know you don't have to call every time to make a payment right?” Had to explain to her that the automated phone number called me and it gave me the option to speak with a representative. I don’t know what’s happening in their call center, but maybe they shouldn’t be working there if their attitudes are going to project on customers. I put a loan on my car in April. Starting to regret my decision, but eventually, this car is going to be paid off and I don’t ever have to deal with them again. Overall, my experience with them hasn’t been good.

    This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star review... Roughly 8 years ago I purchased a car for 18k with a monthly payment of $373.11... I have paid $400 a month religiously the entire time I've had my car and sometimes I paid more than that! In the last 3 years, I've been fighting Chevy over manufacturer defects in my 2016 chevy equinox. My engine has blown twice now and no mechanic will touch it at this point and chevy won't do anything to take responsibility even though they were just sued for hundreds of millions of dollars for the exact issue I've always had with my car... I called to see what my payoff was considering that I've been making $400+ payments every month.

    The last time I checked my principal balance, I was around $9,760 and that was roughly 8 months ago.... My principal balance hasn't even dropped by 1k in that amount of time even though I've paid $3,200 in that amount of time... Something is off with this company.. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! NEVER EVER!!!
