Daniel was patient with me, as I was very hesitant to let these accounts go and have creditors coming for payments. But his empathy and knowledge of the subject made it clear that sure maybe I could keep paying on time but eventually interest would win out. And he was right.

Daniel was easy to work with and non-judgmental when it came to my debt issues. I'm now more confident that some of my debt will cease to be a weight around my neck bearing me down. Justin made me very comfortable with this whole process. Professional treatment by the agent! The agent was thorough and answered all of my questions! The agent always asked if I understood the questions. I was with another Company and switched as a result of the customer service I received by the agent. I am comfortable either company and the agent and look forward to working with him.
