I called expecting the old sales pitch but I got real answers and results! Jim ** didn't give me a runaround but real advice and saved this disabled veteran from months of high anxiety. I highly recommend you call Jim **. I spent time, just before calling Jim, on another call just to be told to set up an appointment for a future awkward talk/sales pitch. Jim took the time and listened for 16 minutes and went over several options I had in mind and others I wasn't aware of. I discussed options for my IRS challenges with several companies. I also use Claude.ai for a good deal of confirming what I find or hear from the various enrolled agents AND the initial representatives. Most have a bit of a sales pitch or hustle. Always respect hustle, not so much on overstating the facts. With Claude.ai research as my source, Larson and team came out on top. Jim ** and Rui ** followed the rules, were respectful and timely. At the end of the day, my goals brought me to a choice to stand with my existing Installment Agreement. Closing the file was prudent and fit my circumstance. I got no push back from Rui or his team.
