We have them as a receptionist to answer calls when we are not in the office. We also have them take messages if we are on the phone and unable to get another call coming in. The first month or two, they were wonderful. Then, things started to slide in the sense that the messages they were sending to us had inaccurate information and misspellings. Other than that, we've had a couple of different account managers and their responses to any concerns have been wonderful. If there is ever an issue and we email about it, we get a response immediately, which is greatly appreciated.

We don't keep anybody in the office all the time and we needed to have a little better customer service. People call in and they get an answering machine. With Abby Connect, we’re serving our customers that call better. I'm able to screen calls better because they screen the junk calls but for the customers, they get somebody to talk to. Abby Connect is able to put them through to me or one of my guys when we're out in the field. As the owner of the company, I'm trying to wean people off calling my cell phone all the time. Everything's been good with Abby so far.

I had my secretary check out the different services that were available including the cost, services and what kind of reviews that they had. She interviewed two of them and came up with her recommendation for Abby Connect, which was how we ended up with them. Their service is good and I don’t have any complaints. The only thing I would like is not to have to ask frequent callers their phone number or email.

We just terminated our service with Abby because I hired another person here but we liked their service. I was pretty happy with the way things worked and the feedback I got from clients was satisfactory. My clients felt they were being handled. We don't have a need for their service right now but we will use them again in the future.

Abby Connect field the calls and send them to us. If it's a plumbing, business-related phone call, then it comes to me and I get an email. It’s easier that way if I can at least see what I'm needing to call somebody back for. Having the service has freed us up from being constantly on the phone and they've been great.

We work in a mortgage company. The branch has its own receptionist but we have to share them with everybody else in the office. The benefit of having Abby Connect is it's just for our team personally in the office. So, it's great. We sent an email to Abby so they can know where to filter the calls, whether it's to somebody who's in escrow or whether it's to somebody who's a new lead. They've done a really good job calling the right person when a borrower or a Realtor calls. They did a really good job filtering the calls for us. It's really important that we have the call go to the right person.

I like Abby Connect. Sometimes, they call the wrong line. It's hard to determine who they need to talk to. But if they call me, I lead them to the right direction, and they're very apologetic and nice about it. Then they connect it to the right person.

We use live answering and it has worked fairly well. The phone gets answered so we don't have to drop something and run to a phone at a desk and answer the phone to find out it's somebody in India trying to sell us car insurance. We talk with Abby's receptionists every day and they're polite. The service has solved our problems with not having somebody answering the phone all the time and fielding all the stupid calls and weeding them out.

We've been using Abby for about two years now and we like their service a lot. We utilize their answering service. They're able to route our calls to different employees since we're not working in the office right now. They're helping with calendars as well. Abby is very helpful. I have a lead person that I speak with if we have issues and she's able to get back to me right away. We haven't had many issues but when do have them, she's able to correct them right away.

I was looking for a receptionist and they have a smaller minute package than anywhere else. We're a small business and I didn't use very many minutes, and they have the fewest. They’re good. It's nice that when DHL or FedEx or anybody calls, they get routed to our cellphone numbers.

Most people are impressed that they get a live person to talk to. We hear that all the time. They expect to hear a machine, but when they get a live person, it's really mindblowing to them to get that in this day and time, and that's what we really wanted. It has helped us in our campaign 100% because nobody else has it.

The calls are better handled with Abby. Whenever they're training somebody new, sometimes there'll be something that isn't perfect. But they are very quick to correct and go back and retrain that person. They're very responsive. They step up quickly to correct a situation that isn't perfect. So they do a good job. They fill a niche for medium and small-sized businesses that are not ready to have a full-time receptionist sitting in the office. But even when we are ready for that, I would still use Abby for after-hours calls. Our company is about quality and customer experience and I feel the same about them.

The service is good, and we like Abby. We were with another answering service, then we gave Abby Connect a try and what they offered was great overall. They catch stuff and try to do damage control if they feel something didn't go quite right. They're good about calling and letting me know about a situation, if it was one of our clients that they don't think is gonna be so happy, but they tried everything they could, and they sent recordings. They're very proactive, as if our customers and clients are theirs, and get problems solved.
Anything I inquired about, I've always been given an answer, and everything has always worked out smoothly. Even down to voicemail setups, transferring calls and the staff, everything has been working pretty good. We went from using them part-time to eliminating our phone person and just using Abby. I would absolutely recommend them. It's an all-in-one service, and they really try to provide excellent customer service. We don't have any complaints, and our attorneys are hard to please. We haven't had the need to run anywhere or look for any other solutions.

We are an independent insurance agency, and we have a full time receptionist that also has other responsibilities. The goal is to have every call answered live by someone, and with only one person, that's difficult to do. We were having calls go to our IVR decision tree, and that wasn't the experience that we wanted, so we started looking for a virtual receptionist. I tried another company first, which was very disappointing in every way that matters, then I reached out to Abby as our second choice.
Abby Connect is answering the phone with a specific script, which the company I used before didn't tell me this initially, but once we got onboarding with them, they said, “Oh, we don't use scripts. You can't tell us the way that you want the calls answered.” With Abby, not only are they answering the phone following the script that we gave, but also, they're fielding some calls to keep it from going to some of our back office folks by asking some questions and putting the information into an email and sending it to us. That willingness to work with us is saving our staff time, which allows them to be more profitable and productive. Abby is helping us grow our bottom line, because whatever we've asked them to do, they have done.
The rep, Alexandra, has been great to work with, and the other thing that I really liked about Abby is the portal that not only do we have the ability to update with, “I'm going to be out this afternoon,” but also, their ability to store the script in the portal. To be able to go in, if I want to make a modification in the script, I just go to the portal and that's instantly pushed out to the team. We can change our packages and how many minutes we want. We can also look back at past history. They put a lot of tools into the portal that makes it very easy to manage the account with Abby. The only thing is every time I do a test call, I find that the receptionists are very consistent in the way that they answer the phone. They do follow the script. They do provide a great customer experience, and I’m very glad we found them. I’ve recommended them to a couple of agencies.

The reps answered all my questions. I wanted more than an answering service and I wanted people to think they're receptionists. People call up and then I can't contact with them, I call them back and they'd tell me, “Oh, your receptionist said…” That's what I like about them. They act like a receptionist, not like an answering service. Abby Connect did everything that they promised and maybe a little bit more. If you just need somebody to answer the phone or take a message, maybe there's somebody cheaper. But if you wanted to sound really professional and you want a receptionist-type service, Abby is very relevant. I would recommend them.

They've done a very good job of grabbing our calls for us and disseminating those calls out to the people who are on the list when we can't answer at the office. They're highly-trained and professional in the way they answer the phones and deal with clients. I was really happy with the crew that tends to get our calls. They're very sharp folks and I can't complain about that at all. It's been a really good experience working with them. They're a really good company to deal with and we've been very pleased. We use Abby Connect for the call answering and voicemail. It's been great. It's been really helpful in terms of answering everything and just being able to field calls when I don't have time or I'm not able to answer. The other thing too is, I've noticed that they've really tried to learn the business. They have taken the time to go on the website and learn some answers to some basic questions that they get a lot.
They've been great. They're very upfront with me if they think it's somebody that I don't want to talk to. I’m the only person that they talk to. I field all of the calls. It saves a lot of time for everybody. I'm not having to answer cold calls I don't really understand, don't necessarily know. I'm able to focus on what I want to do, and know that the customer is not going to feel like they're being neglected because I've somebody answering the phone.

Working with them, they were very professional and thorough. They've been handling the inbound calls and getting them where they're supposed to go. It alleviates the wasted time and energy that I had to put forth to make sure that's getting done. We had to do a test where we were doing outreach to potential clients. And so, we created a separate phone number for people to respond and handle those calls a little bit differently. It worked really well. It was easy to set up. It was also beneficial to do the exercise.

Since partnering with Abby Connect, I'm able to keep things more organized. I'm able to make sure that calls are responded to, at least, my clients. If I'm unavailable, that they feel like they've been attended to. They're great. They're always readily available. They respond quickly and are very professional. I'm not super impressed with Abby. I've had to make complaints a couple of times about some of the quality of the representatives answering the phone or having them coached. I had representatives that were stumbling around and then the clients were going, “Who is this person? Why don't they know how to say the company's name.” I actually dropped Puget Sound from the name because the representatives weren't saying it correctly and people were asking me why I'm hiring people who don't even know how to say the major body of water that's by here.
Getting changes done is a bit of a challenge. It's not an immediate, “Add this person.” It will take me sometimes several days to get somebody new added to the account. They could have better technology where if I want to add somebody in, I can click and say, “This is my new operations manager. This is the call list order.” I shouldn't have to reach out to a representative and wait four days for an email to come in. Also, one representative called and apologized for bothering me, which is costing me money. If you're bringing a call in, I just want to hear, “I have Jessica on the line from here and this is what it is.” I don't want chatter ringing up my bill. They also record the calls, but they only record the calls for their representatives and they don't record the two-way conversation that goes on.

We did a 14-day trial and we really liked Abby Connect. They answer our phones for us and transfer calls to us. It's just that if we get a new person or if we've contacted our rep and made a change to how they should handle a call, sometimes not everyone is up-to-date on that. Then it would be like, “Well, no. Actually, we updated that.” And then they'll look at the records and see that it was updated.

When they get a sales call, they're able to determine it's a sales call. Then they fill out my webform so it comes straight into my CRM and gets assigned out through my salesforce integration. It’s a fantastic feature. They have answered the phone on incoming leads that we would not have otherwise answered. So we're generating sales pipelines as a result of them answering the phone immediately. It's been great with Abby Connect.

Abby Connect has an entire employee address. If there are any issues with that, they call, and we'll push that information directly to the employee. If there are other issues, they always call me directly. Then anytime I've had changes, they've modified it and made the changes and adapted it. They've been great.

We use Abby's virtual receptionist and the impact has been quite a bit just because we currently have three intakes, people who are also serving us, receptionists and dealing with clients and that's their priority so that it just allows them to serve the client in front of them first, knowing if they don't pick up the phone right away, somebody will. It's extremely great.

I like that the calls are all on Abby Connect's portal. I can log in and see the calls that have come in and see any notes about those. It's just that sometimes, their hold times can be a little long for people once they connect to somebody and then try and locate where to put the call.
