Auto Expo had the car I wanted. There was a little damage on the side, but it's in good condition. They have the same bait-and-switch tactics like anywhere else but they got the price to where I wanted it. I'm satisfied with my Auto Expo experience.

A friend of mine bought a car from Auto Expo. I also traded in a vehicle with them and I'm very dissatisfied and I don't feel comfortable with the car I received. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there.

Getting Auto Expo was convenient. They had good prices and good customer service. Also, I received good value for my trade-in. Everything went very smooth and it was my fastest car buying experience. I walked in at 3:30 and I walked out with my new car at 6:00.

I literally found Auto Expo online and they had the car that I wanted. My salesman, Moe, was fantastic. He was wonderful and I had a great time with him. Everything made sense except the actual financial piece of it. It's a BMW and it's in good condition. But, my car didn't have the right floor mat which was $150 for that type of vehicle. Then there's a problem with one of the cameras on the car which wasn't covered by the New York State Lemon Laws. I ended up paying $15 extra out of pocket. Overall, not that happy. I really love the car, but I definitely overpaid for it.
They didn't really mention to me their hidden fees until after I had gotten home. Then they slapped on $2000 just to do my paperwork and I wasn't too happy about that. I didn't understand it because there wasn't an itemized list on it, and then I would've figured that out and called them out if I had taken the time to sit down and really look through it. I wouldn't recommend someone to go to that dealership.
It wasn't really their fault. It would have been taken care of if I had stayed there long enough to look through all that stuff. But even after the fact, they wouldn't call BMW dealership back to get my camera fixed. Then they wouldn't answer my phone calls and my emails. It was absolutely aggravating when I can't get a hold of anybody and there was no communication. This is the third BMW I bought and all other dealerships I've had took care of everything if there was something wrong with it. They told me to take to a BMW dealership to get it fixed, but they didn't tell me that I have to pay $500 out of pocket for that.

When I Googled for sales on Range Rovers, Auto Expo came up. They were the only ones that had the blue Range Rover that I was looking for so I contacted them. Dianna, their sales rep, was good. The car's value and condition were perfect. Everything was nice and I would want my mom to get her car from Auto Expo, too.

I purchased a car from Auto Expo 3 weeks ago. The car salesman Max was friendly and kind. However, after getting the paperwork signed I was directed to higher management. At that point is where it all went downhill. After purchasing the car, I was promised new tires because the front tires were bald and unsafe. I was told to come back to get new tires. I purchased a 535 bmw which comes with run flats. They tried to give me 2 of the cheapest tires to go in the front and left runflats in the back which is not supposed to be done. I explained to them that this is not good for the car and it can damage the car if the tires are not the same.
Furthermore, they told me to go to their service center in new hyde park in which they took used tires off another bmw 535 that had uneven tread and put those tires on my car. Those tires they put on was bad and made the steering wheel shake. I called them several times after that to let them know that those tires were bad but they ignored my calls. If you're going to purchase a car from this place make sure you get everything in writing. They are not honest people. Ronnie is the supervisor and does not have a care in the world about honesty, promises, and customer satisfaction or service. Do not deal with him. They said they would give me new tires and didnt do it and I still want it done. Good luck with this company and make sure you get everything in writing once again before you sign paperwork. Horrible customer service from management.

I did an online search for the car that I wanted through my company and Auto Expo came up as one of the dealers carrying it, so I purchased from them. The value and the condition of the car were fair enough. But I am yet to receive my statement for the loan from the finance department and finance-wise, it was an okay experience. The lady who dealt with me was absolutely great and quite efficient during the whole process. I was happy with the sales service and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend.

I was looking online when I was trying to get a new car and I passed by one of Auto Expo’s car and their car really sold me. From the beginning, I was trying to trade a vehicle, but I did a voluntary return which I didn’t know I was doing. So it’s messing me up right now and that’s what I’m dealing with now. So far, the car is perfectly fine and everybody was nice and pleasant.

Auto Expo's price was affordable to me. Their sales rep and financing department were good, too. The value of the car was okay but the payment that they put on the web was a bit lower. After I purchased it, the breakdown of the payment price was high.

I checked the car I wanted on the internet and saw the price. I called Auto Expo and I liked their price. I was going to trade a vehicle but it wasn't possible to do that so I had to buy instead. Auto Expo made it easy for me to have the car. However, I don't feel very good about the car's condition. The car is leaking water. Every time it rains, water gets inside the hood of the car. I've been calling Auto Expo to fix it but they never did. I'm thinking of leaving the car over there and not paying for it. They are good when you're buying a car but if the car has a problem, they don't take care of it.

Auto Expo had good reviews and had the lower rates for the vehicle that I was trying to purchase. The salesman found me a vehicle I didn't like at first and then he asked me for more specifics, which I gave him. He was able to find everything in my criteria within the following week, which was impressive because I've been looking for a car since February but nobody could. The car I've purchased is pristine and right now I'm very satisfied with it. Auto Expo have very good customer service and fast service. I have recommended people to them.

I always pass by Auto Expo and it looked like they had some decent cars. I saw a car that I liked and got it. It was a very smooth transaction. Their finance department was quick, however, I'm a little worried because the bill came and the interest rate is higher than what they said it was going to be. So I have to go back and talk to them.

The price that Auto Expo gave me on a vehicle was $2,000 cheaper compared to the other pricing I found. However, it has only been 6 weeks since I purchased it when the starter went out. It's going on three weeks that I don't have my car and Auto Expo has not fixed the problem. If I don't have the car at the end of this week, I'm gonna start a lawsuit against them. They got the worst, lousiest service department ever and the sales team did not back up on what they said. I'm very dissatisfied and I would never recommend Auto Expo to anybody. My experience with them was the worst.

A few of my family members bought a few cars at Auto Expo. I also got my car from them and the car is good. Their sales rep was great and he explained everything. Though Auto Expo was a little too pricey, it was a fast and easy experience with them. However, I have a little issue with the door on the passenger side. I called them up about it and they made me an appointment to make sure everything is okay. I thought that was great because sometimes, after a consumer buys a car, the dealer doesn't want to help the consumer anymore.

I went to Auto Expo to trade in my vehicle. Their people have been friendly but when I talked to their sales rep, I felt like I was being rushed. I wanted another day to think it over but I was given the impression that if I don't get it, somebody is going to get it and they were being a little bit on the pushy side. They should let the consumers take their time if they need more time to decide. In addition, I had asked the person if the vehicle has ever been to an accident or had a damage and the guy said "No." I asked if I could see the Carfax and he said "okay" but never got it to me. I got turned off by it. He only told me that the vehicle was a one-owner vehicle.
When I went home he said, "You know what? I never got it. Let me check it." Then when I checked it myself online, the vehicle had a 'light' accident (not major) and I had to pay $34 for it. They could have told me that. When I took it to the mechanic, they saw that there's a lot of rust and told me they could tune up the vehicle. I wasn't too happy but it's my fault because at the end, I made the decision.

However, there was an issue with a part that needed to be replaced and I got the runaround on whether or not they would cover that expense. When I immediately reported it they said, "Oh, yeah, just bring us the receipt." But when I brought the receipt, they said, "Oh, no. We're not gonna reimburse you..." On the whole, the sales team and the finance department were very good, but the post sales experience with Auto Expo was not superb.

The cars of Auto Expo appeared to be one-owners and that was important to us for a used car, so we went with them. Also, I'm very specific with what I wanted and they had one on the lot for us to test drive. The car is nice and in great condition. Everybody at Auto Expo was great. At first, it can be a little frustrating when we were going back and forth, especially in the night, since I haven't dealt with cars and we haven't had a car payment in 14 years. It was more due to my not wanting to get into a car payment versus my husband insisting that we buy something used and an extended warranty. But everything worked out well. If someone's looking for a car, they should definitely check out Auto Expo.

At most things, it was a great experience I had with Auto Expo, but I am not fully happy with them. I went with them because the young man there promised me that when he found a car, he would call me and let me know. But I'm having a problem with the navigation not working and I asked them to fix it, but they're telling me that I have to bring it to BMW to get a CD. This was incompetent because if they sold me a car, they should have everything working on it. Also, they didn't give me the manual for the car and I need that. On the other hand, the finance department was okay and I didn't have any problems with them. The sales team person was okay too, but he responds to calls at his own time. This may be because it's a busy place, but I have to call back repeatedly until I get him.

Auto Expo had the car I was looking for. When I went there, they were closed but they opened the showroom and showed me the car. Then I went back and I finally looked at a car, test-drive the car, and bought the car. The car is good. I don't drive it very much because I walk in the city. The representatives I talked to were good too. I only didn't like the way the financing went, but that's all right because I got the finance from Nephew. When I got that Nephew, they asked different questions. They run it through too many finance company and they were having difficulty because Nephew already approved it. I didn't like it when they send your credit report to any client because a lot of companies bring your points down. Apart from that, I think the experience was good.

Is it possible to give a business negative five stars? After finding a vehicle of theirs and agreeing on a price they attempted to jack up the price of the deal with a ridiculously high dealer fee. Then refused to correct the certain shortcomings of the vehicle. I requested to have my deposit returned which they stalled on for over a week. They finally decided to sell me the car for the price that it was listed in addition to taxes and DVM fees, and begrudgingly agreed to correct an issue with the vehicle's tires. I agreed in principle to the deal and informed the salesperson I would pick up the car as soon as it was ready. If necessary I would pick it up earlier and then bring it back for the tire correction. Deal done or so I thought. I was informed that my deposit was returned because of a back order issue with the tire and that if I was still interested I could get the car when they fix the issue.
I return to get the car and was informed that it was sold. It makes me feel really bad for the person who purchased this vehicle VIN number **. I hope you are aware that this establishment sold you a car with two regular tires, two run flats and no spare. Hopefully not at a jacked up price. Anyone decided to patronize this shoddy establishment feel free to contact me and I will wax poetically about their unsavory business practices.

I recently did research on a vehicle a BMW X6. After reviewing, I went through USAA's certified dealers, because a vehicle of this magnitude has to have a reputable business that stands behind its product. I was issued what's called upfront pricing from the dealership. The certificate from the dealership we'll call (exhibit 1). I called the dealership on Saturday, although it was closed, I was still able to speak to a young lady. She assured me that the car was on the lot, and I said I would be in first thing Sunday Morning (Exhibit 2, phone log).
I arrived to the dealer shortly after 11 am. To my surprise it was explained to me that the vehicle was not on the lot, and "in transit". I said to the salesman and the finance person that since I had been misled it's only right that they hold the car for me. The finance person said no, and that it would require a deposit for any such transaction to move forward. I eventually complied and left a deposit (exhibit 3 receipt for deposit).
I received a call today stating that the car may be sent back to auction due to some transmission issues. Yet I see the car that didn't have pictures before, that now has pictures, and an escalated price. I'm simply not okay with deception, especially when it comes to businesses that have been labeled the coveted BBB by the better business bureau. I'll give them every chance to reply and correct this.

The Auto Expo guys are good. They’ve helped me and stayed on the phone with me even though it took me a while to figure out what car I wanted. We picked out a car that was best for me in rebuilding myself instead of sticking me into any old car, then watch me have my car repossessed because I couldn’t pay for it. Any other dealer wanted to stick me into a $500 a month car, but Auto Expo went over and beyond what I expected them to do. The girl from the internet sales called me three times a day and sent 5 emails per day on different cheaper cars that came in. I got a vehicle from Auto Expo and I had a few concerns about it before it was delivered to me. The vehicle was missing a headrest and had a few dents and scratches that I was told would be fixed. Also, there was a smell of cigarette which I know is very difficult to get out. They told me that they could help me do the cleaning. All agreed, I went ahead and processed my vehicle work and applied for the loan. At the time of my closing, I was told that my loan was approved. I have my co-signer who was my father and I was told that my interest rate is 5.35% and I was told my amount. Everything verbally and also in a written contract I have from them. I did not get my bill of sale until a month after. I kept hounding them for the bill of sale and when I got it, my interest rate was 7% instead of the 5.35%.
I received the bill of sale with a $69.00 check from Auto Expo saying "We are going to reassess your loan in six months to see if you are going to get a better rate.” The amount of the loan was also wrong. It was $309.00 to $320.00 something which would add up to $500.00 and some because of the interest rate. I was very upset that they couldn't explain why am I paying about $2,000.00 in hidden charges. This also screws up my credit record because I didn't know how much to pay the bank! In addition, it was up to me to agree whether I want an extended coverage on the car. I was told that because of the age of the car I should take this coverage. The coverage that was sold to me was for $3,100.00 and it was for three years or 30,000 miles. However, when I looked at the contract of that coverage, it’s saying that they only paid $1,800.00 for that coverage.
When I questioned it, Auto Expo told me that they had to put that for loan purposes. Why would they decrease my payment for something that I purchased for $3,100.00 to $1,800.00? Also, I haven't gotten my headrest. I have sent several email, text and phone calls and my headrest still haven't got a replacement. None of the scratches are fixed. Every time I call, I'm not getting them on the phone. I'm not happy! I don't know who is the boss for that location who have the last say. I tried to find out but I couldn't. I have seen some write-up about dealership in Long Island that has a similar issue. There is also Paragon Honda and few more others that they are investigating right now and I'm willing to take my story further.

However, I'm still waiting for them to call me and tell me that my tags are in. It's been two months. I feel that they did it to say they're on top of that because whoever they sent it out through that does the tags and license put my paperwork on the back and so it got set back another two weeks. Because the service light is still on on the vehicle and I was told that the service was done but the notification wasn't reset. I'm too comfortable with them saying that, so I just rather take it to Mercedes and have them look at it and give me a better explanation of whether it's done or not. The salesperson at Auto Expo was knowledgeable and very helpful. He told me all the things I needed to get done. The financing rep on the other hand got me a pretty good loan and said that he can work with me to get a better rate. That’s what made me come back because I went there at first and I tried to go somewhere else and I ended up coming back because the other places were trying to feed me a story just to sell a car. He really worked with the price range that I was aiming for and I felt like the car was in a good condition, and a good car for the price. It went just as well with the financing department. They said if I still wanted to use that bank, there would be no deferred price for the car. I wanted the car, and didn't want any other issues, so I just got the car with their bank. Auto Expo made a fool out of me and treated me like I'm nuts. I bought a car from them with their salesman telling it’s for sale for $31,000. We paid half of the money at $15,000 but he didn't give me any receipt. He says he's going to send it by the mail. I waited for about 3 weeks and he never sent the mail. I called Monday to ask about the receipt and he sends me bill from the Finance department, which shows numbers that don’t match.
When I pointed this out he told me to speak to the finance department so I did. I went there and talked to them nicely, asked why the bill shows $41,000 instead of the original $31,000 that their salesman said the car is worth. I asked them to show me some of the numbers and prove to me how it arrived to that amount, but they couldn’t show me any numbers. He just said it was the total price. I told them I don’t get it. They printed out the paper and the car is now worth $33,850.
If he sold me that car for that price he should’ve told me but nobody told me that. I never knew that price. I only knew when I went there to inquire about the bill. Then the salesman told me that he never said the car is worth $31,000. In the end my voice is up because I felt something’s wrong there. He never sent me my receipt or the paperwork. And then he’s telling me he never told me that price? I told him he’s lying and he turned his face red. I told him I’m not crazy and that’s the price he told me that’s why I bought the car, but he insists he didn’t. I felt like they’re cheating me so I told them I wanted to talk the owner. He said the owner comes only on Sundays. I told them I’ll be back. I don’t care if it’s $1000 or $2000 difference. I got mad because they lied to me and that's very wrong.

And now I'm left with a side door that's broken on a $16,000 two-week-old minivan. I'm sure once they got that thing apart, probably going to cost me even more money because of it's missing parts. I'm in business myself. So when something like that goes wrong with a customer, I take care of it right away just to keep good customer relation. If they don't want to take care of that for me then I have no interest in recommending them. Matter of fact, I'm going to take their advertisement off my plate. I reminded him of previous text which he sent me confirming my warranty. He then sent me the name and phone number of a company but when I called, they had my name but did not received the original document from Ron.
After informing him that I will seek legal advice, he sent me a copy of a warranty, stating I only had warranty for 12 months and my signature was missing. This was the first time I am seeing a copy of the warranty as he had promised to mail it out to me, but never did. BE VERY CAREFUL when transacting business with Ron - very slick and cunning. I wrote to Consumer Affairs explaining the neglect on an extended warranty I bought from Auto Expo for a 2008 SLK Mercedes, the transaction occurred with **. After numerous attempts to retrieve the hard copy of the warranty as my car needed engine work, he gave me two names of companies - one of them said they had no record of my warranty another one never answers the phone or return my calls. Consumer Affairs published my complaint and ** replied by saying I have an active contract that I could use at a certified dealer. However, when I contacted ** as recent as March 11, 2015 he was very rude, cynical and told me, "There is nothing that you will get."
Meanwhile my car has engine problems, loss of power, check engine light is on and many other sensor lights. It is very frustrating and aggravating that after paying $1810.00 I am being treated as if I am asking for free service. I would not recommend transacting business with **. He is a good talker, and is very believable, but pay attention to his paper work. So that you will not pay for something that he would later say you didn't purchase.

Unfortunately almost two years after her purchase there is a repair issue with this vehicle, there is a active warranty contract in place. She can use at any ASE certified repair facility.

My trade-in was valued fairly and the car I purchased was in good condition. The interactions that I had with their sales team were excellent. Everything was fine with the financing department although interest was just a little high which I understand had something to do with the credit issue.

I was searching for cars online and Auto Expo had what I was looking for. I had interacted with two or three other dealerships and the sales associate at Auto Expo was the best. There were some challenges with them though in the beginning - there was a dent on it that was not there when we were viewing the vehicle. There were also some issues with the DVD player but they fixed both when it was brought to their attention.

The sales team members were very good (I was talking to Dave on the phone, but I was mostly emailing Angela to set up the appointments when to come in and so forth and then she would relay the message to him.) The financing department was okay. A couple of things that wasn’t upfront but we worked through that because of my credit score. So far my experience with Auto Expo is not very good. I bought an Audi off of them and I'm on my way now to pick it up from service. When I bought it, it needed to get service right away. I waited so I can get the oil done. I talked to them and I paid over $3,000 for Audi premium plus care for three years. They're supposed to include some kind of package where they do oil changes but I have no paperwork about that. The guy who did the finance part was supposed to send me a $150 check for the first three months of the car. It was gonna be $50 for each of the three months because we were gonna do a refinance to change the price of it. I still have yet to get a check from him.
I like my car but I have these issues that aren't resolved. I work long hours during the week so it's really hard for me to get on the phone and talk to somebody. I'm not okay with people not following through with what they tell me. That car was my largest purchase. I found Auto Expo through USAA. They are a certified dealer and went through USAA, my auto insurance. I thought I got a really good deal with the car that I purchased. Auto Expo dealt with over mileage lease cars, so I was getting pretty much a brand new car that had just come off a lease for a quarter of the price of a new one. I’m pretty content with the price.
My interactions with the sales team member was good. We were able to get to the point of the sale quickly. I did come in knowing what I wanted, and they were friendly. But it took a while to actually get out the door because of the paperwork. And then, they wanted to clean it, and do other things. At the finance department, they wanted to call a couple of different lenders. We came in pre-approved for a loan through USAA, and they wanted to give us a better deal. But in order to do that, it took two hours. So, even though we made the decision to purchase quickly, to actually get out the door took longer than I expected.
They had so many cars jammed into their parking lot right up to the busy street. Some people would come and pull in behind you. Even though you might be ready to leave, there are around four people that have pulled in during the time you were waiting. They could benefit from a new bigger facility. It’s just too small. Still, for the value of the cars that they’re selling, I am satisfied. They offer luxury cars with pretty good prices. They also screen the vehicles really well so you’re not gonna be getting anything sub-par.

This is the worse experience I have ever had with buying a car. They are the stereotype of a sleazy car salesman who are unprofessional liars. My son bought a car that they gave him with 4 different sized tires and a rim that did not fit properly. This had cause the wheel to wobble. In addition, when he hit a pothole the first night he had the car, that was when he found out he didn't have a spare tire or a jack. I had to get the car towed!!! In addition, somehow they gave this car an inspection sticker and the horn did not work. My mechanic offered to look over the car but by then Auto Expo said they would take the car back.
What they didn't say was they were keeping the deposit as well!!! The car was not sold as is and most people if you bought a personal car will tell you heads up they don't have a jack or spare. Guess I had such good experiences in car dealerships I forgot how some were liars and thieves. When I asked the manager these questions, he said that it didn't matter that there were four different tires, what matters was the tread was good? He insisted that the horn worked when the car left the lot, which stopped working when my son decided to use it.
Oh and he was keeping the deposit because it paid for the registration and "inspection" of the car. Since when did it cost $500 to register and inspect a car? My son should at least get $200 back. Meanwhile I had to pay a $150 to tow the car! I'm not one to wish ill will to people but I do believe in Karma and I only wish he gets what he gives out!! They will also bait and switch on you with advertised cars on their website and not give you the price they advertise. So be very careful! Better yet stay away and save yourself the aggravation!!

I bought a car from auto expo July 19, 2010 from a sales person named Josh. Before I went to the dealership, I saw there ad on Craigslist and clicked on it. So, I was looking thru the kind of cars they had and I saw a clk 500 I wanted. The pictures had woodgrain steering wheel and everything inside was woodgrain. I get to the dealership and spoke to Josh the whole time I was there. First of all we showed him the car on his computer which was a clk 500. So he got the keys for the car we saw on the computer and was walking around back and forth the whole time pressing the alarm looking for the car. Come to find out the car was not there. He said, they took the car to get serviced. Then he says, I have another car similar to the one you guys saw. He went and got the key and comes back to show us the car. The car he showed us was a clk 350 and it was nice.
I went for a test drive. When we got back, he was asking the manager what happened to the clk 500? The manager said, someone bought it. And Josh goes, well someone put the wrong pictures up online under the wrong vin number. He told us we had to put 5gs down. I told him I'm not putting any money down until I get approved from a bank. He did his calling to banks and got me approved. I gave him 4gs. We did the paperwork and everything. They had an ad on there website for a free iPod or GPS when you fill-out for a free estimate and buy the car. We spoke to Avi ( the manager) they told us they were all out. We said fine. Up to this day we keep harassing them about the iPod and they gone have the nerve to tell me I don't qualify for the iPod. I never got the iPod. Mind you, Josh didn't know anything he claimed about the special offers online. He didn't even know the car he sold us had an iPod plug already installed in the car. What a dummy.
Now they were trying to do insurance for me, so Josh was doing Geico and Geico didn't approve me because I had an accident and a couple of tickets on my license. So, he said, "How's my girlfriend's license?" So, I said,"Good." He tried to do it again by putting her on it and me under the policy. It didn't work because she never had insurance in her name. Then, he tells us and I'm like, "Well what can you guys do about it." Josh told me don't worry about it, his manager is going to take care of everything and get us insurance so we said fine. The manager got us approved and we were paying 248 a month. The insurance was in my girlfriend's name with Geico. A couple of months later, Geico sends my girlfriend a letter and questionnaire to fill out for the insurance. She fills it out and sends it back and they send a letter within a couple of days saying the insurance was cancelled as of 9/9/2010 because the information didn't match up to what was first filled out on the quote when the car was bought.
My girlfriend called Geico insurance company and spoke to a representative and they told her when the quote was first done, it said that she was 16 when she first got her license and she had insurance prior in the past. This was a lie. She was 20 when she got her license and never had insurance. The Geico rep said, no further info could be given out. We called the dealership and tried to speak to josh and the manager but they were always busy for some reason. We went up there to auto expo and spoke to Josh and he didn't know anything or what the manager wrote. Everytime we called or went to see the manager, he didn't wanna speak to us. He would act like he was so busy. Now, we were shopping around for insurance companies and state farm approved my girlfriend for 380 a month over the phone. Now every insurance company is telling me that I cant put the car in my girl's name cause she didn't buy it. It has to go in my name and everyone is trying to charge me 500-800$$ a month. But get this.
Come to find out in state farms computer system, the car was in 4 bad accidents. One totaling 35,00$$, the other 1500$, the next 1800, and the last was 1700$. So, we went to state farm got a print out of what printed on there computer. We took it back to auto expo and showed it to Josh(our sales guy). He shows it to avi (the manager) and they had the nerve to say the letter was typed up. Haha. The car fax auto expo gave us, never said any bad damages or ad accidents happened. All it said was that minor damage was done and Josh said it was scratched from parking. Now, we are telling them, we want another car. There gonna have to change the car and josh is showing us other cars but there in the 30,000$ which means more money and more down payment. They refuse to give me a full refund of my down payment.
I don't even want the car anymore. Now we're going back and forth with these people because they lied and I want them to get shut down. I'm going to sue them for every little penny they have. I need a lawyer to see if there's anything they can do.

If anyone is looking to buy a car, please, never buy from this dealer and you will repent for life. I have so many issues with this dealer that I am going to sue them. I bought a 2008 BMW 535IA.
1.) First, they never put the price of the car on their website and allure people showing wrong monthly payments and they even don't mention number of months or other terms, which is illegal. And when you actually go there, they will tell you that there will be big balloon payment in the last month. The ad they put on their website shows lot of features on the car and they are lying about those also. And when I went to pick up the car, the car was standing in the car wash shop when I clearly told them the time when I will come and pick up the car and they just gave me the car at the end of the day around at 8:00 pm, before closing their showroom.
2.) This guy, Ronney, I have never seen a bigger idiot, liar and cheater than him in my life and all these guys think they are too smart swindling with people. He doesn't put itemized fees and payments on the contract and since I was very excited to pick up my car and it was getting late, he made me signed on some papers without putting any values, just showing the total on one paper. He told me he will mail the contract immediately next day. And I have called them and emailed them more than 50 times to send me the contract and sending papers from NY to NJ, he took exactly 60 days. And he says they have send 3 times and papers are lost in mail.
3.) When I picked up the car, I was told it is a fully loaded car and there are lots of features in BMW and they all are not standard. When I picked up the car and on the way back, I found out lot of things were missing. And I informed them immediately next morning and they told me they will exchange the car and for 4 weeks, that idiot and cheat played with me and told me to pick any other car from the dealership and we can exchange the car and adjust the price without any deductions to me. And after 4 weeks, he told me that he can't do the exchange and he told me that is illegal. This guy kept the phone down.
4.) When I got the contract after 60 days, I found out that the price is not itemized properly and he made me buy the Warranty from them and he didn't put that anywhere in the contract the itemized cost of the warranty. I had the paper and I spoke to the sales rep who helped me and we found out that I was charged almost $650 more than we decided on the price and the Sales Manager who is another biggest idiot, cheat and swindler in there company told me that they agree I was charged more but they can't do anything since the contract is signed and I have already financed the car.
5.) Then after first few days itself when I started having problems with them, I decided to cancel my warranty and get the money refund and today, it is more than 12 weeks and they haven't done that. I finally got tired and went all the way from Philadelphia to NY to meet them and which I informed 3 days in advance that I will be coming on Monday, Jan. 11th to get these issues resolved and confirmed by phone also and no one spoke to me this guy Ronney and Avi (alias Albert) was sitting right there. Ronney was pretending he was busy and this idiot Avi pretended he is not the sales manager and he left for the day. The sales guy and receptionist had told me that he is Avi (Alias Albert) and they made me sit for 3 hours and no one spoke to me. This guy who is the owner, who don't talk to customers because he is a big shot.
6.) After I got the car, I had a small issue with one of the tires. I had a flat tire and then I took the car to an authorized BMW dealer and they told me that this car has been gone through a major accident, which is not there in the car fax. They fixed themselves and we can see the color difference on the side doors and the back bumper is not fixed properly.
I have proof for all the issues and if anyone wants to contact me, I have recorded the voice conversations and then I have emails exchanged between Ronney, Avi and Josh (sales rep). Please, I want this dealership should be shut down or they should pay for what mental trauma I have gone through and I am not going to leave them and I want them to take the car back and pay for every penny I lost on that car and apologize to me and pay for my time and mental pressure. I hope someone else also who is frustrated with them should sue them.

When we picked up our car, they said we weren't eligible to receive one because we did not pay internet price for the car. The ad states that it "cannot be combined with any other offer". However we weren't given any other offer, we simply haggled back and forth until a price was agreed upon by both parties. If that constitutes an "offer", then I feel the ad is very misleading and in fact false advertising. I would bet they have never given a customer an iPod because no one pays full price for a car these days.

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Expo, waited over 4 hours for the vehicle pickup, only to be given a loaner car to go home with. When the vehicle was delivered over 8 hours after the pickup appointment time, it did not have the navigation system disk, the second set of keys, the owner's manual, any copies of the signed paperwork nor was my $500 good faith deposit applied to the purchase price of the vehicle or credited back to me.
