The signing up process was pretty easy. The rep was pretty nice. I kinda felt like he did what he could do to help me. I haven't used the warranty yet but it seemed to be pretty good. I'm satisfied with it.

Complete Car Warranty sounded like it’s great, but it was the worst ever. The guy sold me a warranty with all the promises to fix the car if there is anything, and built heaven and earth for me to fix the car. The car is old and has a bit high mileage and what happened is he didn’t give me all the details about the warranty. The next day, his manager called me and said they approve the warranty.

The Complete Car sales reps were pushy. I just wanted them to leave me alone, so I just took them as a car warranty because I have an older vehicle. The cost was okay but I can’t pay this month, so I have to get in touch with them about that.

The purchasing process at Complete Car Warranty was extremely fine and easy. Their rep was great. She provided a lot of information about the car. I told my other family members that if they have vehicles, to consider this service. However, I called Complete Car to let them know that I no longer needed the car warranty because I don’t have the car. They told me to send an email, to the confirmation that they sent me through my email, and that way, I could get my money back.

Updated on 03/06/2020: I made my first review too quickly, but a person got back to me, and everything was set right to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely go back to them for an extended warranty on any future car I may purchase, since it is definitely a great product at a reasonable price for the coverage.

I inherited my car from my wife and it was getting older. I was looking for some warranty insurance and got in contact with Complete Car. I was within the 30-day grace period where I got to shop prices. I called them back on Monday, March 3rd to see if they could price match what I had gotten from Endurance. I had originally gotten 75,000 miles and I was looking for 100,000 miles and a bit longer period of time. I left several messages but nobody ever got back to me. It was Friday before I finally got in contact with somebody there. I negotiated a new price with them. Then I went back to Endurance and they said they could match it. Since I had the misfortune of not being able to get in contact with Complete Car, I decided not to go with them. The love was gone and I couldn't deal with them.

The car had some mileage on it that was outside the manufacturer's warranty. I just wanna make sure it was safe. I called a few companies. One of the things I considered was I kinda got a feel for who I was talking to. If I was talking to somebody who I felt was understanding the coverage that I was looking for based on the vehicle, and what was available here in the location I’m at, I felt like it was gonna be a good fit. At sign-up, I had a list of things I was concerned about as far as some of the electronics being covered. I had a list of questions and the gentleman from Complete Car Warranty answered them.

My car is getting old and I wanted to preserve it. Somebody referred me to Complete Car Warranty. Their rep went over some options with me and now I’ve been with them for a little over a month.

My experience with this company. They kept calling my phone even after I spoke with a person, I started to use this company, gave my card information. They was not supposed to run the payment until the next day but I called back a few hours later to decline the service. Found better deal. They said they canceled the the payment and they didn't cancel it but instead run the payment and when I called to get it resolved they just kept hanging up. When I called back the same person answered the phone. If I was you I wouldn't trust them at all!!!! ** this company!!!

This company has called me a couple times to try to get me to sign up for a used car warranty. I am on the national do not call list, but they blatantly disregard this and call anyway. I have tried to contact the company about this, but have gotten no response.

I received random text messages from this company trying to sell their services. I would never in a million years do business with them due to this breach of privacy. I can only imagine that their warranty products are as awful as their sales techniques.

Your service is legit one of the best services ever. This investment has surely paid off. One of my car’s pumps suddenly burst and I had to get it towed to the garage. They asked me if I was covered - heck yes. Saved the day honestly.

I can say without a doubt that CCW offers the best service contracts that I could find. It feels so much safer driving my Mini with a contract backing it. It’s definitely worth it to dish out monthly payments than to just pay a big sum upfront.

I signed up for an automobile service contract a few months back and it’s been great so far. It was easy to understand that I won’t have to worry about a thing afterwards. It’s a much better experience than negotiating the dealership for service prices.

The level of service being offered here is well worth the price. Truly nothing for a 4 year deal. Not only do I get excellent service at places by my house, but I became friends with the mechanic as well who gives me little tips I had no idea about. I’m not much of a car person. Service contracts are the way to go.

So glad I went with a Complete Car automobile service contract! I had done one of these warranties for my house and it proved good, and now I can rest easy knowing my car is safe too. I don’t know what I would do if my options were limited to relying on expensive dealerships for my service costs… I’m getting too old for this nonsense!

I wasn’t sure about vehicle service contracts at first because I was worried what would be covered when the car troubles would hit. Luckily though, my fears were unfounded, and this wasn’t the case at all when I had a coolant system problem. The low monthly payments for the plan made it easy to handle vs giving the dealer all of my money with their ridiculous rates.

Went to their website to get a quote. They called me and had no idea what they were talking about. I have 3 year left on my factory warranty and wanted me to start paying right now for a month to month service/warranty. Salesperson was so pushy and just wanted my credit card #. Stay away if you value money and car.

We recently got an oil change at our local mini dealer and they said our condenser is about to go, so we called up complete car and they said they'll cover the repair in full!

The rep I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating and made me feel comfortable about paying for coverage. I was having a lot of trouble finding affordable coverage for my 2010 Ford Taurus. I found Complete Car Warranty online with a simple form typed in some simple info on me and my car. I spoke to a rep right away and they were so friendly! I had a lot of questions and they were patient and made it simple to understand what was covered. I have had 2 horrible experiences with warranty companies in the past. Something would break down on my car and they wouldn’t fix it no matter what. I was fed up but I came across complete car warranty and boy o boy I’m glad I did. I bought their warranty and 5 weeks later I had some mechanical issues and they got it fixed right away. They were very prompt and courteous. Extremely happy that I found this warranty company. I’ll never buy from anyone ever again!!

These guys are simply amazing. I purchased a warranty plan from them and 3 weeks later my AC broke down. They got it fixed with no questions asked! It was truly a burden taken off my shoulders.
