    I signed up for the bumper-to-bumper coverage with CarShield four months ago, and the process was easy when I needed to file a claim. My iPad went out in my car, so I called them and told them what happened. They asked me where I wanted to take it, because it had to be taken to an approved dealer, and I told them where I was taking it. The dealership had to do a replacement and CarShield took care of it. I recommended them to my daughter because things are going to break down, and they're willing to pay for the repairs. Its biggest benefit is not having to pay out of pocket when something breaks down. I pay them about $100 a month, which is fine.

    I bought a used car in December of last year and it had a 30-day, 50-50 warranty. I figured I needed to get some type of coverage once that ran out and that was what I did with CarShield. Their sign-up process was cool. At first, when I spoke with the representative, their policy was pricey at $200 and I really couldn't afford it. My car was already costing me almost $800 a month, so with that, CarShield, and insurance, it was way out of my budget. But as we kept on talking, she ended up lowering the monthly payments to where I could afford it, which was 160. That was still a little steep for me, but for what CarShield is covering, I thought it might be worth it, because anything could happen in the future. So we ended up getting it down to 164.

    Then, she went down the line about what the policy covered, about the electrical system, the transmission, the engine, and a lot of things that I didn't think warranties cover and that I haven't really heard of. It made me feel a little comfortable with getting the policy. She also said they cover roadside assistance and the rental car. She made me feel at ease and she was very nice. Having CarShield gives me a peace of mind knowing that, if something goes wrong, they got your back.

    CarShield was more comprehensive between the two companies that I had researched and when I signed up with them, the process was easy. I have three different policies as each car has a separate one and they explained what different packages were available for each. They also told me there was a certain criteria of time mileage prior to my car being available for a warranty coverage. But when it came to their claims process, they were terrible and the coverage wasn't as advertised.

    I had a transmission replaced by CarShield three years ago. It took over a month for them to find the part, approve the part, and for the repair company to complete the process. It was over a month from when I called to start the claim to when I got my car back. At first, they wanted receipts for everything. I told them that the transmission went out on my car, so I couldn't drive it. I towed it from my house through AAA to the repair shop and they wanted verification of my AAA membership, which made zero sense. They made me jump through so many hoops, then they had to keep sending somebody out every time. When the shop would call them, it would take three days for somebody to come back out and reassess it. At the end of the day, I ended up having to come out of pocket because what the shop charged wasn't the book that CarShield used.

    Then, the exhaust manifold went out on another vehicle of mine which was an older vehicle. CarShield said there was too much rust and that they wouldn't cover the $1,500 job. But I live in New England. We have salt and we have weather issues, so that's a natural thing. Aside from that, about a month ago, my transmission went out on the same vehicle that they repaired three years ago. Again, it took a month for my vehicle to be fixed and I ended up paying out of pocket because the CarShield and the shop didn't match in terms of pricing. CarShield also provided another refurbished transmission for my vehicle. So if a friend is thinking about joining CarShield, I'd tell him to shop around.

    I have seen people speaking about having a really good experience with CarShield and having their things fixed. Since I needed something that would not have me go through the wringer, rather than just help me fix what I needed to get fixed, I chose to go with CarShield. The lady that I spoke to was really kind and she explained everything down to the T. So I was very comfortable with acquiring the policy at that time. So far, while I have not had anything that greatly affected my vehicle - just minor stuff - hopefully, when the time comes, everything will be fixed accordingly. One time, my car was in the place and CarShield denied the claim because they said it was a pre-existing condition. But it is what it is and other than that, things have been great with them. Compared to others, their price is pretty decent, too.

    I canceled CarShield. They didn't cover one of my cars, that I had, and I had to sell that car because I couldn't afford it. It took a while for them to answer. Then, to get a hold of someone why it got denied was hard.

    Don't waste your money. I paid this company for 3 years without a claim. First time I put a claim in they denied it. They count on new money coming in because so many customers cancel their deal. If Blake Shelton really knew about this company I don't think he would be doing their ads.

    I was in the market for an extended warranty on my 2018 Maserati and I contacted Car Shield to provide a quote. The customer service was outstanding. The people were very nice and knowledgeable and extremely respectful. Unfortunately, for me car shield does not offer coverage for that level of vehicle so I was forced to go with a different company which was Endurance, which does offer protection for a high-end vehicles. If you have a standard type vehicle car shield is definitely worth you given a opportunity to earn your business and if you have a higher and more expensive type vehicle endurance warranty will be a company that has the ability to cover the car and its costly repairs.

    CarShield didn't appear as though they were experienced sellers because there were questions that should have been asked that they did not ask. I have an issue going on now, and they wanna bring those things up today that they should have asked me back then. However, they failed to do so. They acknowledged that they failed to do so. But at the same time, I'm getting blamed for it, and they are taking me through the ringer to fix my car.

    The motor ended up malfunctioning on the vehicle to a point where it's locked up. When CarShield sold me the warranty, they asked me questions about the engine, which they should have sent someone over here to check the engine out or check the whole car out before they gave the warranty. They still covered it with no problem, like everything is gonna be good. But now there's a problem, and they're trying to do crawfish on fixing it.

    In fact, they have been on inactive status because they're trying to crawfish on it, along with the fact that I have a warranty booklet telling me everything that it covers and does not cover. With the thing that needs to be covered, they're trying to say that they don't cover, even though the book is saying they do cover it. So, the adjuster reached out and said, “Well, we didn't write the warranty. We just failed the warranty. So, we're different entity from the warranty, the person who wrote the warranty.” But I told them that was not my problem. CarShield wrote the warranty, telling me what all my coverage is, and then when I take the package, and the exact issue happens, they wanna crawfish and don't want to fix it, and try to make it look like it's my fault. So, that’s the problem I’ve been having with CarShield.

    CarShield cut me a good deal and they told me that they'd pay for half the cost of repairing my vehicle. I'd have a deductible and that saved a high value on my vehicle. So, I didn't think it was a bad idea to get their policy. They said I could use it right away, but my deductible would be higher. Other than that, if anybody's thinking of signing up with them, I would tell them to do it.

    DO NOT BUY A CARSHIELD WARRANTY. They are a fraud at best. After 4 months and 4 opinions 2 of which was their own inspectors telling them it was a Crankshaft Bearing they still insisted on a tear down at my expense. Still they took the $140 a month out while it sit in a garage and them not fixing it. I finally had all I could take and cancelled that vehicle and another one and I will never deal with them ever again. A person don't get that many opinions from a doctor. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They deserve -5 stars.

    We’re sorry to hear how frustrated you are with your claim experience. We understand that hearing the same component identified by multiple parties can make it feel like the claim should be able to move forward right away.

    However, knowing which component failed is not always enough to determine coverage eligibility. In order to make a coverage determination, we also need to verify the cause of the failure. Certain causes of failure may not be eligible for coverage under the contract, such as damage caused by collision, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, outside influence, etc.

    That is why it is important for the repair facility to demonstrate and document the failure so it can be properly verified. After reviewing the claim, none of the shops that contacted us regarding this repair were able to provide a documented cause of failure. Had that information been provided, we may have been able to assist further with the claim.

    We regret that the process caused frustration and that the outcome was not what you expected, but the claim review must be completed according to the terms of the contract. If you have any questions or need anything else, don't hesitate to give us a call.

    This is the second vehicle that I've had with CarShield. I stayed with them because of the price. With the first vehicle, I had no problems, so I didn't use them. The second one, I purchased four months ago, and all of a sudden, I had some problems with the air conditioning. So I took it in, and it had some other issues.     I've had Carshield since February. Signup was good and I can't complain. I've called a couple of repair places and they said, "Carshield doesn't really pay much for your PC valve and things like that," but that's just the repair shops that are on the market of Carshield. I haven't taken my vehicle in for anything because I haven't had any issues with it, so I've never utilized the warranty yet.

    CarShield's rep was detailed about everything. He told me I could call back if I had any questions. I did a couple days later and talked to somebody for a second. He cleared up stuff for me. It's hard for me to trust vehicles. I pay a little over $100 a month right now. And I got to thinking, even if my motor goes completely out, I will only be out $500 instead of another $8,000 or 10,000. Even if I keep it for five years and I never use it, and at the end of the five years, I have to use it, I'll still save some money.

    The agent from CarShield was very nice, very helpful, and very informative. He got me good deals. I had two cars with CarShield, so he got me the lowest price he could for those. It's still kind of pricey. It kind of worries me about being able to make those payments every month, but we'll see. The only thing that I don't like about CarShield is it doesn't cover gaskets and belts. If it doesn't pay for that, then it defeats the purpose of having it. So, it made me second-think about some of the stuff, because I'm not sure whether the work I just had done would have been paid for or not. Other than that, CarShield is very easy to work with. They got right back to the shop about the warranty. The price was good.

    I wanted to feel safe with having something for my car because they're expensive to fix if they break down. However, I had a big problem with signing up for somebody that called me on the phone. They were not legit, and I lost 500 and something dollars. But CarShield has a good commercial on TV and I know they're a legit company. They’re with the Better Business Bureau. They're not just gonna take my money, and I'm not gonna have a coverage like I did with this other person on the phone.

    I went ahead with CarShield and spoke to someone on the phone for a while to get information. However, they did not explain the coverage completely. I found out some things later that I didn't know. You have to have all your receipts save for all the things that have been done to the car like the mile checks. My car is 10 years old, and I didn't save that for all those years. I don't know where I'm gonna get receipts now. I wonder what's going to happen when I make a claim. You also pay every month but you gotta wait 3 months before you can use it.

    I had 2 claims with Car Shield. The first claim cost a total of $1,900. I had to pay $550 towards that bill. I was a fairly new customer so I didn't mind paying some of it. The second claim cost me $2,300 for leaking oil. Long story short, Car Shield gave the repair shop and myself the runaround. Seemed like they didn't want to pay. They were given pictures and videos from the repair shop of leaks in 2 different locations. They told the mechanic to put dye in the oil and drive it around for an hour and send them more pics and videos, which is ridiculous!

    Anyhow, the last person I spoke to on the phone had a pompous attitude, made me feel like I was in the wrong. And btw, the repair shop recommended I go with Endurance because they seemed more reputable than Car Shield. I cancelled my plan ($140) monthly and will save myself $1,680 a years. My car breaks down again I'll pay for it myself!

    On the first claim, there was a small difference in cost due to the repair facility’s pricing exceeding what could be approved. Overall, our records show the out-of-pocket amount should have been a little over $300, which included the $250 deductible. We are not sure what else the repair facility may have charged outside of that, but we were not made aware of any additional charges at the time.

    For the second claim, our records show the repair facility was not able to identify where the leaking oil was coming from or what caused it. They were also unable to show a verified failure related to the PCV concern. The contract explains that all breakdowns must have a verifiable cause of failure in order to determine coverage eligibility.

    You were not in the wrong, and we apologize for any misunderstanding or if any interaction made you feel that way. However, the repair facility does need to diagnose the vehicle and provide a documented cause of failure so the claim can be properly reviewed under the contract terms.

    I'm a little disappointed with CarShield. I put a claim in, and for some reason, they are not honoring it because they said that I didn't go over the 1,000 miles based on the computer in the vehicle. But my odometer clearly showed that I did. Apparently, the computer was saying that I needed 400 miles more when the first issue happened, but nothing ever came up on the car. I have a 2017 Traverse Chevy and its transmission didn't work anymore. So, I took it to the shop. But at the time, I had already driven it for over 3,000 miles.

    Whoever was trying to help me at CarShield was annoyed because she kept repeating what the computer said. And I kept telling her that I was driving it and nothing ever came up on the dash until it broke down. Then, within a week, I had it already at the shop. They confirmed the issue with the transmission and the lady told me that the computer said that this problem came up before my 1,000 miles requirement.

    I wanted some warranty in case anything happened to the engine, the motor, and transmission. So, when I was in my living room and I happened to see CarShield on the commercial, I made the call and enrolled with them. But now, I got a bad taste on my mouth. I paid the deposit, I've been paying the monthly ever since, and another one's coming up on the 16th. But I feel like I'm just paying for no reason because when I made the claim they are not covering it. Their customer service reps didn't help and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or somebody higher up, they said that that was impossible.

    During claim review, the administrator may review vehicle data called freeze frame data. This information is stored by the vehicle’s internal systems and can show when a failure code was first recorded. In this case, the freeze frame data showed that the breakdown occurred before the mileage portion of the waiting period had been completed. Because that data comes from the vehicle itself, the claim had to be reviewed according to that information and the terms of the contract.

    We also apologize for any misunderstanding regarding speaking with a supervisor. It is not impossible to speak with one. Supervisors operate on a callback basis, so when a supervisor is requested, they will review the situation and return the call within 24 to 48 hours.

    I figured CarShield was a good service to have, with the way vehicles break down. However, I'm upset with them. They're pretty good with answering the phone, but when it comes time to pay up, that's where the struggle comes. I put in a claim but they denied it. My engine went out but they told me that it was a pre-existing condition. It wasn't, but that was the reason they gave me to deny the coverage. For the type of vehicle that I have with the year that it was manufactured, they're known for breaking down in certain types of ways, and it broke down in that specific way. I don't know if that was a loophole that they use but that ain't fair. That was unforeseen. That ticked me off so I've been shopping around for something else.

    One of my best friends told me about CarShield. Then, the reason I got CarShield for my truck is that this is the first Toyota Tundra I've ever owned. But I did try to use it, and Toyota wouldn't say yes. So I ended up spending about $4,000 of my own money. What happened was somebody hit me in the Home Depot, and it messed up all the sensors on my bumper. They had to pull my bumper off and replace one side of it, and then all the sensors. But then, when they did that, it had to be synced with the front. So it was an electrical deal. CarShield was very easy to work with. They were pushing and pushing to do that, but Toyota wouldn't honor them.

    The signup process at CarShield was simple. The representative walked me through everything. And he was very nice. But the only thing on the signup process was that it was a little off-putting how they initially explained the package.

    When they explained the package, it was in a broad context first. I started digging and asking questions. I already have up to 100,000-miles and 200,000-mile range coverage on certain parts of my car. I wanted to know with the package that he was offering, what it actually encompassed. They used generic terms like “It covers your front-end engine." It's a lot of parts up there. I did have to do a little digging just to really find out what was all covered. And it was a nice amount, once he broke it down.

    I know they can't itemize everything, but it will be better if they had key points that most people with vehicles really worry about, which is literally electrical, transmission, fuel line, brake lines. It took a while for him to feel comfortable, just listing the parts. It will make a world of difference, and a lot more people will understand what they're purchasing. I loved the policy that I got because it does cover end-to-end.

    I'm skeptical on this because they said, for the first month, if we took our truck in, our deductible is $1,000, and after three months, it will be 500. I have no clue what the deductible is now.     CarShield is not worth it. Every time my wife needed to use CarShield, they wouldn't accept it. I haven't had to use mine and with the problems my wife had with hers, I didn't want mine either. When she had an air conditioner issue, it ended up costing her $600. She called CarShield to make an appointment and they told her to go ahead, but then they wouldn't pay for it. They didn't give us any explanation for why they didn't cover it. They just said no and she ended up paying the whole bill. We are very unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend CarShield to anybody.

    Enrolling with CarShield was effortless. The people who assisted me were very knowledgeable in the merchandise that was available, and professional. They explained how it worked, what parts were covered, what wasn't covered, and for how many years. They were very thorough. Also, they explained the different coverage levels, and based on what I wanted covered, determined the level. The only concern I had was if it was a scam because it's hard to tell nowadays what's real and not. But after having the conversation with the representative, and they broke certain things down, and things I had already researched, it lined up.

    All I hear is tariffs, tariffs, tariffs. Cars will be extremely expensive. And when people have a car that they no longer want to pour money into, they tend to go on the lot and buy another vehicle. This is not the time to purchase another vehicle. But if you have CarShield and those parts are covered, whatever the cost is, is more manageable than it would be paying for a car for 72 months. It would be best to get something that covers those parts, so you can get them repaired, versus purchasing a car you were not prepared to purchase. It makes economical sense for me.

    ((((The Carshield Debacle.))))) (((((Do not go with this scam.)))))) Complete run around, paid almost $3k in to this warranty, Their process requiring what seems to be an endless amount of diagnostics, inspections, delays and now confronted with the fact that I will have to come out of pocket over $12,000 to repair my vehicle, that which I do not have , not to mention the $1,246 for a rental during their process. This whole idea decision that I made to contract Carshield was without a doubt one of the absolute worst decisions I have ever made. Hiring an Attorney is not an option due to cost. Calling and trying to get something from them has proven to be utterly futile. Customer service reps have little to no mechanical or technical background and can only read off what notes are on their screen.

    As of right now, their request for info to diagnose the cause of failure has run up to an estimated $1200. This is a bill that they ran up and are still adding costs. Nothing has been done. Now they are stating that they will not pay for the inspections, diagnostics, videos, shop time, labor because the repair has not been done. I am out of time and money waiting for their deliberation. So! having paid out $2740 for the warranty, $1246 for car rental and will probably get stuck with a $2000+ shop bill! My total loss from having Carshield will cost me ((($5986))) with absolutely nothing to show for!. OH! wait I did not mention anything about the frustration, arguments and with the wife. In closing, I can only hope that after having read my experience, you choose to move forward with any other option but Carshield. Sincerely, BURNED, BEATEN & WISER!

    When we first got the vehicle I was pleased with the service. But they have definitely gone downhill. Little approval if any on claims for parts related to fuel delivery! The main deal to make the car run. The claims people made my certified shop take videos etc. which was fine with them until the person on the phone said it looked fine to her!!!! Is she the mechanic. This was a certified shop and they just wrote off his repair advice. I pay $120 a month for this warranty and I WILL BE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER COMPANY and will not recommend Carshield ever again. I was telling everyone that we had one of these warranties and really liked it. SCRATCH that. Not fair nor reputable. JUST SAY NO TO CARSHIELD PROTECTION.

    Don't bother. They will deny as many claims as possible because it's not in their best interest to pay out or they would go bankrupt. They will find every possible loophole to not pay for your repair. I paid them for five + years and they never once paid a claim for my repairs. One of the mechanics I worked with was surprised they denied my claim and he'd been working with them for years. When my car was totaled in a collision and I tried to get a plan for a different car, they wouldn't provide me with one as the repairs would be "too expensive" - they wouldn't make any money off of me if I submitted a claim that they would have to pay. Do yourself a favor and get a high yield savings account and put whatever money you would have paid to them in that account instead. Don't throw away your money like I did.

    I am a new customer of CarShield. I bought an older model vehicle and it had low mileage, but it was out of warranty because of how old it was. So, I wanted to make sure that I had some sort of extended warranty to fall back on. I googled extended warranty companies, and CarShield was one of the first ones that came up. When I was signing up, initially, I felt pressured. I tried to say I wasn't interested and he was not taking no for an answer. I felt better about the conversation as it went on. I did get the month fee down from 159 down to 99 a month.

    I got a month-to-month plan. So, after the third month, I can cancel at any time. It's a $500 deductible. I like the warranty options and the one that I chose, because this particular vehicle is a convertible and this particular package covers the convertible parts that could go any time. I got their Diamond package, so it includes all of the coverages except for normal wear and tear. Right now, the vehicle is in a repair shop. I had to have it towed from my place of employment because a radiator hose blew. The repair shop tried to file a claim to get it covered, and it was denied by CarShield because they stated that radiator hoses could be normal wear and tear. So, unfortunately, on a Mercedes, that repair is over $900. I’m already kicking myself about this purchase. It's wonderful when it's working.

    CarShield didn't cover anything when I had to get my car worked on. Also, I thought my deductible was supposed to be 250, but now, they said it was 500. But it hasn't done me any good. My car had two separate coolant leaks. They said they’d cover one, but the dealership told me that CarShield said it would be less money than my deductible would be. But I thought my deductible was supposed to be 250 because I've had the insurance for a while on the vehicle. I've been recommending CarShield, but now, I'm questioning it. I don't know if they're what they say they are, because they cost a lot of money, and it hasn't benefited me. I'm about to cancel it.

    CarShield's customer service people were fine. I misunderstood a bit of the policy at the beginning, but that was my fault. I didn't catch on to the fact that the deductible would be doubled if you have a claim in the first 90 days. That was a little shocking. But it turned out okay, because it ended up the fix wasn't so tragic, and the deductible thing never came into it. Other things were wrong that weren't covered by CarShield, but it's okay. I'm glad that my vehicle issues weren't so serious that it had to involve CarShield, but if I haven't involved CarShield, I wouldn't have found out what was wrong. It ended up not being a catastrophic major maintenance issue, which is a good thing, but CarShield never had to pay for anything other than towing. I was very happy.

    The signup experience was okay. CarShield gave me the best rates at the time. However, GMC doesn't honor CarShield's warranty. That’s not the first time that somebody had a GMC truck or car that GMC didn't warranty. CarShield should have told us that before I bought the warranty. I have to move my car from GMC to another company, so they can warrant that warranty. I was trying to get some stuff done yesterday, and the rep said it was stupid whatever we were trying to do. She thought she had clicked over, and she didn’t, and I heard her that we're doing something stupid. When she got back on the phone, I asked her what she meant, and she told me what she meant. I said, “Okay,” and I left her alone. I want to see what CarShield is gonna do because my vehicle is still under warranty with them and it's in the shop.

I went into my card to look at something, “Why are these charges higher than what they said?"

    When I called CarShield back, they wanted to argue with me about it, so I immediately canceled, asked for a credit, and called my credit card company. The manufacturer's warranty is still good until February. There's nothing wrong with the car anyhow. So, I said, “Let's forget this, and give me my money back.” The credit card company resolved it with them, and I got my money back. The policy hasn’t even kicked in yet. This was in the beginning, because when you sign up, it doesn't start for 90 days for full coverage, and this was only the second payment. It's bait and switch, and it didn't seem legitimate and forthright. They say they're going to charge one price, but charge another. That’s not the way to do business.

    They have been amazing... I drive Range Rover Sports so extended warranties are super important which extended warranty I pick. The Range Rover I had before this one had to have not one but 2 motors replaced and they did it without blinking an eye... Of course I had done my part correctly so I met the requirements, but it went so smoothly and wasn't a problem... I've had to use them for a couple of things now on all of my Range rover vehicles and I wouldn't use anyone else for my warranty. They are top notch!!

    The CarShield commercials on TV have a movie star, and they talk about it. They say, "Hey, it's the best thing that could ever happen if you get it." So, I got it. I already bought a policy from another company that I canceled because the talk on the phone with CarShield was great. Then I waited over 36 days, and then I decided to use it because the car started faltering. One of the lifters was going out. I took it in and CarShield talked to the service manager at Northcutt Chevrolet in Enid, Oklahoma. They talked to him, and he told them what it was gonna be. Then before I knew it, it was denied. I couldn't use CarShield.

    I called CarShield and they said, “We feel that you already had that problem.” I did not have that problem. But I don't wanna argue on the phone. I got the best deal with the Diamond plan because I'm a 100% disabled Air Force veteran. So my experience with CarShield was short-lived. I put in the claim too soon, so they denied me. So, I canceled it. I was totally dissatisfied.

    CarShield gave me a better veteran discount. I recently had a third vehicle that I signed up with CarShield. I bought it last year, signed up with them in January or February with that vehicle. It was my mom's vehicle. I heard them say 30 days or 25 days or 500 miles. My mom doesn't drive the vehicle a lot. She drove it 250 miles since we bought it. I got in it to get the oil change, and the check engine light came on. It was past the 25 days. I took it to Christian Brothers, and they filed a claim. CarShield called me and said, “We're not gonna cover it, because it's 25 days and 500 miles.” Thankfully, it wasn't anything major. I had them take care of it. I had to pay out-of-pocket. But there's no reason for me to carry the coverage on this car, so I dropped it.

    I have coverage on my other two vehicles. I had to get a new transmission in my car. It was almost two years that I had CarShield, my transmission went out, and they replaced it. I was out-of-pocket the deductible. And there are no qualms about it. They took care of me, so I don't have anything bad to say about them. Either I misunderstood what the waiting period was, or the person told me over the phone, and they were mistaken and said something incorrect about the contract and maybe I didn't read the contract fully. I'm not mad at them.

    My name is **, I have had Car Shield for 5 years now, and my Vehicle has really not been in need of a lot of repairs. I am one of those people who, take very good care of their Automobile's ma maintenance wise inside and out, so much the so, I have 3 autos, 2 of which are well over their manufacturer's lifespan, one a 1994, Mazda B3000, 3 hundred thousand miles, the other a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu LS has 150 thousand miles, and both of them are still running strong, that's what proper maintenance will do.

    But my point is, I bought a 2014 Dodge Durango SXT, 6 years ago, which had 62 thousand miles at purchase and I immediately bought the Car Shield Platinum plan and now the vehicle has 75507 thousand miles and I just started to have a few minor problems, in which I called Car Shield 🛡️ about, and they politely, denied my claims and coverage for the repairs, in which I had to pay for out of pocket, but my plan coverage booklet, says the repairs should have been covered without problems from the company, the repairs are legally covered under my contract. But 2 times they denied me coverage, without first allowing a Certified mechanic to look at the repair cause or problem, just flat out you're not covered!!

    Right over the phone, which made me have to, put my 2014 Dodge Durango SXT, with 75507 thousand miles, in the shop and pay out of my savings account to fix it myself. But they still keep deducting their Platinum plan payment out my account monthly. What they should do is, refund me 5 years of monthly payments, of $99.89 Dollars, and the full amount for my 2 Repair paid out of pocket by me, that they denied, even though under their contract I was clearly as the nose on your face, "COVERED FOR!" They gave me some bogus reasons for, when my backup camera went out, saying that the Vehicle never had a backup camera. So I had to pay for it out of pocket, almost 2 thousand dollars.

    Then my contract says, I'm covered for electrical problems or computer related problems, which they denied the claim, right over the phone, without allowing me to have it check first by a certified repair shop, the Dodge Durango SXT 'S , of 2014, have a safety feature, built in called an Active head rest, that is supposed to prevent, bodily harm to the front passenger's necks by deploying up on an accident, and my front passengers head rest deployed with my vehicle sitting in the driveway over night, cause by some sort of electric or computer glitch in the system.

    They denied repair right over the phone, saying I was not covered. Which led to me having to put the Dodge Durango SXT, in the shop and once again pay for the repairs out of pocket, with a Certified mechanic. Yet, no refund of my 5.6 years of monthly payments of $99.89 Dollars and the cost of my out-of-pocket payment. All they have to do is treat their loyal customers right, happy customers bring other customers to them, and so on and so on. Why don't you just honor your contracts, CARSHIELD🛡️!!??

    CarShield is not covering anything that has gone wrong with my vehicle. I filed a claim because the engine light came on. When they diagnosed what was going on with it, they said they didn't cover the fuel parts of the vehicle. I talked to two people at CarShield. I told the first person that I talked to that I was gonna pull my contract as well. He told me that I could pull it. I told him that I would like to read it myself as well. So, after I talked to him, I took the time to read that part of the contract. So, when I really looked in depth of the contract, it is really not helping you unless you're in a car accident. That's extra money that I'm paying besides for the vehicle. I'm spending $100 that I don't need to spend them up.

    The sign-up process was painless and the rep answered the questions that I had at the time. The only thing was that I felt a little pressured and uncomfortable during the sales process, but I looked beyond that and focused on the product itself. I got the bumper-to-bumper coverage, with the exception that the rep let me know upfront to hang on to the receipts for the oil and filter purchases, whether I have my regular PM done by my mechanic or I wanted to do it myself. He let me know also that, for example purposes, if the transmission has a major issue, and they have to replace the transmission, I can't just go the following day. I have to wait x amount of months or years before I do that on a large item, the engine block or the transmission or something big ticket. CarShield was a little bit pricey but they got the job done, no bells and whistles.

    I will never trust Carshield ever again. When I signed up, the representative told me on my truck, which is spotless and ran like a clock that whichever came first 30 days or 500 miles that my coverage would be intact. And I would be covered. I was honest, had an engine problem. That is now going to end up costing $2500 or so, and they say, I'm not covered because I needed both 30 days and 500 miles. I called because I was well over 500 miles so I got scammed and I have now had to cancel my contract because of it and I have to try to come up with the money now to fix my truck. It's not fair. It's not good.

If you know what you need, and it lines up with what CarShield offers, then it's worth doing. I'm a lot more confident now knowing that I don't have to worry about any sort of issue with my car. I just met someone who had a transmission problem with their Rogue that they didn't have coverage for. It was the same year model as mine and the repair cost $6,000.

    The ease of signing up with CarShield was pretty much straightforward. The salesman was very generous and helpful. He answered questions quite quickly. He wasn't reading from a script. The most expensive parts of my truck are engine and transmission and that's exactly what he hooked me up with. I've talked to my mechanic, and he accepts CarShield. But there is some problems that he runs into with CarShield from time to time. These motors that are in these pickups that I drive are notorious for going bad. If my engine were to let go on it, like a catastrophic failure, you're better off just putting a remanufactured engine there. It doesn't matter from who, because it's always about the lifters on the engine. So, I'm weary, but I'm still going with CarShield.

I got roadside service. And if I want, I could get another car while my car is being fixed.

During initial sign up you get promised the world and your vehicle is covered top to bottom and when you actually need to use the warranty all the fine print comes up and apparently you need to keep records of any and all maintenance you do on your vehicle from the start of service AND PRIOR for them to cover anything which is a complete lie. They also want to put USED PARTS in your vehicle to complete the repair which is so unacceptable by far and want to pick and chose what kind of parts they want to cover and use in the repair. Complete garbage all around and the customer service people are all highly trained scammed themselves. AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARSHIELD. They are being sued for my exact situation I just went thru for all the lies and deception.

    Vehicle: 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8. Rear differential had to be replaced twice in two years. First time, CarShield sent a used unit that was in worse condition than the one in my Jeep! Ordered another through Car Shield and it was installed. I said it didn't work correctly upon completion, but dealer said it did.

    1.5 - 2 years later, I took it in again because I could smell the rear end burning itself up. Tech agreed, so another rear - end was replaced. Problem is that Chrysler redesigned the rear differential for 2015 (my Jeep is a 2013).

    Both the service manager and I argued that if a new rear differential rather than a used one was installed the first time, we wouldn't be doing this again. The physical differences between the old one and the redesign had to do with the axle wiring harness was different. Could not find a 2015 or later differential. Car Shield found that one of their suppliers had one and it was sent. Turned out the connections for the computers is different. After much had-wringing on both ends, dealer found a kit that will work, but Car Shield doesn't want to pay the labor to adapt it to my Jeep. After the service manager and I calling them many times, Car Shield now says they will not pay further labor ($400) on this repair.

    Bought a plan that covered turbocharger, even had the word turbocharger in the plan title. Turbocharger failed (DTC P0299), claim denied. I would have been better off opening savings account and depositing the monthly charge going to Carshield. I invested $141 per month for two years. That amount would have paid for the repair. All I ever got from Carshield was $57 from the $10M settlement Carshield had with FTC. DON'T WASTE your time and avoid aggravation filing the claim and finding a repair facility willing to work with CarShield. Save money paid to CARSHIELD in an ACCOUNT for CAR REPAIR.

    I called to open a claim. I was asked what was wrong, I told them my cruise control had quit. I was told to take to a shop. Not once did you say that ISN'T covered in my contract. 4 calls, 4 different people. Each time I was asked and told them what was wrong. My shop doesn't take CarShield. So again I called and was told where to take my truck. I asked again if the cruise control was covered and this time she looked at my contract and told me, "No. It is not covered." Why didn't the others look at the contract? Why take it to your shop if you don't cover it. Why tell me to take it where I want then tell me I have to take it somewhere else?     I had top-tier coverage for engine and transmission and everything. My clutch went out of my car and they wouldn’t cover my claim. Just for your information they do not cover belts or timing chains so if one breaks and causes engine damage, they will not cover it. Would not recommend at all. Would give lower than one star as possible. It is definitely a scam 100% to get money. Do yourself a favor. Open a savings account just for emergency car repairs only and you’ll be much happier. Purchase at your own risk, but you’ll end up wasting your money that you could be saving for emergency repair.

    I canceled my CarShield extended warranty today May 5, 2026 after 10 years of wasted money and denials. They covered my vehicle a Dodge Limited Megacab 2500 one time.     Updated on 04/29/2026: I will now respond to CarShield's response. They say they clearly explained the policy to me. Obviously they didn't. If they explained it clearly, I would have understood it clearly. When I asked someone to review the call to verify it, they put me on hold for a little less than 5 minutes, then claimed that they informed me at 19 minutes and 19 seconds. How did you get to 19 minutes in less than 5 minutes. So I ask for a copy of the call and they naturally refused citing personnel safety. Like, I've already heard the person over the phone so how is their safety threatened? Then they said they wouldn't release it because someone might use AI to edit the call, but that excuse doesn't fly either because you could always counter by releasing the actual call. I threatened to take legal action and force them to release the call until they finally said they would provide a "snippet" of the call. Yet they didn't even do that.

    Now about their claim of being transparent. Did you know that your deductible is not the only thing you pay for repairs? They deliberately pay the shop well below the actual cost forcing you to cover the difference. They don't you that anywhere, either on the phone when explaining the policy to you, nor on the contract. Not only that, I have learned from mechanics who have responded to my social media posts that CarShield will require the cheapest parts, recycled, junkyard, etc., and will never pay full price for new parts.

    This explains why they don't cover your repair fully. Not only that, but they only pay so much an hour for labor which is an outdated figure and has not been increased with the current cost of living. In short, they are only in business to make money, and I understand that, but the way they make their money is by saving themselves from fulfilling their commitment of saving you money. I did the math, and it would have cost me over $1500 to fix my car if I filed a claim with CarShield. I pay the shop directly and it cost me.

    Original Review: They tell you what you want to hear about coverage, then you find out what you needed to hear when your car breaks down. They claim the sales person informed me before purchasing the coverage but when I requested an audio record of the phone call, they denied it. They don't want me checking up on them. I have requested my coverage be cancelled. What a waste of money.

    I called them. Asked for a price. The ad I seen said take it to any certified repairs. No mileage penalties. (My words). The lady starts asking question completely opposite to the ad I seen example: what do you use the car for....Do you take it to dealer or repair man. I said, "Please just a quote." That's when the real mouthwash was thrown at me. Trying to justify the questions asked me. And a real slippery statement. She said, "I'm trying to get you the best coverage." I was not born yesterday, especially dealer or repair man. That can be hundreds of dollars cost difference and original parts variable.... So I hung up.

    She called me back. I told her to remove me from their system. In my opinion them questions were being asked to me for a price quote based on their analyst bean counting program. Not a true price setting company. Example is. You take your car to the dealer. The price ratings is one or 1st you take the car to repair man. Price rating is two. Take it where parts are swapped. Price rating is 3. Just my opinion based on her questions. In other words they advertising is fake.

    I was told to get some kind of good warranty on my car just because it's a luxury car and it didn't come with a warranty from the small dealer I bought it from. Since I can't afford its maintenance, I decided to follow the suggestion. The guys at Audi, when I took my car in for maintenance, recommended CarShield, so I called them to set up my warranty.     I gave one star because it wouldn’t let me give no stars. I had a very disappointing experience with CarShield. After paying for coverage and expecting protection, I was told my $250 deductible had changed to $1,000 when I actually needed a repair for my AC compressor. They also only agreed to pay $128.08 toward the repair, claiming it should take 1.8 hours based on a “national mechanic database,” but they could not clearly explain or justify this.

    I felt the process lacked transparency and consistency. I was asked for my full service records, which I provided, but it still didn’t change their decision. The repair shop even warned me ahead of time that CarShield would not fully cover the claim. Now I’m left paying most of the repair out of pocket and without air conditioning during the Texas heat. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully research before choosing this company.

I signed up on January 26, 2026 for a Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Policy costing 7,782.00 (162.13 down, $162.12/month for 47 months). They were quick to take my money and approve my vehicle. But when I actually needed repairs on MULTIPLE parts? Every excuse to deny coverage.

    Here's what exposed them from the start: When I first took my vehicle in, they didn't ask about the problem. The VERY FIRST thing they demanded was over 12 months of maintenance records from EVERY shop I've ever used. Not to help me to fish for any missing receipt, any gap, any reason to deny me. They weren't fixing my car. They were building a case against me. Covering their ass before even looking at my vehicle. I paid nearly $8,000 for peace of mind and got an interrogation instead. This isn't poor service it's a trap dressed as a warranty. It's unethical.

    I'm posting this everywhere: BBB, ConsumerAffairs, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X. Potential customers need to know the truth.     It's been over a month and my truck is still in the shop for a transmission. CarShield sent the shop a used transmission and it was worst than the one that came out. The dealership had made me sign up for a 10-year warranty, and then three days later, called me and said that my warranty or everything except for the electronics was expiring, and I was like, “Hold on.” I was forced to sign a 10-year warranty with no explanation by the dealership that it was separate. It was flat out, “This is a 10-year warranty. Take it or leave it,” kind of thing. I was always under the assumption that the 10-year warranty was covering everything normally on it, and I was like, “I'll have this paid off before the quarantine even expires.” Then three days later, they were calling me and going, “No. That didn't cover that.” But with CarShield, I was comfortable talking with them.     On the shop end of things CarShield is one of worse ones to work with. We have to jump through a lot of hoops (I deal with a a lot of warranty companies) and they will not pay fair parts prices.. They either make the shop sell the part cheaper then what they paid for or the customer has to pay the difference on top of their deductible. They do opt to send their own part but in all case so the parts have been very poor quality.

    I had CarShield a while before. I went back to it. The rep was very nice, and told me about the deals, what CarShield could do, and what package deal to get. They did good. Something about my car wouldn't turn on. I brought my car to BMW but they couldn't fix what was going on. CarShield didn't cover my amount for the BMW to figure out what was wrong with it. I had to pay out of pocket. I’m a little confused with that. But it's okay. It would have worked out either way, because I would have had to pay the same amount of money anyway for CarShield. I got the big package deal. It should cover a lot of things. If it doesn't cover, maybe there is a way I will leave CarShield. But they were nice and pleasant.

    The ONLY thing that disappointed me was that my Old Timing Chain was not reusable so therefore Carshield should have reimbursed me the $1,100.00 that I paid out of my own pocket!!!! I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with CarShield regarding the extended warranty I purchased for my 2017 Ford F-150. What seemed like peace of mind turned into a complete nightmare when I actually needed them to step up. I filed a claim to replace the turbocharger, a major and expensive repair that is exactly the kind of issue you expect an extended warranty to cover. Instead of honoring the claim, they denied it based on what feels like a technical loophole. They argued that a component connected to the turbo—the intercooler—was not covered because it is considered a separate part.

    Here’s the problem: this “separate” part is physically attached to the turbocharger. It’s not something you can simply remove or replace independently. In my case, it’s essentially integrated—welded or fixed in a way that makes it inseparable from the turbo itself. Any qualified mechanic will tell you that replacing the turbo means dealing with that component as part of the same repair. Despite this, they used that distinction to deny the entire claim. It feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying for a legitimate repair by hiding behind technical wording. This isn’t what customers expect when they invest in an extended warranty.

    To make matters worse, after denying my claim, they actually called me trying to sell me a home protection insurance plan. The audacity was unbelievable. When I brought up my denied claim, they tried to reassure me that “this time it would be different” and that the home protection plan would cover me if anything happened. After what I just went through, that kind of pitch felt completely out of touch and honestly insulting.

    American AutoShield (CarShield) absolutely the WORST company I’ve done business with! I bought what the CarShield representative said was “The best coverage” for my 2014 Ram 1500 back in 2021, $120 mo. So I trusted her and Rapper/Actor Ice-T on the commercials! First year, my key fob ignition went out. Carshield contract shows it covered ignition switch, BUT since it’s called a FOB ignition, they didn’t cover it! Cost me $440 to repair!

    2024, the Steering Module went out. Carshield said they would’ve fixed it, but I didn’t have the next-level coverage contract that would’ve covered it! To add, the coverage I needed didn’t exist at the start of my contract and was NEVER offered to me during the life of my contract! The $120 a month I paid was basically for towing! The part alone will cost me $2k! They play name games with parts, and I believe they don’t offer new coverage to existing customers to avoid paying to fix additional non-covered parts!

    Why would they offer anything more to existing customers when they’re getting paid for NOTHING, faithfully every month? To be CLEAR, you’re NOT paying Carshield for repairs, you’re paying for false hope! Don’t allow yourself to be PIMPED out your hard-earned money! They will harass you if you’re 1 DAY LATE!!! Carshield is FIRED!! My truck is still parked, uncovered, because I no longer trust ANY warranty companies, but after 1 week after cancelling my Carshield contract, I’m now blessed with a brand new 2025 Hyundai Sonata. Last to add, The Dealership at Hyundai told me to NEVER EVER purchase TV car warranties, they’re ALL designed to ONLY PROFIT!!! So keep my Carshield experience in mind the next time celebrities appear on your television or phone and STRAIGHT FACE LIE to you for CARSHIELD!!!!

    CarShield was very popular and we had seen a lot of commercials for it, which made us decide it was something we should look at. We’ve had extended warranties before on other vehicles, and the car we got CarShield on no longer had a warranty and was just reaching the mileage, so we wanted the protection. We started comparing different providers, but we didn’t even go through the full process because CarShield was the first one we looked at and the terms were favorable, so we didn't feel the need to look any further than them.     My Dodge Charger is 13 years old and if something goes wrong, a lot of things are very expensive to get fixed and I didn’t want to deal with it. I saw CarShield’s number and got the warranty at the spur of the moment. But I ended up having to get out of it because there was no documentation of regular maintenance on my car, and proof of getting oil changes. I have a friend who does my work and I don’t go to a regular shop. Otherwise, CarShield is a great company and the idea behind it is awesome. I just couldn’t use them. So, I didn’t have a lot of experience with them, but what I had was good. Dealing with the reps was very positive and friendly. They were very cordial and when I called to cancel, it was not a problem. They didn't give me any hassle.

    I had good experiences with CarShield in the past, until they started jacking up the rates too high, and I had to stop it. I recently got started with them again because they gave me lower rates. Also, I have an older vehicle and a lot of places really didn't want to cover what I needed. Most of them would only offer me the standard transmission, but CarShield was able to offer me electronics. I have an SUV, and a lot of them don't like to cover the trunk actuator switch or any electricals. Signing up went pretty smoothly. Even the first time I had it done, I didn't have any problems. The new one they gave me this time was the key tag and the cards. I hadn't had that before.

    I have three vehicles and I went through CarShield for all of them. I got the hardcopy of my contracts and handbook within a week. They are straightforward but the different tiers is what kind of gets me. All three of my vehicles are different ages, and I want them to all be in the same tier but, unfortunately, they're not. One of my vehicles was put in a different tier from the other two. I have two cars under 100,000 miles, and the vehicle that I drive every day is over 100,000 miles. So, I'm thinking that might have been because of the mileage, and they didn't explain that one very well. But I called six different warranty companies, and they were all the same thing. They didn't tell you if it was based on mileage or not. If it's based on mileage, that's something I really should have known ahead of time. And if there was an option to pay for the tier that I wanted, even if I had to pay a little more, that would have been nice to know.

    Other than that, when I had a problem with the air conditioners in two of my vehicles, CarShield was the only one that had no problems getting them fixed and still keeping the coverage affordable. I tried Endurance for a minute and when I needed to get my air conditioner fixed, they waited until the last minute to say that it was not covered. Also, I have three separate policies on three different vehicles. It'd be nice if they were put in one policy, but CarShield don't put them all under one policy anymore, so they can track which vehicle is being worked on. Aside from that, there are some things they’re covering on two of my vehicles, but they don't cover on my third vehicle. But pretty much, they cover just about everything and I'm pretty satisfied with them. I haven't had any problems so far and they communicate very well with the dealership, versus some of the other ones that I had.

    Does not provide adequate coverage for luxury repairs. I cannot recommend CarShield based on the breakdown of costs I received during a recent service visit. After three months of paying for a policy, I discovered that I would still be responsible for the majority of the repair bill. My mechanic warned me that their payouts often fall short of industry labor rates and part costs. If you are looking for a service that covers the bulk of your repairs, this is not it.

    Just like any other warranty company, the print can be defective to those of us who sometimes have trouble understanding contracts and automotive terminology. So yes much of what we need done may not be covered under the contract but much is. I've been denied or have had to pay out of pocket for most of my claims but this last claim may go in my favor. I just wish things were more clear when it comes to coverages. For instance, my daughter's car have a dual clutch. So because of that they would not pay for a new or rebuilt transmission. Because inside the transmission is a part that is not covered by the warranty. So she traded the car in for another one and she dropped Car Shield.

    I have no intentions on dropping car shield because I have had other warranty company and they are all about the same. So I feel like some coverage is better than none at all. So I suggest that you read your contract to the best of your knowledge and when you come across something that doesn't sound right or you just don't understand, then call car shield and have them explain it until you do. Customer service always rank from 3 to 5 but, claims rank from 1 to 3 most times. And like I said, it's because of our understanding of the contract. This just my experiences with car shield and other warranty companies.

    I’ve had my policy since I purchased my truck in February 2025 I’ve never had a claim. When I signed up for coverage, I was excited. I just purchased my truck. I was telling the representative what I was gonna do with my truck that I was gonna use it to hook up to my horse trailer and follow my friends around to Barrel races around the country. Adventure to say, talk that poor kid’s ear off. A year and a half later, when my vehicle was serviced by an express oil change near my home, they failed & my engine blew. (Long story)

    Car SHIELD decided in their opinion that because I hook up to a horse trailer I am now agricultural use. I am now canceled and not covered, but they are more than happy to sell me a new policy with awaiting period! over my dead body! I purchased an F350 there is no other use for it. It’s not a runaround town vehicle. It’s a go out and have fun Vehicle. I would’ve happily paid the agriculture surcharge! because of the failure of the sales representative that signed me up to charge me extra simply because I hookup to a horse trailer… now I’m sitting here with a blown motor and no coverage and all that money $200 a month that I paid out for coverage! I demand an immediate refund of all the money that I paid into this worthless service and if you’re lucky, I won’t sue you for pain and suffering! Now I know why there was a lawsuit against you! I should’ve stuck with ENDURANCE.

    Updated on 03/31/2026: Still claim not paid. Now they want me to pay $800 to complete claim. Their ads claim "never pay for a covered claim again". Certainly not the case in this claim. Obviously it's covered, so just pay the whole claim.... I'm afraid the shop is so disgusted in dealing with Car Shield, they may tell me to take my vehicle elsewhere.     This company is terrible, my husband has had Carshield for 7 years and in those 7yrs we filed 4 claimed. They honor one, of course a simple part.... They claim to put the customer at ease which is a lie, if anything they make it worse.... They don't call the customer with any documents they need if they do need any. They assume the garage should which is ridiculous because they need it to continue the process.... They lie and make you feel helpless... My husband's truck was in the shop for over 7 weeks and in that time they made everything so stressful back and forth on my part mind you having the garage to do more work to try and get out of paying, we was so stressed out with all of daily life and added bills.

    We chose to cancel Carshield and let everyone know they are a scam.... Please don't deal with them or any scamming secondhand side insurance. They aren't gonna pay for anything. You will owe a lot more to the garage yourself in the end.... I plan on taking the matter further since I kept every voice clip and made sure they knew it as well.... They should be sued by all since their opening commercial States they are there so we don't have to worry.. CROCK OF SHIT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO SHIT WHEN YOU NEED THEM!!!!

    I drive a 2006 Jeep Liberty and I've got 179,000 miles on it now. I signed up with CarShield from talking to other people that's got them. They have good reviews as well. Everything's been great every time I've talked to them. They have great customer service. I haven't had any claims yet but I like having good insurance. With CarShield, you've got some security knowing that you've got it in case you need it. I'd recommend them to a friend. I checked with another company but their price was 100-some dollars a month more than CarShield so I held on to CarShield.

    I am very dissatisfied with Car Shield because my claim was denied and my contract was cancelled after I paid them premiums for a year. They reported the denial and the cancellation was due to a miles discrepancy when the policy was purchased. However, if there was an issue with the miles reported at the time of the policy being purchased it should have been rectified at that time, not used a year later to deny a claim after a monthly payment had been collected.

    The experience with CarShield was not what they advertised it to be. When you pay a monthly fee without fail, you should have comprehensive coverage. The the whole premise of having coverage is to have a worry free experience. My experience was scrambling to get a rental which should be car shield priority for the customer. I shouldn’t have to wait until a diagnosis of the vehicle to be approved for a rental. I should have been given a car 24 hours after towing. Instead I had to get a car at my expense! To add to that, I didn’t get any coverage on my repair.

    I'm an older woman and I need my car to stay in good shape, and it gets expensive at some point. I heard a lot about CarShield. When they called me, I thought that the way that they made things seemed like a good idea, but it ended up being the worst decision I made. They were horrible. They wouldn't pay for anything. I wasted a lot of money with them and I could never get them to do what I was told. I just took them off and canceled.

    I submitted a claim for my shocks and another one for my Cadillac converter. There was another one for my flex pipe and the whole exhaust system. They wouldn't do anything for me. I took it to the shop, I ended up paying out of pocket. After I ended up paying out of pocket for all of that stuff, I just canceled them. I was denied for every claim that I ever tried to come with. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
