I signed up with CarShield from a shop that looks over or works on my vehicles and just having to make my first claim so far has been as Advertised, Will update once repairs are finished. My Starter went out on my truck on Saturday evening. Y'all got my truck fixed within a day. I'm back on the road Monday afternoon, and I am happy. I thank The Lord for CarShield. They are right on time and their commercials are real. They do get your car fixed quickly.

Car Shield has one of the best customer service agents I have talked to. They are very professional, patient and eager to help you out. Other companies should learn from their experience. The way the agent I spoke to treated me, although I was busy doing something else, she was very patient and helpful in making me understand my coverage. I had to leave what I was doing and ran outside to get my card and made the required payment.

My request was taken care of with care, and quickly by the Cust Svc Rep. She asked if there was anything else I needed. After being transferred to the Cancellation department, my request was taken care of. If I wish to renew my coverage, I would call Car Shield.

I am just waiting to get reimburse on my rental. Other than that it was great but you have to wait to get your money from a rental. I wish they would just make it easy when you need a rental. Some people don't have the money to put out like that.

I spoke with Wanda (claims rep) this morning regarding the policy I just purchased on my 09 Yukon. She stated missing (prior) maintenance records from the previous owner would not be a problem and would be covered if I were to have a claim.

The insurance totaled the vehicle, therefore my contract with Car Shield is not necessary anymore on the Chrysler 300. Please continue to send me promotional incentives and discounts. Do you have discounts for senior or elderly citizens? If so, please consider sending me the information that I am interested in senior discounts for Car Shield purchases. Filed claim, a customer service representative called me to explain the claim and the amounts they would cover. The agent later called the auto dealer servicing the vehicle and coordinated the approval of the repairs directly with them. I was satisfied with the response time in authorizing my claim.
