Well I've been a 360 customuer since day 1. I love thier products, but when it comes to service and support from the company i get absolutly nothing in return except a headache, a bigger cell phone bill, and no real answer or solution for my problem.

This will be either my 7th or 8th time trying to get microsoft to fix my system that repeatly is deffective upon arrival. All I get from their end is I must be hooking it up wrong or something???? I've never been thru this much hassle to get my system fix in which clearly microsoft stated its their fault.

During my long and trying time workin with microsoft, I would be on the phone for more than 2hrs a pop and was once transfered to a company in Canada while waiting for a supervisor to answer the phone. Its very fustrating as a cosumer when you can't do anything about a problem that isn't my fault. I've invested a lot of money into this system for microsoft to only brush me off with a different system everytime they send me a broken one. I've tried to be a nice sport about they lack of QA, but enough is enough!

Time, Money, just can't explain unless you know what I mean.

After 2 yrs my xbox360 got the 3 red rings.Sent it back since it was under warranty and microsoft sent me a replacement console but the power button didn't work, so I sent it back again. they said they repaired it, but it was still dead. called Service again & they said to send the power supply this time, they sent me a new one but the console still didn't turn on.

Now they said to send back the console again and they'll replace it with a 2006 or 2007 model. I have been waiting since 2/26/08 for a working console.

I had just bought 2 games that i can't return now for a full refund.

Bought an xbox360 from microsoft about a month after it launched in the United States and about a year after using it the box has died. The GPU has fried because the system is prone to overheating. I am not under microsoft's warranty for the 3 red blinking lights so they want me to pay 129 to have it fixed.

This product should have a major recall and we should all receive our money back. This console is a fire hazard since it has known issues of overheating. Please contact me if there is a class action law suit because I would very much like to join up and help in any way I can.

I had called xbox concerning my three red light issue that seems to be popular. I was told I would get a box with in 5 days in order to send out my broken xbox. 5 days later I called because I had not received a box. They claimed there was a mistake and they gave me a new repair number and sent another box out. I received this one and sent it in to xbox.

Two weeks later I received the xbox only to find that is was still broken. I called back and they said they would send me a new box the next day. This box they claimed would be over nighted. After about three days I called and had not received a box. After speaking with them they claimed they could not close the old repair and this was not allowing them to send another box? I was told I would get a call concerning this with in 3 days.

I called after three days and they seemed to not be aware of what was going on. They kept asking me to call beck 48hours later and when I would I was told I would get a cal back. I never once received a call from any one I had to spend more than 8 full hours with the xbox repair line.

Finally weeks later they said they would send me another box. The box should have arrived yesterday or today. I called back today and was informed that it had been shipped out today. I have been told I would get compensation for this issue but when following up on that they claim nothing is in the notes. AT one point I was sent a game but I cant play it. It was almost a way to taunt me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I believe the Xbox 360 Console is a faulty. I sent my system in for a 2nd repair the middle of April 2008, I received it back on April 21st only to discover that the system they shipped back to me did not work properly. It would not read video game disc, dvd disc or music disc. I called to file another repair order and let them know the problem, and I was told they would ship me a box to return it over night and that it would be repaired in up to 2 buisness days. It also states on the web site at service that once they receive the system it will take up to 2 buisness days to repair or replace the console.

However I am being told now that it will take 2-3 weeks to do so, and that I was both misinformed by Microsoft customer support as well as the Service website. I payed alot of money, that I had to work hard for and save up for months, to get a system. Just to have it malfunction and breakdown for what now is the 3rd time in a year.

I payed just over 420 for this system that I have had to of been without for nearly 2 months of the 1 year I have owned it. Now on its 3rd different repair, and what looks like will be a total of another 3 weeks without it. I feel that Microsoft has taken advantage of not only me but millions of other consumers by selling faulty equipment and having unreliable and unknowlegable customer support. I am very displeased with the way I have been treated and misinformed by there customer support.
