employee was rude, spoke in a patronizing, inconsiderate way. wouldn't answer a question directly without giving a long speech first, after I politely explained I needed the information as quickly as possible. When i asked for person's name, they said it quickly and kept talking. i asked person to repeat their name to make sure I had it correctly & then proceeded to hang up after an impolite Goodbye.

Alfonso of Las Vegas, NV February 27, 2009

Alfonso of Las Vegas NV (02/27/09)
On July 18, 2008, I accompanied my parents to the Social Security Office for them to apply for an SS# for them to legally apply for a job. At the same time, my personal agenda was to amend the name I had in their system. Apparently, there were no obvious signs showing cell phones were not allowed to be used. I went in with my parents and I used my phone and still, we did not see any obvious signs prohibitng usage of cell phones.

I was approached by the guard and though I apologized, I was forced to go out. At the lobby, I requested to talk to my father to give my parents a few instructions and to tell them I will be ok outside. Guard said I can't. So I said it's a matter of emergency because my father is suffering from heart problems and a little consolation might help. He pushed me out and handcuffed me and I was humiliated in front of the public.

I spent 1500 for legal assistance from Atty. C. Claus (also, I paid 280 for settlement w/ the City Court). Also, I was restrained to go to the office. The misdemeanor case is still being contested by the said lawyer. Along the way, I received an arrest notice though I went to the 1st hearing (the case wasn't even filed when I went to the City Court).
