There's never a shortage of consumers, like those below, upset with Microsoft's software. Not to mention those who bought the Xbox or Zune.

I bought a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000 which is labeled Vista compatible. I found that the Intellisoft software exists for all operating systems except Vista.

I don't have full functionality of a Vista compatible product.

I has windows XP then went without a computer for a year, then in December,08 I bought a new PC with vista basic then I upgraded to vista ultimate I like it a lot but If i would have thought that ms would have the balls to phase it out so soon with a new os, I would have waited. If you got suckered into the ultimate upgrade like me, I was so upset I called microsoft and asked if I was screwed if they would buy back ultimate, he said windows 7 was beta no..what?

I will never buy anything from Microsoft again. If you paid for upgrade for vista the should give you the same in w7(premium=w7 premium, ultimate 64=w7 64) am I wrong to think this after paying 220.00 and a month later find out there dropping vista for w7 on new computers? Money may not be a concern for billy, and some others but I don't have the disposable income to but it, I'm stuck

EMOTIONAL distress

I just want Microsoft to know that of all the windows operating systems that are pre loaded, the vista one is by far the WORSE one .The system will lock up any time--e-mail or explorer or any web site, and you have to log off and reboot.--Waiting for it to correct never happens. I'm stuck with it but don't be praising the VISTA system to me. I will send this e-mail if it doesn't lock up on me.

Microsoft Vista program - basically it [is bad] and I have some glitches with it. It does a [bad] job of basic word processing and cursor jumps around by itself all over the place. I've searched Microsoft websites to see if they have just a plain contact for submitting complaints. Nothing there. All they have are tons of products to sell and subscriptions (for a price of course) to buy for getting technical help on fixing their [bad] programs.
