I got in touch with Global Travel because we have a travel agency and thought adding them would help our business. When I first talk to one of the employees he told me we could do everything under our agency name and nothing would change. Well as we started to try and add bookings we found out we could not use our CLIA number or IATA number. We had to use there's so we cancelled our membership and they decided to go into our account and take another month payment out and when you call the customer service about it they try to outtalk you and call you a lie. We will never deal with them again. NEVER. They are crooks

Review for Global Travel.com a Rezervco, LLC Brand. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Global Travel.com a Rezervco, LLC Brand. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. My calls would transfer to the appropriate party and then immediately disconnect. I made over over ten times while trying to resolve an issue, and even when I did manage to get through, the representatives were often unhelpful and uninformed. Reaching a person who could actually handle my questions was a frustrating challenge in itself. I used two different customer service numbers. Both produced the same disappointing results. (800) 798-9923 and (800) 699-1725. I spoke with Erica, Sam, Sinala, Benjamin, Sammy AND Beah (Ade) Supervisor who was supposed to discuss my concern with management...to name a few?

To make matters worse, a supervisor promised to return my call with more information but never did, leaving me stranded with no resolution. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. As for the pricing, it’s a total rip-off. I found much cheaper rates for hotels through a simple Google search or by booking directly on the hotel’s website—no need to go through the hassle of using a travel agent number.

Additionally, many of the places I visited didn’t even recognize the travel agent card provided, as it wasn’t an “IATA” card. This caused further complications and embarrassment during my trip. My advice? Stay far away from Global Travel.com a Rezervco, LLC Brand and do not waste your money becoming a member. The service is poor, the pricing is uncompetitive, and the so-called benefits are practically non-existent. Save yourself the headache and book your travel elsewhere.

I wish I had of read these reviews before I chose this company as a Host. Please stay clear of them. First of all I find the staff rude and their policies archaic. I have ben with other host agencies that encourage you to get your own CLIA card but this agency wants you to go under their number. They at first blamed it on CLIA and their policies. After further investigation and talking with a second rude person I was told that it is the policy of Global Travel. They will not vouch for you being a member in good standing even though I paid for a year upfront, big mistake. Having your own CLIA number verifies your expertise in the industry. It allows access to training, marketing and sales material, and special pricing. You have to have the card with your picture on it and not the Host Agency. There has to be something in it for them in order to be doing this.

Do not use this company as a HOST. There are far better companies out there and I will be researching more today. I will just chalk up losing almost $400 as a life lesson. With other companies I received lots of live training and with this one there are some tired pre-recorded videos. Don't get suckered in by the promise of a free trip or whatever incentive they are offering. Find another Host Agency.

This company is a scam!!! First year I spent $199 on a basic package, never received free trip or id cards. They offered little to no training (YouTube videos). I never received any discounts on travel except discount I could've gotten on hotels.com (sometimes that site was cheaper) for free. The next year I wanted to cancel my membership was told I could not if I wanted my commissions for my vacation I booked.

I purchased the membership on November 26, 2022 and if it is truly an annual membership then it should not have renew until November 26, 2023, which was well passed the time I would have gotten my commissions. All the things they tell you that you will receive you don't, seems like fraud and a fake company. They're a total SCAM and should NOT be in business. I received NO trips, NO commissions, and NO refund. I want my refund! I have made several attempts to get my commission and refund with no response or response with broken promises. DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP, IT IS USELESS!!

I have been a Global Travel Consultant since 2018. I have always had trouble getting commission. Just this year I was told that I needed to fill out a W-9. No problem. I had a $399 pull from my bank account for renewing with Global Travel on June 1st, 2023. This was not authorized as I usually receive a call to ask me to renew. Now I am told that because I did not accept the automatic pull from my account, my commissions as far back as 2019, 2021, 2022 and all in 2023 prior to the renew date were taken from me.

No policy should stop a person from receiving what they worked for. This company is a shame and I knew I was right to only renew if I chose to because of not receiving commissions. Then out of no where I get a check for 22.78, not the Commission I should have received. Shame on you for hurting hard working people who only want to travel and have a great time doing so. As a result Priceline will get all the credit because I am sending them this review.

I have tried and tried and tried to speak to someone, anyone, at this company about my claim since I am unable to get the website to accept my claim but I am have not been able to speak to one person at all. Even when they give you a phone number, where you are supposed to be able to speak with someone, this is NOT THE CASE. I've used the travel agent discount on hotels and the rates are a lot less than other sites including Expedia, Booking.com and Priceline. Haven't been able to go cruising because of Covid but they have some great cruise training programs that I've taken during this past year. I did a lot of research on what is out there and this group has been around since 1994. That says something these days.

I found this company on Trivago when making reservations for Disneys Dolphin hotel in Orlando Fl. The booking specifically said free parking and I called this company to confirm before booking. Upon check out I was charged for parking for 3 days at $25 dollars a day (the hotel said the email from the agent did not mention free parking).

When I got home I called the company immediately and was told I had to send an email. After many emails (several of which they said they never received) and numerous phone calls (otherwise they tend to forget you exist) and escalations of my case over the course of almost 2 months, it was kicked over to Trivago. They finally gave me a refund (had to use PayPal because my bank doesn't have a swift code and Trivago said they had to have that). I will never use this company or Trivago again and would advise others to do the same.

I booked a hotel reservation two months in advance for a trip to Chicago. I received an email shortly after booking the hotel through Global International that we were all set for the dates we wished to reserve. To our profound disappointment when we arrived at the hotel we were told no such reservation existed. We then called Global International customer service and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, most of which was on hold, there was no resolution to our dilemma. They did not take ownership of the fact that it was their mistake since I did have a confirmation number from them stating our hotel was booked. We ended up paying much more for our rooms but there wasn’t anything we could do since it was so late at night. A nightmare experience! Never again will we be using Global International! Beware!

On 5/14/19 tried to make reservation on their website and got an error due to no response from the hotel, so we made other arrangements. Shortly after I get a confirmation from my original booking that I was confirmed for the booking. I called and told the cs rep what transpired and it sounded like they were gonna refund my $195.00 but he said it would take 7-10 days. After 10 days went by nothing so I called again and the person said that it was still being investigated and it may take up to 30 days. So instead of paying my credit card for the charge I did dispute it to hopefully give GTI the time they needed to investigate and that I wouldn't have to pay interest on the non-purchase.

Weeks later I received a letter from AmEx stating the charge would be reinstated because that booking was basically non refundable and that the 195 was a penalty for cancelling. I did call them yet again only to get a young man that made me feel that I was being dishonest with them stating that he showed no error and that I should've taken a screenshot and there was nothing he could do otherwise. I did ask to speak to his supervisor and a lady named Gina came on the line and said she had no record of the error, that she would do yet more investigating and call me back and I quote, "no later than Monday." (This was Friday 6/21.) She even gave me her direct phone number.

Monday came around and no call from Gina, so I called her and my call went to vm after one ring so I left a message. Well I continued to call and leave messages to no avail. It is now Friday the 30th and I called the main number yet again and the rep tells me she is unavailable and gives me Gina's email address asking me to send her an email, enough already! I did ask for Gina's boss but the rep said he didn't have that info with him, really!

We sought hotel reservations for Las Vegas through Trivago and found a reasonable rate. Trivago then farmed out the reservation to GLOBAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL, who charges the entire booking fee upfront. The online agreement is wildly confusing and contradictory about its cancellation process. It does say that the reservations are non-refundable, then says five separate times that the cancellation penalty is the entire price of the pre-paid booking fee if cancelled AFTER 7 days.

An emergency came up and we needed to cancel before the cancellation period had expired. GLOBAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL insists in the agreement that you MUST call their 800 number to cancel or change your reservations, but they NEVER answer their phones and NEVER return voice messages. We tried everything to reach them in time, including a call to the hotel, who expressed sympathy when they heard we were dealing with this notoriously bad company, but could not help us because we had already paid them for the reservations.

We finally reached GLOBAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL after tracking down a local number for their headquarters in Florida, after the cancellation period had expired, and a shockingly rude woman refused to help before just hanging up on us. We lost almost $500 by booking with GLOBAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL and strongly suggest you never even consider doing business with this awful, unethical company who have a 1-Star Rating here at ConsumerAffairs.

I signed up for GTI silver and the pro bundle for a 14 day trial. When sent my “temporary“ login I was unable to use it. I called and was instructed to call then next day during business hour which I did. The female stated that she will request my login information and send it via email. I did not receive my login information until five days after I signed up. Once I logged in and saw what The site was about I decided that GTI was not for me. I called to cancel my subscriptions to both the silver and pro bundle. I received a confirmation number over the phone stating that the silver package had been canceled however they would have to escalate the cancellation of the pro bundle. The representative stated that I should receive a email confirmation once it had been canceled within 24 hours.

I waited 72 hours before calling back again to verified that it had been canceled. I was informed that It had not been canceled and that they would escalate it again. I became very irate with the representative and asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor. She informed me that she could not provide a supervisor and that I can have a nice day. I am informed the representative that I did not want to disconnect the call until I had a confirmation number stating that the pro bundle was cancelled before I was going to be charged for the service that I did not what any longer. She stated that she could not put a supervisor on the phone and that she could not guarantee a supervisor would give me a callback. I then called again 24 hours later and was stated the same thing that it had not been canceled and that they would escalated and I would have to wait 24 hours.

Fast forward May 6 at 3:14 in the morning my credit card was going to be charged $199 for services that I had canceled well in advance before the trial ended. I have called multiple times after and still to no avail have I received any person on the phone or a callback. This is fraud and I believe that the consumer affairs and Better Business Bureau and all other entities should definitely look into the fake business practices that this company has.

I had already suspected that my credit card was going to be charged and I had contacted my banking institution inform them that I did not want this entity to be taking any money out of my account. Luckily I was able to prevent it. However now I am forced to get a new credit card information because the bank even labeled it as fraud so not only did I have to waste my time calling GTI over 8+ times but, now this has inconvenienced me with my whole banking system because now I have to reroute all my personal banking things because I have to get a new account number. Please be aware of this company. They are frauds. They are scammers.
