The monthly rate you pay includes the cost of the equipment provided by One Call Alert. If you cancel the service and don’t return the system, however, you have to pay the company up to $650.

How One Call Alert systems work
One Call Alert’s systems use a wearable device that can be worn as a pendant or wristband. The device has a help button that, when pressed, connects you to a monitoring center staffed by trained professionals in a U.S.-based monitoring center.
From the monitoring center, operators evaluate your situation and coordinate the appropriate help, whether that’s contacting emergency services or notifying a family member. The goal is to provide quick assistance and let you feel secure knowing that help is just a button press away.

In-home systems have a range of up to 1,400 feet from the base station.

What is One Call Alert’s return policy?
You may return One Call Alert products within 30 days of purchase. After the entire system is returned, you should receive a prorated return if you have a remaining balance of $15 or more.
Is One Call Alert a good company?
One Call Alert sells five different medical alert systems that can help users feel safer and more independent. We haven’t talked to very many verified customers, so it’s hard to say whether or not the company makes the best systems. Didn't work when I had a heart attack. Sent me second unit. Didn't work. Cops showed up at my house. DO NOT trust this device. Your Life may depend on it. I'm looking to press charges.

Samantha was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She is the reason we chose this company. There is a lot of fear when you are 87 of falling and getting hurt. Thank you for your tolerating and kindness. They need to invent a wine button for caregivers so when they struggle to smile anyways they get shot of wine. Lol. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with your salesman Albert. He explained all my options which was best for my situation. When I called One Call Alert, it was my third call that day to different companies. Although I was impressed with the first two, I was more impressed with One Call Alert. After reflection, the difference was due to the representative Scott. Because he was so kind and patient with me, I felt no other company could handle my needs nearly as well. I feel reassured that the people who will be handling my security needs are truly concerned about me.

Edward was extremely helpful. I was afraid this would take a long time to set up, but it didn't. Edward was not pushy at all. He gave me the information, and let me choose my plan. I had contacted another company. Their agent was so hateful, I told them I'd call back later. Edward made me feel secure in the fact that I knew what I needed to know, so I never called the other company back.

Alert button is too large. Cannot wear around the neck because it shows outside clothes. Cannot remove the lanyard so I pin it to my bra strap and tuck the device inside my bra cup. Have not used it. I just called 911 to go to the ER.
