Our trip went smoothly. We had to extend it one day. When we contacted Faye about extending coverage, the agent was able to accommodate our request and email new documentation in minutes. The notifications Faye sent about flight status, gate changes, and boarding times were especially helpful and often provided information before the airline did.

Reasonable price with better coverage, experience staffs follow thru my trip from start to Finish. Faye send us earthquake alert, what to expect & what to do when we travelled. At Taiwan, Faye also introducing lounge access, a benefit designed to make unexpected. Flight disruptions more comfortable. I Highly recommend Faye Travel Insurance.

Faye travel insurance was incredibly easy to obtain and offered clear coverage. I had one question and found the customer service team easy to reach and very willing to help. We will definitely be using Faye for all future travel insurance needs.

January 1, 2025 mailed claim papers to Faye. After more than 6 calls and a month, someone finally found them, telling me they received on January 5. Called, several times, couldn’t find them, even though they acknowledged they received documents. Faxed 13 pages on February 4th. Called three more times until a clerk named Phoebe, found the documents and said she would send them to claims. No one has contacted after 1 1/2 months on my claim. What can be done??? I’m so disappointed. Never again! Beware.

Absolutely ridiculous! I lost skiis and rented for one day. I provided Al the documents and now they want proof that no one else paid for my rentals! THIS IS SHAM INSURANCE.

I got sick when traveling to the Philippines. I immediately got help in locating a medical clinic where I can get prescription for my condition. The doctor who diagnosed my illness was very supportive and helpful.

Preparing is a breeze. I had some concerns since we are not returning on the same day and flight but Faye representative assured us that it is okay. Fortunately, there were no issues while on our vacation. It’s still good to have peace of mind in case unexpected things happen.

We missed our connecting flight from in Dallas to FSD due to mechanical issues with the plane in DFW/Fort Worth. We changed the flight to Des Moines and rented a vehicle and drove home to Sioux Falls. The airline tried to change our flights to Dallas to Chicago then chicago to Sioux Falls but they were not confident that Chicago would not be affected by some bad weather. Can you help us with the change in plans?

The easiest way to file a claim is through the Faye app! Just go to My Trips, select your trip, and you'll find the claims tab. You'll be guided step-by-step and can also view the status later on. Alternatively, you can email us at claims@withfaye.com - write us about your situation and send us any supporting documents.
Once you submit your claim, our claims team will review it and guide you through the next steps in the process.

Faye is a scam, just go somewhere else. Honestly don’t know how there are so many positive reviews on here, they may be rigged somehow. Faye put me through the wringer on my claim, no matter how many documents I provided they just asked for more and more with no end. After about 12 rounds of this it became obvious that they never intended to help at all and 3 months of wasted back and forth resulted in nothing but frustration, despite them having full records of the medical event that disrupted the trip and a mountain of documentation. I would have been better off with no insurance at all, at least I’d still have my premiums and the dozens of hours I wasted with these clowns.

Faye anticipated any flight changes and notified me in advance, something I did not expect from a travel insurance agency. I didn’t need to use the coverage on my trip but it felt wonderful to know that Faye helped with monitoring my travel.

I bought this insurance because of new guidelines traveling abroad. And what I love about Faye are the notifications and the updates on flight information. Also the ease of use of the app and configurations, plus the games/knowledge quizzes! Faye gives peace of mind.

Would highly recommend. I accidentally put the wrong dates for my trip in. When the wrong dates came and went, I got an email from Faye asking how my trip was. When I realized my error, I figure for sure an "insurance company" was going to say "sorry, a contract is a contract" and I'd have to buy another policy for the correct dates. Nope, they asked for proof of my travels, and changed the existing policy no problem! Very surprised, would recommend.

I didn't need to use my Faye Travel Insurance. The online detailed coverage information and purchasing was informative and easy. Once purchased follow up and how to access Faye customer service was simple and also easy. Response from Faye Travel was fast when asking questions. I would purchase again.

Home safe and sound with no need to use insurance but it made my trip much more relaxed. You just never know what could happen. Years ago I had was sick and had no insurance while traveling. I learned my lesson. The price was the fairest that I found as a senior.

My late-summer 2025 travel plans became inordinately complex - super stressful for my family and me. But, thank goodness, we signed up for travel insurance with Faye. I can barely express in words how consistently helpful, cheerful, accessible and clear Faye's process and people have been. Every, single representative I spoke with (shout outs to Tongwa and Candice and Alexis in particular -- I know there were other stars) was not only clarifying and helpful, but supportive and kind, as well.
Beyond this, as a busy schoolteacher and parent, I found it extremely challenging to follow up in a timely way on some elements of my claim. The time-flexibility that is inherent in Faye's approach to working with customers was profoundly reassuring. In a world where it so often seems corporate policy is designed to trick and rob us ordinary mortals, Faye's actual dedication to supporting its customers makes you true heroes. Thank you so much!!

When our travel company (Exoticca) abandoned us and left us to fend for ourselves Faye Travel Insurance came to the rescue. They provided us with a piece of mind and were easy to reach while traveling. They provided live agent information and provided remedy to our situation within days. As for our travel agency, I have yet to hear from them. Faye is and will be my travel insurance!

I did not think too much about travel insurance until I needed it. I had to cancel a trip at the last minute due to a grave illness in my immediate family. It was a very stressful time. When I finally did submit a claim with Faye, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the process was straightforward. I got prompt responses, reminders when I failed to submit all of the necessary documentation, and quick resolution. I highly recommend Faye Travel Insurance and will definitely be using them for future travel.

I used Faye when I was going to Peru and Mexico City - I got altitude, sickness and salmonella in Peru. Now to have a doctor come to my hotel - the cost was $777 - when I got home I got on the app, filed everything incredibly easily on my phone. The communication was great from Faye when they needed a couple extra things. It was very easy to send them. They would send me a message that they received my documents and if they needed anything else, they would let me know and when they did need a couple other things they were easy to get and easy to send. I have been home less than three weeks and yesterday received a 100% reimbursement.. I will absolutely use Faye going forward for international trips!! The interfacing is so simple- the communication is very clear- and I could not be happier with the outcome (obvi).
