I like Faye Travel, always on top and responsive right away even with small issues. Always checking of my trip and giving me reminders when check in time with my flight. Definitely will use on next adventure.

I was happy to have the peace of mind of trip insurance. The only thing that annoyed me was that I couldn't add my rental car to my policy. I get rental insurance with my credit card, but the car rental place insisted that we purchased insurance through them. I reached out to Faye to see if I could add it to my policy and they said there was a 48-hour waiting period. I guess that would've been helpful to know ahead of time.

I didn't have to actually use the insurance I bought but Faye was the best priced, and I found the app and all its options extremely good. It notifies you of flight time changes, baggage claim info (most of the time), gate info and, since it uses location info, the nearest doctors and pharmacies as well as local emergency (police, fire, medical) numbers directly in the app. It also can notify your designated contact of your safe arrival after each flight. Very nice!

We encountered a blizzard which shut down the airport for multiple days and we could not get to our vacation. Faye decided that since we had gone to the airport, our trip had started therefore they wouldn't pay for the trip. The person on the phone could not come up with any circumstance under which they would pay for a trip. I can't imagine why anyone would ever use Faye.

Very easy enrollment and outstanding communication via app, email, and phone calls (if necessary). Moreover, Faye made the whole process so streamlined, and if you did need to call a Faye rep., they spoke in perfect English, with no accent!

Our trip was good although we had to miss one excursion due to my husband's ability to handle all the up/down and walking. We do feel like the wording on how rough the terrains is for the older folks isn’t accurate. We also had a very rough night at sea even after having to miss a port due to the weather. Although you really weren’t able to move around the ship due to safety. The winds were at 80 knots. Pretty rough, thank God we arrived in Spain safely.

We felt comfortable knowing we were financially covered for any unexpected problem for our month long trip. You can not put a price on knowing you are covered from loss, health or injury or travel complications. We will always seek coverage while traveling.

Faye was very easy to sign up for and kept me up to date on what was going on during my trip. I will indeed use their insurance again. Best thing is that I didn't even need to call in on any of the secure insurance items. Welcome home.

Faye Travel Insurance gave me a peace of mind when I traveled to Vietnam. They’re reasonable to afford. The money converting in the app is very helpful. The reminder messages are very nice. I like the service very much. Everything was very smooth for my trip. I didn’t have chance to make any for reimbursements to see how the process would be. Maybe in the future, I may have a chance to contribute another review.

In just a few hours, a good doctor saw me, I received medication, and I recovered immediately. I didn't pay anything at the clinic or for the medication. This is my second time using Faye for travel insurance. The app and sign-up process is so user-friendly. I feel such comfort when traveling abroad, knowing that I am covered for unforeseen events. Fortunately, I haven't had to make a claim, but I won't use any other company for future trips.

Our trip went smoothly. We had to extend it one day. When we contacted Faye about extending coverage, the agent was able to accommodate our request and email new documentation in minutes. The notifications Faye sent about flight status, gate changes, and boarding times were especially helpful and often provided information before the airline did.

Reasonable price with better coverage, experience staffs follow thru my trip from start to Finish. Faye send us earthquake alert, what to expect & what to do when we travelled. At Taiwan, Faye also introducing lounge access, a benefit designed to make unexpected. Flight disruptions more comfortable. I Highly recommend Faye Travel Insurance.

Faye travel insurance was incredibly easy to obtain and offered clear coverage. I had one question and found the customer service team easy to reach and very willing to help. We will definitely be using Faye for all future travel insurance needs.

January 1, 2025 mailed claim papers to Faye. After more than 6 calls and a month, someone finally found them, telling me they received on January 5. Called, several times, couldn’t find them, even though they acknowledged they received documents. Faxed 13 pages on February 4th. Called three more times until a clerk named Phoebe, found the documents and said she would send them to claims. No one has contacted after 1 1/2 months on my claim. What can be done??? I’m so disappointed. Never again! Beware.

Absolutely ridiculous! I lost skiis and rented for one day. I provided Al the documents and now they want proof that no one else paid for my rentals! THIS IS SHAM INSURANCE.

I got sick when traveling to the Philippines. I immediately got help in locating a medical clinic where I can get prescription for my condition. The doctor who diagnosed my illness was very supportive and helpful.

Preparing is a breeze. I had some concerns since we are not returning on the same day and flight but Faye representative assured us that it is okay. Fortunately, there were no issues while on our vacation. It’s still good to have peace of mind in case unexpected things happen.

We missed our connecting flight from in Dallas to FSD due to mechanical issues with the plane in DFW/Fort Worth. We changed the flight to Des Moines and rented a vehicle and drove home to Sioux Falls. The airline tried to change our flights to Dallas to Chicago then chicago to Sioux Falls but they were not confident that Chicago would not be affected by some bad weather. Can you help us with the change in plans?

Faye is a scam, just go somewhere else. Honestly don’t know how there are so many positive reviews on here, they may be rigged somehow. Faye put me through the wringer on my claim, no matter how many documents I provided they just asked for more and more with no end. After about 12 rounds of this it became obvious that they never intended to help at all and 3 months of wasted back and forth resulted in nothing but frustration, despite them having full records of the medical event that disrupted the trip and a mountain of documentation. I would have been better off with no insurance at all, at least I’d still have my premiums and the dozens of hours I wasted with these clowns.

Faye was an absolute lifesaver!! I am so glad I had coverage through them and it couldn’t have been smoother. Amazing communication, super helpful, wonderful coverage, and I have so much trust in this product now! Definitely a customer for life!!
