Called Albert because spider problems in kitchen. He came out next day, got rid few spiders and sprayed outside and told me have move my bird before he could spray in cabinets for spiders so he will come back. Very professional and treat me like my business matters. Very pleased with him and his company.

Jonathan ** of Western is always knowledgeable and helpful in treating ant, rat and roach problems. I was really shocked to discover roaches in my kitchen, as I keep my kitchen tidy. He explained possible reasons for their sudden appearance and the best approach to exterminate them. Jonathan is extremely conscientious. He is also careful to keep my dog’s paws protected from the spray. I appreciate his professionalism.

Trevor is a very friendly, knowledgeable technician. I'm glad we have him on our account. Very thorough, great results. Always knocks to say hello. Treat him well - he's a great person to have on your team. We've been pest free for three to four years now.

Brian, our guy always gives a heads up, does his job well. He has been coming to our home go the past 9 years through various companies. No complaints. I like the smell of the orange oil that he sprays around our house.

Somehow the technician snagged our satellite cable and ripped it from the wall. He did not report this to us. We discovered it later in the day. We called in the issue to the off I PCR and have not heard of a resolution yet.

Very good service for more than three years. The service technician that services my home is professional, friendly and very courteous. He informs me prior to his arrival and is always on time. The last price increase, a few months ago, was a surprise.

Staff at Western Exterminator were so good to work with. A very good experience from the call to their company to the two times they came and treated my house and yard. Justin the staff who came to do the treatment kept me up to date and came on time; he was easy to reach by phone and responded to my questions with knowledge and politeness.

I am very frustrated with this company. When it was controlled locally it was wonderful. However, I have had nothing but problems ever since. For some reason I am unable to get notified about my quarterly service visits. I have spoken to many people and tried so many times and have been assured I will be notified. They cannot seem to get this together even if a supervisor has intervened. I have had written confirmation that this matter will be looked into with the same result. I am supposed to get serviced in the month of October. Today is October 31 and I have had nothing and no notifications. As a result I cancelled my service for this quarter. I am hoping I get a service in January as that is next on the schedule. And I hope I get notified. My technician, Mark, ** is wonderful but it's not his job to notify his customers.

I am very happy with my pest controller, Ron. Ron calls a day before he is going to arrive. He is polite informative and friendly. Ron always arrives on time, advises he has arrived and works quickly. My only complaint is that every couple of months the accounting department changes my automatic billing and I have to call to settle my outstanding bills. This has happened repetitively over the past couple of years.

I have been with Western Ext for so long, and I cannot remember any negative experiences. Right now my regular person is so efficient and considerate, I cannot imagine using any other company. I have also used Western to do Termite spot treatments. It is expensive however it has worked.

For many years I had a problem with ants inside and outside my house. I tried everything to get rid of them. Nothing worked until I hired Western Exterminator. For many months now I have NO ants. I am very happy with their service!

Wonderful service!!! My pest control gentleman is David **, a very educated young man in the pest control environment. He has completely reduced my ant problem to almost zero and has taken care of any other minor issues that have arisen. Because of his company training, he is knowledgeable in addressing any issue I have. He is friendly, very nice, on time with his monthly appointments, very courteous as he always calls ahead time. I would be very sad if he was transferred to a different route! Yes, I have recommended the company to several friends merely based on my experience with David. As I see it from the outside world, Western Exterminator is doing a fine job. I am a happy customer.

Call day before arriving. Great service. Have a Wasp problem and was frequently being stung. They hung wasp traps and problem was resolved. Spray all wasp nests in my eaves. Several times wasp nest in the ground or in Rock walls. They sprayed areas and no more wasps. Send emails with excellent advice and information.

Your representative Carrie came out more than once to introduce your services and to help with a few items that needed immediate attention. She was professional, friendly and efficient!! Hector, the Western representative always reminds us of our upcoming appointments. He then notifies us when he is s coming. Once on location, he asks about any situations that need addressed over and above the normal service. He listens carefully and respects the property as he applies the non-chemical solutions. During his service he also looks for any areas we may not be aware of. If he finds some he always lets us know. Hector is the BEST! He always let us know when he is finished and emails his report. Hector is the second representative of Western who we have worked with. The previous representative was as courteous and conscientious as Hector.

Great service but would prefer if you have a schedule and set date and time that you will be servicing my house. This way I know when the technician is coming and I can be prepared. I hope you can put a schedule together and I would appreciate the same time each month. Thank you!

They spray for mosquitos that keeps them off the property. It really works! They put out bait boxes for the rats, and helps us to keep them off the property. They also give advice on tree trimming so the rats can't get an advantage!

Annual termite inspection: very professional and thorough…. Always on time. I get a notice before he comes which is great. I have been using company for 10 years. No issues & they are very responsive. Their rates have gone up but are still competitive. I haven’t looked anywhere else for a bug guy.

Matt was wonderful. He immediately went to my mom’s apartment and checked and found traces of bed bugs. He was so cordial and kind. He called me and told me what happened. He explained everything to the apartment manager and checked other apartments as well. He took my phone calls and made time during his busy schedule to help with this horrible situation. Excellent experience with Western Exterminator. They thoroughly explained the process, duration and costs upfront. Technician arrived wearing a uniform the very next day in a clean company van. Very professional, personable and patiently answered all my questions. Then went right to work. Highly recommended pest control service. I have received no incentive for this review and simply want to share my experience with this company.

Simple... I moved and closed my account on July 7, 2022. I called and confirmed on July 12, 2022 that it was closed. However, that did not stop this company from taking from my bank account $2,400! Since then it has been call after call requesting the return of my funds which were taken from my account without authorization. I have been told the check is the mail but it will take 6 weeks to receive it (by the way sent to the wrong address), or that I should see a credit post to my account within 4-5 days, or that the credit has not been processed. I have asked repeatedly to speak to a Manager, no progress and no call back. It is August 15, 2022, already over a month and this company has yet to return the money.

Chris arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. She took the time to explain the process she would be using and she was very thorough. I really enjoyed her friendly and outgoing attitude and I look forward to seeing her again!

Have been spraying outside every 3 months. Lately have spiders inside the house, spoke to attendant about it. Have been with you for over 7 Years..Is the attendant still with you? Need a little stronger solution. Would like to know What other services offered.

Lamar, the man who comes for my quarterly visits, is fantastic. Kind, considerate, communicates, is thorough and conscientious. The company itself is a thorn in my side. After realizing after the pandemic lockdown, that I hadn’t gotten a service call during that time (and I have been with Western at this address since 2013), I called to see what was going on and to get it going again. Was told I canceled the service (did NOT) and that I would have to pay an initiation fee AND almost double my quarterly fee. I feel taken advantage of in a Big way. Ripped off, for sure.

We've been with this company since 2008, although sold from the original owners. We love Aaron who does a thorough job for us BUT I do not like their bookkeeping system. If I write and give him a check, it takes 2 months to be deposited. If I wait for a bill, it takes a month to get... The original company gave the guys a Credit Card handheld unit to use credit card on the spot.

Trevor is friendly and professional. He is thorough treating the different areas and keeping traps baited. He has never missed an appointment and communicates well when to expect his arrival. Highly recommend him and Western.

They don’t have once a year fully spray down. They charge too much for what you get. They never asked me to put those little roach boards inside my garage where I need it. Sometimes I need spray inside my house. Seem like they’re really resilient in doing that but they come on days that are I’m not home so I can’t really do anything and they keep changing day so I’ve never know when you’re coming so for the hours before the next day

Yes, Jeremy was here and did an excellent job and went over and above for our service. He has always been GREAT. He is prompt and takes care of business. He has done our service in the past and we like him and the job he does very much.

Western Exterminator took over the company Hitmen which was a very good company. But unfortunately, once this happened the service became deplorable. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called numerous times to have them address an issue we were having and each time was told someone would get right back to me. NO ONE EVER DID. You cannot reach anyone with any authority - the people answering the phone are useless to help you with any issues. They simply submit a ticket and tell you someone will call you back and then no one ever does. I tried reaching supervisors to see if they could help and got the same response that someone would get back to me but that never happened. We have canceled our service with Western Exterminator and taken our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.

Great personalized service. Have been using this company for 45 years. I appreciate the returned loyalty. My serviceman goes the extra mile always. He is calm when I call with an emergency (what I feared was a brown recluse) and responded quickly. He educates me when I have questions. Great service for a reasonable price! Want to share that the monthly visit by Western Exterminator's Service Team is always done professionally. All work is done completely and done well. The Service Rep always texted us before each visit. The Service Ticket showing the work done, issues noted and any other comments is left by the Service Rep after each visit.

Robert did a great job, making sure all areas were treated and he took care of any problems we had with extermination needs. He arrived when he said he would and offered suggestions how we come keep our house pest free.

This company has been outstanding taking care of our pest problems for 12 yrs. They handled carpenter ants, bees, mice/rats, etc. they are friendly and hardworking earning our busy every time they come out. Bryce was here today and was thorough with his assessment and removal of bees, reset all the outdoor mice bait boxes too.

Juan has been doing a great job for us since he started on our route. Whatever concerns we bring up he handles quickly and thoroughly. He's very engaging, proactive and professional. He calls in advance to let us know if there's a change in his schedule or if he missed us. He's big asset to WEC as far as we're concerned.

I would give only one start except the initial inspection and consult went very well. However, I cannot recommend this company because NOBODY showed up during the scheduled appointment time window of two hours! I was told the tech had a family emergency...so I was sympathetic and schedule another appointment. But no one showed up for this second appointment either! I texted the sales rep and he replied that he would contact his scheduling department and try to get someone to my home that day...This is at 10am. By the end of the day I had not heard back from him! I wasted 4 hours waiting for them, as well as the time off work that I had to take to be at home! So...I cannot recommend Western Exterminator!!

Excellent service, friendly service man, never a problem after spraying and if I do he will come back. Western Exterminator is a great Company and their servicemen are friendly that is why I have been with them for many many years. They call before coming out and they are on time.

Cesar the guy who comes is great, on time and thorough. I had a problem with their billing department, they would bill me even though I paid by check, but it is resolved now. I had a problem with fleas, not anymore.

I paid $1300 for a roof repair from my checking account. It went to an old old address in Virginia. The check was cashed in March and I sent a picture of it. I am continuously told they are looking into.

The tech was here and did spray the area but never dewebed anywhere. He was at the residence only 15 minutes. I took pictures. I did try to call him as he was driving away. Per his notes. Exterior: Treated ext of your home for pest and dewebed around home and patio furniture.

Jason is always a good worker, courteous. Gives a heads up the previous day of upcoming visit. We don’t have problems so I feel he is going a a good job. Just before he arrived, I fell down the stairs and he volunteered to help out and ask how I was.

Service is excellent and the technician is always helpful. Last summer had a problem with wasps that love to sting me. Technician hung a trap and problem resolved. Always calls in advance of service and asks if there are any problems.

Terrible Customer service. I had an appointment scheduled in the morning on Weds. for a Termite inspection for a house refinancing. Nobody showed up. No call or anything. I called them and they said somebody would call me. Nobody did. A couple hours later, I called them back and they said a manager should call me and my appointment was moved to the afternoon, somebody should be out. No call and nobody showed up. At 6pm, I called, and of course they said they were sorry, and somebody would immediately contact me the next day. Nobody called the next day, I called them one last time and they said a manager and scheduling would contact me. Days later and still no call from anybody. It feels like an inspection is not exactly high priority, as there probably isn’t a big pay off in the future from it. I definitely do not recommend.

We love Calvin! He is so professional and very polite. Always prompt. Very helpful. He is a top notch guy. Be lucky to have him. We keep our service because we like him. He always has a solution to anything we have come up. If more people were like him, we would be a better place.

I have used Western exterminator for 11 years now and every tech that has been assigned to me has been professional, friendly and pays close attention to detail. I can text my tech and they will be here the next day.

First, this is a new technician for my residence. I observed him spraying the yard-side perimeter of my 3’ brick wall surrounding my patio rather than the perimeter of my house foundation that my patio affronts, which I always observed my previous technician doing in addition to observing the chemical on the concrete afterwards. I asked the technician if he had sprayed at the base of my home-the perimeter on my concrete patio-and he said yes, although I had observed him spraying only the outside (yard side) of my brick wall, approx 6 ft from my house. This is not sufficient to protect my home’s exterior in the backyard, nor the service I have previously received. I expect the same service I have been provided in the past.

We have had a wonderful experience. Our Western professional was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend Western to others. We had interest in knowing about rodent care and our Western professional will be scheduling an expert to provide recommendations.

Mark is a very courteous and conscientious worker. He strives to make the customer feel comfortable. He does an outstanding job and you are lucky to have him. The office personnel need to be more considerate and take into account what needs to be done. I have been asking for years to get my start month changed to December and not October. This has never been corrected. Please correct the beginning month to December.

Adrian is our regular guy who does a wonderful job. Ernest, his substitute phoned and left a message to see if Monday 11/29 was OK. We were not available, did not return Ernest's phone call but he came by anyways and was was unable to do the entire yard since we have an area that is gated and was locked and also, could not do the inside of the house. Now someone has to come out to finish the job and by the way, we DO NOT expect to get another charge for the second visit.

Today Calvin ** came to Service my property. He politely called and left a message the night before to let me know he was coming the next morning. Because I knew that he was coming I was able to unlock the gate and make sure that my dogs were safely inside the house. After he left the property I noticed that he brought my trash cans up to the house from the curb and I so appreciated that so thank you Calvin **.

Rick J has serviced my property for years! Yes, years. I have only had 3 issues over these years (it's been so long ago, I can't remember the first issue, probably a hornets nest) -- the second issue was a carpenter bee in my wood patio cover and the third issue was a swarm of bees in my wood fence extension. Rick immediately responded to each situation and resolved these issues right away. Rick is responsible, clean and professional. I would recommend to anyone!

I had a colony of moles come in from a neighbor’s yard- tried to rid myself. Western Exterminators came in and took care of the problem in two treatments. I have a 30 day warranty. We will see what happens. They were on time and professional every time they came to my residence.

I have used Western for a number of years for routine maintenance and termite treatment. This past year, after we found rat droppings and holes in the ductwork in my attic I paid them for a rodent removal and sealing contract. They were supposed to come back to check on the treatment and they never did. I had new ducting installed after their work and when my heating and air company did a routine maintenance visit today, they found new holes in the new ducting and rat droppings all over the attic. I also had them do a termite inspection 3 weeks ago and they neglected to inspect an additional structure on the property that had been included in the request. I have tried to communicate with the inspector about getting this done before moving ahead with service and he has still not set up a time to do so, despite repeated emails and phone calls.

The personal touch is really why I keep with this company. It is as good as Orkin or any other pest control as far as what they use to keep the pests at bay. Other than one time in over 6 years I have no complaints about this company and that was when a new girl got my order mixed up with someone else's and I didn't get my usual every other month service. They make you feel comfortable with the exterminators by sending the same one to your place each and every time. Twice in over 6 years I did not get my same guy and the office had called to see if I was ok with sending someone else out in Tom's place or did I want to wait until he got back from vacation.
