We have used Western for years. We love our CSR Alfred. He always addresses any pest needs and is thorough and professional. Winters are wet and rainy here in the Pacific Northwest but our home remains pest free even during the rainy season.

Western Exterminator have always been on time. They are very thorough with their service. If I need them to come out earlier than their scheduled time they have always accommodated their schedule to meet mine. Their price is very reasonable and so I am very pleased with them all around.

The visit to my home was on-time, the work that was done, as always, was done efficiently and quickly. Our technician that comes out is always right on-track. He is quick, but very thorough, and always has current information on pests and/or solutions to getting rid of them.

Your field technicians are fabulous but your office staff leaves a lot to be desired - I called at least seven time to get a copy of a Service Inspection Report for October and December - NEVER received either so I am withholding payment on those two inspections until I get the reports - got today's report from the technician so I will pay for today's inspection - wish I still had The Hitmen doing my work!!

The technician made his visit while we were out of town. We did not get the phone call message telling us of the upcoming visit and therefore couldn’t be present or contact Western to reschedule. Perhaps Western could use our mobile phone number: ** instead of our home number: ** to notify us of upcoming visits.

Company had long-standing instructions to never spray around the house (unless told otherwise by the owners), and to never spray the outdoor spiders as these are beneficial. The technician arrived when no one was home and, according to the report, did both, while omitting to treat around the base of the barn/shop complex where treatment for carpenter ants and rodents has been requested and ongoing for a number of years.

We've had the absolute WORST experience with Western Exterminator! We have their "365 Coverage" (had -- I just canceled) which was mostly preventative until we found mouse/rat droppings both under our sink and in the garage. Here was our experience: 1/19: (last Thursday) Contacted and was told we would get a follow-up call by EOD to schedule someone to come out. Spoiler alert: no call. 1/20: No call. 1/23: (Monday) Called and was told that we were on the schedule for Tuesday (1/22) between 8am-5pm and that someone would call to let us know the exact timeframe.
1/24: (Tuesday) Followed up around 12pm as we hadn't received a phone call. 1/24: Called back at 4:45pm as no one had called or shown up. Was told that we had been scheduled for 8am-12pm but the provider was running late and would now arrive between 12pm-5pm. 1/24: Called back at 5pm as no one had called or shown up, was told that we had been scheduled with someone who didn't actually service the area. Told we would be scheduled 1/26 and we would get an email or text.
1/25: Called at 11am because we didn't have a call or a text, was told we were on the schedule for 1/31 (next Monday). I channeled my best Karen and said we would be canceling our service if someone was not here by the end of the week. CS said there is nothing they could do, I asked to be transferred to the billing dept to cancel my service. Was told I was being transferred and the call was instead dropped.
TL;DR - Don't use Western Exterminator for anything other than general bug maintenance and even then, I can't say they were good or if we just didn't have any issues.

Mario D helped me with an ant issue on day of inspection. Also provided me with a quote best fitting my monthly budget. The rep was extremely helpful. Will recommend Western to everyone If anybody out there needs any help with ants, bugs, termites. I was just getting in touch with Mario at Western exterminators.

Charles called after the service to relay what he had found and the bait stations he refilled. I got the necessary early notice to unlock the crawl space and Charles locked it up afterwards. Very professional service. I got the written report right away.

A new technician introduced himself today before servicing my home and yard. He was very polite and asked if any new issues had occurred. He left a positive impression and detailed report online. He is a great representative for this company and fulfilled his tasks with knowledge and enthusiasm.

I talked to Chad yesterday. No one had serviced the outside of my property since October. No calls were made to me to explain or set up any monthly appointments. I have an ant hill in driveway which I described yesterday to Chad. Today the service person arrived and said he was here for ants in kitchen! I never said a word to Chad about the kitchen. The service person just shrugged when I stated this and said in a very blaming tone that we had to much space between bricks that are the driveway paver and that was the problem. Really? I am giving your company one more month to do a timely and professional job. Dr. Barbara

Scheduled spray around exterior of house for pest control purposes. Company is professional, on time, and provides great communication. Very happy with service. We have had service for just a short time and already very impressed with how well it has prevented spiders and other insects in and outside our home.

Western exterminator service has been very good. They always send a courtesy reminder the day prior to coming. I switched over from another company and have been happier since doing so. I would recommend Western exterminator. The service people also are always friendly and helpful.

We are busy and don’t always have time to check personal emails. This service used to leave us a message as a courtesy call to tell us when the tree service is being performed. But now, just an e-mail is sent. In order to make lives easier across the board, we need that phone message so we have a heads up and can be home and keep our dogs inside, or request it be shifted to a day we are home and can do so. The technician seemed annoyed that the last time he came the dogs were out and barking, but I believe the communication tax is part of the services you should be providing and e-mail only is not sufficient for houses with pets to manage on your behalf. This can also impact technician safety.

Jason was so good explaining what he looks for, etc. He showed me where the company had inspected outdoors yearly although we were never contacted. Took my email for future. I would like a report each time. Would be good to know when they plan to inspect so they can do indoors.

Called Albert because spider problems in kitchen. He came out next day, got rid few spiders and sprayed outside and told me have move my bird before he could spray in cabinets for spiders so he will come back. Very professional and treat me like my business matters. Very pleased with him and his company.

Jonathan ** of Western is always knowledgeable and helpful in treating ant, rat and roach problems. I was really shocked to discover roaches in my kitchen, as I keep my kitchen tidy. He explained possible reasons for their sudden appearance and the best approach to exterminate them. Jonathan is extremely conscientious. He is also careful to keep my dog’s paws protected from the spray. I appreciate his professionalism.

Somehow the technician snagged our satellite cable and ripped it from the wall. He did not report this to us. We discovered it later in the day. We called in the issue to the off I PCR and have not heard of a resolution yet.
