Almost four years ago, we had screens installed by Patio Enclosures, and about two and a half years ago, we switched to glass to make it more like a four-season back porch. We chose Patio Enclosures because we kept seeing it, and it seemed like a great product. And it was. The price was about the same as the screen that we put in almost four years ago. The installation guys were very professional, prompt, very courteous and experienced. They did the job in a timely manner. We’ll recommend all our friends to Patio Enclosures.

I looked at the quality of the samples when I had people come by to give me estimates, and I liked Patio Enclosures' better. Their customer service was very good too. Everything was great. I would tell people to go with them. Everybody has to make their own decision of what they see, what they want and what they can afford, but I'd let people know I had no negative experience with Patio Enclosures.

The neighbors next to me a few years back hired Patio Enclosures, and they referred me. The sales process was great and I got some good deals that were going on at the time. I'm very satisfied with it. Installation was perfect too. I inspected the work myself, not that I know what I'm looking at, but it looks great and through all this crazy weather, so far, it's been perfect.

Patio Enclosures was pretty quick in planning out the job. It was within three to four weeks. We had a back patio that was attached to the house, and we just enclosed that. They got the installation done in a day. They did good work. I had a rep come by yesterday and take a look. It wasn't cheap. But you pay for quality. The only thing is that they were supposed to do a final inspection, and I've never been contacted for a final inspection.

I called Patio Enclosures using the number that I got off the website and within minutes, I got a phone call setting up an appointment. The salesman came a few days later, took a look at everything, and showed us an example, and a kit of how everything would work. After he was done, we went ahead and proceeded with Patio Enclosures. They told us it would take six to eight weeks. After we agreed, somebody came out and did a measurement within a few days and then everything was ordered.

We've had a back porch that's been uncomfortable because the screens kept getting torn, and we kept replacing them. It wasn't a fun space to be in. We wanted a nice space. Our experience with Patio Enclosures was very good. The salesman we worked with was Tyler, and he was wonderful. I kept getting the phone calls. I had a little trouble because they told me a date, but then nobody ever called to tell me when or how. And that was the frustration with Patio Enclosures. I kept having to call them. Then they told me a day, and then the guy didn't show up until 1:00 that afternoon. I didn't understand that he had to go and check out the materials and load them in Birmingham, and then drive the two and a half hours to Columbus.

I already had a screened-in porch that I spend a lot of time out there. I intended to get retractable vinyl windows. I saw Patio Enclosures on social media, and I called them to get a pricing quote. Then they came out and gave me some options and shared with me the value of making an investment in something a little more reliable. We then came to an agreement and a plan that worked for me, and we did it.

If I could give them a zero review I would. It has been over two years. Still not complete, The whole thing was a nightmare. Room still leaked. Locks not on windows. Just unreal. Then they wanted more money. Do not use.

The guy right behind me has the Patio Enclosures and I like what they did. I had one guy doing the installation, and I could understand it could be done by one person. It took him two and a half days. It could have taken a day. That didn’t weigh in a factor to me. I was, “Okay, I can be patient.” Overall, I was very pleased with the installer. Dude was very meticulous. I love my sunrooom. A friend of mine came over yesterday to check it out. He said the B word in a good way. I’ve already recommended Patio Enclosures to three people.

I found Patio Enclosures online when I was doing some searching. I reviewed a lot of the online photos and found something compatible with the project I was planning on doing. So, I went ahead and contacted them. All the folks I dealt with there, even the salesman, were very good. I was pleased with everything. I had a screen-in porch, and the pollen gets heavy in April and May. And we wanted to have an enclosed three season room. The thing that surprised me was how quickly it was that the whole project was completed. They started building the equipment at the factory and it was within four weeks. The actual installation was a couple of days. It was outstanding. It turned out well, especially once we ended up contacting Empire Today to finish off the flooring. It's a big difference. We're very pleased by it. I would recommend contacting Patio Enclosures, and I would show my room.

I was going to wait until they got things corrected but after 10 months of trying to have my enclosed porch completed, I cannot wait. The constant changes in personnel and poor communication has gotten ridiculous. First, they had the wrong screens, and one of the screen doors kept falling off the track. It took three months to get the right parts and "correct" it. Then water kept leaking in through just about every seam. A couple more months to fix that, and guess what, still not fixed. Waited for someone to come out again, look at the problem, say they were going to order new parts and schedule them to be installed. They would contact me and let me know.

When we wanted to take down the screens and put in glass, Patio Enclosures had a mailer. We gave them a call to get an estimate and all the experiences were good. We started in February and they did the job in April. The install went well though we had to wait for the parts. They had to order the panels. The installers were very helpful as well as the measurer. He noticed that the foundation of the corner of my house was sagging. He pointed that out and they recommended I get that looked at before we do the job. They weren't just out to get their money and leave. They wanted to make sure the job was going to be up to our satisfaction.

Patio Enclosures seems to be a more professional company. Four months ago, we moved to Alabama. Before we even moved here, I said I want a screened-in patio because of health reasons. I don't need all that pollen. Patio Enclosures was able to design it the way that I thought would be best for us. Everything worked out fine with the installation. There was one problem that came up, and the company rectified it a few weeks later, and we were good after that. Overall, it was a good experience. I got what I wanted, and they very professional. The patio looks good. It looks like it's part of the house. The colors and everything matches.

A postcard came in the mail and then, I saw it on Facebook. I reached out to Patio Enclosures and someone came out for a presentation. It was excellent. The rep was very professional and made me feel very comfortable because I'm not tech-savvy. He explained everything to me and showed me a picture. The young man guided me through the experience that led me to say he had shown me exactly what I wanted and that we were gonna go forward. A couple of days before the installation, the guy called and I explained that I wasn’t going to be there. He said it was okay.

We live in a very rural area and have a lot of horses around us. Our patio is filled with flies, and we never use it. So, we went ahead with Patio Enclosures. They were very helpful, and they gave us several good ideas. We had two options. They went through a lot of ideas, and then we settled on the one that we ended up getting. We had three guys come out for installation. They were very quick, very knowledgeable, clean, picked up after, and left nothing behind. Told us exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. They were really good. It went very smoothly. We ordered things where the screens had to be built, and so it took a while. We ordered them in January. They installed them on the 1st of May. The product looks like it will hold up, and it's of good quality. All in all, it's been a good process so far.

>>>>WARNING<<<< in our opinion, based on our personal experience with a porch glass enclosure. In our opinion, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Their product is great but, they sent roofers to do the install and it has been a nightmare. We requested a supervisor to come supervise and advise the roofer on how to install and he never showed up nor did he call us as we were told he would. His name was Steve and the person who charged our card without being given approval was Jennifer. They charged our Citi credit card without getting our approval, which is fraud, according to the credit card company. The credit card company ain't happy with them either.

The work took longer than I thought it would. Patio Enclosures had problems getting the glass cut. But other than that, the workmanship was fine. It was just the length of time getting it there. I bought it in January, and it ended up not getting completed until the middle of May.

We have a small area in front of the house, and it was kind of falling apart, so we had to rebuild it. My husband chose Patio Enclosures. The sales rep was a good guy. The installation process was very quick, too. They said three days, but they did it in two. The first day they were here about 10:00, and then the second day about 7 AM. The sunroom looks pretty good. My husband had a little trouble with the lock on the sliding glass door, but then later on, he went, and he didn't know why he couldn't maneuver it before, but it's a different kind of lock than we're used to.

Patio Enclosures seemed to be the best. They follow up and they are knowledgeable about what I want to do. The whole team was good. The sales guy that came out, Carlin, had some background in this. So, he had knowledge. He was a pleasant kind of a guy that made us feel at ease with dealing with the company. Then there were follow-ups from the young lady as to when the process was going to happen. At the beginning, they had to change the dates a little bit, but everything worked out for us. The other team that came out who did it did a great job. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and they didn't have a whole lot of questions for us. We talked a little bit before the project started. They left and came back the next morning and finish up as advertised. The product seems to be great. I've not had any issues since it was installed. Everything seems to be in working order. We got what we paid for.

I wanted to enclose my screen room into a three-season room. I used Patio Enclosures and experience with their team was excellent. They were very professional and very timely in the information they were giving me. The people who did the job knocked on the door when they got here and then started working and didn't really cause any disruption in my day at all. The final product is great. When they installed it, they cleaned up everything that they brought in and it was perfect.

I went with Patio Enclosures when I was replacing a previous sunroom. The experience was pretty good. The people that installed were very good as well. They were courteous and clean. The sunroom has good quality. However, the price was terrible. They're way overpriced.

I knew what I wanted, but I didn't know how to get there. Patio Enclosures popped on my feed on Facebook and I did the little thing they had, then they contacted me. Initially, when they told us the price, my husband and I were hesitant because that would cost a whole house for somebody. Then, they said they had some different incentives and we realized that we could do it. Everything was really good. When the gentlemen came and did the work, they got here a little late. I had an appointment that afternoon, but I left them. They didn't clean the windows but as soon I called them back, they got somebody out here and took care of that.

Andrew was fabulous. He answered all of our questions. He had samples to show us and went over all the details. The installation was great. Carlos and his other co-worker that came with him were great. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the work. They were super polite. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They were always communicating what was going on, and showed us things partway through. If I needed to hire someone for my own company, I would have hired Carlos.

The Patio Enclosure team was good. They were very friendly. I was given a timeline on how long the installation process would take, and they were able to complete everything within that time frame. The sunroom is not ready yet, but it's getting there. I just got to go get some furniture for it, and then have to go in there and paint the room. The Patio Enclosure team did what they did, and I stayed out there waiting. The timeline was perfect. When they finished, they showed me what they were working with. They had to replace something because they said it had a little minor fracture in one of the windows, and they did as promised. They came back and they fixed it. I would recommend Patio Enclosure to other people because a lot of people been inquiring. I told them who did it.

Patio Enclosures had a $500 discount if I went with them, but I had to do it then. So we worked with them and the installation went pretty good. They did it when they said they would. They do good work. It's overpriced, but we're happy with it.

We used Patio Enclosures for our patio. Everybody else wasn’t able to do full glass like I wanted. Everything was great with the salesman. Everything was fully explained. I can give him 10 across the board. The installer stayed past dinner time, but he finished the job good. It was above and beyond.

We've already had a sunroom. Patio Enclosures put it in about 17 years ago. It had the sliding glass doors, and the rails were getting bad, and with what it was gonna cost to replace the rails and everything, we just went ahead and upgraded it. Our experience is kind of a mixed bag. They told us they'd send a crew out, and it would be down in two to three days. I didn't realize the crew was one man crew, which I have no objection to him. He did a fabulous job. He was professional and precise, so I can't take that away, but it took him a week to do it. I took some time off from work and I just decided to stay home because you don't like anybody working at your house when you're not available. So, it ended up being that I sit there all week and waited till he got done. The gentleman that did the work was Luke, and I give him an A+ or 10+.

Patio Enclosures' customer service through the sales process was good. There wasn't a whole lot of communication leading up to the installation. Once they got the installation going, they got it done quickly, and they did a pretty good job.

I liked the demonstration from Patio Enclosures that showed how the doors and windows open and close. I also really liked the iPad rendering to show me what the final product would look like. My overall experience with them was great and I would recommend them to others.

Patio Enclosures came when they said they would. They were prompt and professional installers, and did what they needed, except for the two little things that had to be corrected. They had to flip the door. They had it installed backwards to where it slid one way, and it was supposed to slide the other way. They had to come back and fix that. Also, they didn't have all the glass pieces, and they had to come back and install the rest of the windows, which were solid pieces of glass. They did not open. Other than that, it was a nice experience. Everything about it was good, from the minute Bob came to the house, we met, he drew it out right then and there, showed what we were going to get, explained the product, had the product on hand to show us what it was going to be, to the guys coming and installing. They were professional and easy to work with.
