For a couple of years, I've seen Patio Enclosures on TV, and then I got a clip-on, like a circular one with different ads in it for tires, cars, Patio Enclosures, those awnings that we use with remote control. I have been going back and forth because it's an added expense. But I had a cookout last year, and it was so hot. And even though I have the table with the umbrella, it doesn't work. I'm an older person. I discussed it with my son; he said, "Sure, Mom. We can get that. I'll help you out." I decided to go for it to see what they had to say. The young man who came over, his first name was Chris. He was so nice and professional, and he was a pleasure to talk to. He was friendly and kind. We laughed, we joked.
He came back a second time, and he wasn't just here to do business. He was here to make me feel comfortable, to understand what Patio Enclosures offered, and how I wouldn't have to go with the first bank that offered me to finance the loan. And I appreciate him. Then the gentlemen that came out to actually do the work, they were great. I told them before they left, if I should come into Lotto, and once I pay this off, if I can find a way to enclose it, which is what I really wanted to do in the beginning, but unfortunately finances did not permit. And when I work that into my next budget, Lord willing I'm still here, I'm going to request for those gentlemen to come back. They were great. It's a good company. The people that represent the company do it well too. Patio Enclosures is outstanding. You get what you want. The best part is the way they actually replaced the siding, and they blended the rooftop to match the roof of my house. I am so happy.
Reading about how your project came together truly means a lot to us. We're so glad Chris helped make the process comfortable and informative, and that our installation team delivered a finished result you love. Knowing your new space is already making your home more enjoyable is exactly why we do what we do. Thank you for your trust and thoughtful recommendation. We hope you enjoy it for many years to come!

We wanted to convert the space into a more usable indoor spot for us and found Patio Enclosures online, just knowing that there were a bunch of great reviews about the company. We tried them, and the team from Patio Enclosures was very professional and communicative. The installation process was also very seamless, and they were very careful and did a very good, thorough job. The actual installation was three days. Not even three full days. The only hiccups were during the shipment process, when a wrong part was initially shipped with our package. So we had to wait for a replacement part to come in. That caused us a couple of weeks' delay from the original timeline, but that's it. The installation was done piece by piece and put together pretty seamlessly. The final product looks great. Very professionally done. It matches the aesthetics of the home and is very functional.
We're delighted your new space turned out just as you envisioned. It's great to hear our team delivered a professional installation and created a finished product that blends beautifully with your home. We appreciate your patience during the shipping delay and are grateful you chose Patio Enclosures. Enjoy your new space!

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It has been the worst investment I've ever made. The patio leaks water, cannot be finished, much less used. It was attached to my house improperly which appears to be the primary cause of the leaks. I am awaiting a phone call with a proposed resolution. We hired Patio Enclosures as they appeared to handle everything from start to finish using their own people - no subcontractors our outside parties. I've only recently learned that the patio was originally constructed using a subcontractor. I know the electrician, out of Alabama, was a sub, but they seem to have worked for Patio Enclosures previously. The gutter company was obviously not a Patio Enclosure team.
We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our Regional Operations Manager, Freeman, has been directly involved in your project and has rerouted one of our installation crews to focus on your enclosure. The team is scheduled to be on site for a full day next week, aside from travel time, to address the outstanding connection and leak concerns and work toward resolving the issues you've experienced. We remain committed to correcting these items and appreciate your patience as we complete this work. Thank you.

It has been 3 months that we signed the contract for our Sunroom Enclosure thru Patio Enclosure and up to this date, we have no idea where we are and already spent $2000, for Plot Survey and Togographical Survey. Our sales rep has not responded and the office has not been contacted where this project is going. I need to find out if we need to move this to legal court or need to know how this works!
We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the current status of your project. While your project has experienced delays, they have been related to permitting requirements rather than a lack of progress. We recognize that the additional surveys required for the permit process have been an added expense, and we understand your concerns. Our team is actively working through the permitting process and will continue to provide updates as we receive them. We appreciate your patience as we work toward securing the necessary approvals so construction can begin.

Everything was good from the guy that come to tell us about Patio Enclosures to the guy that installed it. Even the lady that called to tell me when everybody was coming and what time was great. They kept me in the loop. I knew what was going on every day. A guy came and measured to be sure everything was exactly like it should be. Then the installation came and everything fit perfectly. Everything was fine. It took about two days, which was normal. It was pretty good size, but that's normal. They got three-fourths of it done on the first day. We had to make them leave because it was 6 o'clock and we were ready for dinner. But they would probably work at midnight if we allowed.
We're so pleased to hear your experience was a positive one from start to finish. It's wonderful to know our team kept you informed throughout the process and that everyone, from your design consultant to the measuring technician, office staff, and installers, worked together to make the project go smoothly. We appreciate you choosing Patio Enclosures and hope you enjoy your new space for many years to come!

The product is good. The installers are all subcontractors. We did not become aware of this until well after our disastrous installation. Some of their subcontractors are very good and some are bad. We unfortunately had a very bad experience. The 2 member installation team we had left our house after about 3 hours on the second day with the project not completed. We were not home at the time. Patio Enclosures called us and told us the project was complete. When my wife got home, she found 2 of the 4 doors would not close or latch, none of the doors would move smoothly on the tracks. There were metal shavings all over the floor and under the clear sealant/caulk they applied around the perimeter of the floor. Many of the pieces were scratched.
The screens were loose and damaged in several places. Two trim pieces had the paint scraped off and were down to bare metal. The trim pieces at the bottom were installed incorrectly and looked terrible. They also just threw their debris in my yard and did not pick it up. I contacted my sales rep and Gavin, the Operations Administrator, to complain. Gavin told me he would be sending out a supervisor named Ricardo. Ricardo arrived and told me the team that did the install was one of their better teams. He went on to say this was partially my fault for not being home. He explained that had I been home, they would have finished and done a better job. WHAT?? He agreed to replace 1 screen door, one handle, and made arrangements to have a new team come out on Saturday to complete the job and fix the issues.
Saturday morning a supervisor named Dave (very good) showed up along with the original team. I called Ricardo and reminded him our deal was that a new team was to come out. He said if I wanted the job finished, that would be the team to do it. I refused. He said he would not argue with me. If I wanted it done, I had to let them do it. I refused and told them to get off of my property. Ricardo tried to force me into using the same people that botched the job the first time. Dave did about an hour's worth of work and fixed several issues. Dave, who is an employee of Patio Enclosures, informed me that Ricardo was not able to make any decisions for Patio Enclosures as he was just a subcontractor. I found out later he was actually the owner of RZG, the subcontractor who's team did the poor install that left the job unfinished but claimed it was complete.
I called Tim, the local manager, Monday, to complain. He told me one of Ricardo's install team members had been terminated and the other disciplined per his request. Remember, this was one of their best teams according to Ricardo. For the next week a couple more miscommunications. I then escalated to Jordan who oversees North and South Carolina. To my surprise, he had not been informed about much of what had happened and was very disappointed to hear about it. He was very apologetic and assured me he would resolve all issues to my satisfaction. My sunroom was finally completed due solely to Dave of Patio Enclosures personally supervising a second team of installers and instructing them on how to do parts of the install. Without Dave we would still have issues.
Regarding my personal experience with Ricardo, the owner of RZG, their contracted installer, I found him to be rude and very unprofessional, amongst other things. His first team of installers did a very poor job and left the job incomplete, hence the reason one was terminated and the other disciplined. Two of my neighbors had different installers assigned to their projects and their installers did a great job. They did not have a single issue.
Regarding my experience with Patio Enclosures, some good and some bad. Dave is excellent. The product is good. They seem to have some internal miscommunication issues going on and I question their selection and oversight of subcontractors. I cannot understand how they can allow a subcontractor to treat a customer of theirs so poorly and behave so unprofessionally.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to update your experience and provide such detailed feedback. We recognize that your installation did not begin the way it should have, and we understand the frustration that caused. After speaking with you directly, we made it a priority to address your concerns. Our team returned to your home, supervised the corrective work, and ensured the remaining items were completed to your satisfaction. While we regret your initial experience, we're glad we had the opportunity to make things right and provide a better outcome. We also appreciate your recognition of Dave and the quality of the finished product. Your comments regarding communication and oversight have been shared with our leadership team and will be used to help improve the experience we provide. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to correct the situation and earn back your confidence.

Patio Enclosures was wonderful and I would choose them again if given the opportunity. We wanted a nice sunroom that we could sit in and would be a good space in general. We knew, after we enclosed it, that it wouldn't be 100% heatproof because this is Texas after all, but something that we were getting to more equitable grounds before we installed an AC vent and all those other things. In terms of the process, it was benign.
The sales rep was very cordial. He answered all our questions, and drew up a good plan. Our patio area wasn't out of the ordinary so it didn't take much time for the materials to be ready to be built on. The operations manager was extremely cordial and wonderful, and answered a lot of our questions. The workers came out a couple of times. They installed everything, but there were a couple of leaks here and there. The weather came in a couple of days with some hard rain. It was stuff that you wouldn't know unless you tested it. Also, they had installed a window upside down so they fixed that within the weekend. They were prompt and I didn't have any complaints about them trying to make sure everything worked properly. They did everything as best as they could.
We love the space and the material. We were already using it prior to us putting in an AC vent in there. But ever since we put it in there, we use it every day. And it's nice when it's hot. It's nice when it's in the afternoon. I'm unfortunate that, when we drew straws between my wife and I, that I got the front room and she gets the sunroom. But as far as our offices go, she's going to enjoy it.
We're so pleased to hear your sunroom has become such a valued part of your home. It's great to know our team provided a smooth experience, responded quickly to the items that needed attention, and made sure everything was completed properly. Knowing you and your wife enjoy the space every day is exactly what we hope for, even if she ended up claiming the sunroom as hers! Thank you for choosing Patio Enclosures, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.

We called four companies and Patio Enclosures ended up being the one with the best proposal at the best price and they seemed to be open to communication and actually listening to the customer. We wanted a completed, very nice enclosed patio that we could use as a screened-in porch, but would also have windows so that we could use it basically three seasons out of the year. We contacted them in the fall and they were very busy, because they were trying to get customers done before winter and they pushed us back to sometime in January. Right around Christmas, they called and said they had a cancellation and they could start on ours two weeks early. So we said, "Yeah, go right ahead."
Patio Enclosures sent out an individual who brought product samples so we could see exactly what the frames and the screens were made of, how thick the windows were. He answered questions. He was able to draw up a plan right there for us. They have their ideas on how things should be done. All the companies did. We told them where our plan or idea varied from theirs and he was willing to accommodate. Some of the other companies were not. Patio Enclosures listened to what we had in mind.
The rep worked with us as we went through the process and tweaked little ideas here and there. Drew it up on a computer so we could get an idea of what it was would look like, and gave us an estimate. Told us approximately when it would start and how they accepted their payments and what our alternatives were to their payment plan. It was very informative. Also, the crew that Patio Enclosured sent out was very good. The man who was in charge of the crew was excellent. He checked with us every day. He came every morning and told us what they were going to do or hope to accomplish. He was available to answer questions throughout their whole work experience. And because our back porch was built so accurately, they didn't have to make any adjustments. Their installation went a day or two quicker than they expected.
They did this in January of 22. It has held up well. It's easy to clean. They came back last year offering insulated windows and we're in a location where we get morning sun. We took them up on their offer and put in the insulated windows and they do make a difference. When the wind blows, it helps to reduce it. We're very pleased with it.
Choosing the right company is an important decision, and we're grateful you trusted us with your project. It's wonderful to hear our team listened to your ideas, worked with you to create a design that fit your vision, and kept you informed every step of the way. We're especially pleased that your enclosure has continued to perform so well over the years and that the insulated windows have made an even greater difference in your comfort. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope you continue enjoying your space for many seasons to come.

I intended to enclose a front porch area to make it more usable to weather-protect it. Patio Enclosures offered the product I needed, so I went with them. They did everything just right and on time. They had good craftsmanship and materials. I'll really enjoy their work. Throughout the process, everybody did what they were supposed to do and it worked well. From sales to finish, the project took about four months, maybe less. It was pretty fast. I'm very happy with the finished product. It was expensive, but I got a good product. It's attractive and it added more space to the inside of the house, because you can leave that open more from the inside. Working with them allowed me to improve the look and value of my house. They also have a good website. If anybody is considering Patio Enclosures, I would advise them to evaluate what the company will offer, see if it meets their needs, and go with it if it works for them.
We're honored you chose us for your project and are so pleased the finished space has met your expectations. It's wonderful to hear everything came together smoothly, from your initial consultation through installation, and that you're already seeing the added beauty, functionality, and value it brings to your home. Patio Enclosures installed a super gutter along the roof line of the screen enclosure on my back patio. The gutter was installed improperly, and I've asked them to fix it to no avail. The low point of the gutter is in the Middle, so all of the water pools up there and then spills over onto the patio, instead of flowing to the downspouts at the ends of the gutter as it is supposed to do. I call their phone number and leave voicemails (they never answer the phone), but no-one returns my call. I've got one email reply apologizing that they are short of workers because their installers keep quitting. All I want is from them to fix the super gutter so it actually works, but after 6 months they only have given me excuses.
We appreciate you sharing your concerns and are sorry to hear about your experience. Our team has offered to come out and address the issue by installing a splash guard on the gutter, which is designed to help prevent the water from overshooting the gutter during heavy rainfall. We remain ready to complete this adjustment as soon as we are given the opportunity to do so. We value your feedback and look forward to resolving this for you.

The patio came with a lifetime warranty. If anything happened with the patio, Patio Enclosures will fix it because they installed it. All good things. Patio Enclosures put blinds in. When I got the patio, back then, I went through several things. If you get the deck, there's a bunch of bugs out there. If you get the screen, you can't use it as much. If you get the patio, you can at least be out there and enjoy the weather and choose whether you want the windows open or closed. You can use it more out the year.
I should have got the season. I got the three-season, which is the elite, only because it has the heating and could choose the AC. But my two tower heating options keep it warm. And the blinds themselves that were just put in block the cold air and some of the sun out when it's extremely hot outside. That works. And I noticed it got warm quickly with my two heaters on when it got cool that night and the blinds were closed. And when it was hot outside and the blinds were closed, it helped the room stay cool instead of us walking to extremely hot sunroom with the ceiling fan off. If our ceiling fan has been off and it's hot, normally you will walk into a sauna. However, these last hot days, there was no sauna because it blocked the sun out on that side the sun was coming in on and it was cool. It kept it cool. And if you were hot, you could turn on the ceiling fan.
We're so pleased to hear you're enjoying your patio enclosure and finding it comfortable throughout the changing seasons. It's great to know the flexibility of opening the windows, along with your new blinds and heating setup, has helped you get even more use out of the space year-round. We appreciate you sharing your experience and we're grateful you chose Patio Enclosures for your home.

I'm a homeowner and I knew I needed to make a change. I liked what I saw from Patio Enclosures, so I decided to do some research and read some of the reviews. Working with their team has been excellent. They're extremely professional and the product, thus far, is as expected. It's gonna be used for relaxation, but we're not using it yet.
The install was finished three weeks ago. It's part one of a three-part project. So, the room is done and I'm putting flooring in the room next week. Patio Enclosures is also adding an extended cover for the rest of my patio, so that they're gonna cut into the roof. I'm pleased with their work, or I would not have hired them to do the second phase. I will give the install a 9.5 out of 10. They didn't have the wheels for a door and the handles for a screen, but they remedied that. They got what was needed, came back and put the wheels on and the handles.
We appreciate you placing your trust in Patio Enclosures for your project. It's great to hear our team has provided a professional experience and that you're so pleased with the quality of your new room. We're glad the few remaining installation details were resolved promptly, and we're honored that your confidence in our work led you to choose us for your next project. We were ready to expand our patio, and after looking at advertisements, going online, and seeing some of the critiques, we went with Patio Enclosures. While they were building it, everything was excellent. The contractor may have had a couple of jobs going, but everybody worked together to help us get the project done. The two gentlemen who installed it were very nice and well organized. We worked very well together, and the room is beautiful. There were a few things I had concerns about during construction, and they took care of them right away, no questions asked. They came back out and rectified a little bit here and there, as they were constructing the porch itself. Overall, they did a great job.
The only issue is that my screen falls out when I open it. I have a work order in, but it's been two, going on three weeks. I was gonna call up Kathy, our rep, to find out when I can expect someone to be here. Other than that, from Dan, the sales rep, all the way through the whole thing, I had no problem. We had a screened porch, and I wanted to convert it to a sunroom. It was something that I thought would be a nice addition to the house. Our last house, the one before we're in now, had a covered porch. We lived in Baltimore at the time. And I used Patio Enclosures then to do it and thought it was a great experience then. So, I called them back when I wanted to do it in our new house.
The installation was great. There were two gentlemen the first day and three the second day. They were pleasant. They kept me informed of what was happening, 'cause I was working at home those days. It was a week after we had that really bad snow, so I cleared out the path the best I could and got the snow away from the edge of the screened porch. But they had no complaints. They worked around it. Everything was great. They just informed me of everything that they were gonna do and the timing. From start to end, it was very professional. Everything was fine. The salesperson was very upfront. I thought it was a reasonable price. And now I've had it for a month, everything is working great. It made all the difference that I was hoping it would, in converting the screened porch to a sunroom.

We're getting a little bit older and we got tired of having to constantly take our deck furniture off. So we decided to look into getting a sunroom, see the cost and see if this was something we wanted to do. Mostly it was online reading about the different companies and reading the reviews. Patio Enclosures is pretty well-known in this area. They've been around for a long time around here. We called other places too. But this was when Patio Enclosures came in and we discussed everything, and they showed us their product. We made the decision after discussing price to go with them.
Their customer service was good. Because when I called and left a message, they called me back within 24 hours. They got back to me. I was also happy with the installation process. The gentleman who did it was fine. I felt bad for him because it was just him doing it. Even though he was experienced and he knew what he was doing, I felt that they could have done two people just to make things easier for the installer.
I told them what I wanted and how I wanted it to look, and we absolutely love it. I was a little disappointed in the handles. Not that they're not good handles, but because I wanted a different style. But overall, the handles are fine too.
We had an issue with the product when it came in. We noticed it after it was installed that one of the windows had a crack in it. Then, we had gotten a lot of rain after it was installed, and we noticed after it stopped raining that there was a hole in the screen. We are aware that they don't warrant the screen, but it was three days afterwards, and they said that they would come in and replace the screen. And they were replacing the door that was cracked, too.
Things are expensive, and this was very expensive. We were prepared for the expense of it, but we were surprised how expensive it was to do this. But overall, we're very happy with everything. I was very satisfied. When I called them and had questions at any given time, they were there, or they called me back and answered the questions.
It's wonderful to hear that your new sunroom has become exactly what you were hoping for. We know it's a significant investment, so we're grateful you chose us after comparing your options. It's great to hear you had a positive experience from the initial consultation through installation and beyond. We know it's important to stand behind our work, so we're glad our team was able to resolve the leak and ensure everything was taken care of. We truly appreciate your confidence in our team and hope you enjoy your enclosure for many years to come.

I had a screened-in porch, and I wanted to enclose it because of the pollen. It's too much trouble our age to keep it clean. I googled porch enclosures near me, and I had three people come out. The first two wanted to put up those Eze-Breeze windows, which I've had before. Those were vinyl windows that you raise up and down. When Patio Enclosures came, their rep told me that they did glass enclosures, and it would be more expensive than what I was looking at. I said, "Well, I'll listen to you. Let's see what it would cost.” It never dawned on me to do the glass. When he showed me what they could do, we went ahead and did it. We live out here on this porch now. It's awesome. I love it. My friends and some of my neighbors have seen it, and they think it's beautiful.
Working with Patio Enclosures was awesome. They were very professional and friendly. They explained how everything worked. When they were done with the installation, they washed all the windows and all the glass doors, and it was spotless when they left. The price was more expensive than I thought it would be, but now that we've done it, it's worth it.
It's wonderful to hear your new enclosure has become your favorite place to spend time. Knowing it has transformed your porch into a space you enjoy every day is exactly what we hope for with every project. We're also glad our team made the experience a positive one from start to finish by providing clear communication, professional installation, and attention to every detail. We truly appreciate you trusting us with your home and are honored that you're enjoying the finished space so much.

Patio Enclosures needs to do better with pricing. They are expensive, but only because their customer service rep was able to give me an additional two grand off is the reason that I decided to go with them. They originally said, "Oh, it's $20,000, but we have a special going on, so it's only going to be 15,000." That's crazy. Just screens for that amount of money. There was no sale going on. They're just trying to prove to the consumer that they're willing to give a big discount, but when I got other quotes, they were all around the same price of 13,000. They turn a lot of my neighbors away by them doing the, "Oh, it's 22,000, but we'll give you a discount." A lot of my neighbors said, "No, thank you."
Patio Enclosures rescheduled a couple of times, but the salesman was good. The customer care person was outstanding. And the two gentlemen who came to install the screened-in patio was top-notch. They installed it in eight hours. It's now bug-free. Make sure you get different quotes, and talk to the customer care, because he was able to give me more discounts than the regular salesman who came out.
We appreciate you choosing Patio Enclosures and are glad you had a positive experience with our customer care team and installation crew. It's great to hear you're enjoying your new bug-free outdoor space. We also appreciate your candid feedback about our pricing and scheduling. We understand that investing in a custom enclosure is a significant decision, and we strive to provide competitive pricing that reflects the quality of our materials, craftsmanship, and warranty. Your comments about the quoting process are valuable, and we'll be sure to share them with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the customer experience. There's never a good time to spend that much money. We have three little boys, and we are in the heat of Texas with mosquitoes, and we love living outdoors. So, adding a sunroom was the time to be able to be outside without getting eaten alive. Patio Enclosures was the first one I reached out to. They were the first ones who contacted me and I got good vibes every step along the way, so I didn't reach out to anyone else. The sales guy was professionally pushy. He's an obvious sales guy, but wasn't off-putting by any means. He knew his stuff. So, that was good. The contract workers who came out and built it were amazing as well and then, we had a service appointment for them to change something out. They've been doing great.
We'll be sure to share your compliments with both the sales and installation teams. Thank you for choosing Patio Enclosures, and we hope your family enjoys many bug-free evenings and memorable moments in your new space for years to come!

The installer was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was a likable young man. He took all the time I needed with me to explain things. I ran it past my nephew, who's not selling these, who at the time was not selling these yet, because they weren't available up north yet. But in any case, so that day I made the decision and just signed up. From there, it took about six weeks. I thought it was gonna take longer, but they surprised me and came right at the perfect time of my renovation, too. They did an okay job. They didn't finish out my deal right. They had to flush it against the house and so, it was just totally incorrect. So, I voiced my opinion, and Dwayne, the main guy over there that gets all the crews out and everything, he himself came. He came to measure right after I signed for it. Then he came over, and he made it perfect. Everything is just perfect and beautiful now. I'm sitting out here looking at it, I'm just in love with it. It's awesome.
It’s wonderful to hear how much you’re enjoying the finished result. We’re pleased the timing worked out so well with your renovation and that the team was able to move the project along sooner than expected. We also appreciate you sharing how Dwayne stepped in to make things right. That kind of follow-through matters, and we’re glad he was able to ensure everything came together beautifully. My porch needed redoing. It was falling apart, and we needed to upgrade it. So, we just looked on the internet and seen Patio Enclosures and looked at some of the work that they did. We figured maybe that would work for us because it's supposed to be customized. So, we took a shot at it. We got one of their reps come and showed us what he can do with our porch. It looked good, so we went for it.
The total process took about four months. We had a representative that started with us, but then he left. Then we had to get another one to fill in for him. He picked up where the other one left off, and we took it from there. The final product is really good. It’s custom. I like it. It's what we wanted. It's an investment. If I'm asked, I would tell others that it's not for everybody. It's a little expensive, but it's customized work. If you want a custom patio or a custom porch, then Patio Enclosures is the right place to go. They're the right company.
We appreciate you choosing Patio Enclosures for your porch transformation. We're glad the transition between representatives was handled smoothly and that your project stayed on track. Patio Enclosures' advertising was very enticing. The designer who came out to measure was fine. They quoted a certain price, and my wife said there was no way that we would pay that kind of price. The guy made a phone call, and they reduced the price. I don't think it's a good idea to quote a price and be willing to come down that far. They have a structured pricing and not negotiated pricing. I think it’s abusive, especially with old people.
Our enclosure was done professionally, and the big thing is, it was done in a day and a half. I like the speed in which it was installed. Our space is now enclosed and we can see through the screen. That’s important. It’s almost invisible. The sliding windows were important as well. We still have some work to get done, as far as putting in flooring and stuff, but it’s nice to sit out there and get some fresh air.
A successful project is about more than the finished product, and we appreciate hearing where your experience met expectations and where it could have been better. Your feedback helps us continue improving the way we serve our customers. We're delighted that the installation was completed so efficiently and that you're enjoying the openness and comfort of your new enclosure. As you add the finishing touches, we hope it becomes a space you'll enjoy throughout the seasons.

I would probably give it the 4 stars if there weren’t back to back problems. First at install they noticed one of the windows would not open, so it had to be ordered. It was a large window that was a large percentage of the enclosure. That took 7 weeks!!! 7 weeks for one window!!! Then when they delivered that replacement one, they noticed that the handle was lower than all the rest, and actually could not fully shut unless you removed the handle that closes the screen. So who knows when that will be fixed. Maybe I got spoiled in the military thinking somebody would QA the work before sending it out. So to be honest if someone said they thought about getting an enclosed patio, I’ll tell them to maybe check out another company.
We're sorry your experience has been overshadowed by multiple issues after installation. We understand how frustrating it is to wait on replacement parts, especially when additional concerns arise once they're installed. Your feedback is important, and we know there's room for improvement in both our quality control and turnaround times. We had an enclosure before in a previous house and liked it. But before that, I had several options and I didn’t like Eze-Breeze. We also received some advertisements in the mail, so we called a couple of companies and they came out. But we chose Patio Enclosures because we liked the quality better. The designer was very professional. He had our previous stuff, so he knew what we were looking for. He also showed us a 3D rendition of what we were going to get, so that was very helpful. I mostly let the crew do their job. When they're throwing out these houses so fast, they're not very careful with them. But the designer showed me some of the modifications that he had to do with the sunroom to make it work, and it was fine. The construction process didn’t take long.
Down here in the South, they have screened-in porches, which you can enjoy because it's either too hot or too cold, or there’s pollen. But with the enclosure, you can enjoy it all year round, which is the main thing for us. You can go out and don't have to worry about the bugs or the pollen, or being too hot or too cold. It maintains the temperature well. The doors are nice and wide, making it easy to move things in and out. The windows are easy to open and close, depending on whether you want fresh air or maintain the temperature in the room. They're well designed and look sturdy. I just leave the door open, and the air from the house goes in there and keeps it comfortable.
People who are considering a project with Patio Enclosures should do it as soon as they can so they can enjoy it. Don't get a screened-in porch, get a sunroom instead. Price-wise, it was a good value and worth it in the long run. You pay a little bit up front, but you get to enjoy it for the life of the house. Patio Enclosures was good. If I had questions, I called them up, and they responded. They should keep doing what they're doing.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are honored that Patio Enclosures stood out among the options you considered. It's great to hear that the design process helped bring your vision to life and that the finished sunroom has delivered the comfort, convenience, and year-round enjoyment you were looking for. Thank you for your recommendation and for trusting our team with your project. We wish you many years of enjoyment in your new space!

In 2021 we signed a contract with Patio Enclosures to create and install thermopane windows to enclose our screened-in porch. We had an inordinate number of problems with the project. The day the first set of windows were installed, we found manufacturing flaws with the glass. The flaws looked to be from knurled drive wheels leaving marks in the glass during manufacturing. Patio Enclosures replaced all affected windows, but then scratched framing and had to return and replace some of the metal framing. We then encountered problems with the two storm doors they installed. More waiting and return of the installation team to correct framing. Now, slightly less than five years on, one of the thermopane seals has broken. Patio Enclosures says that it is covered under the warranty, but they must come out uninstall and reinstall a replacement for $250 which is not covered by the warranty. This is ridiculous service.
We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. For 2 years after installation there is no charge for labor/service fee. After 2 years a service call fee is applicable. We apologize for any confusion. Thank you.

The rep answered all our questions and was not pushy. He was very honest and worked with us really well. Sometimes people try to put a slant on things, but he told us what we were gonna get, and he was right. We got everything that he explained to us correctly.
The installation took about two and a half days because they were doing ours and our neighbor's right behind us at the same time. Everybody was so polite and respectful. They answered our questions and always cleaned up after themselves very well. The new space looks nice and clean, and it looks like it was always there. In ‘24, a tree fell on the roof over the back of our house and when we rebuilt it, we made it part of the house instead of just having an awning. But it was built so high that every little bit of rain and wind would blow in, so we knew we wanted to enclose it. I contacted Patio Enclosures after filling out something for Champion, and I was told it was all one company. I never looked anywhere else. The salesman talked a good show. He said he'd be out there every time they worked on it but I never heard from him again. I was disappointed with him.
The construction process went quickly. The salesman said it'd be 10 weeks, but it took only about three weeks. Better communication is needed between the guys putting it in and the guys who come out and measure everything. But we love the final product, even though it’s pricier than what we wanted to spend on it. Heather from Patio Enclosures needs to get more credit than anybody. She would get everything scheduled as quickly as she could. A guy came out and took some measurements, and there must have been confusion between him and whoever he dealt with on making the new part. They made the new part wrong, so they had to do it again. Heather made sure everything was taken care of. She was on top of everything, more so than everybody else.
I love being able to sit out there anytime I want and not be eaten up with bugs or flies or bees. If it's a little cool out, a heater can be put out there. We haven't had the enclosure in the winter yet. It's a lot to keep up with cleaning all that glass, but when it is clean, it stands out. We've only had it for three months and some things seem like they could be a little better constructed. I like how you can hardly even tell there’s a screen there. But the birds running into it are going to take a toll on it. I’ll probably end up having the screens replaced every year or two, because there are fine wires and the birds break the wires on that unit. We just liked what Patio Enclosures had. Hopefully, it adds value to our house down the road and we don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.
Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback about your experience. We're thrilled to hear that your new enclosure is already becoming a space you can enjoy more comfortably throughout the year. It's especially rewarding to know Heather's dedication and commitment helped keep your project moving forward and ensured issues were addressed along the way. Our experience with Patio Enclosures was terrible. We built a new house two years ago, and I decided to have a sunroom put on. I talked to a contractor, and I also talked to Andersen Windows. The Andersen Windows were going to be, maybe too heavy, because then we're going to have to add post, because their windows are made of wood.
I called Patio Enclosures, and I had an appointment. The salesperson was really quite amazing. He was very nice, Jason, and I really trusted him. I said, “We have a wedding that I'm going to, and I have a lot to do with it. It's my niece’s. May 30th,” He said, “Don't worry. It'll take a couple of months for us to order the windows and get them in.”
They ended up calling me and said, "Oh, we're going to put the patio in on May 15.” I said, "Oh, I wasn't expecting that, because right now, I've got so much going on with the wedding.” Sam from the office was very rude with her comments. It's almost like she gaslights me through this whole process of issues. I said to her, “I don't know if I can do that.” She said, “We can't hold it.” I said, "Okay, so you can understand I was not expecting it to happen that quickly.” Then, a couple of days before the 15th, the person who was going to put up the sunroom came in. They called me and said, “He's bringing the materials today.” I said, "Okay."
He came, but it was gonna storm that night. So, he put out all the materials in the yard uncovered. My husband and I went out. We covered everything up, so it doesn't get ruined. Because the one thing he said was, “You can't get them wet.” He didn't worry about it. He was supposed to start that Thursday, and he came a day sooner. He said he'd come back at night, so I thought if he came back, he would cover the materials. But he didn't.
So, he started on the patio, and it was raining. The day he started, he started on flooring parts, like the insulation, which he had told me it could get wet. He didn't put up the windows first. He put up the flooring. So, my husband and I were out there, and it was the worst storm of the summer. It was like snow. I was putting tarps up and putting rugs on top of the tarps. I was trying so hard to keep all this rain off. Nobody was worried about it, but me.
Then he put up the windows the following day, and it took him three days. He did an amazing job. The sunroom is just beautiful. It's a very nice sunroom. I thank him. I gave him a nice tip. Sam then called me. I said I'm very happy with the sunroom. I was upset and had called in between to tell her about the storm and the water, and that shouldn't have been our responsibility to worry about.
Then we get a rain a week or two later. I noticed that it was wet underneath the sunroom. The flooring was wet, like it had come through down to the plywood. So, I called the salesperson. He came out. Now my deck is starting to bow. My deck boards are no longer straight. He said, “I don't know why that would do that. I'm sure it's fine. Maybe you're just imagining it.” I am not imagining it. The deck boards have bowed. And last night, I came home from vacation, and when I walk on the deck boards now, they creak.
The install team didn't do a good job either. He did a good job with the glass part. And one thing I've noticed with Patio Enclosures, nobody wants to take any responsibility. The rep made an appointment for June 4th. I told her, “We already have our vacation planned for June and I can't be there.” She said, "Oh, it doesn't matter. He can take care of it. He'll find the leak and fix it.” I said, “First of all, they're gonna have to take down the plywood under there, because it's wet and it's gonna rot, and so is the insulation.” She said they’d handle it.
I was on vacation. The guy who was coming out on June 4th to fix the leak called me and said, “I'm on my way.” I said, “As you know, I'm not there.” I called my neighbor and I said, “Could you go over, please, and keep an eye out on what they're doing. And to make sure that they're replacing that wood and the insulation and find the leak.”
In the meantime, my neighbor texted me, "Can he use the hose to see if he can find the leak?” But I didn't see the text. So, Sam, the contractor, who was gonna find the leak, took down a piece of the board, but not all the way. He just cracked it down and said, “Oh, it's dry,” and he left. My point is, they were supposed to do what they could do. I wasn't there. I already told her I wouldn't be there to monitor things. I gave Sam my phone number and said, “If you need me, I'm not there, but call me.” But he never called me. Didn't see the text. The guy left.
He did not do one thing. He didn't fix the leak. And now, we came home after a storm, over the weekend here, the plywood is bowed underneath. It's totally bowed. The wood is splitting because it's rotted. And not only are our deck boards now bowed, but now if you walk on our deck, it's creaking. It never did that. We never had any bow in the deck.
They have poor customer service. And if anything goes wrong, they will not come and take care of it. They'll give you a runaround, and that's what they're doing. I'm just devastated by their customer service. Then yesterday, when I got home, she had asked me, “Was there any water leaking from the rain?” I said, “We're not home yet.” When I got home, I told her, “Yeah, it's damp, the wood is bowed.” Then I texted her later. I said, "I'm concerned because when I walk on the deck now, it creaks." She said, “We'll have somebody out there June 30th.” I said, "We can't wait that long. It's gonna rain all week, and there's going to be more damage.” She didn't say I'm sorry. She said, “As I said, we'll be there June 30th.” She is the worst person to deal with in customer service.
We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve experienced and understand how frustrating this has been. A service visit is currently scheduled for the end of the month so the team can review the issues and determine the appropriate next steps. We appreciate your patience and will work to address the concerns noted during the upcoming appointment. Thank you.
