Amazon Home Warranty Appliance Repair was able to repair my dishwasher the next day and was knowledgeable about the mechanics of it and fixed it in about an hour. He left no mess and ran a test cycle asking that I call if anything didn't work just right. I didn't have to call because everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend Amazon home warranty.

I can't believe how easy it is to file a claim with Amazon Home Warranty. My customer service rep was the most helpful person. She really seemed concerned about my issue. I'd recommend amazon home warranty to anyone who wants the peace of mind from home and appliance repairs.

I'm a new customer with Amazon Home Warranty and I have not yet submitted a claim. I purchased a multi-year policy that appeared to be a much better value than other home warranty companies were offering. Only time will tell and you can believe I will report back if that does not turn out to be the case. I called customer service to get a copy of my contract. The original salesperson promised to send me within 45 minutes. It arrived on time.

Well discussing their charges it’s very reasonable to mean they have reasonable prices than any other company offered. So, in my opinion, their services are very beyond other companies. And I would highly recommend them to others.

I got a plan with them and they said if you canceled within 30 days they will refund your money. I canceled within those 4 weeks and now they won't give me back my money. Stay away from them don't want this happening to others. Managers name is apparently Carlos all he does is hang up on you when you call.

My microwave broke and it would take three weeks, for the parts to come. The parts for my microwave never show up. I called customer service and they asked to to wait over the weekend end to give it a chance to come in. The parts never came in and I called back and they stated that I would get a refund for $300. Now, they are telling me that it will take three week and five days before I get the check. In total I have been without my microwave for almost two months. This is very unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Please do not use this company! They are the worse home warranty company that I’ve ever experienced! Customer service is horrible and the company they send out to do the repairs are not the best companies. They will not pay you when an item can not be repaired! Horrible service.

I had a service call for an appliance repair company to repair our refrigerator. The company showed up, I paid my service fee of $75. As it turns out they had to order a control board, so I lived out of an ice chest for 10 days. As the repairman was repairing my refrigerator it so happened that my dish washer latch had broken, I called Amazon and tried to set up a repair for the dish washer. I was told that the latch is NOT covered, just working parts i.e. leaks, seals, gaskets, etc. I get that, however anyone that owns a dish washer knows that IF the door latch does NOT engage the entire dish washer will NOT work, you can't even turn it on. As a result I decided to cancel my policy AFTER the repair had been done on my refrigerator. MISTAKE.
Amazon charged the fee for repair BACK to me saying that I cancelled my policy before the end of contract (1 month shy).... After much argument between myself, my credit card company AND Amazon, the representative from Amazon sent a part of MY cancellation policy, to which in my ORIGINAL contract I did NOT receive in the packet that Amazon sent. THAT page was omitted from my original contract! As a result I am going to have to eat the $290.69 that THEY owed to the appliance repair company.... BEWARE.... This is a low class company and does NOT disclose EVERYTHING in your agreement. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone OR anything on this earth.

Horrible company! I was talked into this sham of a home warranty by AHW sales rep over the phone and told it was the same as American Home Shield=had them for 6 years. It most definitely is NOT the same. After at least 60 days my hot water heater broke, repair tech recommended new hot water heater since it was 20 yrs old. He said most last about 10 yrs. AHW notified me to read the contract because they pay to repair hot water heaters but don't replace them. A few months later my dishwasher broke, repair tech notified AHW that the part was no longer available. So AHW's solution is to send me a check for the amount that the part would cost IF it was available ($250). I said, what the hell am I supposed to do with $250?
They said put it towards a new dishwasher, AHW does not pay for new appliances. I called the technician and asked about it...he said if the part was available for him to repair it would cost $750...not $250. I called AHW with my frustration and was told "Life isn't fair." So then I asked how do I cancel this policy. When I asked that question I was threatened with LEGAL Action and was told that canceling after they write a check is illegal, and was told they would put a hold on the $250 check. When I told the lady I wanted to record what she just said to me she recanted/back peddled. She then told me for cancellation there is no phone number, only an email address. I emailed that email address a week ago to ask questions = no response.
I got on this BBB site to file a complaint and a few days later a guy calls me from AHW. He was very assertive, uncaring and seemed happy that I had already paid for a year instead of month to month. This means that if I cancel after they write a check for a busted appliance then the amount of the check they wrote is deducted from the amount of refund I would receive. So, if I cancel with 7 MONTHS left I get zero $$ back. This puts all the risk on the consumer. Do not trust what the sales rep tells you, READ the contract! This home warranty is a scam.

The moment when I called them for the initial claim, they started treating me with the utmost respect. Booking the claim was very simple and their service was prompt and efficient. They provided a great service at a great price. I can't stop thanking them for the timely service. I have already recommended Amazon home Warranty to my friends and neighbors. Paid 3 years of coverage. Then paid for service call visit. Was told it was covered then received a call the repair was not covered. Why do I have a warranty if my simple appliance repairs are not covered. I feel like something's wrong here. Going to call Attorney General and request an investigation of their practices.

I bought this in Jan, had to file a claim in Feb, denied saying pre existing, even if I am not aware of it. I decided to cancel and was charged 125 for 1 day of coverage. Feel cheated, will never recommend them to anyone.

I have tried contacting Amazon Home Warranty to cancel the policy and none of the numbers that are affiliated with this company on their website are valid. I am very disappointed and upset over this. When I am directed to the department of my choice the message says the number is no longer in service. I cant understand what is going on. I pay every month but whats the use of having a policy with them if you cant get a hold of them. Im not sure if they are still in business. This is so crazy!

We switched from American Home Shield after 15 years of service because Amazon Home Warranty offered lower prices and promises of identical/better service. To date, we've had two service calls. The second (ice-maker) seems to have been handled quickly and efficiently. The initial service took Amazon 15 plus days to determine they didn't have a qualified local technician (pool heater). They authorized us to find and pay a local provider and promised immediate and complete reimbursement.
We contracted with a local company and paid the fee. We submitted the invoice to Amazon over 45 days ago. After no less than six inquiries about the location/status of our reimbursement, today management "promised" the reimbursement check would be in the mail (again). Geez. Can you imagine not paying your bills for 45 plus days and the fees, interest and late charges that would be levied against you? Maybe worse, seems like management doesn't have a handle on their promises, programs, and customer concerns.

AMAZON HOME WARRANTY COMPLAINT. I have been in Real estate for many years and have purchased many home warranties, mostly for my clients as a service I provide. So, I November 2019 after seeing adds for “Amazon Home Warranty” I thought amazon is a good company so I thought I would switch the Amazon for my future purchases I purchased one for a client AND decided to purchase one for myself. Not knowing that “Amazon Home Warranty” has nothing to do with the reputable Amazon Inc.
Dec 15th at 4:05 First Call was made to the toll-free number. Informed the tech the oven was cleaned the first week of Dec (around the 8th) and after that the top oven would not heat up any longer and we saw a F20 error code. In some research it said the code was either the temperature probe or control panel. Dec 16th, I received a text from tech for a Dec 17th appointment. Dec 17th The tech turned the oven on Broil and continued to turn it down. The tech said it worked fine. I did keep telling him that the oven is not in working order. Maybe the broiler works but the over does not. Again, was told by the tech the over was fine.
Dec 20th My husband, who had been on a business trip returned home, turned on the oven and of course it did not work. I text the tech and once again called the Amazon number. Was told nothing could be done until Mondays, Dec 23rd. (This is not 24/7 service). I asked to speak with a manger or supervisor and was told someone would call me back. I am still waiting!
On Dec 23rd the same tech came out. This time my husband provided him with a code. The rest of this narrative is from my husband. When the tech arrived, I told him that if you turn on the upper oven that it immediately reads that it was at an internal temperature that it was not actually at. Normal operation it goes into pre-heat mode, whereas this was reading around 180 to around 190 in a COLD oven. The tech did a little diagnostic and said it was a control panel but since the control panel was expensive, I should just expect “Amazon Home Warranty” to just do a buy out! To preface this the oven while 5 years old now was a $2400 oven new still worth a minimum of $800 - $1,000 on the market today.
Sure enough when I called (They did not call me) I was offered $415.00 dollars to go away, I argued the fact that this was absurd off do to the market value of the oven, after much arguing the person I was speaking with agreed to order the control panel (which surprisingly was $415.00. A few days later the same tech came back to install the control panel. As I watched and observed, the tech replacing the control panel I could tell he was just guessing at what he was doing because he took apart much more than he needed to, an experienced tech would have known exactly what to remove. But OK that wasn’t a big Red Flag but I was more observant after that. While replacing the panel there was a “jumper” that needed to be removed from the old panel to the new panel, “I” had to point it out to the tech.
After replacing the panel and we tried the oven there was no change. So, the tech went out to his car and brought in a generic temperature probe. Since this was a generic probe, he CUT off the factory connection and wired it in. We tried the oven again, this time it looked promising, it did read pre-heat but then shortly after it totally shut done. The tech said he did not know what else to do, so he put everything back as it was except NOW he had to also cut the other end of the old probe to wire it back in. Said the Amazon home Warranty would contact me about next steps.
After a few days I had to call Amazon Home Warranty. To spoke with a woman who’s name I cannot confirm, I believe it was a Stacy who said she WAS a supervisor, (but I hope you can because she was “Extremely” condescending on the whole call). Her first statement was that it was a pre-existing problem therefore they were Done with me and would not pay anything! I asked how that was possible and her statement was (slightly paraphrased) “an oven doesn’t become un-repairable just a short time after a warranty starts." I argued that “It was electrical, and any electrical part could go out at any time”. She kept insisting that it was pre-existing, and she was not going to pay anything, leaving me with a supposedly un-repairable oven according to Amazon Home Warranty and no compensation. Oh, she did finally offer to give me a free service call in the future which in her tone she knew was an insult!
After that and after I calmed down and though over everything that the tech had done, I was thinking about how it ALMOST worked when he put in the Generic probe. So, I ordered a GE factory probe and replaced it. SURPRISE the un-repairable oven with the Pre-Existing condition works fine now and for only $20.00.This whole experience have been horrible, from the tech not knowing what he was doing (he even stated that when I buy a new oven to buy a cheap one because they are easy to work on). I am an Executive Chef. I do not use cheap equipment. Also to all the representatives their mission obviously is NOT to help the customer but to save Amazon Home Warranty money.

The worst experience I’ve ever had... changed home warranties and went with them as their prices were better (should have been a hint). Our washer broke (leaking water and sounded horrible) so we called and they sent a person over. Gentlemen looked over and said we need gaskets and hoses. Then Amazon called the next day and denied us? Why? Isn’t a home warranty supposed to fix these items? After numerous calls and arguing back and forth they still think we did this to get money... I just want my washer fixed... OMG horrible people and horrible company.

I first signed up for AHW services back in June 2019 after getting a decent quote from this in comparison to the current home warranty company (American Home Shield) that I had at the time. I regret every single decision about this. This is the WORST home warranty company I've ever had to deal with. Aside from my experiences that I will go into detail regarding, their customer service reps absolutely are unprofessional, rude, and cannot communicate whatsoever. I had two experiences back to back that really made me realized 1) read the contract in FINE detail and 2) never go with the cheapest option out there.
When my refrigerator ice maker went out they came out, reviewed the product and deemed they couldn't fix it and decided to give me $400 for replacing the fridge. WHERE IN THE WORLD can you go get a nice fridge at that cost in today's day and age, yet they told me that was the market value they can get a new fridge at wholesale, however, me as the consumer I of course don't get that discount.
After that my garage door opener went out. Low and behold in the contract it says that the will not replace the opener. Well because of the model of an motor I have, the opener is built into it, so guess who was stuck with the charge of having to replace the garage opener/motor with no help from my home warranty company, ME! Meanwhile, American Home Shield would have replaced it and covered it under their contract.
I highly recommend that you review all details with them. After going through this horrible ordeal and LET ME ADD that took from November 2019 to January 22nd, 2020 to get a solution I had to return the $400 back to them in order to cancel my contract. This company is ridiculous and I would not let them give me a warranty on my home even if it was free.

Gas furnace was not working. Called for service on one of the coldest days of the year. Was told that it would be 1 to 2 days before a service tech would be able to come and look at the furnace to evaluate the problem and contact Amazon Home Warranty for approval. I was told that I could get my own tech to come and check it. I did that and got a licensed tech to come in 2 hrs. He checked the furnace and said that the gas valve was bad. Would have to be replaced. I called Amazon. The tech spoke with a rep from Amazon who said that the valve is not covered. The valve is one of the main components of the furnace! I now know that the home warranty business is a RIP OFF!

I submitted a claim for my HVAC system six months after joining Amazon Home Warranty. The company they sent out misdiagnosed the problem as a coil leak and requiring Freon. Amazon decided that this was due to poor maintenance. They asked the servicer if this was due to poor maintenance and the servicer told Amazon that they could not determine that. Amazon denied my claim. The servicer came out to do the repairs at my cost and it was determined that their inexperienced tech misdiagnosed the problem and that it was actually a compressor failure as determined by the owner of the company.
I tried to cancel my warranty with Amazon. I received an email from a rep, Angel ** from Amazon, to see if they could help me with my issue. He stated that if it was a freon issue, it would have not worked for the entire summer. He suggested I get a second opinion, at my cost, and submit for review. I did that, and the second company diagnosed a bad compressor. I asked this second tech if the compressor was bad due to poor maintenance and he advised absolutely not. That the unit was 23 years old and the compressor lasted this long was impressive. I submitted this to Amazon. I know you won't be surprised to hear that they denied my claim again. This time the reason was because 'I ran the system when it was not working properly' and that is not wear and tear.
Then trying to cancel this warranty again was a chore. I was connected to someone who was going to look at my case and see if they could reimburse me for costs I had spent. That is a quote. After being on hold and going through the whole scenario yet again, the rep Kelly is asking how much the compressor repair will cost and what my plan is to fix the system. I said that had nothing to do with Amazon reimbursing me for what this cost. She said they are not reimbursing me. What?!?! Kelly advised she never said that at all. Sigh....buyer beware. This is not a good company.

I switched from HMS to AHW, and I started with them in July. Their service is better than HMS. I just use their website and I never talk to a live person. They sent out a great mechanic for my latest claim and I have an excellent review for them. So far, so good with AHW.

I contacted Amazon to have my kitchen plumbing drainage serviced due to an overflow. I was told by an Amazon rep that we would be contacted by the company that would be servicing our kitchen sink momentarily. I waited several hours and never received a phone call from any type of company or even Amazon that would be taking care of our drainage problems. I contacted Amazon at 7pm on Friday, the same day I called and was told that they could could not help me until the following Monday during normal business hours. I asked that if anything happened over the weekend they could not provide any type of service calls over the weekend. Business could only be conducted Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. DO NOT purchase ANY TYPE of Amazon Home Warranty. Amazon is a terrible company to do business with.

I was sold a bunch of garbage! I paid 3 years upfront. 6 months later I needed a plumber. It was a Friday morning. They stalled long enough until they said it was too late to provide me services, that I had to wait until Monday for that department to open to get authorization. Mind you, I have 2 toilets flowing over in my home with a disabled person living here. I read in the contract that they provide emergency services, yet they told me that they don't. I put in a claim for the $500. I spent on a plumber to fix my problem. They told me to wait 6 weeks.
After 6 weeks I called back and they didn't know why I hadn't heard anything. I told them that they are in breach of contract. I want the contract cancelled and the balance of the 2.5 years returned to me. They offered to pay me $425 of $500 and asked that I give them another chance. They put in writing that I would receive the $425 no later than 18th of December. I emailed and called the 19th December and was told that it takes time. But I have in writing no later than the 18th.
Then I call again on the 20th. Told Stacy, who says she's a manager. That I want the contract voided and my money returned. She said she would call me back. She never called me back. I called again only to get another agent who couldn't help me as my issue was above her pay grade, that I would have to call back Monday during their business hours. So here it is. I'm having to wait for the promised refund and nobody is available to deal with my cancellation request. Furthermore, Stacy has blocked my emails from going through to their system. They're being returned as rejected by the company. I'll be speaking with a lawyer first thing Monday morning!

Paid $2500 for 3 year coverage. 3 months in I made 2 claims. It’s now 2 months on - neither is fixed. Multiple calls - no joy. They outsource the repair and repair companies are terrible. Was told I need to follow up with technician myself when they don’t turn up. After total failure to get either item repaired I told them I wanted to cancel policy. After zero repairs they told me all I would get bracket is $1,100 of the $2500. The supervisors are rude, unhelpful and offer no resolution.

My experience with Amazon was a total nightmare. My HVAC compressor broke after 16 years, and was told by Amazon that if I did routine service that it would have been caught. I have records, refuse to fix.

Contacted online customer service to open a claim. Process was easy to complete. AHW sent an email with contractors information within 24 hrs. That’s where it became difficult. Too contractor 2 weeks to get back with me to set up an appointment. Contractor did not show up for first appointment after we waited all day. After a week he came out diagnosed the problem took our service fee money and was never to be heard from again. He had stated he was unable to get paid the amount required by insurance to get it fixed. Contact AHW explained what happened. They contacted 2 more contractors. Finally get someone to come out. He also stated there is a problem getting insurance to pay for problems to fix. That problem was fixed.
Again HVAC system is not blowing hot air. Called AHW request for same contractor to come service system that fixed it last time. The service representative said it wouldn’t be a problem. Again an email was sent to me to verify contractor. Lo and behold it was the first contractor that took our money and ran. Contacted AHW again stating what happened. They refused to Charge contractors even after the first one took our money and AHWs money. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was denied. Now here I sit in 20degree weather no heat waiting for someone to call me back while they sit in their nice warm office.

Have had terrible experience with Amazon Home Warranty. First time I had a claim, it was for an air-conditioner. A small part needed to be replaced, but they would not "authorize" the repair company to procure the part until after several phone calls, and a simple repair took more than a week. Second claim, freezer not working on refrigerator-freezer combo. Sent out a very shady "repair" guy who only used a blocked number for contacts. He took the service fee, said he would have to order a part, and was never heard from again.
Has been over two weeks now, and AHW is telling me that they don't have any other repair services available at this time, so I will just have to wait till they find one. Or, they say, I'm welcome to fix it myself... I'm done with them. Filing a complaint to get my money back. BTW, some people on here seem to think that Amazon Home Warranty is a division or subsidiary of Amazon.com. They are not. They like that people confuse that, but they are entirely unaffiliated with the AMAZON corporation.

I was skeptical at first leaving American Home Shield home warranty company because I was with them for 16 years. I am so happy I did. The service is wonderful. They are quick to respond and never have to call because company didn’t react in a timely manner. The other perk is that it’s much cheaper and half of the copay. Thank you Amazon Home Warranty company.

Our heat stopped working, and the contractor sent by AHW identified the problem as the furnace fan motor having failed and got a replacement part delivered and installed in less than a week. While installing, he found that dirt and seal leaks of the fan would weaken the motor, and he cleaned and resealed at a reduced charge, since we were AHW customers (these items not covered by AHW). Better service than we have had in the past by the company that originally installed our furnace.

I am glad that I purchased the AHW home warranty when I bought my house. Since it is an older home, you just never know. When my dishwasher leaked onto the floor, I called for service. The contractor was on time and fixed the problem. I will certainly be renewing this February.

I was very disappointed in overall customer service and execution of my warranty - I was called this year and sold on what I was told was excellent customer service to pull me away from AMERICAN HOME SHIELD (which I know has rude support) so I decided to move after 17 years. Being promised all my equipment ac/heating (as I explained they were original to the home) would be covered.
After 2 months with AMAZON I went to turn on my heat and nothing happened. Repairman comes out and condemns the unit- saying that it wasn't coming on because the unit was spewing carbon monoxide- the unit turned on heat/ac back in August without issue- so he checked the other unit because he was there- bad system board on the heater. AMAZON says there is no way these units worked in August - claim denied. So what is the use. HATE BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY SUCK- TOOK 10 days to even call me back I called twice and emailed twice. I asked for the denial in writing - still waiting. I will be switching or just cancelling home warranty - this past few years it's been a loss across the board.

Signed up for Amazon Home warranty based on reviews and had what I thought was a great salesperson. He "guaranteed" me my furnaces and air conditioners would be covered. Well, three months after moving in our furnace stops working, and I call Amazon who sends out a repair guy. Repair Guy says we have a cracked heat exchanger and basically need a new furnace. Not good news, but hey, we have that home warranty! The next day I get a call from Amazon - it TURNS OUT in the small print it says it doesn't cover replacing a furnace for a cracked heat exchanger, basically about the only thing that causes a furnace to need replacing. What a crock.
You can get better policies and we WILL be switching. Three pieces of advice: one, don't trust Amazon's salespeople because they lie to get the sale. Two, read the fine print. I know, I know, I shouldn't have just blindly trusted what the sales guy said, but I did. Three, why get this policy when others cover replacement, and for the same cost. Just go with someone else! For us this was company is unethical and complete bait and switch.

I signed up for Amazon. I called them for a repair on my a/c. A technician came on Aug. and told me that they don't spend any money on repairs. He charged me some fees and said that he will put a "Patch" on the unit. The unit is making a LOUD noise. After 3 months of me calling them and they giving me the run around, they made me said on a "Recorder" line the the unit is working and they won't fix it properly. The unit makes a loud noise, after the technician worked on it. Amazon is a big scam and wasted so much of my time. I'll go back to AHS and never will back with Amazon. Stay away from them!

Before picking a new HW company I gave them scenarios and asked if certain things would be covered vs not because I've been with other companies so I know how this goes by now. They were honest about what they cover, it's pretty straightforward in the contract as well. I went with AHW.

Consistent communication is very important for me. When I opened a claim, I spoke to the same two people the entire time. I hate when companies have you speaking to multiple people and AHW doesn’t do that. The rep constantly checked up on me to make sure everything was going smoothly and I respect and appreciate that from a company.

I recently submitted a claim for my stopped up sink drain. Within 2 hours I received an email with the name of the plumber and a date for the sink to be repaired. Two days later my sink was fixed. I’m a realtor and I’ve been dealing/working with home warranty companies for years. Most of them feed you lies and don’t cover anything once you put in a claim.. This company is the most legit I’ve seen so far, they are covering my claims. Amazon Home Warranty not only uses reliable and expert companies but they facilitate their claims in an efficient and rapid manner. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

WARNING!!! This company is a SCAM! Their website is lie after lie. They hire unqualified service companies. Amazon Home Warranty issues a very low Purchase Order to the Service Technician, which will never come close to paying for the repair. The rookie technician troubleshoots the problem and tells you that Amazon has only authorized x amount to pay for the repair and if you want them to fix it, then you will have to pay a high difference. Or an Amazon representative will call you back and tell you that item is not covered. They have limited hours they are open and when you do finally get to speak with someone, you can hear laughing and partying in the background.
They tell you a service technician will call you back within 24 to 48 hours, but they won't. 90 % of the time when you call back, you are leaving a message with an answering service. They DO NOT return your calls!!! They lead you to believe they are associated with AMAZON, but they are NOT. When you try to cancel your policy they will try all kinds of gimmicks to talk you into staying. You will have to threaten with legal action and make sure you put your cancellation in WRITING. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE CON!!!

I called Amazon for a leak and defrosting problem which was causing for the water to come out of the freezer door to the point my wooden floor underneath the fridge started to saggy and wavy. I made the claim and waited for their response which said they referred it to a vendor and the vendor was supposed to call me the next 24 hours.
I waited 3 days and no one called. Then I called the assigned vendor to see when can they come out, but the vendor said he doesn’t have a referral and had no knowledge at all. So I called Amazon and told me to call the vendor again which I did few times back and forth, and finally after 11 days they talked to the vendor and he came out and told me that the door need to be replaced. I told Amazon that and they refused to cover the claim. Their logo when you call is they will put your mind at ease. That’s a lot of bologna. My mother in law does better job than that. I’m really disappointed. I had home warranty with 2-10 Home Warranty and never had to go through that at all. I thought with a big reputable name as Amazon I couldn’t go wrong, but unfortunately I did and I regret my decision and can’t wait till the contract expire and switch back to my old home warranty co.

This company contract is horrible. I was with another company for 5 years and had issues with the customer service so I changed to Amazon, big mistake. My boilers went out and when no one called from their assigned repair company we called are own, knowing no repairs would be made without their approval. They got the information from the repair company and screwed around for 3 days (while we had no heat in the house) and kept saying "We'll have an answer in an hour". 3 days later they denied the claim due to a cracked heater exchange, which is in their agreement as not being covered, including a huge paragraph of other stuff they don't cover for heater repairs. Sadly the joke was on me because the old warranty company I had would have covered it. Amazon has more details on what's not covered than what is covered. A very expensive lesson learned.

We hired Amazon Home Warranty because we have had a generally good experience with Amazon for other services. The warranty department is horrible! Our Samsung refrigerator ice maker stopped working because a part fell off. I called and was assigned a repair company. The repair person came out and said he would order the part. That did not happen. It took 3 weeks to get Amazon to change the repair company to another company. That company came out and said that Samsung no longer makes the part for this refrigerator. Amazon said that it could not be fixed.
Our contract stated that in the event that an appliance could not be repaired it would be replaced or "other options." The other options turns out to be the cost of the part had it been available. Deceptive. However, no Amazon is refusing to pay even that. We had to replace the refrigerator. In total we were without refrigeration for almost 6 weeks trying to get repaired. Amazon Home Warranty does not live up to its obligations by its own contract.

I called AHWarranty and they immediately got ahold of a repair shop near us who came out and repaired our oven. The company took care of all the issues that we had.

How do they have so many stars? Customer service is horrible. No matter what time of day you call, you're on hold for a long period of time. I referred them to two friends and they are both livid with me as they have so many stipulations in their contract to cover themselves for not covering items that would easily be covered with 2/10 and/or American Home Shield. They kept me waiting almost a week to only deny my claim for rust. They had my tech come out three separate times, which meant I had to be home each time. The first time he arrived it was 5:30 pm and their office hours for maintenance work is open until 7 pm; however, he was told they were gone for the day.
The second time he came out, they took a long time to answer the phone and then asked him to take a picture of it (he said this was highly unusual, and he himself, was considering discontinuing them as a client, as they were not customer oriented, he actually argued on the phone with them on my behalf). The third time, he had the part and was in route to my home, during the evening hours, and it was at that time he finally got a hold of them (as he had been trying all morning, only to be placed on hold) and was informed they would not cover the service. I never pay in advance and I paid for three years of service :-(.
When asked for a refund, manager Mark, told me I would receive very little, he never told me the amount, he became argumentative, and even disconnected the connection (no dial tone, but music in the background, letting you know the person is no longer on the phone). He did not return, so I hung up to call them back and hopefully speak with someone else. When I called back, I was told their reps cannot hang up the phone or they would be fired. Well if it wasn't intentional, why did Mark not return my phone call?
I asked to speak with another supervisor, as obviously Mark lacked the much-needed professionalism and guess who they connected me with? Mark. I just hung up the phone and decided to make this post, which I will also provide to the BBB. I don't know what to do because I don't want to use their service for something else and pay a $75.00 service all, to once again be denied for another claim. I just threw away my money attempting to believe in this company. Please note: this company is not affiliated with the Amazon name we all know and trust.

I took it under myself to use this company because listening to the sell person I had the right warranty. But I was complete fool. They talk good and when thing happen you are on your own. No if and buts you have to come out your pocket even you been paying monthly. I have a A/C to go out I had to come out of my pocket. I had a electrical box to need some repair I had to come out my pocket. If you ask me you will set up you some repair funds as I did in the bank and keep my money in my pocket. This fool draft 200$ from my account without my permission so don't let them draft money from your account if you be talk into it. Use your bank account so you can stop payments. I call customer service about my AC. It took about 4 days before plumber came out. When they came out they call customer service. They told me and customer service that I will need a coil and heat sensor. It would be 1800. A new AC it would be 3600. They refused to pay NOTHING. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. What is the use for home warranty if they won't help when thing breaks down.

I purchased Amazon home warranty and created a claim after 20 days, nobody showed up to fix my AC even after calling them 3 times within 1 week. I finally learned about them and canceled my home warranty within the first month but they did not return the whole money. Customer care agent was very rude and not responsive. We had this coverage for a rental home we have in NC. We had a plumbing issue and when I first called to open the work order, they assured me that we had the coverage for the issue. Later, they refused to pay for any of repairs because they said it was pre-existing because it was galvanized piping. They were so very rude to the plumber when he spoke with them and just as rude to me when I spoke with them. Their customer service is horrible. We will be cancelling, as this is a waste of money. Also, come to find out, they are not affiliated with AMAZON, which is very deceiving.

Amazon sent a service tech out to my house and when he called to get authorization for repairs, Amazon refused to pay for anything. I wasted $60 for them not to repair my air conditioner. Updated on 02/14/2020: We got this service in April 2019. I allowed them to talk me into their service as opposed to the one we had. They guaranteed complete service and service calls would be cheaper as well as monthly payments as a "special" for one year (after which the monthly charge would increase). This sounded so good we canceled the home warranty we were with to go with them. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
Our stove went out and we called for repair. It took a few days before the repairman came out and when they did they reported to AHW it could not be repaired. We had to call to get this information. We were told they were going to buy out the stove in the amount of $300.00 (stove originally cost $2200.00 with added features and various functions). We were SHOCKED. This was unacceptable!!! We went back and forth for over a period of two weeks and finally, they tell us their final offer is $550.00. We had to take it or leave it. It took three months to settle this and get a check. We had to repeatedly call back once we agreed to the amount. We ate the difference of $2300.00 to replace the stove.
A few months later our dishwasher went out. We called for service again. The repairman took a "glance" inside the dishwasher and stated it was the motor. Again, I had to call after several days to find out what would be done. A buy out again for $200.00 (the most they said they would pay)...for a Kenmore Elite top of the line. We had to eat $1400.00 for a new dishwasher. We consulted a financial advisor to assist us in preparing my husband's retirement. We were told Amazon Home Warranty was one of the cuts we needed to make because our mortgage insurance covers everything plus that Amazon Home Warranty doesn't.
We called 2/13/2020 to inquire about canceling and the person with whom we spoke claimed to be the "Manager", told us we couldn't cancel because we were under contract. SHOCKED again. We explained when our business was solicited we weren't told anything about a contract. We've been with a few warranty companies but never had any problem canceling. We were told we will have to pay fees, cancellation fees, etc. This infuriated us. Why? Fees for unsatisfactory service throughout the duration of service. I asked him to escalate my call because he became very belligerent and he said he was the highest I could go. I told him I didn't believe him and before I pay something I didn't agree to I would stop all transactions, so escalate my call. He put me on hold and debited our account for $700.00....yes, while we were on hold! SHOCKED again.
I called again today 2/14/20 and spoke with Johnathan. He is rude as well. They want to tell you what they will and will not do and will not listen to your concerns/grievances as a customer. They make it argumentative. I literally hate this service. They are so unprofessional in every aspect. THEY ARE BULLIES! They take your money and do little or nothing to satisfy the customer. The "one star" is for the salesman. He hooked us. Our bank is presently looking into these charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMAZON HOME WARRANTY!
Original Review: LONG STORY SHORTENED, sent today: We are so disturbed about how we are being treated as customers with Amazon Home Warranty. We have requested and have been awaiting resolve of Claim #** since the beginning of July. We have been without a stove since then which have resulted in additional expenses for us. In addition, upon speaking with one of Amazon Warranty’s agents we were told we would receive two months of warranty coverage at no cost. However we were charged and because we did not expect this charge the amount charged was not deposited. Our account at BOA went into OVERDRAFT status because of this charge (please see attachment).
We were offered an amount of $450.00 because the stove could not be repaired but we rejected that offer and tried to voice our displeasures. The conversation was abruptly ended by one of Amazon Warranty’s associates because he did not want to hear our concerns/displeasures. It ended with him telling us he will have a Manager to contact us. THIS IS THE LAST OF AUGUST, WE ARE STILL WITHOUT A STOVE!
This has caused heartbreak, frustration, and additional expenses. We do hate having to call on you again but it is through you we get some kind of satisfaction. Thank you again Sam for assisting us with our concerns. We are… Sincerely, We received a call shortly thereafter and was offered $550.00... Sad. We were told that's as much as they could offer, the computer would not allow them to do more than that. It will be another two weeks before we get that... SMH. Wording on items covered is very tricky and can be used to avoid coverage. THIS COMPANY NOT ASSOCIATED WITH AMAZON.COM. Once I got response and said will fight this. Answer was, "We will just cancel warranty." This was fine yet three weeks later nothing refunded. Makes sense as agent threatened cancelling refund if I share my experience. The only way we know how these companies work is sharing our experiences. Good or bad. I personally do not recommend Amazon Home Warranty.

Tim the sales rep sold me a home warranty on a home built in 2009. Will tell you everything you want to hear to sell the warranty, then when you have an expensive repair they will ignore your phone calls and tell you the equipment failed due to negligence or improper maintenance. Was left with no a/c or service on top of hours of wasted time trying to deal with multiple employees that are rude and hassle you instead of giving you your money back. It's for basic repairs. The warranty is a waste and the service is beyond awful. It starts with your sales rep. Don't sell LIES. Backup what you say and if you can't don't hassle the buyer refund the money and charges. Can we charge fees for lousy service and false advertisement!!!!

My dryer failed Thursday night so I called AHW and they sent help right away. The guy arrived on time, here for about an hour and 15 minutes. When he found the problem he discussed it with me. I’ve read a lot of reviews for Amazon Home Warranty and had mixed feelings at first about signing up. I decided to call and had a good experience with the rep I spoke with, he gave me a good package quote so I decided to join. So far they fixed my toilet, they had a plumber come out next day. I have also had good experience when my refrigerator needed a motor. Amazon Home Warranty got that fixed within 2 days. Recently, my AC was not cooling which I saw was a common thing in the reviews. Amazon treated it as an emergency claim and fixed it first thing the next day. The tech was in and out. In the end they did save me decent amount of money and hassle. I have nothing bad to say and AHW, nothing but positive experience. 5 stars across the board.

I’ve only had my policy with Amazon Home Warranty for a few months and wow, am I glad I do! Both fridge and dishwasher decided that they were going to act up and stop working.. within a few weeks of each other. But luckily I made a smart decision by joining AHW. I did my homework before and I’m certain that I went with the right warranty company. One of my favorite things when it comes to verbally dealing with AHW is that I get to talk to the same rep every time, which causes less headache and confusion for me. Every time I call, my personal rep answers the phone and knows exactly who I am.

I don't recommend Amazon Home Warranty to anyone. The plan l signed up for was suppose to cover everything but when my a/c went l paid the 75.00 for the contractor to come out so l was told by the repairman that he would turn everything into his office and it would be. turned over to Amazon. Well a week went by and mind you l have no a/c with it being in the 3 digit temps in Houston. My family and l are using fans so l finally had to purchase 2 window units to help cool my home.
Anyway after waiting a week and l had to call Amazon myself to see. What was going on. They lied and said nothing was turned into them about a repair and that they would call the a/c company. 2 days later this makes 9 days of waiting to be told it wasn't covered. But in the contract it is covered. All l can say is anyone out there looking for a home warranty company DO NOT CHOOSE AMAZON HOME WARRANTY. They are HORRIBLE and they are LIARS.

I left American Home Shield to come to Amazon because they don't charge for Freon. What a BIG mistake. I signed up in May, had a service call in June for my AC. The Contractor they assigned came out "Drunk".. Took him two days to figure out the unit was out of Freon. A little over a month and I have the same problem. This is where it gets tricky. I log in on Sunday. Make a claim, Monday goes by no call. I log in see a vendor is assigned so I call. No answer.. I call several times. No answer.. send a text message. It's read but no reply. I wait a few hours. Call Amazon. They assign another Vendor. Same thing happens. No call. I call no return calls. I call Amazon they say don't call the vendor. But your email says after three hours if they don't call you.
Then the vendor they assigned the first time calls. Says he would have called me but he has been in a motorcycle accident and goes on to tell me he only accepts CASH or a CHECK. I call Amazon. They tell me, "Sorry about that but the VENDOR DOES NOT WANT TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE. We will assign you another vendor." How do you allow that to happen? So I've had three vendors assigned for one AC unit. The vendors they are using don't show when you Google them, the lowest bidder gets the job type. My apologies have gone out to my friends for a premature recommendation for a poor managed company. Now my apologies go to a Good Company I left. American Home Shield..

I have been a customer with Amazon Home Warranty for a couple of months now and every time I have a claim, they have handled it very professionally. Their customer service is excellent in the way they make sure my claims were handled successfully with the technicians on the job.

July and my AC gave broke down 2 nights ago. Repair company came to diagnose promptly; paid $75 for service call, Amazon is now dragging their feet on approving the repairs. Heading for a 3rd night sleeping sweltering heat. My expensive Eng bull dog is really suffering too. I had another warranty company before, never denied coverage. My only complaint was time turnaround. I switched to Amazon hoping they'd be faster. They are even worse. Feeling that they may deny my claim.

My AC stopped working yesterday in the heat. I called Amazon Home Warranty and placed my first claim with them. They had a repair man at my house today. He fixed the problem and now I can sleep peaceful tonight. Thank you AHW for being a warranty company that actually comes through!!!

I purchased the Amazon Home Warranty on June 18th and was informed by the sales representative that the policy is effective immediately. I contacted the company on June 11, 2019, to start a claim because my AC is not blowing cold air. The representative authenticated my account, then asked if I called to make a new claim. I responded yes. She asked, "Tell me what's going on?" I explained. She then replied, (and I paraphrase) "Unfortunately, your policy is not in effect until July 11th, so the system won't allow me to create an order." I said, "Okay. So, I need to deal with the heat for a few more days and call back on the 11th?" She responded, "No. Unfortunately, since you called in today and this is a recorded call, you will have to repair your AC yourself and send in the receipt as proof if you want us to cover your AC in the future."
So, I asked why was I did the sales agent tell me that the coverage was effective immediately? She apologized that I was misinformed. Then, she reverted to the policy that he should have sent me. When I asked for a supervisor, she explained that she is the supervisor. I asked why did she revert to the policy rather than rectifying her misinformed sales policy? I expressed concern that she did not say that we will review the recorded call to verify your concerns. She asks if she could start over and the repeated what I said using her own words. But in the end, the problem is mine. When I asked that she have her supervisor review or recorded call and contact me, and she said that she would and promptly hung up the phone.
Why did she not tell me from the beginning of the call that my policy was ineffective. Instead, she recorded the claim so that they could use it as a reason not to cover my equipment in the future? Why did she only care to provide good customer service as supervisor after I explained how it should have been handled? Meanwhile, I am seeking a new company.

Switched to Amazon because I thought they would cover my pool system which is on its last legs. Had it a little more than a month and the hot water heater needed replacement. There was a 3 week wait time for them to supply the plumber to look at it so I got my own plumber. They said all he had to do was call while he was there and they'd provide authorization on the phone. They didn't. They said they'd have to go to an authorization review board and get back to me in 30 minutes. They didn't. I called and they said they'd have to get back to me by the end of the day. They didn't. I called the next day and they said that my claim was denied fully. Meanwhile, I got my hot water heater replaced by a licensed plumber (because they require you use one) and it cost $1300. If I'd know they'd deny coverage, I could've used my handyman and saved $500. I'm super mad and my husband is an attorney so I'm thinking of taking legal action.

Had a faucet leak and it was fixed. The representative from Roto-Rooter came over. His name was Justin and he did a great job fix the problem and was in and out within an hour. I would be very happy to have Roto-Rooter do all calls for me in the future and I am continuing to talk to get up to two hundred characters so you guys will take this.

I had a home warranty company when I decided to switch to Amazon. I did not like the long wait times on the phone with the previous company, which is the main reason I decided to leave. I signed up with Amazon the end of March. Well, the weekend after I signed up my washer began giving me an OE error. Well, I knew I had a 30 day wait period before I could call Amazon, so I took my clothes to the laundromat and brought them home to dry. Recently, I noticed my dryer was taking a very long time to dry my clothes so I wanted them to look at the dryer when they came it. I also live in Houston, so the temp are getting up there. I turned on my AC unit upstairs and noticed the air wasn’t getting cold. So, I called Amazon today because I’ve waited my 30 days and they would not cover any of my issues stating they were pre-existing.
The guy quoted the agreement so I went and read it again. It states that my coverage starts 30 days after acceptance which should be around now. Well the manager said that was not right. That the coverage starts now, basically negating the 30 days I waited after paying and signing up. It also stated that you could get the 30 day period waived if you could show prior proof or coverage from another home service provider. I asked him about that because I could show that I had coverage that wouldn’t have expired until Sept of 2019. He basically said I could send it but it would’ve needed to be sent before now to be considered.
I think it is unfortunate that home warranty companies can do things like this. While the guy stated he understood it was basically nothing they could do. It’s a rip off and it’s horrible. I do not see how people can sleep at night by ripping people off. I will say that the guy refunded my policy and waived the cancellation fee which was nice. However, I am still with items that are not working. If I could predict the future and knew my items would fail, I would’ve stayed with the prior company. A company I had multiple properties covered under and was with for years. It was mainly the long hold times that I did not like. Again, I wish I had read this site before purchasing with Amazon and cancelling my prior plan. Very unfortunate. I hope this helps someone before making the same mistake I made.

Heating system broke over night and not only was Amazon Home Warranty available to take my claim they had someone out within a few hours. The technician they sent was professional and knowledgeable. He had my heat up and running in no time.

I signed up back in November and I finally put my first claim in. My icemaker in the fridge stopped working. I called into Amazon Home Warranty claims line and got through within 2 minutes! They sent a tech out who was very professional and he fixed my icemaker. I only had to come out of pocket my service call. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!! A+++.

I have heard from other realtors that in many many cases Home Warranty companies find ways to get out of paying claims. I sure hope this company does not follow that ideology. I will not be happy if I find that to be the case, and I will not encourage my sellers to offer home warranties.

It took almost 3 weeks to get a response from Amazon after the initial reporting call. Then it took an additional 3 days to get the repair man on location. The survey letter I received from Bruce wasn’t even addressed to me. I hope you all can do better than this.

We were looking to get home warranty coverage for the first time. I had reviewed different companies online without committing to any one company. I received a follow up call the next day from Jesse, a representative from Amazon Home Warranty. He was very courteous and professional. He clarified information about what is exactly covered under the Amazon Home Warranty, and how this compares to other companies. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient answering my questions fully. He worked to get me additional discounts for signing up. I bought a home last year and negotiated a 1 year home warranty as part of the deal. The seller picked the warranty and we had a horrible experience with them (AHS) when our AC blower unit died in the middle of summer. As it's time to renew, I shopped around for a more reputable company and found Amazon Home Warranty - so glad I did. Prompt follow up to my inquiry and Eric was both helpful (I had a lot of questions) and friendly during the call. He shopped for discounts proactively and even delayed the start date of my new coverage with AHW to align with the end of my current policy. So far, their customer service is awesome... Thanks!

Tim was great, he explained my options and he recommended the best value for me, and how to file a claim, that all I had to do was make a call and that I was not going to be on the phone for 30 minutes like my other warranty was doing, I was driving and I had to pull over and I told him to sign me up.

They cover nothing!!! They find every excuse NOT to cover a claim. I should have called American Home Shield! AMAZON is a total scam!!! I contacted them for plumbing issues and they found every excuse not to cover the problem!!! My house is forty years old so of course stuff is old. The claim scam artist on the other line said the "The pipes were corroded so this has been going on for a long time". As if he were in the house. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY. Stick with the one you know and hear of, American Home Shield.

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with Amazon Home Warranty. However, you simultaneously opened 3 separate unrelated claims only 2 days into your coverage period. AHW immediately dispatched a service provider for all 3 claims.
- One of the claims was a covered plumbing issue (plumbing stoppage) which was paid for by Amazon Home Warranty.- Another claim was for a leaking copper pipe. The technician indicated that the leaking pipe was corroded and had to be there for quite some time.
- Lastly, your hot water heater needs to be replaced due to sediment build up. Aside from the fact that AHW does not cover failures that are as a result of sediment build up, based on the information we received it is our professional assessment that this was also a pre-existing issue.
While I understand your aggravation of having claims that are not covered, the issues were clearly problems that existed prior to your coverage becoming effective and which is therefore specifically excluded as per the terms of your contract which we have posted below for your ease of reference. I liked how this one had no high pressure salesman. He was very helpful, he explained how it worked and helped me choose the right plan. I will and have recommended this to friends and family.

Amazon was very responsive in my search for a better home warranty company. I have not had luck with previous companies so I was looking for a fresh start with a better and hopefully more reliable one. I hope this is the right choice. They got back to me quickly and gave very detailed information on the benefits and comprehensive coverage. I was also give a great opportunity for long term coverage and hopefully this will be the start of a lasting relationship. Although I was not given details on how to file the initial claim I was told the process runs smoothly and can be handled in 7-12 hours after the claim in initiated, if this is accurate this will be a substantial improvement over the last company who had dismal results.
Again I should emphasize this is only a review of the initial process. I will update as I have to, or hopefully don’t have to, go through the claims process. It was just a pleasure to be given a good opportunity to do business with a company that seems to value having customer loyalty and helping them through the process when problems do arrise. Having a home can be stressful enough without having to worry about problems down the road. It is peace of mind if nothing else.

After signing up with Amazon in January, my tenants called me on Superbowl Sunday saying the heat was out in the rental property. I wasn't expecting to file a claim so early in the year, but Bruce's empathy and customer service were fantastic! Bruce was able to get a technician out the following morning (within twelve hours of placing the initial claims call) and the job was completed within a few days. Bruce called me daily with updates and was an extremely helpful liaison between myself and the repair company. I sincerely hope I don't have to file another claim soon, but if I do, I know I'm in exceptionally good hands.

I spent several frustrating days researching and evaluating Home Warranty Providers, learning that most providers could be rated anywhere from Outstanding to Poor depending on which agency had published the ratings. I spend countless hours trying to narrow my search to two or three top contenders, while trying to determine which rating service I should believe? Then in some obscure place, I saw a reference to Amazon Home Warranty, which was a total shock as I hadn't seen a single reference to an offering through Amazon during hours of research. Just the name prompted me to dig deeper and I was surprised, yet elated, to find the A+ BBB Rating. Further, all customer reviews I found were extremely positive, so much so that I was concerned that customers had been offered some form of incentive to write the reviews.
The one drawback was I couldn't find it stated anywhere that you provided service in Texas where I live. I called to find out whether you provide service here and also to learn more about your offerings, cost and contract terms. Jesse ** handled my call and I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of your offerings, customer-focused approach as well as your pricing that I purchased a warranty before we even hung up.
I needed to call Jesse back a few days later but he did not answer the call. Since I was going to be unavailable for a few hours, I didn't leave a message, thinking I would call back upon returning home. Within literally 2-3 minutes, my phone rang and when I answered it, Jesse was on the other end and said "Hello Mr. **, how can I help you"? Holy Smoke, I almost had a Heart Attack. What kind of customer service is that? Not only calling me back without me even leaving a message, but also knowing who he was calling just a few days after I purchased our warranty...both things that were far beyond my expectations.
All I can say is you folks handle customer service like I was accustomed to seeing many, many years ago. That kind of service seems to have disappeared in today's business environment so I really commend you for how you approach business and the customer. Keep up the great work! While I thought Jesse's handling of my call was unique to him, as I read more reviews, apparently all your sales agents provide this same level of service and care. I'm quite impressed and hope to see the same kind of service and response if and when I file my first claim. Thanks to Amazon Home Warranty for ending a frustrating research project, resulting in a very favorable outcome.

After researching home warranty plans, I chose Amazon because of their excellent ratings and 5-star reviews. I just placed my order so I haven't had to use it yet, but if the service they provide is even close to the caliber of their customer service, I will be thrilled! Rick ** was a tremendous help -- both times I called him -- and was polite, courteous, and personable. He could teach a course in customer service! My previous home warranty company (whose name shall not be mentioned but whose ratings are 1 out of 5 stars) was a nightmare to work with. At least I didn't pay for it; it was provided by the seller when I bought the house. I can't wait to wash my hands of them!

The guy that I spoke with was nice and courteous! Was not pushy into selling me a warranty! Best rates for a combination of items. I feel that it was lower priced and the deductible amount was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that is looking into adding some coverage to their homes.

I needed a plumber to take care of slow flushing toilet. Got appliance repair company that was supposed to take care of all problems. Jack of all trades master of none. They were an hour late in getting to my house. Also needed plumber again, the next day, for another toilet issue with another toilet. Waited all day for phone call from them to set up appt. No call. I got call late in the day from Bruce ** to see how the call went. I told him no one ever called me. He called plumber. He was told that the plumber was relocating his business that day. The least he could have done was call me to inform me. I solved the 2nd plumbing issue myself. Problem solved.

I have been a satisfied customer for over 2 years now. I don’t normally write reviews but after this last repair I felt I should give back as well. My 3 year old freezer stopped functioning, but Amazon Home Warranty did exactly as they promised. Their tech came out the very next day and repaired the unit. I've had positive experience with the Amazon home warranty. I had two claims so far for broken appliances and both of them have been fixed and work the same as prior to the breakdown. I found it easy to file claims and they don't require much documentation. I also have several family members sign up with them because of how reliable this company is.
