Very horrible experience! Paid $20k just to have them destroy everything! What a scam!!! Didn't receive inventory when they picked up, took more than three weeks to receive our stuff. They were supposed to arrive on a Thursday and then called after banks closed on Saturday saying they would be there on Sunday and then didn't show up until Monday. EVERY box marked fragile had been crushed, every piece of furniture that they move was scratched and about half of the furniture was broken beyond repair, my brand-new chest toolbox was dented and bent, stuff was piled on my motorcycle, and it was all scratched up and dented.
Every plastic bin that we packed stuff into had the lids broken. Nothing was packed into the truck neat and square everything was just packed in at whatever angle they could get it in causing legs of tables and chairs to be snapped off completely. They made ABSOLUTELY no effort to take care of our stuff at ALL!!! I would not recommend this company at all! Save your money! It would have been better to just get rid of our stuff and buy new after the move.

In evaluating your claim, we see that you opted not to purchase additional insurance coverage, which would have provided more extensive protection for your items during transit. We offer this option to all customers to ensure they have the coverage they need for potential damages, and we regret that you declined this added coverage.
We acknowledge that some of your furniture sustained damage, and we are committed to addressing those specific issues. However, many of the photos you provided showed undamaged items inside packed boxes, which leads us to believe that the packing of your belongings inside the boxes may not have been handled as carefully as needed packed by owner. While we do our best to transport goods safely, accidents can happen, and that’s why we offer coverage options.
Regarding the scheduling concerns, it’s important to note that your items were delivered within the expected window that we provided both verbally and in writing. In fact, your delivery was ready earlier than anticipated, but since you were not prepared to receive it, your items needed to be stored temporarily. We do apologize for any perceived inconvenience, but the delivery fell right in line with the typical time frames explained to you.
We would like to reiterate that your total move cost reflected the size of your shipment and the distance between your origin and destination. While we understand your frustration, our pricing is based on industry standards and factors specific to your move.
We are more than willing to work with you to address any valid damage claims within the coverage you selected. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can resolve this matter and ensure that the process is as smooth as possible moving forward.

My move was grossly underbid by 6k. Jamie was very professional and kind on the phone. However I can’t say the same about the person who called to do the final walkthrough. There were several items that somehow weren’t on the list. 100 boxes for starters. I was supposed to receive a call several days prior to do a final inventory count. That call didn’t come until the day before. When we started walking through items several big items somehow weren’t on the list that were clearly discussed. The response I got in the most snarky condescending tone was “Well you had the list”. First of all that’s not my job that’s what I’m paying you for.
On moving day the movers straight out of the gate after a walkthrough said there’s no way it’s all going on their trucks. It ended up taking two entire days with the crews working til 9 at night. Those guys deserve a Medal of Honor. Not only did they do an incredible job they worked nonstop. Once the trucks were loaded you have to pay on the spot. Since my bill was 6k over what I was quoted I had no ability to pay on the spot. PS they don’t take Amex and that was the only other card I have in my possession since the other card I had was maxed out with the first payment to them.
Meanwhile realizing it’s not all going on the two trucks my friends rally to call anyone with a truck or SUV to start taking items. I was forced to give thousands of dollars of household goods to anyone with a truck. My friends who had SUVs started throwing items into their cars so I didn’t have to give all my stuff away. It was so chaotic I had no idea who packed what for me to drive back from Florida to NC to rent another truck to pick up at a later date. I hired a company to do the heavy lifting to abstain from doing further damage to an underlying health condition.
Once we had to start moving heavy items ourselves it caused paresthesias that are now irreversible. Needless to say the ** popping of pills continued until the last item was unpacked once reaching Florida. Did I mention I had to recruit 2 friends to load up their cars and a flatbed trailer to do the 8 hr drive that had to be unloaded once we got here because the trucks were full? A a simple “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” would have sufficed. Instead I was projected on with “Well you had the list”. At that point the gloves came off. I will say the moving crew were top notch.

Some medium and large boxes were lost, along with a couple of umbrellas. Among the boxes, there were some art pieces and an embroidery from our wedding. Overall, the service was good, except for the virtual call with quality assurance representative Lisa, who was somewhat rude and condescending, even though I made it clear that my English was not very good.
The movers at the origin were not friendly. While their job is to load the truck, they ignored our instructions about placing fragile boxes on top of the heavier ones. At the destination, despite the boxes being plastic bins and labeled with their contents, the glassware box was placed underneath two heavy boxes of books!!!. The lid of the box was deformed by the weight. Fortunately, nothing was broken, but it shows a lack of care for our belongings. Everything was labeled, and it’s common sense where to stack the boxes. The movers at the destination were very kind and respectful. When we confronted them about the missing items, they were professional and guided us on what to do next, as they had loaded everything from the storage where our items were kept. We will be monitoring our claim regarding the lost items.

Our experience with 24/7 Logistics started off strong with a great meeting with Anthony ** and carried through to the pickup of our household goods in Tryon, NC and their delivery in Doylestown, PA two days later! Note: It was a small move but no worries, they figured out how to make it work. I would highly recommend 24/7 Logistics to anyone with a move facing them.

SCAM ALERT! We had 24/7 Logistic Services to bid our move. They did a lengthy video walk through our home and provided us a ‘BINDING CONTRACT’ that compared to a competitor, they were 17% cheaper than Atlas Company PLUS 24/7 offered a coupon if we booked with them offering to beat any competitor by 10%. We signed the BINDING CONTRACT. We received a call from 24/7, 4 days before the move and Lisa had told me that we had to do another walk through to make sure no other items had been added. I took Lisa through the house on video (my daughter was also present for this call). We got to our bedroom and she said there is a safe and asked for the code number on the side for dimensions. Yes, the safe had been there the entire time. In fact, my husband had discussed the safe with the Jamie who had done the first call.
After 2 hours of the video call, Lisa said she would be back in a few minutes and when she came back, she said that the move would be another $7,300 due to the fact the safe and my husband’s work bench were not bid on the first contract. I told her the safe and the work bench were both disclosed at the first video walk through even specifically mentioned. We had added nothing. We have a BINDING CONTRACT and I should not have to pay any more. I even told her to please go back and review the first tape and you can see for yourself. Lisa said it was not on the bid and we needed to pay the extra money or we were free to go with someone else.
They purposely underbid the initial volume to get the business and come back right before the move to get an accurate volume of the move and adjust the price because the people moving do not have any other options at that time. Knowing we would not be able to find someone this short of notice our move in June we paid the $7,300.
* They offer a coupon to beat the competitor by 10% and do not honor it.* They say they give you a binding estimate contract to move, they under bid it and then raise the price by $7,300 when you have no other option.
* The foreman got to our house and did a walk through and told us we would have to pay another $500 for the bulk fee for the safe. It should have been added to the second bid.
*We were told our items would be the only items on the two trucks (NOT TRUE). The second truck was a quarter full with someone else’s possessions.
*There was no inventory on our household boxes being packed and loaded on the truck that had someone else’s furnishings on the load.
*How do I know how many boxes I actually had? How do I know everything got on the truck? Did everything come off the truck? How do I identify what box broken items were in? UNACCEPTABLE!*Most boxes were not identified with what room it came from or the stuff that was packed and what was in it. It took me 1 week to find my coffee maker and 2.5 weeks to find my computer.
*Many larger boxes were used and only packed half full. There was even one large box that was empty, taped up and loaded on the truck and delivered. Many wardrobe boxes were used and none of them had used the bars to hang the clothes. The clothes were just thrown in boxes and boxes weighed more than 200 lbs. They found ways to inflated the volume of the shipment because they charge by the cubic foot.*Many boxes were packed with drawer items thrown in a box in a heap without separating.
*Foreman called us out and said that we were at our limit of volume, even though we had agreed on a full move. The truck had at least 500 cubic feet of room left on it. He said it would cost another $2,000.00 more to fill the truck up full. Even after we negotiated a new deal with their VP of marketing, locking in a set price for a full move regardless of volume. A total lack of communication from their office to their crews. The packing crew had half full boxes, one completely empty box, anything they could do to inflate the volume and raise our costs. The foreman ignored repeated request to load the large ladder that we had and that was included on the bid. He purposely left it behind for us to find a way to move it ourselves.
*The crew also left half of the kitchen materials in the cabinets and unpacked until we did a final walk through and found that they missed it. A complete failure in packing a move of this size.*The company is called 24/7 and it was anything but! Whenever we called no matter what the time, we had to leave a message and prayed someone would get back to us. We were never given a name of someone who was in charge of our move so did not have anyone particular to help us through these moving issues.
In conclusion, this move was a NIGHTMARE!! I presented them a letter with everything listed above along with a reminder of their coupon and to this day we have never received a word. I just want EVERYONE to know that when this company says they offer a ‘BINDING CONTRACT’ that is not true!! 24/7 Logistic Services will price gauge you for more money knowing you will pay it because you have no other choice. They will not reimburse you for the coupon they offer that entices you to use them. They just want to LOW BALL your move up front to get your business and then OOOOPS…. this item and that item wasn’t on your first bid voiding your contract, making it look like added the item after their initial bid allowing them to add whatever fees they want to! Just HORRIBLE they can treat customers that way! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT USE 24/7 LOGISTIC SERVICES!!!

1. Coupon Not Honored: We understand your concern regarding the price match or beat policy. Our policy is designed to offer the best rate compared to our competitors before booking. We offer this price match, up until the day of pick-up but cannot apply it to completed moves.
2. Binding Estimate: A binding estimate means the cost is fixed based on the specific items and shipment size listed. This estimate does not cover additional items or changes beyond what was initially agreed upon, which is why any increase in items or size affects the final price.
3. Bulk Fee for Safe: There was a human error, and the bulky charge for the safe was missed in the initial estimate. This was corrected on the day of pick-up, and the fee was absorbed by us, with no additional charge to you.
4. Truck Exclusivity: An exclusive truck option was not selected in the estimate. This option is available upon request at an additional cost. Despite having additional items, we honored the estimate for 6,400 cubic feet and moved a total of 7,000 cubic feet at no extra cost.
5. Inventory List: An itemized inventory list, or manifest, was provided as part of your bill of lading. This list includes all items and boxes, ensuring everything was accounted for during the move.
6. Box Labeling: We apologize for the inconvenience. Typically, we label each box with the corresponding room, but due to the increase in items and the need to complete the move promptly, some boxes were not labeled. Instead, they received color-coded stickers referencing the piece count.
7. Box Packing and Weight: We apologize for any inconvenience caused. No evidence supported the claim that boxes were only half full. We did not receive any photos or claims regarding this issue. Due to the increased item count, wardrobe boxes were packed without bars to save space and avoid additional costs. Furthermore, if boxes were only packed halfway, there would be crushed and damaged boxes from basic stacking. Boxes not properly packed will not maintain their shape, causing boxes to become crushed and potentially causing stacks to fall, which could trigger a domino effect on a truck in motion. This is one of the many reasons people hire professional movers like 24/7 Logistic Services. We provide professional packing, wrapping, blanketing, and stacking.
8. Volume and Additional Charges: The timeline of this complaint is inaccurate. Upon arrival, we found 732 pieces instead of 542 and informed you of the additional cost. The issue was resolved with the manager, and we honored the agreed-upon price, even accommodating extra items at no additional cost.
9. Communication: We have addressed communication issues in previous responses. Measures are taken to ensure clear communication between our office and crews to avoid such issues.
All in all, we came to an agreement and successfully completed the move. We have not received any notification of damage, so we assume all items arrived in good condition. The primary concern raised was the price increase, which resulted from adding items not initially listed. Despite conducting visual inspections twice, during which we were informed that many items were not to be included in the move, additional items were requested on the day of the move.
As a business, we have costs associated with each move, and like any moving company, we charge based on the items selected for the move. We are unable to accommodate additional items for free. Unlike some other moving companies, we were ready and prepared to assist with the additional items. Other moving companies may have not had the truck space, time, manpower, or simply the ability to accommodate the request at the time of the pickup. Also, on the topic of price, the total amount of discounts has not been presented, which was almost $7,000. With $4395 on the day of the move in addition to the $2,500 discount prior.

24/7 Logistics has a wonderful staff that is very helpful from the sales process to the move in. Their drivers and movers are very respectful, helpful and prompt. Finally a moving company that got the job done right! I have moved cross country several times. 24/7 Logistics is the only company to deliver as promised. I have horror stories about some moves. My previous cross country move it seemed they deliberately set out to damage as much furniture as they could. And ‘lost’ 6 boxes. My phone rep was Chris. Very knowledgeable & just great to chat with.
Due to an injury I was unable to finish packing. 24/7 Logistics showed up on time, packed everything that was left but not just with care. They wrapped & packed my great grandmother’s crystal vase in a double layer of bubble wrap, nestled carefully in a box with plenty of padding. It was the first thing I looked for & when I found it I was beyond thrilled to see it whole. They even checked the coat closet & packed everything in there. I had forgotten about it til the next day. So happy they were thoughtful enough to double check everything. Paintings, TVs, everything wrapped & handled with care. Moved from Jersey to the Carolinas. They finished loading the truck at 9 pm on Thursday. Delivery was Tuesday morning (the earliest I could get in to the new house). Everything placed where it should be. Both adjustable frame beds set up & tested. TVs unpacked & hooked up.
My mom couldn’t find 1 box of clothing & 4 porcelain dolls in their own boxes. Called to see if anyone knew where they were as my items had to be transferred to a larger truck. The reps couldn’t have been kinder. Sat down to fill out claim form. My son started checking spare rooms & found the boxes in the closet. New house is a lot smaller so some things had to be placed in spare rooms. So…Nothing broken. Nothing missing. Delivered on time. Extra fee for the packing they did was nominal. Estimate was very close to the quote. Would definitely recommend them to everyone & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I move.

These boys worked their butts off. I splurged for the extra man and it was money well spent. The price was right - THEY recommended the discount which was dutifully and hassle free-ly accepted. Note that I HAD to move Memorial Day weekend - they were referred to me by another moving company. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job. They completed the job in just UNDER SIX HOURS and nothing broken. They have ideal professionalism and punctuality. We have had some bad experiences with other movers in the previous years but I am so happy to say that this is the best moving company. I would highly recommend them.

Awful! Our items just arrived today and we have roughly $700 worth of damages to our items. In addition, several of our boxes were ripped open and wet, and the movers dragged all the equipment around our floors damaging our new hardwood we just installed. Very disappointing as we asked twice if our items would be moved from truck to truck and we were told no. It seriously looks like they just threw all of our stuff in without any consideration. Also, we are missing A LOT of our hardware so the movers can’t even rebuild several items, 2 desk and one vanity. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had an extraordinary experience with 24/7 Logistic Services. They showed up on time. Phenomenal, effective and proficient movers. Exceptionally taught faculty both in the workplace and in the place of work. They were speedy, amiable and cautious. I would utilize them once more.

When booking with this company, was told it would be a direct shipment of household move from Indiana to SC. Arrived with (2) box trucks. After loading, late at night, we had to drive all night to our new home. After 5 days our possessions arrived in a semi trailer. Many items were damaged beyond repair due to careless reloading in Chicago. Company used a 3rd party to complete transport and had to witness a fight between handlers at the unloading location. Additionally, the cost ended up 35 percent higher than original quote. The original quote was conducted by a 45 minute video walk thru to visually calculate needs. Would never recommend this company.

Regarding the delivery timeframe, we want to clarify that your move was delivered within the courtesy window of 1-12 business days, arriving on the fifth day. For long-distance moves like yours, items are typically transported in a semi-tractor trailer unless a dedicated option is purchased.
Regarding the additional charges, upon evaluating your file, we noticed that there was a significant amount added during the Quality Assurance call. The notes on the file indicate that there was supposed to be an auctioneer set to sell some of these items, which ended up not being sold. This change would have caused the price to go up based on the additional items included.
We understand the importance of resolving any concerns you may have, and we encourage you to contact our office to initiate a claims ticket. This will allow us to further investigate and see what we can do to remedy any damage or address any discrepancies in the charges.

I have moved 3 times in my life, and I wish I knew of 24/7 Logistics sooner. Amazing teams at both pickup and delivery. My representative Jamie was funny and helpful. All of my nervous calls were answered by their customer service. I think the associate's name was Liz. She was always ready to assist me at every step. From Florida to California in the timeframe they told me from the start exactly as they described it! A+ 110%!!!! I WILL be using this group in the future when I move.

They were fantastic, fast but still do a great job wrapping everything and make sure everything was secured. They helped move of difficult pieces of furniture that needed to partially be taken apart and put back together. They were nice. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

These people did an amazing job moving all of my stuff. They were very professional and courteous. They reached on time and their pricing is also fair for the extremely hard work that they do. Moving is never easy or fun but these guys took a lot of stress off the whole process. Highly recommended.

They arrived at storage place right on time. They professionally packed everything and loaded it onto the truck, they loaded and unloaded everything into storage in the most organized fashion. The items were in fantastic shape just like before the move. They were great and courteous. We got the cash discount as well. We will definitely use them again if we move and will recommend to others.

In my opinion This company are true con artists. They low ball you with a "binding estimate" and in small print they write it is not a contract. They lie, one right after another, until they get your stuff on their truck then hold it hostage until you pay them cash. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They take lying and conning to a new level. I am not an easy person to con but they got me for double what their original "binding estimate" is. They also only pay you $1 a pound for any damage and you have to pay for that coverage. They don't tell you this until they have you in the crosshairs. They say they have an A BBB rating. If they do, they are lying or the BBB has gone down the toilet.
We apologize for the challenges you faced during your move. Upon reviewing your order, it appears that additional items were added during the pickup, causing a slight increase in the overall cost. We want to clarify that we don't see your estimate doubling.
It's important to note that we provided a complimentary packing service for your move, and we accept all forms of payment. However, we require payment in guaranteed funds upon delivery, as outlined in the agreement at the time of reservation. We understand the significance of transparency, and all these details are disclosed in the agreement.
If there are any lingering concerns or issues, please inform us, as we are fully committed to resolving them and ensuring your satisfaction.

24/7 Logistics is a company that claims to be about the customer, but is full of lies and poor business practices. We had to pay $4500 more than our original quote, we had broken and missing items upon deliver, they withheld important information, we were lied to about delivery time and storage of our items, and the pick-up team packed the truck very poorly so it cost us so much more money due to being charged per Cubic Foot. This experience came after doing extensive research and believing that I found the best company to use. I hate that we used 24/7 logistics and would never recommend them to anyone ever.
We regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our pricing is determined by the initially provided inventory, and any additions increase the overall cost based on the extra items. Updated on 02/05/2024: In November of 2023 I wrote a 1 star review. I receive a very nice response from them about how sorry how I had trouble with my bank. My bank would have cashed the check if they had sent it to them. I told about the damage to my parents' 1950s vintage end tables and dining table. I told about my lost items. I talked about the water damage from several wet boxes. The damage of artwork, family pictures and many other items. There was also rat poop in many boxes.
After many months of organizing pictures of damaged items, trying establish the value of my things, several move picture showing the stuff in my home, resending my very light copy of the packing slip several times, and being told we had 5 days to return items or my claim could be rejected. They did give us extra time when my daughter died. That settlement offered was $100. 24/7 Logistics were so sorry about my unhappiness they offered $500. What could I do with $500 to repair or replace the items? I turned them down because I didn't want to say I was happy with the settlement. They put a.
Original Review: Moved September 23, 2022 Delivery November 11, 2022. I am so sorry I used 24/7 Logistic Services. My move went from $6000 to about $10.000 by the time my things were delivered. They charged me a bounced check fee when their bank decided not to accept my check. The women on the phone acted like it was my fault. I had just sold my home and had the money in the bank. My bank kept saying if the check got to them, they would pay it. I finally had pay a stop payment and write another check.
Most of my furniture are antique or early 1950. They broke and tried to glue back together my parents' early 1950's: both end tables and dining room table. They also damaged my antique: desk, washstand and an end type table with glass and a tea tray a wing back chair that my dad had recovered and gave me in 1984. The damage didn't stop there. Many of my boxes were wet and frozen damaging the contents such as, wall art, family pictures, linens, anything that can be ruined by being wet and frozen.
When I started opening the boxes to save what I could I found rat or mouse poop in many boxes. I had Tupperware chewed through. When I was unpacked and had gone through my things I found I was missing some major things: 2 ladders, antique coat rack, at least one box with Christmas decorations my Grandchildren made for me when they were little. The other problem was that they sent 3 people to pack me and only 2 to unload. They started at 9am and at 5 in the evening one guy left and the guy left working until 9PM. If you care about what you are moving and need to store your items with them don't use 24/7 Logistic Services.
First and foremost, we want to address the issues with the payment process. We understand the frustration you encountered with the bounced check fee and the challenges you faced with your bank. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the miscommunication.
Regarding the damage to your furniture and belongings, we are genuinely sorry for any damage incurred during the moving process. Although we strive to make sure all items arrive in perfect form, unfortunately there can sometimes be damage from moving items. Please contact our main office as there is a claims process in order to address and remedy any issues. We strive to handle every item with the utmost care, and it is disheartening to hear about the damaged pieces. We are committed to investigating this matter thoroughly and will take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
We have strict protocols in place to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our storage facilities and transport vehicles, and we will be evaluating these procedures to identify and rectify any shortcomings.
We apologize for any misunderstanding. Typically for a move this size there are 2 movers for delivery. Being that the Delivery process is less labor intensive and the number of crew members can accommodate one delivery truck. This is consistent with a 2-bedroom move.

I called in June '23 based on the Consumer Affairs recommendation and after an hour Zoom to survey the size of the move, I was given a 'binding' estimate of about $10k. I was assured that we would be given a single truck to our load and it should go direct to the destination. Our move date was still TBD but we tentatively set it for 9/1 and I paid a 25% deposit payment. My builder updated my close date for the new house and I called 24/7 and updated my move date to 9/21 on 3 Aug.
On 13 Sept 24/7 'Quality Assurance' called and redid the Zoom call to assess the size of the move. The date is important, since the deposit is non-refundable if the move is cancelled within 10 days of the move date. And they hadn't mentioned any "Q/A" call when I talked to them on Aug 3rd. After a 2 hour Zoom going room to room, my bill of lading estimate was increased by ~60% along with an increase in the deposit required. I felt trapped, since if I didn't sign the new contract, I lost the $2500 deposit and I had to find a new mover in less than a week. I signed the new bill of lading. I would suggest that 24/7's administration does not deal in good faith.
During this Q/A Zoom, the rep also said that the signed bill of lading was only an estimate of final cost and could be changed by them at any time to reflect the actual cubic feet and materials used in the pack. The only person bound by their contract was me. I rationalized the price as being a better reflection of the actual cost, so there would be less chance of a surprise later. It also is important that any potential customer understands 24/7's 'payment plan'. They require 25% up front and will accept a credit card for that. After pick-up, they require 60% of the balance to be paid.
They will accept a credit card for that with a 4% 'convenience' fee, but in their contract, they say "I also understand that I may not enact a charge back as a means to resolve an issue with my moving Carrier if for any reason I am dissatisfied with the services I have received including but not limited to: loss or damage of items being shipped, late delivery, property damage at points of service, disputed weight or volume charges, disputed packing charges, or services contracted and not received. I understand that a charge back is not a valid means to remedy any dispute with my moving carrier, 24/7 Logistic Services LLC, and that as a party to a legally binding contract I must adhere to the contract terms and federal regulations ... Collection costs may also be assessed (where applicable) if a charge back is processed." So use of a credit card will not protect you from 24/7.
Finally, before they will start delivery at the destination, the remaining balance must be paid in full and they will only accept cash, a USPS money order, wire transfer or Zelle. Basically, to get your stuff, you have to give them money that you will never be able to recover. So, the move was scheduled for 21 Sept. The mover called and said "we'll be there about 11 AM", so I immediately knew they could not complete the pack and load on the 21st and we were going to be at the old house an extra day. They also used 2 trucks filling each one about half full. They finished loading the second truck on the morning of Friday the 22nd and I paid with a credit card, since the price changed yet again and I had to sign a third Bill of Lading.
The packers were very fast and since I knew never to trust a mover with anything of great monetary or sentimental value and had removed that stuff, the pack went without a hitch. The first load showed up at the new house on the 25th, but had to wait until 10 AM while I went to the bank to get cash. Out of about 130 items on the manifest, about 20 were missing or had lost their labels or were on the second truck. So I paid the outstanding balance and signed for a partial delivery and started to wait for the rest of the load.
24/7 called on Sept 30th and said they would be consolidate my load and ship it soon. At this point I looked at the contract and realized they were not required to deliver until Oct 25th, a month after the first delivery date. I called them on Oct 9th to get an update and was told I was in luck, it was in the process of loading and should be at the destination in a few days.
The second truck came on Oct 12. There was only the driver and I helped him unload the truck into the garage. It only took about an hour, but the driver did not offer a manifest to check off items, nor did I have to sign anything. ??? On the way out he drove on my lawn and over the Water Works access hatch. My builder told me not to do that again. If you've read all this, I can only say, 24/7 is expensive and not customer driven. The guys who do the packing and loading are okay, but not special. Find someone else. You can do better. To Consumer Affairs, how could you have recommended these guys ever?

We moved about 3 hours across state lines and downsized considerably. From the first phone call to inventory review to quote, scheduling, and move all went smoothly. We were stressed about downsizing and fitting everything into a smaller truck due to restrictions in new neighborhood, but the packers/movers were reassuring and amazing with their stacking skills to make it all fit into the truck. The movers were professional and worked very hard all day to load. They showed up at new house early next day and worked all day to unload. We were pleased with how smoothly they made the move feel. It was the worst move I have had, I have moved Eleven times. They damaged furniture, lost boxes. Took 12 days to deliver counting weekends. If I could give a negative review I would. Never use these crooks They find a way to charge you more on the days leading to delivery. They could help you ask the right questions, but they don't. They charge shuttle service if an 18 wheeler can't "fit" down the street. They consolidate your stuff with other people's stuff. They charge fees wherever they can. Do not use, they are the worst.

The moving crew were amazing. Very professional, packed everything up for me nicely, nothing got broke or damaged and they were great about placing everything where I wanted in the new place too. Pricing was also half what I was quoted from other companies. This is the 2nd time I have used them and they don't nickel and dime you with extra charges.

Oh, how I wish I had read the review on this site before I hired this horrendous company. Like so manny others, I was duped by the salesman -- Arthur T. A consummate salesperson with no desire to help at all once we signed on. He assured me that they would move us like they would move his mother. I feel sorry for his mother. They did the estimate from the online listing of our house and followed it up with having someone from their "quality control" team do a visual walk through of the house with me. As a result of that "meeting", the cost of our move doubled! The only reason I put one star is that the crew of 3 who unloaded our furniture and set it up in our home was terrific.
On the other hand the crew that packed and loaded the truck was the worst imaginable. They showed up a day early. We were nowhere near ready but agreed to having them come to accommodate the company. Bad decision. They were bullies with no regard for anything they did. We paid for 7 wardrobes. Not one item of clothing was hung up. Everything was tossed indiscriminately into boxes. They told us they would wrap shoes and put then in the wardrobes. Instead they threw dozens of pairs of shoes indiscriminately into a single box which resulted in a "sea of shoes" for us to sort out at the end of the move. Breakage was horrific. Think of a valuable Murano glass statue thrown unwrapped into a box with a wrought iron statue, random clothing and an open room diffuser filled with liquid. And forget about claims. The process is beyond difficult and takes forever. Do not even think of using this company.

After the initial estimate of 918 cft, our quality control team conducted a thorough inspection and determined that the actual volume was 1837 cft. This resulted from a difference in the number of items initially quoted (93 pieces) compared to the actual quantity of items on quality control inspection (163 pieces). It's important to note that the revised estimate was agreed upon and signed during the quality control process, before the move took place.
Regarding the packing of wardrobe boxes, we understand your disappointment. Due to the increased cubic volume, we had to make the decision not to hang up clothing items to save space. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the shoes, we understand your concern about having them packed together. It's a common practice to pack shoes in one box to optimize space and ensure efficient handling during transit. We regret any inconvenience you experienced with the packing.
Regarding the issues with the crew that packed and loaded the truck, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience as we addressed the packing of shoes earlier in this response, that being said we will address this matter internally to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
In regards to the claim process, we understand your frustration, and we are continuously working to streamline and improve our claims procedures to provide our customers with a smoother experience. we have made the process(and yes it is a process we understand can be frustrating) easier if a claim should arise. you have 9 months to file the claim and with the online portal we try to make it easier this way you log on and submit the claim and provide any information pertaining to the claim and the claim adjuster takes care of the rest. Please let us know any suggestions to make it easier for you we are open to suggestions and are always looking to improve the process.

Large Antique Glass Mirror that measures was not packed properly even though packing materials were purchased from mover and mover guaranteed packing. Driver took pictures of damaged items. Movers were 4 hours late, did not estimate resources corrected and sent two men to move the entire contents. They had to come back the next day to finish. This delayed our exit and travel. CSI claims services is uselss. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 24x7 Logistics Services.

Regarding the coverage options, we do offer, basic valuation protection for our customers and full coverage from our company and we also have a third-party insurance company we recommend. However, we acknowledge that this basic valuation coverage is not the same as insurance and may not provide full coverage for certain items. We always recommend considering additional coverage options to ensure comprehensive protection for valuable or delicate belongings during the move.
We understand the frustration caused by the delay in our movers' arrival and the subsequent inconvenience to your schedule and travel plans. because we are over the road there is a window of time frame for the movers to arrive and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. Estimating resources and scheduling is a critical aspect of our services, and we apologize for any inconvenience in this instance. after looking into the pick up it seems one of our workers became ill and was not able to be there at pick up. typically we would have three guys on this job to speed up the process. Please accept our apologies. We'll work to address this issue and enhance our planning processes to ensure a more seamless experience for all our customers.

Let me start by saying what a nightmare this has been!!! When we first reached out then to get an estimate and spoke with Arthur **, we were told that we called at the perfect time since they were getting into their busy season. He quoted us at $5,500, after everything was said and done we are now paying $9,000!!! They never told us for them to provide boxes for a couple pictures and 2 tv's would be $35 for each box.
Not only that, they also charged us to wrap the furniture which they said was included in the move. They changed my pick-up date by 3 days so we had to figure out other accommodations for where we would stay since they "got into town early". They told us that they would accept a money order or Zelle for the remaining payment, and when we went to the bank to get a cashier's check, which is also known as a money order they told us they would not accept that as payment.
And at that time they made the movers stop unloading and waited until we went to the bank to get the cash, not only did they stop the move they also charged us an additional $150 because their movers had to wait for payment. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I would never ever recommend this moving company. The actual movers have been very polite and helpful, but also extremely underpaid for the job they are doing while the company is making tons of money by overcharging us. And then Elizabeth and customer service was completely rude and over-talking me and telling me they will not resume movement until they are paid in full including the additional $150 for their weight time. Had I known any of this I would have went with another company, so please be aware when you are hiring someone to move you across the state.

We used 24/7 Logistics for an interstate office move, and from start to finish they were professional, responsive and courteous. The initial contact was timely and clear. The loading movers were prompt and professional with no high pressure tactics. The price was higher than expected, but this was explained prior to loading. The un-loaders were also courteous, prompt and professional. I would certainly use 24/7 Logistics again for any move.

These guys were totally amazing! From answering my questions before the move to moving day, everyone we communicate with was professional and kind and considerate. On moving day they took great care of all our items, worked incredibly fast and were so nice. We've never hired movers before, and I've heard horror stories about other movers so we were honestly nervous about booking any company. Don't hesitate to book these guys! I contacted Jamie at vfc 24/7, she was super helpful in every way. We did all preliminary documents and the price was acceptable and within scope. Two gentlemen came out and did load in Virginia. It went good. They did not pick up all the packing trash but I had house cleaned next day. The delivery to Florida was a little longer than expected. 12 days instead of 7 I was told originally. However the movers nailed it on delivery. The guys (Igor, Ben & Tresgegor) were fabulous. Worked together excellently, steady and knew their stuff. Nothing broke, minimal scratch/dents. I really hate that I have to leave a review like this but I don't want someone else to have the experience I had with this company. At the beginning it was great, they have a very good sales team, my guy was Jason. He was kind and accommodating and assured me that they were good take care of everything from the "ceilings to the floors" which really sold me. Jason's job is to get you hooked, he's good at it. It was all downhill after that. Passive aggressive, nice nasty employees took over from there. The sales team is just that, they sell you a package and get you to sign on, and I have a feeling they *intentionally* quote you a very low estimate so you'll sign on, with the understanding that they will nickel and dime you to death at the end. I am not exaggerating -- they charged me for every single picture frame, curtain rod, pillow, etc. Our final estimate was more than *TWICE* the initial estimate.
We paid for them to pack and unpack our things. To be honest, this company should just do moving because packing and unpacking is not a service they are good at. They literally threw my things in boxes. There were numerous broken items, things were lost, and I spent days trying to reorganize and find my things because they were carelessly thrown in random boxes. Just to give you an example, they packed my mop, but not the bucket. My broom, but not the dustpan.
When they "unpacked" at my new home they just threw everything around in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. The highlight was finding my bras stuffed in a bathroom drawer with my iron. I think the movers are overworked, underpaid, and it shows in the work they do. In addition to all this, about a month after the move they called me about told me that a filing cabinet of ours was left in the truck (how?) and was also damaged. That filing cabinet held our family's important documents. They mailed me the documents without the cabinet and didn't even offer to replace it. In the end I had to hire another company to finish the move because they left things behind and overall made my move such a huge hassle.

You agreed to the price increase when you added these items, and the move was settled at the updated price. Therefore, the cost did not go up unexpectedly or unreasonably.
It's also worth noting that the unpacking service you mentioned was not included in your original estimate because you did not pay for it. Although the service is offered, it is an additional service that incurs an extra cost. It's possible that there may have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding this service, which led to some confusion.

I am very thankful that I used 24/7 Logistics for my move. I was incredibly anxious and overwhelmed by the relocation process, but Chris took time to walk through the move with me EVERY step of the way. He even called my storage company to confirm the size of my unit to be sure I didn’t run into unexpected costs. Knowing how overwhelmed me and my family were feeling Chris even reached out on a Sunday to follow up and see how we were doing. Liz was wonderful when it was time for scheduling pick up and delivery too. She patiently answered questions and reminded me of important information.
Aza, my moving foreman, was INCREDIBLE! He recognized my anxiety and assured me multiple times that my priorities were his as well. Since my wife and I had moved ourselves through the years (over 20 times) and had reached an age where it would be too difficult to do it on our own, we decided to do a "full-pack" move from PA to NJ. I performed research online and went with the company with the highest rating, even though they were not local. This was 24/7 Logistic Services. Since they were not local, we opted for a virtual estimate and I was on the phone with the "estimator" for over an hour as we went room-to-room and I described what we needed. The estimate I received was under $10,000, even after I agreed to a higher box count than I thought necessary (150 vs. 75).
Based on the estimate I was then told that I had to submit a deposit of 25%, which I did. I was also told that I would hear from someone in Quality Control closer to the move to make sure everything was covered. Note: The QC call came after the deadline for cancellation! So, when I was on another call with QC for over an hour going back through everything using video and the actual amount came back at over $12,000 it was too late to cancel without losing our deposit! With this in mind, we were disappointed, but decided to move ahead.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived later than expected (noon) and only one person spoke English. They did not have a truck large enough to carry everything and had to get another. They did not finish until well after dark. I had to go through the apt. more than once because they kept leaving things behind. When they packed, they labeled nothing! The paperwork we received at delivery was not even legible. The boxes were only labeled (not always labeled) with "2nd floor" or "3rd floor." Nothing about what was in the boxes was identified!
On the night that we finished loading, I was also asked by the crew leader if I had a "tip" for the team members. No mention of this was made when I spoke with the estimator or QC. It seemed and felt like extortion and I wondered what would happen to my items if I did not pay out. At delivery, I mentioned that nothing was labeled. As they brought it in, they would ask where it went. Since I could not tell what was being unloaded and the item list was not legible, I had no idea, so we just stacked things in one room until they could all be opened. We still have no idea if everything was moved and some things have not been found. Since there were two trucks, our delivery was split. Again, things arrived late and it was dark before either truck was unloaded.
The first truck crew left all of their trash (tape and boxes after unpacking furniture) on our front porch. The crew leader said that the second truck would take it all away, but when the second truck was about to leave (a few days later) and I asked about the trash, the leader of that crew said they would not take it. Finally, the original estimator pushed for more boxes. I agreed with the understanding that we would receive a credit for any boxes that were not used. We might have used half of that amount and never received any credit. I also never received any follow-up communication from 24/7. In summary, I cannot imagine a worse experience with a mover and having been moved professionally five times, this was by far the worst. Do not use this company.
We are sorry for any inconvenience. After carefully looking at your file, we found that the shipper waived the right to a virtual estimate (meaning you chose not to do a virtual estimate on the original estimate given). Our quality assurance department did call you before your move in order to confirm the original inventory. On the original order, we see that the estimate was for 193 total pieces and the full capacity of a storage unit; which was a 10x8. Our goal is to confirm and make sure the estimated items going for the move are listed and correct. There was a significant amount of items added for the move along with items that were removed. Once the final video walk-through was complete, we ended up with 262 total pieces which amount to 69 additional pieces than the original estimate. Our intention is to give you the most accurate estimate upon reserving the move. When there are additional items that are requested by the customer to add to the order, these additional items will increase the overall size of the move. This, in addition to requesting a full packing option from your original request, will result in additional costs. Looking at your file, the inventory that was added was all agreed upon and signed off during the final video walkthrough. We never require clients to pay more unless there is more inventory that needs to be added. The customer always has a choice to not add the items and there would be no difference in price; likewise, if there are fewer items, the cost does reduce. We commonly estimate our moves at the maximum amount of space needed to ensure there are no additional costs. On the day of the move, your price did not increase and the virtual video walkthrough was correct. Our systems in place are designed to make sure the size of the move is calculated correctly; as long as all the items are listed for the move. This includes customizing sizes for specific pieces with the representative. 95% of our moves are closed at estimate or less. We pride ourselves on service and treating all of our customers fairly. Our movers did arrive within the window we allotted you which was between 10 a.m. -12 p.m. As you may know, California traffic can be congested at times, but we did arrive at the latter part of the window we gave you however still by 12 p.m. It is not common to label the entire contents of each box. We do label the boxes with the rooms that they are coming from. I apologize if the foreman asked if there was going to be a gratuity, although it is always appreciated, it is never required, our movers do work diligently to meet your expectations and get the job done. I also apologize for any confusion, packing materials that are discarded on delivery once items are delivered typically are disposed of by the client as it is unsanitary to bring them back onto the truck. Typically, there are other deliveries and to avoid any cross-contamination it is typically discarded by the customer unless it is specified in the agreement and a waste removal fee is charged. I felt the comfortability with Michael, the guy at 24/7 Logistic Services that I was dealing with. My wife dealt with them coming and picking up the product. She said they seemed professional and dressed professionally. They were very thorough and worked with a sense of urgency. But that was not the experience we got after that. After they picked up our stuff, it was a nightmare from then on. They ended up going to some warehouse in Sacramento and staying there for a couple of weeks before they delivered our stuff. It was a nightmare. We put tracking devices in the boxes, and they kept moving locations. I tried reaching out to Michael again, but I got relayed to some dispatch for their company that was in Sacramento. She wasn't helpful. The communication was horrible. I would get someone new every time I called dispatch, but none of them had a clue of where our stuff was or any timeline of when they were gonna deliver it.
We were told that we were gonna have our stuff within a week but it took three weeks. We couldn't move into our apartment that we rented. The night before they were gonna deliver, they randomly called us from some number I knew nothing about. On a whim, I picked it up, and the gentleman was informing us that they were on their way with our stuff. They delivered on a Sunday, and we were expected to come up with $6,000 on Sunday to pay the movers. They wouldn't unload the truck until they had payment. They didn't place the stuff that was clearly labeled upstairs, downstairs, master bedroom. They were in a hurry trying to unload the truck and a lot of things were broken when we opened boxes. We have desks that are broken and mangled. It looks like the boxes were manhandled. We bought brand-new boxes from U-Haul and packed all of our stuff. That was very concerning for us as well because we knew what we packed and the condition of the boxes when they were being taken away. We're also missing some stuff.
We ended up paying several thousand dollars more. We had somebody physically come to our property in California and do an assessment and give us a quote. Once they picked up, they gave us another quote which was $1,500 more. When it got delivered, it ended up being another 1,500 on top of what they quoted us after they picked up all of our stuff and inventoried it. There's a $3,000 sway in what the original quote was.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience. First I would like to acknowledge that yes the location you are moving to typically takes 1-7 business days to deliver from your first available delivery date. Unless you need storage. Once you are able to receive the items then your items are stored until you let us know your FADD (Fist available delivery date). Please keep in mind this is not a guaranteed date. This gives the dispatcher an idea of when he can send the shipment. He has to then arrange it so it does not arrive prior to that date. This is all information given to you in your moving agreement and this is a standard moving procedure for all moving companies. The date you gave us for your First available was 1/1/2023 your items arrived on 1/13/2023 this is 7 business days from your first available date. We can totally understand how it may seem like three weeks because we picked up your items on 10/29/2023. But your delivery time frame is related to the day you are ready for delivery, the window begins on that day. We also go over this during Quality assurance. We did do an onsite estimate And it looks like we had 151 items on your original onsite estimate but when we arrived there there was a total of 245 pieces. As you can understand there were additional items added for the move a total of 95 additional items. This is based on your pick-up documents. The methods of payments acceptable on delivery are also on your agreement and went over during the quality assurance calls to avoid any discrepancies. We give this to you in advance with the total amount due on delivery with ample time to get the amount and the method ready so you do not have to scramble to get the correct method of payment ready at the last minute. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also do have a claims process. Please feel free to contact the main office to go over any details.

The movers arrived within the 1 hour window. They arrived in at least a 24' truck which was in very good condition. They also had shrink wrap, tape and blankets. My heavy items were moved on carts and my valuable and sensitive items were doubled wrapped. Everything was moved with good care and none of them the furniture nor interior had any damage or scratched. I moved my items into a storage unit which they professionally packed with great efficiency, used the complete space, leaving me with room at the front. I would highly recommend calling these 3 guys again.

*The complete absence of communication and failure to inform their customers about changes to the schedule, shifting itineraries, contract points regarding what happens if your HHG don't fill a whole truck, etc., make this company a poor choice for handling an already stressful period like moving to a new home. While they might be able to handle logistics for corporate moves and shipping, they are definitely not a good option for individuals planning a personal move, especially if you are moving out of state.
They did an exceptionally poor job handling scheduling for both pickup and drop-off of our household goods. They were late, even beyond the -huge- four-hour long window that they gave us to schedule pickup. They led us to believe that they would be following within 24 hours to deliver our goods, but then informed us after we had been waiting over 24 hours at our new home that the truck hadn't even left our home STATE yet -- that they were still scheduling loads for the truck and, 3 days later, that they were STILL scheduling loads and THEY would call US when there was any change. That is NOT how you run a business.
First and foremost we apologize for any inconvenience, after looking through your file. We did see that we called to ask you if we could possibly move your pick-up date by one day. When we offered this, we "asked" to change the day to see if it could work for you we also offered a $200 discount on the total job. This was agreed to and from our understanding, all was well, and everyone was happy. We then called you back to let you know we did not have to adjust the day if it wasn't needed. This was something that we understood you were happy about as well. We also included a $100 discount as a gesture of good faith even though we still picked you up on the dates that were originally scheduled. Please forgive us as we try our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction but as we know sometimes things can occur beyond our control. We really are trying to understand why this would merit a 1-star review.
As far as you your delivery schedule. This information is given to you in writing under transportation schedules. When moving close to 1000 miles there are guidelines involved especially if the size of your move is on the smaller side of typical moves, we also take it a step further and during Quality assurance, we read the contract back to you to make sure you understand it. It is our goal that you completely understand the process for long-distance moving and you have a proper level of expectation, this way you are able to plan, prepare, and execute a well-done move.
I would also like to add that your move arrived within 7 business days from your first available delivery date, it actually arrived in 5 calendar days.Please call the office and ask to speak with a manager to see if there is anything we could have done better to explain the process to you. Honestly, I have no real issue with this move. If you have realistic expectations about shipping times (5-21 business days for a West Coast move) and have an understanding of the long haul shipping and receiving business, then 24/7 Logistic Services provides an excellent service. They contracted out the job after swearing that they never contract jobs and stole over $34,000 worth: all gold jewelry (that they're not permitted to carry), sterling silver flatware, Sleep Number bed, brass chandelier, etc. Rifled through my boxes in storage and re-taped them. Literally threw fists-full of my clothes into wardrobe boxes. Used my linens for packing. Raided my refrigerator and used the washer and dryer. Destroyed or heavily damaged over 20 pieces of furniture. And the quoted price DOUBLED with two price increases after you could not get back a hefty deposit.
Loaded items onto the truck that weren't supposed to be & left behind many items they didn't want to take off the walls. Charged for flights of stairs they didn't use. Their claims co. that you're forced to use by a certain date (their buddies) rejects legitimate claims with over 50 pictures if data is on page 2 instead of page 3. No compensation whatsoever. Don't believe one word you hear, and RUN, don't walk, from this company ASAP. They are lowlife liars and thieves who ruin peoples' lives. I'll never get over their evil acts.

David ** was my agent and he promised me this is a family run business etc but disappeared after getting the business. The movers who came were the worst i have ever encountered. They came at 4 pm instead of 10 am and then did not finish till midnight and caused so much of inconvenience. They damaged our walls at numerous place and major damages. Their packing was so bad that when we received our stuff most of our big items were badly damaged. It was a total disappointment how you guys do your business and don't care about your customers. Just promise with no accountability.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. Top things to know: original quotes are majorly off by thousands, quote does not include materials used by their movers—now when I hear tape I swear I will see dollar signs, over promise and under deliver with YOUR PROPERTY. Their sales guys will lie to get your business by under quoting you THOUSANDS then you are stuck because you have to move and your deposit is already lost if you try to leave. We were Told our requested pick up date would not be a problem—it was and didn’t happen until the next day,
We were then told that our requested pick up time would not be a problem-it was and because of that our buyers missed their walk through, sales told my husband delivery was 1-7 days after pickup, sales told me delivery was 1-7 days AFTER your requested delivery date—note three days after our pick up our delivery had not even been scheduled, I called requesting a call back (which good luck talking to an actual person once you have your second quote) and that was last Saturday-it’s now the following Friday and I still haven’t received a call back-clearly I don’t need anything now.
At delivery—my husband may as well have worked for this company because he moved more of our things than the movers did—oh and two of the movers were hired by this company from local Craigslist-a lady and her husband and they were great but they don’t work for this company so maybe that’s why. We were told this company has their own trucks, they showed up at pick up in a Ryder moving truck, no company logo (which this doesn’t matter but again LIES). We were honestly afraid to complain during our move for fear they would “lose” our belongings. They only take cash, money order or some random app at pick up and there’s a reason—it’s probably because so many people have stiffed them because their company is AWFUL. RUN do not walk away. Any of these positive reviews CANNOT be actual customers.

Our team is trained to ask you about everything going for the move. Delivery windows were explained to you and also given to you in writing prior to the move. It is common for box trucks to need repairs from time to time. This is why we have corporate lease agreements with Ryder, Penske, and Enterprise in addition to our full fleet of trucks. These trucks are operated by 24/7 Logistic services. The method of payment is discussed and given to you in writing several times prior to the move. We offer several ways to pay for your move. In a short amount of time between pick up and delivery, funds need to be guaranteed because all of the work performed is completed by the time your shipment reaches its destination. We have tried reaching out to you to see if there is anything we can do to better assist or resolve any issues but we have not been able to reach you. I understand the cost of the move went up but this was due to adding 73 additional items, your delivery was delivered in a timely fashion. What a great experience! These guys showed up early and worked fast to get the truck loaded, then drove to my destination and quickly unloaded. The pickup location was on the second floor of a storage unit, 2 elevators were out of order, so they had to do a lot of extra walking to get the truck loaded. Not a single complaint and they jumped right in and did their job. Unloading at my new house went very quickly as I had them put everything in the garage. They didn’t charge nearly as much as the other companies I called, so it was a win-win for me! Thank you 24/7 logistics services!!!!

Awful, one of the worst experiences of my life. Avoid this company and their unethical/scamming business practices. This is the first moving company we ever ATTEMPTED to hire and may be our last. We hired them for a same state move 2 months prior to our move. After screwing up so bad we had to rent a U-Haul and move by ourselves in less than 24 hours. I want everyone to know what to expect if you hire them.
The beginning: Chris was my salesman and was a very convincing nice guy who made empty promises and did a horrible job at explaining how they do business. He had me walk through my house and detail only what UNBOXABLE items in the house will be moved. He produced a very attractive quote which included 2 workers for 10 hours and I accepted it like a fool. Did not hear from him after that except for my few attempts to call him with issues or questions which he pushed off to "customer service". No follow up call was performed by someone at this company to check on items added or removed from quote and inform me of the next steps. Cancelation window with this company closes 10 days prior to move so the no contact seemed intentional now...
The day before move I get a call from a Evelyn I believe it was. She informs me that the movers will be there between 12-1 the next day and I am required to pay the drivers, but they only accept cash, USPS postal orders, wire, or Zelle. (Deposit made by credit card but not accepted for the move). All these forms of payment are very hard or impossible to trace or get back. She informs me that I owe them a very specific to the dollar amount ref name. Day of move I get a call from a MD gentleman saying he is just now leaving to head to my house and will be there between 3-4 (supposed to be 12-1). Weirdly he asks if my house is single story, which it is not. About 4/430 a Ryder rental truck pulls up to my house and three guys jump out of the truck, none of which are wearing anything to do with the hired company. They did a walk through of the house to see what the move would entail.
After the initial walk through the main mover tells me, "They severely underquoted you and I will owe you quite a bit more but we won’t know the exact number until after," and proceeds to ask “how much extra cash do you have on hand?” I don’t carry cash and had the exact amount of money requested by the lady that had called me. He also informed me that they have a surcharge of $75 for each stairwell. When I question why this is the case he shows me the quote that he was given… It was differently than the one I signed with the company. In this same conversation he hands me a blank bill of lading and some other document and says “sign here, here, and here” to which I say “Hell no. I’m not signing any blank documents”. Shortly after this he gets up irritated by my questions and says, "This is a waste of time. I’m leaving," and hops in the truck and drives away.
I call customer service and an Elizabeth says something along the lines of “we charge hourly get over it and pay up”. To which I responded with some colorful language and hung up. Shortly after he leaves I get a call from a guy named Charles claiming to be an owner or manager apologizing and telling me that they want to get this done for us. He promises that the men from earlier will be returning to complete the move and he tells me the price of the move will only be a little more. 2 hours later he calls again and says the 3 guys will not be returning because they are angry… Probably because I didn’t just do whatever they wanted…
Charles promised he will send a new group the next day already informed of what is to be done and the price. By this time we are so angry and over this shady move and truly believe everything about it was a scam that we canceled and got it done with our amazing family's help. Hope this review keeps someone away from this horrid experience.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience. The move was scheduled and we provided the costs for the move based on the list of items going, this, in turn, let’s us know how long the move will take. The agreement sent explains the cost of the move is charged at an hourly rate ( hours of labor for loading and unloading and travel time). When we arrived there were more items going for the move that was not listed n the estimate. This causes the time needed to complete the move to increase. We called to explain this. The difference in price was for two additional hours of time total of $300. This was also an estimated amount of time and the move would be charged based on the actual time used. We were able to make an agreement and discount the job by over $300 to make this work for everyone. This was agreed to and scheduled for the next day. We also made it possible to pay the difference through credit cards. Payment methods have to be in the form of guaranteed funds. This is to ensure payment is received especially when all the work is completed. When we called to confirm the time, unfortunately, the customer decided to cancel the move. We made every best effort to help the customer and get the move completed. We are sorry it did not work out.

The process of setting up our move was very smooth. The employees who packed and moved out household goods were quick and efficient. My only problem was the price difference from what I was quoted on the phone and my actual charges. I understand the difficulty of estimating over the phone but once the process starts it is difficult to stop it so you are stuck with the higher price.

I spoke with a representative a couple of times and their communication was good. They explained things. They made sure I knew what things cost and how long things would take. The moving crew did well. They were careful and efficient. They were getting things in a sensible order to put it on the truck. The guy in charge, in particular, was really efficient and kept the rest of the crew moving. They were a good crew. The only complaint that I had was the peculiar payment method. I had to get cash and take it to their Bank of America and deposit it in their account rather than just sending a check. That seemed off to me. It took me forever to buy a house out here in California. So I didn't have any place for them to send anything. As soon as I did, I called them and they said that they'd be sending me an email to update me on how fast things were moving and what the remaining costs were. But I didn't get that email.

Getting 24/7 Logistic's information and talking to a representative was smooth. But I was told that they had their own trucks and it turned out they didn't. That was alarming to me because I had no idea who they were. Our stuff got packed up in February and it was in storage for a month and a half. I was told my stuff was gonna be delivered within 10 to 15 days. It was like me moving from California to the Midwest but that was considered a coast-to-coast move and I got charged extra for that, which I'm still baffled by.
I wasn't too satisfied with the move on the whole. It took way too long for my goods to get to my house. I had to come out almost $3,000 additional when I moved my family back here because we were expecting to get our stuff within 15 days. When that month went by, my family was out here in St. Louis, Missouri without anything in the new home while I'm still out in California. That was an inconvenience for me to have to come out the additional money that I really didn't have.
Each time I call to ask about what the delay was and what the time was gonna be as far as getting the stuff there, the representatives always had a funky attitude. She always had a problem when I called and asked about my goods. I confronted her about that. I'm the one paying them and not the other way around. I also could not get a timeframe.
When my boxes came to my house, they were completely destroyed. I had to check all of our stuff. We had damages to a couple of our belongings. I can't put up my bed frame because my stuff is missing screws after I specifically told them not to take apart anything on my bed. Also, the guys that delivered the stuff weren't even on the same page. They were saying two different things. It was just a mess. I'm not too happy.

I talked to a guy named Chris, who was a very good communicator. He explained a lot about the company and how it was in-house. Everything was done within the family. But this wasn't quite true. He was giving me good information. I wanted my stuff moved safely like anybody else. They did the estimate by cubic feet. It's a shot in the dark when you're doing it sight unseen and you're telling the rep, “This furniture. That furniture,” and he's calculating it on the phone. I expected to pay more and I know it's costing more now. The last time we moved, it was 9,500 so I knew it was going to be more than the original estimate that 24/7 Logistics gave me which was 6,000. I got a lot of furniture going on the truck, too. It eventually got to 13,000.
They said they were going to come to see everything on that Friday. They were loading on Saturday and they were gonna come unload on Monday. It was supposed to be the same crew. I got tip money for them and we were gonna tip them for both days. The crew came on Friday and we weren't quite ready for them to load because we didn't think they were coming until Saturday. While we were finishing packing a few more things, they were loading the truck. The whole thing was three trucks at the most.
We talked to the crew on Saturday when they were finished and we were thanking them then said, “Well, we'll see you on Monday.” They said, “Oh, no. We're not leaving. We're not going up there with this stuff.” That was a surprise. That aside, the crew knew what they were doing and they worked hard and efficiently. I had two places where they packed from - a warehouse and our house. I would give solid marks to the crew chief and how he managed things. He appeared to be on his cell phone talking to somebody all the time. But he was attentive and the crew did the job adequately.
There was a lady named Elizabeth who was more like the logistics person or the troubleshooter. She was extremely responsive. The team that did the loading was close to the average. The guys, like the truck drivers that delivered, were a little bit above average. The only thing was 24/7 subcontracted locally. They hired two guys both times to come and help. One guy was a piece of work. I thought all along that they would have a team coming up but I can see why they wouldn't want to pay their guys for all that time.
They did tell us that once our stuff was loaded on their trucks, it was always going to be in their hands. But they took the second load from Tampa. They drove it back to Fort Lauderdale where they are based out of, unloaded it, and waited for another truck that then could bring it to us. This gives more chances for things to be broken. For the service, we wanted to pay with a credit card. We had to pay with a credit card when they loaded and when they unloaded, they wouldn't unload until they had cash, money order, or Zell transfer. We had to then negotiate all two different times because they had two different trucks.

24/7 Logistic's service sucked and I would never get them again. They screwed us over royally and they destroyed a lot of our stuff. The crew could not pack stuff right. They put furniture on top of boxes, they crushed everything that was in the boxes. The furniture that was wrapped up were shoved into a really tight space and the stuff ripped. My dining room table, chair, $600 woofer system, and headboard were destroyed. My $300-something Ninja blender was destroyed. Boxes just busted wide open when they pulled them off the van to put them in storage. They broke over $3,000 worth of stuff but they're only giving us $100. I had to buy a lot of new stuff. Don't ever use them.

They showed up on time and they were fast and efficient. I had broken an entertainment unit that was 14 feet long into seven pieces and all they had to do is wrap that. I told them specifically to not stand the pieces that I took off the top because that was crown molding. They weren't supported and they would break. I was disappointed to find that they had stacked it and I had to replace the crown but I am not overly upset about that.
But I specifically shrink-wrapped a PVC patio table and when I got it back, all the shrink wrap was gone, it was in pieces, and one of the parts was missing, which I don't know if I can ever duplicate. I'm lucky that any of them was left. It's not worth squat but it was something that was really fit for us and we've had it forever. Now, I got to figure out how to manufacture a spot of this part and I was upset about that. Also, I have a Traeger barbecue that's about four and a half feet long with legs and it looks indestructible. But the back legs were crushed. It was a $900 barbecue. The wheels are very hard plastic with a rubber tread and they're seven inches in diameter. I don't know how they dropped it because nothing bent on it. I still am amazed that nothing else on the barbecue had broken and they wrapped it up really well. Other than those, everything else looks pretty good and I wouldn't be upset about small things getting broken.
One thing that really pissed me off though was I had told Michael in Florida when he first approached me about doing our move that it's a small street when they get there and the vehicle cannot be a semi. He said they'll just figure that out at the end. Then, they held me hostage, particularly Elizabeth in logistics. She said I don't want to do that because they're gonna put it in storage and it's gonna start with lawyers involved and litigation. I was not happy with that because I told Michael upfront. It cost me another $600 for them to unload the semi into the smaller truck once they got here. They had to hire a moving company.
Overall, the thing was $7,300. It's all warm and fuzzy on the front end, but it's very businesslike on the back end. The lead driver who packed us up said that it's very important that I inspect every item when they get there. The guys would have to sit and wait while I unbox every box while I look at everything and that would take twice as long as the delivery time. I was not happy with that. Other than that, they did a good job with the things they wrapped and they were polite. They were willing to move anything anywhere and put anything anywhere.

24/7 Logistic seemed to have a better cost. They were more truthful than some of the other companies and they made it seem like they weren't a broker. We had a 400-square foot home and the moving day was on the 13th of this month. The guys that came to the house were awesome. Before they came, we were told that we needed to tell them how many boxes we had. My wife tried to tell them a few days before and they told us that we needed to tell that to the driver. When the driver got there, they already knew that we had a lot more stuff than what was on their quote. They managed to fit it all on the truck.

My rep was accommodating and the quote I got was fine. My initial quote was for them packing my stuff and I packed the majority of it. There was a difference in the ending bill as there was more stuff than I thought. Other than that, the crew was were good. There was just this one guy. Somebody was coming to buy something and the guys were there when they first started packing. I asked him and one of the other guys if they would mind bringing something down to the front door and the guy was pissy about it because he wasn't moving it. I said, “What is the difference if you're moving it to put in the van or moving it to put out front? Get out of my way, I'll do it myself then.” But he and another guy ended up doing it.

The booking and the move with 24/7 Logistic were good. There was a lot of good communication going back and forth. The guys that came in and loaded the trucks were very efficient and they worked hard all day. They really busted. We then came to Denver and put our items into storage in Sacramento. When we were closing on our home in Denver, we scheduled the items to be delivered. They gave us a window of days. We tried to give as much notice as far as when we would want the furniture as we could give. They said the drivers would get back to us when they head our way. This was on a Monday and they said, "There's gonna be two loads on the truck and they should be heading your way toward the end of the week." We then didn't hear anything.
On Sunday, they said they would be there the next day. I had to get cash and do all the things that we needed to do to receive the furniture. The crew that unloaded worked really hard. We had an upstairs and downstairs garage. I was doing triage in the front yard and telling them where things went. The only really negative experience that we had was we had a lot of broken items and it appeared that the boxes were not taken with care. That was upsetting. The other huge thing for us was that some of the boxes went in storage and rats had gotten into them. There were rat feces in many boxes where they chewed their way in. The warehouse had a pest problem. The rats got into food that we had like flour. We had to throw those away. That was pretty nasty. There were a dozen of our boxes that had been chewed into.
We also lost 12 really sentimental glasses in the move. We had them in the moving boxes with the foam and the dividers. We packed those personally and the whole box was just crushed. We lost some picture frames as the glass was broken on some large posters. When we left our house and the time those were delivered, I'm not sure how gently they took care of our things. We lost quite a little stuff. That aside, a couple of really special pieces of big furniture, clocks, and things like that were fine.
We didn't do the big insurance because it was very expensive. The cost of our move had gone up upon pickup because it was more things than they thought we had. We had gone through a detailed inventory upon talking to them as far as getting the first quote. We were probably $15,000 or $18,000 in and I needed to write another $6,000 check before they would actually start loading the truck. We thought that we had packed everything really well as far as the extent of going to Lowe's and getting the special heavy-duty boxes with the sleeves and the foam things that you wrap each individual glass. We're still not fully unloaded and we still have boxes in the garage. We're replacing the things we need to replace. On the whole, the people that picked up and the people that dropped off our stuf were great. It was just something went wrong in the middle and we really didn't get our money's worth on that end.

The moving crew from 24/7 came when expected and they were efficient. They used bubble wrap rather than paper, which bothered me a little bit for environmental reasons. The supervisor and I went over a few things together but he had earbuds in all the time. I wasn't confident that things that I had marked to come to the house were marked that way and as we were going through everything and went through the kitchen, he missed something. I pointed it out and he came in and packed that stuff. Right as we were just doing a final check, we went through one more cabinet in the kitchen and there was stuff that was completely missed. I called and they were too far away and they couldn't do anything about it. That left a bad taste but that was the only thing that really bothered me.
Also, people need to know that their delivery is dependent upon when a full truck occurs. I didn't have a full truck, so my stuff got brought to a storage area. Once they have enough to fill a truck to take to your area, then that's when you get your stuff. A regular moving company would be at most, five days. But for them, they have up to 30 days and you don't know when you're getting your stuff other than it should be within that window. The move can take time and I, luckily, didn't need mine right away. But if I had and didn't understand that, that would be a horrible experience.

I talked to Charles and I really liked him. He sounded very knowledgeable. I had been talking to friends that had done long distance moves and every concern I had, he anticipated in the conversation. The price was also good. It jumped up tremendously because of the assessment but it still was very fair. A team of three people came on moving day. It took them a little longer because they said I have much more than what I said I had. I didn't have beds or a sofa but I had a lot of little stuff, 30 paintings up the wall, tons of heirlooms and porcelain and little things, and about 6,000 books. They ran out of small boxes and they had to wait for the boxes to come. They came back the next morning, which was no problem. They were extremely courteous and it was a painless process.
The delivery day was a problem. I should have been on top of them and maybe my expectations were too high but they didn't label well. I didn't mean that they will write down everything they put in but I needed a few things that are very dear to me and I was wondering how I was going to figure out what is what. I should have been there labeling everything. Also, the driver was by himself. The crew didn't show up and he couldn't find anybody. He found a guy who quit after a while and the driver had to do it all on his own. But he did it and it was amazing. Nothing got smashed. The guy was impeccable. He made the best out of it and he got it.

Very Satisfied!! First contacted 24/7 for a quote in Jan. 2022. I was not ready to move at that time, but Chris ** promised to follow up close to moving date. He did right about the time I was going to move. I have already called close to 10 companies who were charging close to double of 24/7 fee. The staff picking up my boxes were super careful with the contents, even tape-reinforcing my boxes when necessary. They worked in a very fast and organized manner. I was moving from one state to another.
Once I reached my destination, I was called a few times with updates on delivery. Driver called me a few times when on its way giving me updates on arrival time so that I could have plan myself accordingly. I work from home, so that was important to me. Delivery of my goods went flawless. All my belongings reached in great shape. Nothing was broken or scratched. The gentleman doing the unloading put all my belongings where I indicated with no complaints. The company still followed up with calls to inquire of my satisfaction with the service. When I first called 24/7 Logistic Services, I was pretty accurate on what we would ask them to move. I was given an estimated move cost of $4452.23. Knowing this would just be an estimate I accepted their bid. The initial bid included $75 for a Bulky Exercise Bike. The day prior to the movers coming to load the items, I was contacted by an employee of 24/7. He told me the bike would be $150! I told him that is not what the first guy told me and he said the first guy was wrong, it would be $150!!! SCAM!
The day the movers showed up, I had LESS items than what I had estimated yet was billed as if they were taking the same amount that was in the estimate. They charged an extra $150 for "extra steps" down to the apartment and "extra steps" from the truck to the front door of the apartment! By the time everything was added up they charged me $6083.28!!! More than a 25% INCREASE. Then I was told we could not pay by check nor credit card for the items to be delivered but only by cash, postal money order, wire transfer or some other method I never heard of. CASH???? Sounds like avoiding the IRS! Two items that the movers wrapped were broken, both night stands. But since they were unwrapped after they left we now cannot claim the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
When I first contacted them, I mentioned one of the other companies we were considering and the guy I spoke with said, "Don't use them, they will up the charges after you sign the contract." Well guess what, that is exactly what 24/7 did to us! The only good thing I can say is when I called customer service to inquire as to when the items would be delivered the ladies I spoke to were very nice.
Hello Becky we're so sorry for any inconvenience, as you mentioned, yes, we provide you an estimate based on the items going for the move. Sometimes there can be additional items going for the move which in turn cause the size of the shipment to be larger. We only charge you for the space you use. We looked at your file and we went over the additional items before pick up. We saw that there was a very small difference in volume about 74 cft. The bulky charge for the exercise bike is because this item is a piece of exercise equipment that carries a bulky charge, the rep made a mistake and put it down for $75 and we needed to correct this. We show that your move was closed at your estimate with a small amount of packing materials needed. We don't see this amount of $6083.28, I believe you may have missed there was a discount applied of $500 to the order. Your original estimate after adjusting the items came to $5220.28 and when we picked it up it came to $5583.28. The office has tried reaching out to you to see if there is something we can do for you. Please feel free to call the main office to see if there is something we can help you with. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Communication was not performed properly. Lots of smashed boxes which was labeled fragile causing many broken items. On delivery very poor service. On the broken items we should be reimbursed. Antique rocking chair that was a family heirloom was broken and is irreplaceable.

24/7 Logistic Services was the cheapest company. It was a 789 square feet move and I had to do inventory with them. I had to be specific about what I was packing. Everything had to be in boxes. There should not be any loose items. I had to detail the number and size of the boxes. It was a little complicated because I had to measure. I had over 160 something big boxes.
The representative was very helpful, very detailed and he explained to me how everything was gonna be. I felt comfortable. It's kind of hard to pack up your stuff and send it away and not know if it's gonna get there. The two movers were very nice. They did come a little late, but they got there and they were out by 10 o'clock at night. We had a snowstorm the day before. So, they were a little behind. They were very thorough. When they came in, I specified what was going and what was not going because they were trying to divide everything. We went through each room, and they remembered everything specified. They packed up everything and taped up and bubble-wrapped stuff. They kept me posted on everything while I was trying to get everything organized. They would come to me and ask me a few things, and then they would go about their business. I was satisfied and I will recommend 24/7 to other people.

24/7 seemed to have the better reviews so I went with them. I was moving from one state to another. My salesperson was David and he was excellent. He went over everything on the contract and he gave me his number at work. He told me to call him for any questions. I had to call him several times and he answered all my questions perfectly. I had no problems ever reaching him.
The only thing was it was very hard for the guy that I did the interaction with paying and I to communicate with each other. I'm not hard to communicate with. I have a very Southern accent but I retired from a College majoring in English Writing and my communication skills are up to par. I wasn't understanding the guy as his English was very broken. He either didn't know what he was doing or he was trying to rip me off. He gave me my price when they were leaving with my items and it was about $1,500 more and I said no. We had to sit and dicker back and forth on this thing. It dropped from his 2,700 down to 1,300. Things got straightened out and it was fine.
Two guys did the work and they packed everything perfectly, even better than I probably would have packed it. They had my stuff here on the day I asked for it, which was three days later. The pickup time was perfect. The time they said they were going to be there, they were there. On the whole, I would recommend 24/7 Logistics. I was so pleased with them. Being a stab in the dark, they did excellently and I was very comfortable with them.

They are worthy of 5 stars. They moved with care, efficiency, and kindness. They were competent, capable, and made a very difficult day of moving a kinder and easier day. They were professional, NOTHING WAS DAMAGED, and they did it all (up and down stairs with big furniture!) in estimated time. I would highly recommend 24/7 Logistic for your move. (I used consumeraffairs.com for a recommendation and was pleased to find an informative newsy website). I submitted a couple of inquiries online but 24/7 was the most helpful by far. Chris D was my first contact and he not only spent a long time explaining the process from A to Z, he also gave the addresses of competitors, the company DOT info and many other resources. He stayed in contact throughout the entire pre-move process. Elizabeth was my next contact and was my life-line in the actual physical move process. This lady really knows her stuff.
The move itself was almost seamless. The movers themselves were gentlemen, EXTREMELY professional and quick and treated my mom’s possessions with total respect on both ends. The only flaw in this experience, was the timing. The pick-up turned out to be MUCH later than expected which threw off the next day delivery time but the load was delivered safely the next day as promised. Most importantly, my mom was happy! The total cost of the move was on budget - no hidden fees! no add-ons! Bravo 24/7 Logistic!

We had poor communication from 24/7 after signing contract. We paid for our precious items to be packed for us so to be done properly. When delivered 90% + of our items wrapped by them were broken. Items that can’t be replaced by money. Not to mention items broken and ruined by a very poor wrap and pack job from 24/7. Price paid for move over $30,000 for a horrible job. The worst movers we have had in our 25 plus moves in my life.

Really awesome! We needed all our household worldly goods loaded onto a large trailer and they worked extra hard, quickly and intelligently to get the job done, which given the amount of stuff we had, was EXTREMELY APPRECIATED. Also, they were super-friendly and really nice. We couldn't have asked for a better moving group to help us with our move from FL to the NY area and if the rest of our move goes as smoothly, we'll be unbelievable lucky.

When the movers arrived to complete the packing one of the men was Russian and could not converse with me at all. All communication had to go through JA, the job lead. At the time of packing completion and loading the truck, I was told by JA if I made the second payment by cash the Dec. 2 delivery date could be guaranteed. Based on this, I made my travel plans. On Dec. 2, I called Sam ** as my delivery had not been made between the hours of 8-10 a.m. Mr. ** could not give me a delivery status and transferred me to lady named Elizabeth. This person could not give me a delivery status also. She stated she would check with her Area Manager and call me back.
After not hearing back from Elizabeth, I called Chris, my initial contact who prepared my original estimate. Chris advised me that the moving truck left SC on Sunday and drove to Glen Burnie, MD where my household items were unloaded and placed in their warehouse. He also stated that that per Arthur in Glen Burnie, MD, my household items would be loaded onto a truck on Monday the 6th. with delivery possibly the same day. Meanwhile, I am staying in an empty house, sleeping on the floor.
On Monday Dec. 6th at 10:35 a.m., I received a call from Shawn stating would be made between 3-4 p.m. The truck arrived at approximately 3:4 p.m.. Note, the household items were in a Penske truck. There were two men, both Russian. Shawn could speak English but the other man, called K could not speak hardly any English. Several items were damaged, i.e., Chipped corner on Dining Table, Chipped bottom corner on Dresser Mirror, Broken bowl and saucer of china set, Broken floor lamp and missing screw on baker's rack. Also, my estimate price included cost for 3 Wardrobe Boxes. Everything in my bedroom closet had been folded over and thrown into the box, along with cables for a TV and TV base. As a result, all of my clothing was wrinkled. In addition, pegs for TV shelfing cabinet were missing and movers left without assembling bedroom TV.
When assembling bed in Master, the men had one side of the slats higher than the other. I had to get them to relocate the slats so bed was level. It should be noted that on several occasions when I was speaking with company employees regarding my delivery, they were rude and quite unpleasant. Needless to say, I will never use Logistics 24/7 Services again, nor will I recommend the company to any of my friends.

The original quote was $3,000 + lower than the final cost. The movers forgot a $2,000 bed and stand and put the entire blame on me when in fact the mover didn’t do a walk. I had ask him specifically if they got the 2nd bed and he told me yes. After texting the mover and calling the office to report this again I was told it was my fault. We had to pay to get rid of the bed and had to buy a new one at our destination. This company was misleading, dishonest, unaccountable for their mistakes and not customer oriented at all. I would not recommend using this moving company except Buell the gentleman that came to unload our things. He was very helpful and considerate. Also there were things broken, boxes opened, and boxes crushed even though I had fragile written on it..

27/7 Logistics Service is got to be one of the worst moving companies out there!! They failed to uphold their end of the contract!! The picked up my furniture on the 27th of September, and I just received my furniture today!! The 8th of December!! Over a month overdue!! I was supposed to be credited for the 123 cubic feet that I didn't use, and never saw the credit, or rebate!! Very poor customer service, and the lack of communication!! I called many times, and was never given any information about where my furniture was, or when I could expect to receive my furniture!! I have missed work waiting for my furniture to be delivered!! My life was put on hold waiting over a month to get my furniture!!
I must say that the actual moving crews that picked up my furniture were very good, hard working, and accommodating!! When the truck arrived at my house today, only the driver was there to move all my furniture by himself!! 24/7 didn't even give him any help!! He was determined to move all that furniture by himself, but I couldn't just stand there and let him do it alone, so I called a friend of mine to help me, and the driver move my furniture in the house before it started snowing!! Yeah!! They're all about making the money, but that's about it!! They don't care about the customer, or their laborers doing the actual work!! 24/7 should have their license revoked, so no one goes through what I have!! If you need further documentation about my move, I will accommodate you!!

We needed to move from FL to AZ. We called around to get estimates from moving companies in the area and these guys actually came to the house ahead of time to give an accurate estimate of time and cost. In the end, that's why we chose to go with 24/7 Logistic Services. They were the right option! The movers arrived on time, efficient, TRANSPARENT IN THEIR PRICING, and honestly just all around nice guys. If we ever need to move again, I won't hesitate to call these guys again.

The guys arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They took great care of our stuff and helped us move in less than three hours. These guys had a GREAT ATTITUDE and WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. While moving the stuff into my new place, they noticed the laminate nose on one of my newly installed stairs was loose. They were very kindly got out some wood glue from their tool set and re-set the stair at the end of the day. I appreciate the way this team went above and beyond to make my move stress free!

Customer service was VERY RESPONSIVE when organizing the appointment and when I asked to add an extra pickup stop at my boyfriend's apartment. They were very thorough and cautious with the move. They made sure to not minor damages on my furniture before moving them and were very PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT. Overall a very stressfree experience.

I hired 24/7 Logistic Movers based on the fact that are listed on the ConsumerAffairs website. Boy was that a huge mistake. Horrible experience - they showed up late, changed the price 3 times and held me hostage at 1:30 am when they finally finished packing the truck for an additional $700 cash payment - without any alternative for making other arrangements!! They initially told me they have a delivery courtesy window of “1 to 7 days”. I didn’t receive my furniture for weeks after I arrived at my new home. When I would call for a delivery update, no one could give me any information. I was just told that they will call me when they have a truck available to deliver my furniture. For weeks me and my 80 year old husband had 3 stools to sit on. Thankful I had the good sense to buy new bedding and had it delivered directly.
Finally after weeks of waiting, upon delivery, they left without putting my bed frame together - they said it didn’t fit. In the meanwhile, I called a furniture removal company to dispose of the footboard and side rails and when they came to pick it up they said it did fit and they put the bed together!!! Meaning I almost disposed of a $3,000 bed when it was actually able to be assembled. Logistics was just too lazy to even try!! Also, they left my dining room table swaying if you touched it, which the guy from the furniture disposal company was able to also fix. Of course I had to pay this other company a couple of hundred dollars to do this work even after I paid 24/7 Logistics over $6500 for the move. RUN, DON’T WALK, AWAY FROM 24/7 LOGISTIC.

Updated on 06/17/2022: After a ridiculous moving experience involving loss, damage and failure to complete the contract terms--leaving the living room furniture in the garage, I wrote a poor review of this company and submitted a claim. Charles **, 24/7, called me and asked that I take down my review as he wanted to "make it right". I filed my claim for approximately $4000. Charles then offered $87.00 as a settlement. Have now hired an attorney and made contact with State and Federal regulators. Do Not Use this company.
Original Review: 24/7 was retained to load my personal belongings and furniture from Bakersfield, California and deliver to Chantilly, Virginia. Packed and loaded on 9/22. Delivered on 10/20 in a rented Enterprise box truck. Moving quotes changed three times, cleaned and pressed clothes on hangers were literally thrown into "wardrobe boxes" without any top hanger bar. Extensive damage to fragile items, paintings, glassware, lamps and furniture.
Delivery driver Alfredo was unprofessional, argumentative, insulting and lazy. Showed up without any kind of blankets or coverings to protect the carpet. Left the living room couch, loveseat, chair in the garage. Did not re-attach the Master BR dresser mirror. Did not replace shelving in guest BR chest. Was ready to leave without re-assembling the guest room bed until instructed, then told me the unload "took too long". Left items for delivery on the grass outside the house. Karen in "Customer Service" was mouthy, argumentative. "This is the way it is whether you like it or not." I've moved a number of times over the years and this, without question, was the worst experience I have ever had.

My representative was great. She answered all my questions quickly. Her and the all the customer service members were email and/or text friendly for prompt responses. I had the ability to track my shipment online which was awesome as it made the anxiety of waiting not so bad (just like waiting for a package from Amazon). I had a follow up call before the move to check up on me and helped me have a smooth transition and make sure that I was prepared for pickup. I also initially for to wrap up my pictures and they updated that for me and worked with me the whole way thru.
Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Before hiring a mover it is really important to stay organized and detail oriented, both of which I failed to do, but 24/7 Logistic Services really helped me pick up the slack and give me a high chance for success. Management also followed up with me personally for feedback after delivery which made me feel important and the professionalism of the company.

Pickup occurred between 2pm and 6pm on 6/28/21. Packers were very professional and properly wrapped/protected furniture, mirrors, TV’s, and pictures. Delivery was made between 9am and 11am on 7/11/21. Delivery men were also very professional and courteous. Furniture was re-assembled. Nothing was broken in the move except one lamp shade packed by me. My wife was very nervous about working with a company unknown us, but everything worked out great. I would use 24/7 Logistics if I ever have to move again, but I hope this was my last move.

Doubling the price after I added some items, charging me twice, still waiting for my refund, the cubic feet, and the material they charged me they should have send a bigger truck! There was a hiccup on the day of the pick up in California but it was rectified immediately after we talked to their management team leader, Charles, who was great at making our move as smooth as possible. Office supplies not marked and packed upside down. Never have I written a bad review, but have to say, I am being kind. We were offered an apology only. Please don't use this company!
Original: Dave, salesman, had a lot of good reasons to use his company and I trusted him. Please! Please save yourself and pack your things yourself! They had only 2 employees and 2 people from Craigslist, supposed to be 4, 2 no shows. The foreman was green when it came to packing. He wanted to leave the paper towel holder. He packed the coffee pot upside down! The bathroom vanity in the guest bathroom wasn't emptied, and I'm not talking about liquids. All my clothes in the one bedroom, all linens...sheets, towels, makeup bench, and hairdryer went to storage! We don't have anything to take a shower!
Contents on the boxes were MBR APT. The few boxes that had contents written on them were wrong! The storage unit is full and it will take a long time to find what we need. We have had a full pack twice and this was the worst and have to say will not use this company again! We tipped well packing and unpacking and provided lunch. Please make sure you have water on hand as they do not carry a cooler. The ONLY person who knew what he was doing, wrote contents down, didn't get stressed and stopped what he was doing to help the foreman was Dwight! You rock! Please use a local company!!!

The quote they provided was comprehensive. They let me do adjustments a number of times between the time we first talked and the time they did the pickup. Then, the final price was within 10% of what they quoted. Also, the crew was professional. They arrived on time and they worked continuously until everything was packed. I was fairly confident that everything was going to arrive in one piece and everything did. They were conscientious and kept me informed along the way. When they got here, it was a different crew that did the unloading. They put the stuff where we designated and moved it when we realized that we had put it in the wrong place.

Sensible rates. The staff was SPEEDY and PROFESSIONAL. All items were handled and loaded with excellent care. They even disassembled a king size bed and reassembled it with NO EXTRA CHARGE. We moved from one apartment, made one stop at a storage unit, and were completely moved in at another apartment in 3 hours. I would highly recommend them!

The rep I spoke with was very respectful and addressed all my needs and concerns. I asked a lot of questions and my wife had more questions and he was very patient. He walked us through everything. Then, the crew who helped us move was phenomenal. They were about an hour late and my wife and I were a little bit nervous but they showed up and when they arrived, they did not stop working. We opted for a full professional pack and they disassembled furniture and went through the drawers and the cabinets. They were very meticulous and they did a great job. My wife was so happy once they had everything loaded.
They gave us a window for the delivery and they said that it usually falls in the middle but it ended up falling on the last day. There were some things that backed up. But we weren't really upset because our stuff came and everything was intact. All the furniture was where it was supposed to be and there was no loss or damage. Also, the guys that did the unloading reassembled everything and took care of all the boxes. I'm happy that we ended up choosing 24/7 Logistic Services to be our movers.

We were on ConsumerAffairs requesting a free quote for the move and 24/7 Logistic Services gave us a call. We called up all the places and everybody wanted almost twice as much to move us. Thank God we found 24/7. They picked up when they told me they were going to, gave us a two-hour window and came within that window. We told them we needed delivery within two weeks and they said, "No problem. We can put you up there in seven or eight days."
We were moving from Florida to Chicago and 3 days prior to being picked up going to Chicago, my wife's job requested her to be in Massachusetts instead of Chicago. It was a fiasco but 24/7 worked with us. They packed us all up and it was a full pack. Everything was wrapped. It took a lot of effort because we had a two-story house and the guys were hopping up and down the stairs. What I liked about their service is that they shrunk wrap all the blankets to the furniture so if it jostled, it didn't move. They said it's part of the ConsumerAffairs package that they have where they shrink wrap all the blankets. Our dining table was a half-inch piece of glass. It's seven feet long by four and a half feet wide. It has beveled edges. It was a custom-made table that we got as a wedding present. They bubble-wrapped it and made a makeshift box. When they put it inside the truck, they strapped it to the wall so nothing else would be around it.
My wife is a nervous Nellie so she gets worried about everything. She was calling customer service every day and they were polite with her. They said, "We're extremely busy. We're in the moving season right now. If we don't get back to you right away, we promise we'll call you back." Sure enough, they did. Within an hour or two after she called, she got a phone call from customer service to calm her down. Everybody spoke English and the foreman spoke perfect English. His name was Arthur and he was fantastic. He had a co-worker whose name was John and he did great too.
We had to put our stuff into a small two-bedroom apartment in the meantime until we find what we're looking for and if my wife's going to stay in that area or if we're going to move. They offered me 30 days of storage for free with no re-delivery or reloading fees. It's part of the price. I would recommend 24/7 to anybody. They did a phenomenal job. Nothing got broken, not even a picture frame or a small vase, which I'm amazed by. That was the most important thing of all.
I told them I might need them to move us to Chicago from here and they told me, "This is a little bit out of our range but since we moved you already and we know your furniture, if you need to move within the next month or so anywhere, just give us a call and we'd be more than happy to help you out." They told me they don't pick up in Rhode Island and Massachusetts because their office is in Glen Burnie, Maryland. It's quite a drive to go from Maryland up to Massachusetts and Rhode Island but they said because we used them and we're very happy with them, then they'd be more than happy to come get us. That was an incredible offer. That way, I don't have to go looking for another moving company. They already know my inventory and what's going on.

We were able to get a hold of someone for an electronic quote, and then, from that quote, we ended up having a contact. I was able to call him whenever and he would answer my questions which was really, really helpful. The moving crew was fast. They were in and out in three hours from when they got to the house. There was miscommunication on our part and on whoever our representative was where we went two weeks without our stuff. We thought that the window began when they picked up our stuff and moved it. But it began when we said, "This is our first delivery date." So, it just kind of got all mixed up. But other than that, it was good.
A lady named Elizabeth helped us out. We were able to call her whenever and she would immediately return our phone calls. She was really pleasant. It was just one of those situations where we were frustrated 'cause we didn't have our stuff. But we knew that there was nothing that anyone could do. Overall, it was a really positive customer service experience.

24/7 Logistic Services was willing to work with our schedule, which was a pretty short notice turnaround and they compromised with us on the price. They wanted us to get a good deal. Getting my initial quote was good. Another company that we had talked to had a process where I could videotape it and then they would document everything versus I had to make sure I was looking around and telling them everything that I was seeing as I was doing it. So, a video would have been better, but it was fine. As far as the move, we had a couple things that were damaged. But overall, it was great. They got the job done in the time period we needed and stayed until everything was finished.

24/7 Logistic Services seemed like they had good reviews. I thought it was gonna be easy doing business with them. Getting a quote was easy. The first person who gave me the quote was good. I ended up getting passed off to three different people during the move, and it was a mess. I didn't get my stuff for almost two months. I'm still waiting on a claim that I have filed with them. It was disappointing. I understand COVID created some issues, but it's like, “Well, your stuff's gonna be on the truck today.” It didn't make it. “It's gonna be on the truck Monday.” It didn't make it. It's like a story after another story. I had my wife out in Texas waiting on the stuff to show up so she could be there. Finally, I had to bring her back a month and a half later and rely on my brother-in-law to be there. Luckily, he was available.

It was a good move. It took extra long because I had a small shipment and that was what was explained to me, which was fine because it still got here. The reps were really nice. I had two different girls that were working with me, Liz and then the other girl, who was really sweet too. She was nice and was willing to help me and let me know. I called her a couple of times to be like, "My stuff's not gone, is it?" I heard such scary things like you go to move your stuff and then poof, your stuff's gone. She did a really good job of really easing my anxiety about that. So that was really nice of her to do. However, a weird thing happened. The guy that showed up to put my stuff away said, "Can I have your number?" I was like, "Oh, no." Other than that, all good. Nothing was broken, damaged, got wet or dusty or icky. Everything came perfectly intact.

But they quoted us a price of $4,000, and then when they were in the driveway, they got it halfway loaded, then the price went up another 1,000, then it went up another 1,000. Then we still ended up leaving stuff there. I was not impressed with that. They were no different than the first ones that showed up that I had to throw out. But we were in a bind. We sold the house and we had to go.

24/7 Logistic Services had to connect with other people and these other people were not very gracious. The guys who delivered my stuff at the end didn't care. They were throwing things in my apartment and couldn't get out of here fast enough. They were totally crappy. Those movers destroyed some of my furniture, an 80 year old crystal punch bowl and 8 crystal glasses. It’s like they stomped on my boxes. I have numerous dishes that were broken. It was the worst experience I've had. It all had to do with a fee that they wanted to charge me.
I was told by the company that they would not charge me, but the guys on this end insisted that I was supposed to be charged. It was an argument between two different companies, but that was not my issue. These guys took it upon themselves to dump my stuff off. After I found how much of my stuff was destroyed, I’m not happy. 24/7 Logistic Services was very kind and cooperative, but the fact that I lost precious heirlooms leaves me wanting.

I've been trying to reach out to 24/7's third-party vendor for insurance (CMI) because there's a claim. I had a dresser that was damaged. I also got back with 24/7 and let them know, and they indicated that it takes them a while. This has been months though. The move took place at the end of October and I've reached out to CMI several times (email and voice message). Another issue is the movers ended up bringing bedbugs into this place. That was a pain. I had to have people come a couple times and spray. The bedbugs are finally gone now, but that was a traumatic experience.
The ones that came and picked me up in California and took the stuff and went into storage wouldn't tell me where the address of the storage facility is. That was weird and I didn't like that. They were careless with the stuff too. There are some things they left around. Overall, it was fair there, but I liked the guy that delivered my stuff. He was by himself, and he did really well, so I was impressed with him. All in all, the experience started off good, but it didn't end up that great.

The 24/7 people were great. I couldn't be more impressed after being screwed by one other company. They took a deposit and didn't do anything. They didn't even show up or stay in touch. No communication whatsoever. It was a middleman and they lied to me about all the details. As opposed to a lot of shuffling around, 24/7 gave straight answers. They said, “Yes, we can do this,” and then went ahead and did it. They also gave me answers to other issues that I didn't even expect. They really cared about what they're doing.
I submitted a review to a request from the website after speaking with one of the representatives, the one that handled the whole operation for me. I used the names of the guys that moved me, where they moved me from, what they did, what their procedures were, and complimented them up and down. I even said I gave them a good tip.

24/7 was recommended by some people that moved out here previously. I talked with an agent and they gave us a quote. We moved forward with it, and then the moving company contacted us, and we set up our date. On our date, they came, picked everything up, and then dropped everything off. There were some unexpected fees, but other than that, the cost was a little more than we were quoted.

So satisfied with the services of this company 24/7 Logistic Services. What made them stand out was their care. They made us feel safe and at ease with how smooth everything was. They were constantly checking in and communicating what was going on, on their end. Very transparent company would recommend 10/10. Men moving the furniture are very nice and efficiently working guys. Had no problem opening up my home to them and this family centered business.

Everything with 24/7 Logistic Services went as planned. They told me they were coming. They came. They took everything apart like they told me they were gonna do it. The movers were very nice guys. One of them who did the packing in Ohio was the same one that did the unpacking when I got to Tennessee. I will recommend the company.

24/7 Logistic Services are the worst movers I have ever used. Initially spoke with Edward ** who assured me he would be my point person for the whole move, but as soon as I'd signed the paperwork, he became unreachable. I then had to negotiate with Elizabeth who at best was far from helpful and at worst was outright rude, at one point telling me to "calm down", when I asked if we were to expect any moving delays due to the evolving pandemic situation (April 2020).
They damaged so many of our belongings due to their poor packing. They packed wine glasses at the bottom of boxes of plates (no wonder they broke), completely destroyed my record player by not wrapping it at all, and threw my guitar into a box without its case. On top of this, they failed to quote me accurately despite doing a video walkthrough with Edward, the price jumping by an additional $2k when they had packed our belongings. I could go on and on about the miscommunications and the huge headache these movers were. I would highly recommend you use any other company over this one.
unfortunately on a move this distance that can have an additional cost. We do try to do our best and we only charge you for the amount volume going for the move. When we came to pick you up we realized that the size of the move was a bit bigger than expected and we provided you with a revised estimate. I would like to add that we usually have a quality assurance department that calls you prior to your pick up, to go over any changes to the inventory to make sure we have a comprehensive list for pick up. Because this move transpired during the onset of the pandemic it was difficult to have all of our usual procedures in place. I believe the main office sent you the information for submitting a claim for the selected coverage at pick up. Again we truly apologize for any inconvenience. I researched 4 moving companies before I decided on which company to use. Although 24/7 Logistic Services was not the least expensive moving company I researched, their service, personnel, and guidance were exceptional. Moving isn’t easy and of course I had a lot of questions and the people I dealt with always made the time to address any concerns. I highly recommend 24/7 Logistic Services.

We were so impressed with how 24/7 moved us from New Jersey a year and a half ago, that we used them again to move us from Orlando to Clermont, FL. We only gave them 3 days notice (unexpected delay in closing on our house!) to complete the move, store our things for 30 days and then deliver to Clermont! They did an awesome job! Communication is the key - if you are honest with them about the list of things to move, they will give you an accurate quote.

I spoke with a representative from this company. I told him I needed to move my things from Ca to Ok. We went over in detail room by room what specific items I had. He gave me a price of $7400. I had to put down a deposit of $1986. He said unless I forgot about a baby grand piano I wouldn’t be charged any more money. I hired them, put down my deposit and he assured me that he would be available 24/7 throughout my entire move no matter if it were a weekend or not.
Moving day came the movers came in. Barely looked at the list that me and the representative made of my items. He started making his own list. He advised me that because I had more items than what was on the list and that I had no packing materials (I packed everything I could myself) that he had to bill me an additional $3000. When I asked him which items I didn’t have on the list he couldn’t give me an answer. I also asked for his name and told him I would like to speak with his supervisor and he refused to tell me and refused me talking to him. After I calmed down I felt as if I had no other choice but to consent with the new price as I had to be out of my home in 3 days so that the new owners could move in.
He wrote out a new estimate with the extra $3000 on it. I signed the estimate and also wrote that I felt I was under duress. I did not change anything on the estimate. The mover who throughout this process was hostile towards me on different occasions, got upset with me and said he had to call customer service. He stepped outside, I assumed to make his phone call and after about 15 minutes they got in their trucks and left. They never came back in to explain anything to me. I still to this day cannot get ahold of anyone from that company. Throughout that day I tried to call the original guy I hired at least 5 times, I texted him and I also emailed him. No responses. I tried to call the 800 number for the company and could not get ahold of anyone.
Now that I am asking for my deposit back from my bank and the Better Business Bureau they have responded to each of them each with a different reason why they won’t give my deposit back. First it was because the claim I never signed the second estimate. I have witnesses that watched me sign it and the second is saying that I didn’t cancel in their allotted time frame to get my deposit back. I never canceled their service. They walked out on me. Please do not use this company. You will be upset once you do.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I would not give any star at all for this moving company. In fact, if there is a negative star then they deserve it. The 1 star they got is for the way they wrapped my belongings (I meant this in a nice way.). They packed my belongings very nicely and that was it. I searched on BBB to make sure they are an accredited BBB company that they are not a brokerage company and they got nice reviews so I trusted the reviews and called them up. This started my nightmare with them.
First of all, the sale rep was very nice and knowledgeable, she said that they have their own trucks and she is quoting me with discounted and additional cubic feet. Oh boy, the whole situation changed when I am passing the point of cancelation. The truck showed up (not their own truck like the rep said) really late to pick up my belongings without calling or notifying me, I had to be the one who did all the calling to track the truck. The sales rep at this point pretty much left my phone calls unanswered or replied back with very vague responses.
The driver showed up and without looking for the original contract, he walked around my house and came out saying that the original estimate is not correct and he jacked up the price to more than $1200.00 quoting that the people at the office didn't know that they are doing and he is here with his 5 years experiences and if I don't agree with his new estimate he would take off and I would lose my deposit. At this point, I had to agree with the new contract. You see, they lured their clients into a position of no return. I would have to take it or lose my deposit. I called my sales rep at this point she would not do anything to help. So I signed the new contract knowing that I am being ripped off but had no point of return.
But the nightmare did not end there. It took them over 2 months from the day they picked up my belongings to deliver my stuff. That is 28 days late from the day they must deliver my belongings according to their contract. When the truck finally showed up for delivery, they damaged my belongings, missing items, and delivered the wrong box (that belong to the next stop). The driver gave my personal number to the person that missing that box without my consent or knowledge and pretty much left the matter for us to deal with. That was when I found out that the customer had when through the same nightmare I went through with this moving company.
I filed a complaint with the BBB but the BBB did not do much, they just let the company and me using my words against their words fighting kind of thing. I could write more but afraid people would not want to read the whole thing so I will stop here. As of today, the company is still holding the contract that the driver wrote as a tool to defend their wrong business practices as if it is my fault that I signed for that contract. They are mocking at all their clients for trusting them so easily.

I have in the past used transport services and have had nightmarish experiences ranging from hidden costs to negligent behaviors with my goods. So obviously when I had to resort to a transport company for my move from Miami, Florida to Columbus, Ohio I was extremely cautious. The entire experience was flawless with 24/7 logistics. Courteous over the phone, detailed with explanations and breakdown of pricing and walking me through the process. JB and Pablo were incredibly accommodating at the time of pickup and packed my belongings with great care and made sure that they would not be damaged in any way. Delivery was exactly when discussed and the communication in between couldn't have been better. I will not use another company for any moving needs. Would rate higher but 5 stars is all that was available.

Rude, awful service. Literally holding my stuff hostage at the storage unit until I can give them an additional $225. I told them I had to go to the bank to get more money and they stopped work. It took them 2 weeks to get from NC to FLORIDA and they are angry because I could not meet them at 9 pm on a Monday night for delivery. So now I have smashed boxes and an additional $300 in fees PLUS the cost is nearly twice what they quoted. I am a single mother and they have me over a barrel.

They are still holding my household goods hostage while demanding more money without any basis!! I had contacted 24/7 because it was BBB accredited w/ an “A” rating. On 9/15/20, Andrew (“A”) emailed promising a “CUSTOM NOT TO EXCEED ESTIMATE.” After I provided a detailed list of items & packed boxes, A emailed a “Binding Estimate”. I told A I wanted to read it over before signing. At this point, A put me on hold & got his manager Charles (“C”) on the phone for a 3-way convo. C started by saying our convo was being RECORDED, which made me believe I could rely on his statements since they would be documented if any issues came up.
During the convo lasting 2 hours, I repeatedly requested an estimate “AS CLOSE TO THE FINAL TOTAL as possible” so I could budget for it. A & C googled my addresses to check out the particulars like the street situation. When I requested an in-person or video estimate, C declined as unnecessary. So I measured & provided the exact dimensions for each item. C later emailed a Revised Binding Estimate (RBE). When I asked to esign it the next day, C insisted that I esign it then to reserve the moving date. After 2 hours of continuous convo discussing all details, & their repeated assurances that the estimate would not change more than “a few hundred dollars” up or down depending on actual cubic feet (CF), I went ahead and esigned.
(1) WRONGFUL CHARGE OF $1136.09 FOR MOVE-OUT. On 9/25/20 the movers came. After walking around & speaking w/ each other in a foreign language, they declared I needed to pay $1136.09 more. When asked why, they said most of my stuff were “antique.” I told them most of my stuff were just cheap, used furniture. They told me they were Ukrainian. One did not speak English at all; the other did but was difficult to understand w/ a limited vocab. & heavy accent. So I called C, who rambled, apologized, then explained the men needed to be paid for their work before they could load my stuff. B/c I had home renovators coming the next day to prepare for listing my house, I had no choice but to pay the additional $1136.09.
(a) EXTRA CF–$614.12. Despite the estimate of 730 CF by C, who is a “manager,” the movers, who looked young and inexperienced, magically came up with 850 CF by simply looking at my items before loading anything onto the truck. This is ridiculous.
(b) PACKING MATERIALS–$222. C’s RBE was supposed to include all materials including $60 for picture boxes.
(c) STAIRS–$300. I had told C I had a 3-story Townhouse (TH) w/ two sets of stairs, & his RBE was supposed to account for the steps. The movers parked on the main floor level. I can agree to an extra $75 for the 4-5 steps outside the front door but not the remaining $225.
(d) LONG CARRY–$150. Per the RBE, each 75 ft. beyond the first 75 ft. is $75.00. The truck was parked right next to my TH building & only 2 attached THs away from mine. There is no way the distance was 225 ft away from my front door. At most, I can agree to an extra $75 based on 150 ft.
2) WRONGFUL DEMAND FOR $800 SHUTTLE FEES. 24/7 called on 10/15/20 to say they would deliver on 10/16/20, but insisted I pay $800 more in “shuttle fees” first. I had asked C specifically about “shuttle fees” mentioned in their “binding estimate” because a semi-truck would likely be unable to navigate the roadways around my Md townhouse and my LA apartment. C repeatedly assured me NO SHUTTLE FEES would be added because 24/7 was a “nationwide carrier” w/ many hubs including in MD & CA, & that a “REGULAR,” “26’ truck” would be coming to pick up and drop off my household goods. Indeed, I was not charged shuttle fees for move-out even tho the movers used a small rider truck. So 24/7 is absolutely wrong to maliciously withhold my household goods while insisting on additional “shuttle fees".
Our mission goal is to provide you a quality service, and to make sure you are fully informed on your move. After a brief look at the file it looks as though there was a small adjustment on the cft. based on additional items not listed on the estimate. The charge for $615 is do to the distance of your move to California it was only a difference of 100 Cft. So the estimate was pretty close. The packing materials were needed in order to complete your move, those materials cost us money so we have to charge for them. We did give you free mattress covers and we packed a picture complimentary. stairs and long carry were all gone over at the time of booking. There was more than 16 steps at pick up which was written on your agreement that you signed. If there were more steps we were not aware until pick up, we did ask you how many steps to make sure we had that covered. At no point did we say that it would be delivered in a 26 ft truck. I did mention and ask you if we would have access with a tractor trailer. We asked you to check with the office ahead of time as well. The shuttle charge is not something we look forward to, it is an added expense we would love to avoid because it cost us time and money to do. We have to have a smaller truck at delivery, we have to pay the crews to offload to the smaller truck and then offload to the destinations address. This shuttle charge can occur in certain locations. We know it is an inconvenience but it is a circumstance beyond our control sometimes. We are sorry and we tried to deliver but the truck did not have parking and would have been blocking traffic. The loading area that you mentioned at booking had a height clearance restriction in addition to blocking the gates for the new residence. We are so sorry you feel that we were unfair with you. But Mrs. Susan we only charge you for what you have and the services that are required for facilitating the move. We would love for you to understand that having to do a shuttle is a lot of really hard work that our movers have to do to complete the move. We would want to avoid it if at all possibly, There is no profit in a shuttle service those are pure expenses; Truck rental, paying the crew to do twice the work, it's nonsensical to think that we would purposely want to do a shuttle service. All moving companies have the exact same accessorial charges that may occur. We did give you a discount on the shuttle to help as best we could. We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding we do our best to be very clear on what services are needed to facilitate your move. Again please contact our office as maybe there is a compromise we can come to. WE hope you understand our position on this matter. Thank you, Stay safe and stay well.

Hired them for a cross-country move. All the movers who showed up did a great job and were nice but the communication and professionalism from the corporate office was simply poor and lack luster. They lost a large card board box (22x16x15 in) during the move. They never apologized, or even agree to look for it. Simply saying it was lost and to file a claim. If we hadn't bought supplemental insurance it would have been terrible. The cost changed when we increased the amount shipped but then it changed again for unknown reasons. They also add shuttle fees a few days before the move saying they didn't know before (can easily be determined with Google Maps at any time, what changed 3 days before?). I cannot recommend them, and suggest looking elsewhere. Poor customer service.

I dealt with a man named Russell who was friendly but so dishonest. He insisted that he was so experienced that he only needed a phone call to do an estimate instead of a video tour. His estimate was almost $4000 below what we actually had to pay. He swore we would get our stuff in under 10 days but it took almost a month. He said the movers would pack everything but I found out from his colleague just a couple days before the move that there were a number of items that they would not move. He also recommended a criminal conman to move our automobile. The movers were rude and didn't wear masks. They were careless with our things and damaged much of our furniture. I would recommend you stay away from this company.

This is our second time moving out of state and it was the best experience by far. I am in the military and finding 24/7 Logistic Services was amazing as they have great services specific to moving military families anywhere in the US. They know how to move you from point A to point B without any hiccups which many of the other options did not seem as reliable. They are courteous, friendly, and the staff is always finding ways to help us save money or make our mind feel at ease. We have a lot of breakable items and nothing was lost or broken from either move. They were on time with the pickup and the delivery went just as planned. We used their short term storage option while we were in transit so it was very convenient for us while we were organizing our new place. They are highly recommended out of state movers in our book. To start off, I want to thank the entire 24/7 Logistic Services team for helping us to make our out of state move happen throughout all of the madness. Our journey started in NYC and as you can imagine everything is difficult right now. They made it seem like they have completed this same move 1,000 times and made us feel very comfortable we were in good hands during the pickup. When we finally made it to our new countryside home in the suburbs of Atlanta, our stuff was delivered right on time as expected with the same great crew that helped us at the other point. Our stuff was safe and secure as nothing was lost or broken. We were very thankful to the great communication from customer service to keep us in the loop during the process. I called several places needing a mover for my daughter from Florida to Virginia. The saleperson Charles carefully listened to what I needed and provided a complete and competitive quote for a full service move. He included the stairs and all items I described on the quote so there were no surprises at pickup. The movers at pickup were thorough and careful in packing my daughter's apartment up. Despite a very hot day and having to carry things down three flights, they were polite and careful. At delivery all went well too. All items we needed reassembled were put back together well. Even though it was downpouring, my daughter's belongings were not wet or damaged. Would definitely use again for a long distance move.

We recently completed a short distance move (196 miles) and got this company as a suggestion when we used some "find a mover" website, the name of which I cannot remember. 24/7 Logistics will sure work hard to get your business, but once their job is completed (and even the day of the move), they really could care less about your satisfaction, their timeliness, or anything broken during your move. We were initially told we would be informed 72 hours in advance of when exactly a moving crew would be showing up. This turned out to be completely incorrect, as we were given 48 hours notice, and then questioned multiple times by their "customer service" person on whether or not we could move up our departure - first to two days before - which I agreed to.
She then called back to ask if we could change the move to the next day; I assured her this was impossible, as we were not fully packed yet and my partner was trying to minimize the time needed to be taken off from work. They complied with this but were clearly not thrilled. I got the distinct impression that they felt we should be accommodating THEM and not the other way around. On the day of the move, the four person crew arrived (as we later found out, only two of the men were actual employees of the company - and they had driven from Chicago to get to us in Lexington, KY) and the other two men were local subcontractors that 24/7 Logistics had apparently recruited since we were a "larger" move for a 3-bedroom house.
We had been given an initial quote of approximately $4,000 to move our entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath, one-car garage house. We were charged $4567.15 total, and then I tipped each of the four movers between $80 and $100 apiece, pushing our money out of pocket close to $5k. There was a huge fight between the two local contractors and the two employees of 24/7 on my front lawn at the origin site, where the local guys claimed that they were being ripped off by 24/7 and were not being paid what they were promised. As a result, the two local guys refused to go to our destination site and left the two actual employees to unload our entire truck on our arrival in Ohio.
I should also mention that once we got to the square footage previously allotted in the truck (even though we were the ONLY move scheduled for the truck and it was NOT filled, they would not move the remainder of our belongings without charging us an additional almost $1000 for the "extra" square feet. I refused this ridiculous charge and we therefore had to make two additional trips back later in the week (400 miles round trip each time) to move the rest of our stuff - once renting a small U-haul to do this - incurring even more cost to our pocketbooks and our frayed nerves.
To their credit, the two actual employees of the company who stayed with us the entire move were some of the nicest, hardest working young men I've ever seen. They earned their tips and then some for their sheer energy, labor, and demeanor. However, as it was clear they were trying to get this move completed in the shortest possible amount of time, our things were not exactly packed/wrapped properly. We suffered two broken antiques (a copper washtub in excellent condition that they managed to put a hole clear through the lid, and another a custom-made stained glass piece that was placed in a box with other art and not in any way wrapped. The glass is broken in four places and we will have to pay for a custom stained glass artist to repair it), as well as miscellaneous other broken and mishandled items.
We submitted a claim for the broken items, valued at well over $700, and I just received our offer on the claim - for a whopping $56. I was NOT in any way advised that we were opting to be reimbursed at 60 cents per pound for any damage, which is the stupidest way to assess damage I've ever heard of - simply told where to initial on the bill of lading. I should mention that it's somehow also taken the claims company that 24/7 Logistics contracted with, called CSI, over TWO MONTHS to analyze our claim for what has now amounted to less than a tenth of what our items or worth or what it will take to repair or replace them. Please do yourself a favor and RUN from 24/7 Logistics.

I dealt with Elizabeth and Katie and they were magnificent. Elizabeth was persistent in teaching me all of the terms about movers. She had a good way about her. We spent probably an hour on the phone talking and the price was affordable so I decided that 24/7 was the right company. She did everything for me. Scheduling the move was easy on my end. It took time, but it was well spent. The quote was very specific.
The movers knew exactly what they were doing and they were very precise with measuring the space that my stuff was gonna take up. The price went up by about $1,000 but I expected that because I had more stuff than I expected. They hardly took any breaks at all. They wrapped and taped everything up. Two of my lamps were bent when they showed up here but I wouldn't blame them. It was unfortunate because we probably should have disassembled them first. They were floor lamps and the stem was very thin. But they are still functional. We arrived at Florida at 6am and they arrived at 8am with all of our stuff, and unpacked it. There was only two of them and they were terrific as well. It was perfect because we didn't have to sleep on the floor. They were terrific workers as well.

I was shopping around and 24/7 gave me a quote that I liked compared to the other moving companies in Miami. They really went out of their way to accommodate, especially with the questions that I had in terms of trying to figure out what the square footage was and how many things I could take with me for the move. They were able to lay out everything pretty nicely. Then they checked up on me as the date got closer and closer for the move. So overall, they did a phenomenal job.
The only thing that would have helped me out a little bit was a more in depth detail for the charging of the stairs. But that was more from my end because I was thinking I was gonna use the elevator on that day. They could also have a little bit more specificity for the breakdown of how much you're gonna get charged for each staircase. After the seventh step, that was when the charge went into effect. Also, they should be a little bit more vocal about the discounts that they offer for military vets because I didn't get that up until the very end and I had to say something about it. Mostly in our community, we don't go out of our way to ask if there are any type of discounts or anything military-friendly, but that would go a long way. Other than that, everything ran so smoothly. If somebody were to ask me, I would point them their way.

We used 24/7 Logistics to move from Ohio to Colorado. Loading went very well but 24 hours before delivery they called demanding $2700 cash for a shuttle fee that we should have been informed about before signing the contract being that our property is on Google street view. The employee was rude and threatening yelling at me to sign the bill of loading. They left our full 400lb toolbox upside down, the employee drilled holes into our custom king bed after I told him to stop and damaged it to the point we couldn't use it. Other items were damaged and some very personal items from my mom who passed from brain cancer were lost. Afterwards the owner called to say he would help us with our issues but we never heard back from him. Any correspondence was on our part and responses from the company were always the same as if they were scripted. Settlement barely paid for bed repair.

The initial representative was awesome. But the back end wasn't as great. It was not too responsive, but they got the job done. When the guy got here, there was some confusion with the payment. I reported him to the company because he wanted me to transfer money to him, not the company. I called the lady that was helping me from the beginning and she was very kind, and she contacted her manager and kind of explained things. In the end, I did transfer the money to the guy because he was the one that told me to. He stacked on like three fees, saying, “It was a long distance from the truck to here,” and “Oh, this sofa doesn't fit the elevator,” which the maintenance guy here said that it would have. But he brought it up the stairs. Then there was another $75 fee.
They couldn’t lock the elevators but I was able to get the office to lock them. They were nice. The guy dropped two out of the three that he started with. So there was only one $75 left that I had to transfer on top of the agreement. He told me I coud transfer that $75 to him. So he gave me his cell phone number and I transferred it to him, and then the remaining to Logistic. So when I talked to the initial representative, I told her about it and she reported him to the manager. The manager said that the drivers get $75 regardless. So we kinda left that at that.
Everything else was pretty okay. The guy did do a good job in bringing the stuff up. They were careful. He helped me kind of organize my living room. Then someone from their company called and I told him that I had a really good experience with the initial person. She was very involved. She helped me out. She moved up the date. She went above and beyond. She still checked up on me. We've not become friends, but we check on each other with the pandemic and people getting sick. She's been super nice. But the second person I had to deal with wasn't as responsive. If I would email her, I wouldn't hear from her.
With the pickup, I had to deal with the initial person and it went fine. Then for the delivery, there was a holdup where I was moving to. They couldn't open the buildings because the county was closed and it was a brand new construction. So they needed to be cleared. There was a delay on my end on contacting them, but I was paying them storage to keep my stuff. I contacted the second person once or twice and it took her a while to get back to me. The scheduling of the delivery was kind of slow too. But overall, 24/7 Logistic was pretty decent. The job was well done.

The person that I initially spoke with sounded knowledgeable in the moving process. I haven't used moving companies before so he was able to answer some questions for me. The only thing that I found unfortunate later on was that once I booked with 24/7 Logistic Services, he was no longer available. He told me he would be available throughout the process, but he was not.
When I bought the service, it was my understanding that there was a three-day window and that I would be contacted ahead of time. And then, I would be able to say specifically which day I wanted to do the move, but I had to make the reservation under that three-day window. So, I did that. When I got the phone call on what I thought was going to be five days out from the move, it ended up being two days out. Elizabeth was the one who called. She was very curt with me. She said, “I don't care what day you want to move. This is the day we're coming. You signed a contract for a three-day window. This is the day we're coming. This is the day we’ll be there. Whatever you have ready to move is what will be moved.”
I then turned and tried to contact the guy, Jason, to find out exactly what was going on because it seemed as though what he told me initially was not what was then going to happen, and to find out if we could have those two extra days to pack because we were still packing the house ourselves. However, I could not reach him. I never heard a word from him again.
I understand the estimate versus things costing more. But it almost ended up being double of what we were quoted. I gave Jason an entire list of everything in the house that would potentially be moved, but then it turned out that some of the pieces that I included in that quote ended up being sold so we had fewer pieces of furniture than I initially thought, and then we still had that much more to pay for. Also, we were not warned ahead of time that in order for us to receive the furniture after the movement, they would have to be paid in cash or a cashier's check. Luckily, I had $2,500 in cash to pay them to get the furniture.
I was only partially informed. I was misled on other parts. The people that were actually there did a great job doing their move. For two people to do everything that they did and get everything we did in the one day really amazed me. But it was the rest of the process that I was not happy with. I would not suggest 24/7 to anyone else.

10/10 RECOMMEND! My experience with this company was beyond pleasant. I moved out of a 4 bedroom with my family and they were a headache relief. Absolutely loved my rep, so helpful.. They were so willing to compromise to when it worked best for me due to me having a bit of a complicated schedule. The movers were really nice and funny guys, worked very efficient and smooth. Thank god nothing was damaged, not even a scratch. They wrapped everything. They got the move done before I knew it. They walked me through the process along with customer service. Made the interstate move a lot smoother for me.

I'm not one to usually give out reviews, even if I had a wonderful experience. The reason for that is I expect good service any time I spend money on a service. I scheduled a move with 24/7 Logistic Services in February for a move in March. The rep I spoke to (Michael) couldn't have been more professional and nice. We went over all of my possessions that were going to be moved thoroughly I was quoted an amount that fit my budget, but like anyone with a brain, I needed to shop around. I spoke to four different moving companies and immediately knew I'd be going with 24/7.
My move from Terre Haute to Sarasota couldn't have gone smoother. The movers were super professional. Everything that was promised, they delivered. The move went so great the company that relocated me is now using them for any future employee relocations. I couldn't say anything nicer about this company. They helped us move from the city in Boston to VA in the countryside. We did our research and found 24/7 Logistic Services to be the best option from a price and service standpoint. Everything went as planned and we were very satisfied with the quality of care. I even got to take my wife and kids on a mini vacation because it was planned so well. Great company to work with on all aspects of my move. They were thoughtful and courteous throughout the entire process. Amazing moving experience from pick up to delivery. My family and I are grateful we used 24/7 Logistic Services for the last 2 moves we've made in 3 years. We had an excellent experience with 24/7! Moving from a mountain home in Asheville, NC to another mountain home in Williamsburg, MA, navigating two difficult driveways was our initial concern. My sales rep., Jason did a great job making sure we had the right size truck to make a direct delivery without having to transfer our possessions at either end. When we ended up having a significant amount of items that did not fit the first load, the team at 24/7 worked to make sure we were taken care of with expert care and the remainder of the items were delivered at a great price within a few days.
The owner took personal interest in making sure the final stage of our move was handled properly and to our satisfaction as well. We cannot say enough about both moving crews! The first two, Dennis and Russell were so great that we wrote a newsletter about them that goes out to over 7,000 clients and friends! The second team led by John was every bit as diligent, hardworking and accommodating. My wife requested a quote from 24/7 Logistic through the internet and getting it was simple. They were among the three or four companies that called us right away. And it was good timing that we were able to get that call from 24/7 Logistic. The girl on the other end was able to answer all of our questions right on the spot and she even gave us some discounts that we were eligible for, which helped. She was really good and thorough. My wife liked her so we went ahead with them.
The move was from South Florida to Nashville and we needed 500 square feet. They called us a couple of days before to let us know that someone from the crew was gonna call us and give us an exact window of when they were gonna arrive. And they did. Two guys came to load up and then they hired somebody locally to help them unload and do the heavy lifting.

By far this company is better than any others I’ve used in the past. I needed to move from Miami to New Orleans in 2 weeks. I found these guys online and reached out to them. My sales David was very honest and transparent. He explained me the contract in details this way. I felt very comfortable with him. He also offered me an exclusive use of their truck that included an expedited delivery. This way I could get my stuff when I needed them there as I was starting the new job. The guys who did an actual work were very fast, professional and even entertaining. The entire move took 3 days to move my belongings to my new home. The pick up went very well! Our pick up crew, Artur and Andrew, were very polite, professional, and helpful. Artur answered all our questions thoroughly and provided excellent customer service. They packed our things away carefully and efficiently. The final cubic footage was a bit more than initially estimated, which we anticipated, but the pick up crew managed to pack everything such that the volume was below my guesstimated cubic footage recalculation. I was moving like a one bedroom cross country for business and I used 24/7 Logistic Services due to the price. I had Edward who was very helpful, so I appreciated it. The movers were awesome from both sides too. I would have preferred more communication about it. I knew the process because I read on the internet on how long it usually takes. But I suggest other people to make sure they are extra aware of the timing, which can take a couple of weeks, and they understand the process. I will always be cautious but everything was good though. It was pretty open-ended.

I was relocating from South Carolina to San Diego. When I spoke to 24/7, they helped me out in understanding the differences between brokers and carriers and they had a very competitive price as well. But there are slight differences from what I paid compared to the estimate that I got from them. And there was a slight difference in the delivery date. I thought it will be the day they pick it up. Like it would be 13 days after they pick it up, but it was 10 days after the first available delivery date. There were some nuances which were not clear right away. Also, instead of two people, maybe they can send a crew of three or four people to pack everything up. It would make things much faster. That was one thing that I dislike, but apart from that, everything else was fine. It was a satisfactory experience.

The quote that 24/7 Logistic Services gave me was very different to what was addressed in person. But I was desperate to move so I had to do it. And two days ago, I realized that my table had a big scratch, but I can't claim it now because I didn't notice it when they delivered it. That was why I haven't even said anything about it. It doesn't make sense because I know nothing's gonna come out of it because I didn't see it back then. I only noticed that the other day. But other than the fluke of the misinformation from the quote to the actual cost, which was a few thousand dollar difference, everything was okay.
24/7 Logistic Services kept trying to beat the price of the company that I was going to use and I figured why not give them a try, and I did. And it was very off because when they gave the quote, they gave it based on space used, and they used military measurements. And not every furniture is made the same, and that was their claim. That was what they said was the reason why I ended up getting charged so much. The interactions with the movers were fine. They were very nice and I would recommend them. But with the miscommunication between the office and what they said and the sales person, I would not use the company again.

I put a thing on the internet, that I was gonna move, and everybody called. 24/7 Logistic Services' person called ahead with the best response with and talked best about it. The process of getting the quote and scheduling the move was all done over the internet, which was very easy. We did a one-bedroom apartment move. It wasn't very large. The moving expert was very good. Everything was excellent even the delivery. I couldn’t believe how well they wrapped the stuff. But there was a glass in a coffee table that was damaged. That was not a big deal though. The driver said he figured the glass, when he loaded it in the truck from the warehouse. It was a big coffee table and I didn’t really had room for it. So, he just took it and got rid of it for me.
