My friends and I met here tonight, at 8:30 to celebrate my friend’s bday. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. 30 minutes later the guy is still bringing drinks 2 at a time and everyone had water except 2 of our 11 people. We ordered food approximately 9:00, 10:30 still no food. When asking about the beer that was ordered at the beginning the waiter ELI blatantly blamed the bartender. The beer came as we were deciding to leave. It is a nonbusy Thursday night. We asked how two parties seated after us left before us and the waiter says they have a smaller party. Sounds like he either forgot to put our orders in or they kept pushing orders back.

When asking for a manager we got the runaround. Finally one manager came and as I am explaining what the issue was (still no food 11:00) the waiter rudely walks up to rebuttals everything I was stating, being very confrontational, and this further damaged my opinion of this place. We couldn’t go to any different places due to everything was closed. We end up going to Wild Wing Cafe. Overall service was horrendous. Never saw my plate and the waiter combatted my every statement. Appetizer that was ordered didn’t come out until we were walking out the door. Will be contacting corporate.

Worst experience ever at this TGI Friday's restaurant! We will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! If I could give zero stars I would. When I first walked in I was waiting to be seated but there was no one to seat me so I had to walk to the bar and ask for someone to seat me! The bartender acted clueless. Finally we are seated but the waitress was rude and her attitude was horrible! We were going to leave and go to another restaurant but after speaking to the manager he offered to serve us and he also asked if we would like a free appetizer. The appetizer was supposed to be on the house but when we received the check, after signing the receipt I had noticed he had charged us for the appetizers. He gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next purchase but that wasn't the agreement. Not to mention I gave a tip and the tip went to the server that we complained about in the first place. I felt we were mislead and deceived.

First time at the Cedar Crest one ever and it was the absolutely worst experience ever. The whole time I felt like I was being rushed to make up my mind when ordering. The waiter was rude when taking our order and replied that he was busy eating and didn’t notice his section was seated. Also when paying he brought the check prior to pay but then waited 20 minutes for him to come back to the table to take it while watching him scroll on his phone with one of his friends. Would not recommend.

Went to Madison TN Friday's. Got seated and waited 15 minutes before we finally got manager to get our drinks. Ordered chips and cheese. Finally had to ask where our chips were. Then our food if you can call it that was gross. Steak was a pile of meat. I think that's what it was, burger bun had so much butter on it. Was disgusting. Never ever going back.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever been in, I would not even order food from them. Happy hour but no bar upstairs and could not take drinks there. Bathrooms did not work in lady's. Old lady at downstairs bar was rude and inconsiderate. Have notified Corporate and NYS Dept. of Health. They should be closed. You want $15/hr. but can't do your job. They are a disgrace to the TGI Friday name. Never again and I will tell everyone also. I want my money back.

On December 2nd approximately 1:15pm I sat at a booth in the bar waiting on a friend of mine. In passing the waitress said she'd be right with me. After waiting for about 10 minutes for her to return I finally asked the bartender for a drink. After the bartender made my drink the waitress returned with a glass of water. When she saw that I had a cocktail she turned to the bartender and rolled her eyes as if it was a problem. I explained to her that I ordered a drink from the bartender because I figured she was busy. I went on to tell her that I was waiting on someone who is always late, so I'm just going to have a drink but we'd order food once she arrived. The waitress came back to the table a few more times asking did I want to order anything. I explained to her that my friend was in a car accident up the street but would she would be coming shortly, so I ordered another drink while I was waiting.

A few minutes after my friend arrived 2 police officers came in wanting to speak with her outside in regards to her accident. Immediately it became the topic of conversation among the employees in the restaurant. I decided to get up and take a look out the door to see if everything was ok with my friend. I left both our purses at the booth, to show I wasn’t walking out on the check and I didn’t go all the way outside. The waitress sent a gentleman to me ask me to pay my tab. (By the way he was wearing plain clothes, I couldn’t even tell you if he was an employee or a customer). Not wanting to draw any more attention to the situation I said ok and went back to the booth to wait for the check. I gave her the money as soon as she brought it. My tab was $24 I left her a $10 tip.

At that point I joined my friend outside with the police who were assessing the damage to her SUV since the person who hit her took off. After the police were able to get everything they needed we decided to go back in to the restaurant to get something to eat. We went back to the booth I was originally sitting, but my friend wasn't comfortable sitting there so we went to another booth on the restaurant side. I asked both of the hostess if it was ok to sit there and they said yes and gave me menus. My previous waitress aggressively approached our table and said "this is isn't self-service, you can't sit here". Before we could even respond she stomped off.

Then another woman approached us questioning why I called her waitress a **. Immediately I questioned what waitress she was referring to and I asked that she bring her over to our table, so we could discuss it face to face. The woman claimed to be the manager from the kitchen and she wasn’t going to put her waitress through that, but she wanted to know why I said that to her. I suggested that it was possible she misunderstood the waitress and maybe she was calling me a **. I had been nothing, but nice. I too have been a server and I would never mistreat a fellow server or anyone who didn’t deserve it for that matter.

I’ve never been so humiliated and I did tell the manager that her waitress was a liar and maybe both of them should learn some customer service. I didn't understand what the problem was they weren't busy and there were plenty of available tables throughout. I think total there was 6 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. It was obvious that we were being singled out. I told the woman I would take my money elsewhere. It was clear that we were not welcome. When my friend asked for a corporate card so she could complain the so called manager gave her your card. My friend did nothing wrong. She was the victim of a hit and run. However, we were treated as if we were criminals. I truly felt attacked and discriminated against on so many levels.

I visited this location with a family member last night and while waiting for our food we saw a roach. It crawled up the wall and over to the other side. It happened so fast I didn’t have the chance to take video or picture. The waitress waited until the end of our meal as the check was paid for to ask us if we wanted a refill. I mean, is there anything else that needs to be said. Except I will NEVER visit this place again. Disappointing.

My wife and I have been married for 39 years and early in our relationship, while we were dating and living in Boston, we frequented T.G.I. Friday's. It didn't matter which one we went to either, the food was always great and the atmosphere always fun. When our middle son was attending a school in Connecticut many years later, during visits we all went to T.G.I. Friday's, his choice.

Recently my wife and I decided to revisit the restaurant, which has become a very big chain. When we arrived for the first time, on a Saturday night, we were surprised there was no wait. We ordered and both of us were happy with our meals and the service. Several months later, wanting to go out and "catch a bite to eat" we agreed on T.G.I. Friday's. This time my wife made reservations on Open Table.

When we arrived on this Saturday night, the parking lot was not full and the restaurant had seats/tables available, it was not packed nor was there anybody in the waiting area. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, medium. My wife got the Chicken Quesadillas. We waited 25 minutes for our meals to arrive. Immediately my wife commented on how "skimpy" my plate looked. And it did. The burger looked as though it had been downsized and there weren't many fries to fill in the void in the over-sized plate. I felt her comment, although deserved, could have waited until after dinner...

My wife's plate on the other hand was full, no voids, and once again I believed I had been "out-ordered". I started with a fry and immediately I realized in a world full of incredibly tasty fries, these were plain and were not unlike the cheap frozen store-bought variety I pounded down as a toddler with 3 fish sticks and a dollop of Heinz Ketchup. Disappointing at a restaurant. As I watched my wife slide a fork full of her Quesadilla into her open mouth I saw her grimace in discomfort and then spit the food back onto her plate. I asked her what was wrong and she said it was horrible, that it tasted like sausage and not chicken. I asked her if it was bad and she said it tasted either raw or spoiled...

We got our waitress and explained the problem. She offered to make another plate of Quesadillas, but by that time my wife had such a bad taste in her mouth she declined the offer and asked to see the menu. I was nibbling on my burger by now and encouraging her to order whatever she wanted, telling her I'd wait for however long it took. She appreciates eating out more than I do. I'm a homebody, but she likes going out. If I wasn't married I'd probably rarely leave the house except to pick up a pizza locally.

After rereading the menu, which had been changed and made smaller than the last time we're there, she couldn't find much. She settled on the Soup of the Day, which the menu didn't name, only the waitress knew. The waitress said she would have to check to see what was available as the soup is limited. She returned with bad news, only the clam chowder was available and although I like clam chowder, the wife is not a big enough fan to make it a meal. She said she would skip the meal and just get a dessert. She fancied the Red Velvet cake with a scoop of ice cream, but asked if it contained tree nuts as she has an allergy. Friday's was one of the first restaurants to concern itself with food allergies way back when. The waitress returned and said that although the Red Velvet Cake did not contain tree nuts, it was made in a bakery that processes food containing tree nuts. My wife said "No thank you."

Before I took the last bite of my Bacon Cheeseburger, one I rated 6 out of 10, my wife was asking for the bill. We paid roughly $16 for a lousy burger and fries with a root beer and my wife did not eat anything but one bite of a "Spoiled Quesadilla" that ended up back in her plate. The waitress apologized for the bad Quesadilla, presented us with a coupon for a free dessert, courtesy of the Manager, and then wished us a Happy Thanksgiving, which at that point seemed so untimely… In the end our night out sucked. We have however added T.G.I. Friday's to the ever-growing list of restaurants we will never go to again. In fact we've changed the name of the restaurant to T.G.W.N.G.T. Friday's! (Thank God we're never going to Friday's.)

My friend and I have frequently eaten the T.G.I. Friday's in Vero Beach, Florida. This Fridays is near the movie theater. So we sometimes eat lunch before a meeting. A server came to our table. She handed us a separate piece of paper with the specials. The special was 1499 For 2 people. We were first told that special may have expired. And she went off to ask someone about if the special was still on. She came back to our table and said everything on the menu was 1499 for two people. She took our order. We never saw her again. When we completed our meal a different server came with the bill Which we were each charged separately and each entree was over 1499. Bringing this to the service attention she said that only certain things on the menu were 1499 for 2. And went to get the special menu. And she rudely tried to explain that we were wrong.

As we are telling her that the server that took our order said that anything on the menu with 1499 for 2. The special menu. After reviewing the sheet with the specials on it we did realize that only a few things on this special menu were 1499. We explain to her the situation that we had with the previous server. She pretty much deny that the server told us that anything on the menu was the special two for 1499. We asked to see the server that had taken our order. We were told that she wasn't there. And pretty much said that we were lying about what the previous server had told us. She offered us nothing for the mistake that the first server made. She rudely informed us that we needed to pay the bill.

We asked to speak to somebody else. And was informed pretty much that there was nobody there to talk to. I sent a comment to the corporate office for T.G.I. Friday's. I got a return email from the office the corporate office Stating that the sheet that had the specials on it. We should have read more carefully. This special menu was attached to the email. Pretty much saying what the service said that we should have read it more closely. In the end of this whole deal we were not apologize to. Nothing was offered to us, maybe a discount for our meal or an apology.

I had sent back an email to this corporate gentleman. Saying I didn't believe he had not Read the whole comments that I had written. There are plenty of restaurants here in Vero Beach That are customer service oriented. Obviously T.G.I. Friday's has none of that. I also explained to the corporate gentleman to please not email me back because I know this would go nowhere. I also stated to him that I wanted no discounts. I just want to be heard. And maybe apologize to. I will never enter a T.G.I. Friday's again!!! Beware that this Corporation has no interest in pleasing the customer.

Just got home from the TGI Friday's in Hempfield Twp Pa and will not return. Stopped for lunch with my wife. Ordered drinks that were not served for 15 min. Wife ordered appetizer with a side of onion rings as a meal. Took 20 min for our order to be taken and they were not busy. 15 min after that my wife gets her appetizer but no onion rings and no utensils. We ask for utensils and the waitress disappeared. We ended up taking utensils from another table.

They put appetizer on the table with two plates and one was dirty. I don't mean watermarks, I mean black spots that can be wiped off. My wife finished eating and we never did get my burger or the side of onion rings. I told the waitress I wanted to see a Mgr. Mgr came out and asked if there was a problem. I told him he already knew there was a problem and that I wanted a bill for my drinks and the appetizer. He said he would print one up and I responded that a real Mgr would comp the entire bill. Finally got the other waitress to call manager and he sent orders back into the kitchen where they reheated the BBQ ribs only. My side orders were cold and soggy... I'm a Stripes member, and I have redeemed points before, it was a painless process. Apparently, something must have changed drastically. We used to be able to supply the account number, and that was it. Now, you have to redeem it on the mobile app and give a long verbal number code (a cumbersome and inefficient process). Well, my Jack Daniels sirloin and shrimp must not have been on the 'approved' redeemable list, because there was a problem. The manager had to come to my table and make sure I had the correct number, no problem, but what happened to the old seamless process? When they sorted it out, they ended up charging me $18.99 for my entree and crediting me $14.99 for the default sirloin and shrimp entree. The Jack Daniels version only cost $15.99 according to the menu, so something is wrong there.

They explained it by saying they couldn't credit me the $.99 for the Jack Daniels sauce, no big deal. But why did they charge me $18.99 for a $15.99 entree and only credit me $14.99 off the bill? I don't want money or anything free, this is chump change. But I want to let it be known that this is a poor way to conduct business. Changes need to be made. My wife and I are fairly loyal customers to Friday's, but this experience may force us to reconsider our dining choices. In this digital age, this kind of mistake is inexcusable and should be embarrassing to the Friday's brand name. I'm not blaming the employees. It appears that either the employees aren't trained to use the points system, or the system just isn't there. Either way, it's a corporate problem.

TGI Fridays at #2473 is very unprofessional. I tried ordering my food by phone however I was unable to describe the drink to the person taking my order. So I came inside. Once inside I was not greeted and treated very poorly. I ordered my food and my drink. The drink did not taste the same at all. I listened to the manager and she explained that possibly it may have been a different drink. I described the drink to her and she told the bartender to make it. I made sure that I told them to add boba to the drink. She didn't and when I request that she do so she got upset. Stormed into the kitchen to find the manager. That took about 10 minutes then she handed me a sloppy cup of drink.

The manager bust through the doors and said, "We don't add boba to the drink." I then had to explain again everything that I had in the drink once again. She rolled her eyes and asked another employee to charge me for the bobas. The employee came out and basically threw them in my hands. One container fell on the floor. The employee Ariel turned her back and didn't say anything to me. The manager walked past and didn't say anything to me. I was still waiting patiently to pay .49 for Boba. So after waiting for the long period of time. Ariel followed me out to the parking lot. She then told me I had to pay for the boba.

I told her that I decided that I wanted to return the food. The manager came over with a hostile attitude. She didn't apologize, try to rectify the situation or anything. She simply printed out a receipt and said that I'd receive a refund in three business days. This was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I was treated unfairly and poorly. I think that TGI Friday's should definitely look into this situation. I've only had the pleasure of dining with them twice and this will definitely be my last time. I'm not only giving TGI Friday's a bad review on google but I will also be posting this to my social media networks.

Like I told her gas is not free. This is our third time making his trip up here. The right thing to do was will be to reimburse me half of my money back but she refused and said she will give me all my money back so now I'm going to have to go somewhere else to eat every time I order from them. So we went for lunch at the TGI Friday’s in the Orleans Casino. Everything was fine, the waitress was by our table a few times, brought our food, drinks, bill. I decided to pay for us using my Amex card. She was too busy to come back so we walked up the pmt. She rang it up, tried to cover the register with her body while ringing. So we talked, she asked me to sign. I read and signed. I did not authorize any additional tip, I left one in the booklet with the card. I left her copy on the counter I took mine. Upon getting home, received a text about my new balance. 00000. I had just enough for lunch and left me some till payday. I live on a tight budget, so eating out is a treat. Anyways, on the bottom of the bill you can add a tip, which the waitress helped herself and took another tip. It's not only that she got a cash tip, guess it wasn't up to her standards, so she added one. And it's not that it was only another $7, it's the principle, it's theft.

I gave her what I had, and she wanted more. What right do they have to take more? A tip is a gift, not an entitlement. Should be grateful she has a job, but to steal others’ hard earned money is disgraceful. And when going back to speak with manager, she said she can't help me, that the night manager may be able to. Then why is she a manager and why get the title and pay if you can't do the job? I spoke with Amex, they saw the double hit for pmt and will be returning my money. They were sorry, but they shouldn't be sorry, TGI Friday’s needs to be sorry and tell their staff to stop stealing. So anyone that never disputed the bill, they keep the additional tips. It's theft. It's up to the consumer, customer if they will give a tip, not for the staff to just take one because they feel like it. Theft is theft.

I went to Fridays on 541 in Burlington, New Jersey with my brother and his girlfriend. When I arrived, the hostess guided us to a table that was extremely dirty. I wouldn't let my dog eat on that table let alone a person. So my brother asked for a booth. The booth they choose to give us was still dirty and my brother and his girlfriend stood awhile so somebody can clean the table. After we got settled at the table and got our food, the person serving my food put my plate upside down. I took it as a sign of disrespect. I guess they didn't want my business there. Not once during the time we ate our food did the waitress ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. I was disgusted that I didn't eat all my food. This was the worst experience that I ever had in a restaurant. I guess we were the wrong ** or they just didn't like the way I looked.

This review is for the TGI Fridays in the Clarion Hotel on Fowler, Tampa, FL. My daughter and I went to grab a bite because the restaurant is close to the hospital where my husband is. I ordered a french dip and my daughter ordered ribs. The meat was rancid - we could only take a few bites. The "au jus" for the french dip smelled and tasted like sewer water. When we went to the restroom, water pipes were gurgling and feces was coming up on the floor. The smell was deplorable! Both my daughter and I got very sick. Sick to the point that I thought I needed to go downstairs to the ER where my husband is. I am so dehydrated due to the vomiting and diarrhea. I had to throw away my shoes due to the feces on them from the restroom. Don't do this to yourselves. The entire staff appeared oblivious to any of these conditions.

The Health Dept will be notified. Feces on the floor of a restaurant caused by THEIR pipes is unacceptable. At this point, my hospitalized husband is not the only one who needs to have their lives saved! Why do I know it is food poisoning? I have been poisoned before. We were fine before eating there. I haven't had a stomach virus in over 20 years! Please! Take me seriously. This is dangerous. Not to mention the risk of hepatitis which lives 28 days after being exposed to oxygen!! Oh, and other illnesses which thrive in feces. On the floor. In a restaurant. The last I heard, we aren't in a 3rd world country with flies and maggots in food. Plus, a 3rd world restaurant wouldn't charge $50 for the privilege of getting violently ill. STAY AWAY!! You'll be glad that you took my advice!!

We ordered online and we picked it up. When we opened up the dinner, consisted of a cold food. The little dab of Mac and cheese was cold and was about 5 spoons full. The coleslaw did not have any dressing. The ribs were not barbequed. They were not smoked, they were either cooked in an oven or boiled. And as for barbeque sauce, there was such a little bit I had to put more of my own on them. Their ad on TV is very misleading.

Today my husband, my children & I came for lunch & were appalled by the terrible service we encountered. Firstly we ordered our appetizers, drinks & the kids’ meals. When the appetizers came out we ordered our meals. The 1st mistake we ordered traditional wings & we received boneless. That was understandable given we were under the impression that we wouldn't have such horrific service later on. The wings were replaced. The children's meals came out as well as our drinks. We waited for more than thirty minutes then our server came to us with our bill. We have been to plenty of restaurants with great stature as well as chain restaurants including Fridays & we have never experienced receiving a bill before our main course has reached the table.

I found it rather offensive because we wanted dessert but felt it wasn't necessary because we were already given a bill as if we were ready to exit without being asked by our server if we were ready for it. When we did look at the bill we saw that we were charged for an Endless App however we didn't ask for that & were also charged for buffalo wings. Our food came about forty five minutes after we ordered & it was disgusting. My salad was soggy as if it had stayed out for a while & my add on steak was charred although I requested for it to be medium well.

At this point my family & I were already annoyed at the server bringing the bill & decided not to send it back but to ask for to go containers so we could leave. The server handed us 2 small Styrofoam boxes. When I finally got her attention I asked for a larger container. She told me that the restaurant was out of clear top containers. At this point furious because I saw another server handing out the same container I asked for. I went to look for the manager. Neil was no help. He made an excuse for ** before he heard me out fully or consulted with the server about my overcharge on my bill. I will never return to this location & I will also Inform my colleagues & friends to no longer visit this location either.

In fact, $18 was added to my bill (appears tip was changed from $2 to $20--). Very dishonest and disappointing! Food was fine, but what an unbelievably dishonest experience.

So embarrassed. It’s bad enough that we experienced a horrible night at store #1541, the waitress stole my entire gift card amount and I had to speak with the store management and customer service 10 to 12 times about the situation and what they offered to do to correct it, only to have the Be Our Guest Certificate # ** from corporate/customer service not even work. Do you even care at all about your customers or customer service?

I think I need to post my experience on every site and all social media available. This is unheard of treatment. Will the other Be Our Guest Certificates even work. Are they good??? No one seems to care at any point from start to now. And I can't believe they are charging $7.00 for the skimpy tiny portions of brownie and ice cream on their dessert, it use to be a large brownie and large scoop of ice cream. Now it’s a rip off!!!

Were greeted and seated promptly, server was quick and attentive with drinks. We were asked to cut into our steaks to determine doneness, which we did, but it turned out the steaks were the warmest item on the plate, with the rest lukewarm at best. Should have stopped and sent it back right then, but we were hungry and had started on the steaks. Were given a place to comment on review on the receipt and did so immediately when we got home.

Late on Wednesday had received no response, so contacted TGIF again on their website. Finally received a generic boiler plate response from Reynald ** at Guest Relations Support "we are sorry... expect better next visit etc." No answer to my where do I turn in my gift card and stripes points for cash as I have no desire or intention to dine at TGIFridays again... In my opinion what TGIF really stands for: That Gastrointestinal Impotent Fiasco. If you are in Harrisburg PA near Union Deposit, there are dozens of choices nearby. Drinks = $9.00. To go order $14.50. Total was over $78.00. WAIT WHAT!!! Each time we go here and eat in the bar we are overcharged. I went through the receipt line by line for the manager to show which items were taken off and which items I was charged twice $9 something for or $6 something for. I told him exactly what our bill should be prior to taxes and I was 100% accurate. My point is I think they do this intentionally in the bar area as some people just hand over their card or are too tipsy to look line by line. But it's wrong. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!

I placed an order online for the first time with TGIF. I was given a 6:18 pickup time. I got there at about 6:30. When I arrived I waited at the "to go" area for 5 mins before someone recognized I was there. When they did, I told them I ordered online, however they were not expecting me nor were they given any receipt for me to sign. A second person showed and asked me what I ordered. He came back aft 5 mins with a bag. In the meantime I know my food is now getting cold. 10 mins my fault, another 10 on the staff. Then we look in the bag. One sandwich is missing. So now I ask for a manager. While I am waiting on the manager the guy comes back out with the sandwich. Now... I wait at least 15 more minutes for the manager. My food must be cold by now. AND the server comes out with the Au Jus that they also forgot when he brought the missing sandwich.

The manager finally comes out, no name tag. Burly Hispanic young man with a beard. I tell him why I am unhappy with the customer service and it is not the actual staff who spoke with me but the online pickup disorganization. Missing food, no receipt ready for me to sign, etc. So he goes to the computer in the back to print out a receipt. When he comes back a young lady comes with him. He shows me the paper to sign so while I sign she is talking to him asking "how does this online service work?" He starts talking to her and I have long finished signing, took 10 seconds. After some more time passes I have to ask him "Sir are you done with me now?" He says "oh yes..." But I get no remorseful apology for my inconvenience.

I have to bring to his attention, that the norm would be a heartfelt apology for my wait, my lack of good service so MAYBE I could consider going back there, even to sit down for a meal. He says he did apologize but if he did it was unforgettable at the first contact. I don't remember it at all. Don"t remember his name since he had no name tag. So I will not be going back there and will certainly not recommend if anyone asks. The location was Town East store number 2603 6:30 pm March 19, 2017. Maybe a regional manager can find out who this Manager is and train him on bettering the CS there. Oh just remembered. I ordered coleslaw with my sandwich, was given fries instead, shows clearly on the receipt. Shame on me for not checking ALL the boxes thoroughly.

On Veterans day, we (my sister, grandfather, and myself) decided to go to TGI Fridays in Mondawmin Mall in Baltimore since I would get a military discount where we were given the worst service on the planet. The bar was packed but the guests seated were really not high in volume. I believe about 3 other tables but that's it. The waiter who was taking our order seemed very unaware of what he was doing and his clothes were not clean. He told us he was a bus boy and just filling in for someone. He assured us he can also wait tables as well and not to worry. Well we never got silverware, our drinks were late. The silverware when it finally appeared to us, was very dirty. I asked for more silverware which took about 15 minutes. Our food took over an hour to be delivered to our table. It was just really bad.

The table beside us which held only one guest, was pretty disappointed since she had been there before us and still hadn't received her food. I asked for the manager but he was uninterested to talk to me. So I called corporate who listened and was in complete utter shock regarding what and how things were being handled. They gave me a $25 come back gift for the troubles. By the time the GM Sabreen ** came to my table, it was too late. I was already ending the call with corporate and our to go boxes were already coming out to us because two hours of wasted time, we had no chance to eat-in as planned.

Just to make things clear, I am pregnant and disabled so I have to keep things calm and peaceful for MY wellbeing. My sister is a nurse who was on her lunch break and was extremely late getting back to work. My grandfather was no longer hungry and needed his diaper changed. Well yesterday, 12/27/2016, we went back to TGI Fridays to use our come back $25 gift to spend some time together and eat, at this time, I am 22 weeks pregnant and very hungry for the steak they serve (they as TGIF as a whole, not just this location).

So upon arrival, me, my sister, and grandfather, we were told to wait a second so they can clean a table from this young lady host with a pony tail and glasses, ** young girl. But we instantly realized the server for that section was the Bus boy from the last experience at that location and instantly asked her in a very respectful and professional matter if we could sit in another servers section due to our last experience.

She seemed agitated but said sure but we would have to wait. Well that was no problem for us since we saw there weren't that many guests anyway and the section we wanted was quite a bit of available tables for us. So it had gone on 15 minutes and we are still waiting to be seated. We had been standing there and talking to a NEW EMPLOYEE of TGI Fridays who was on break and on his first day. He pointed out across the room that the host was telling the Bus boy waiter that we didn't want to be served by him. And we looked and saw the two of them pointing towards our way and laughing. I instantly thought that was odd. I had on the same Buddha sweater I wore on Veterans Day but it didn't seem funny to me so the new guy suggested that she was only telling him what we requested.

I was in disbelief and a little shocked so I decided that I would call corporate regarding this unfairness treatment. I called corporate and 5 more minutes had passed. I'm on the telephone giving corporate information regarding the wait time we had been given only to be seated in a different section and of course describing what was going on in front of my eyes. Next thing I know, the manager on duty (Chavis or Shavis **) comes walking out with a smile on his face stating we are now banned and were not welcomed to eat at his location anymore. I was on the phone with corporate and got this information from my sister who was at the time, talking with Chavis/Shavis **. I was shocked and instantly told corporate that the manager just banned us from the location for no apparent reason.

The gentlemen I was on the phone with seemed shocked and asked for that manager's name so I asked the guy his name. He gave me his name after I mentioned corporate wants it and he said he did not care and that they couldn't do anything to him for banning US. I asked the guy on the other line if he is hearing all of this and he stated he did. Now I am still on the line with him and he's apologizing for the experience and I let him know, We would not be coming back to this location but asked where we could use the comeback gift at and he told me, we can use it at any location. I said okay great.

He then asked me if we were told why we were being banned. I told him no so he told me to ask so he can document it. I asked my sister who was still talking to this smiling Chavis/Shavis ** in a peaceful manner if he told her why we were being banned and she said the Bus boy got offended because we wanted to be seated in another section and no longer feels comfortable with us in the building.

The guy from corporate apologized for that in shock and I knew at that time I needed to leave before the stress of the situation caused a seizure and the standing caused something to go wrong with my unborn. I was finishing the call with corporate when Sabreen ** came out from the back. My sister proceeded to talk with her. I was telling my sister not to worry about it. We don't want to eat anywhere we are not wanted due to something hazardous happening to our food. Something, healthwise, me or my grandfather could not afford. I told her corporate will handle this matter and we can use the coupon somewhere else. So we left to the location in Towson Center, MD. 7 miles away.

So today, 12/28/2016 at 11:14am I got a call from operations John at TGI Fridays who apologized for the inconvenience and wanted more information. I gave the info just as its written here. He then stated he needed to call back the GM Sabreen ** to get her details. He called me back instantly and told me that he got the reason why we were banned was because we cursed out the hostess and called her out of her name. I was a little bothered by that since It never happened. I told him that was not true and he stated well that's what he was told. But the ban has been lifted just as long as we could conduct ourselves as respectable customers. I said I have always been respectful no matter the situation or where I am at. And asked him to repeat what was said.

He then stated she and two others witnessed this "cursing the host moment" out. See what I do not like is being lied on and my character being attacked like this. I told him he should pull the cameras to see how peaceful it was where we stood the entire time. I also asked why they would lie like that. I even brought up the retaliation for telling on them on Veterans day. I then stated the best thing that could have happened was an apology. John immediately got upset and said "I already apologized." I then stated "not from you but from the manager. Not only are they lying about why they discriminated against us but they honestly believe we would come back because the ban is lifted as if that would be comfortable to eat there, a place where they don't like us."

John also stated that the manager Sabreen ** said we looked like we wanted to get hostile. I then asked him why were we judged based on how we looked? A pregnant woman, a Nurse, and an 89 year old man looked like we wanted to get hostile and fight? That makes no logical sense. I then stated that I would just be taking this a step further and getting it handled legally. The phone call from him only made things worse. My pride will not allow these people to do this to anyone else ever again. I intend on having this baby, finishing the current lawsuit I am involved in right now which is almost done and filing one against that location for the treatment to 2 disabled persons. My advice to them would be to get a great lawyer and keep the hostile behavior tapes...

An apology would have been free. But to lie and devalue my character is nothing I want to happen to anyone else. Now this will be on my mind for the rest of the day. I even have to be careful to not over stress or I will have a stress related seizure due to this drama they created. My sister called this John person and left a voicemail for him so he can hear what they were saying to her. I told her not to go to the location anymore. The treatment is clearly personal and I don't understand how those people can even be managers. I set a reminder to get this case taken care of. My due date is April 25th, 2016. The current federal lawsuit I am winning is almost over. Thank goodness. I never like to be judged or mishandled in anyway. I will take care of this the legal way. All three of us...

As we waited for whichever food came, my wife went to use the bathroom and returned very unhappy. The bathroom was filthy with blood on the toilets, the floor was sticky and it reeked of urine. With the original order the waitress asked if we wanted bread with our meals. No bread came however it showed up on the bill. We complained about being charged for something we never got despite giving us something the manager didn't want to chance. $42 for something we didn't order. Service was terrible and food matched. Maybe because it was a Thursday night, but I guess Friday's is only good on Fridays because we could never get in. Won't be back, ever.

On Saturday, June 11, 2015 I went to TGI Friday's in Charleston, SC. I was drinking my beverage, when I realize that something hard was hurting my mouth. I spit the contents out of my mouth into my hand, only to discover it was glass. I asked for the manager to come over so I could tell him what was going on. I told the manager and gave him the pieces of glass that was in my drink. The manager offered me another drink, like everything was ok and I told him no, so he went along his merry way. The waiter came along, and I explained the same thing to him, and he too offered me another drink. I am very displease with the service and staff. There was chunks of glass in my drink, and they still served drinks to other patrons. Talk about the lack of safety for their patrons. Clearly, this establishment has no regards for safety and its patrons.

Me and my wife arrived at the restaurant and had a seat at the bar. We were greeted and served beer. The people sitting next to us were loud and obnoxious and had ordered food. The one person had his shopping bag sitting right in my face, didn't even bother to move it, which I considered great disrespect. The server said nothing, so we took our drinks and moved to a booth. Meanwhile, the restaurant manager had a baby-fit, throwing around things under the bar and creating a lot of noise. My wife said her stomach knotted up from the tension of the atmosphere. Anyways we looked over our menus and had more than enough time to decide, I'd say half an hour. We had our beers drank. The table behind us had 2 sets of people, one set leaving ten minutes after we seated ourselves and the new people that Sat down, and both were waited on. We were ignored completely so we paid for our beers and left.

Brought straws when ice was melted and silverware when food was cold. When the manager came she apologized and said they were short of personnel and that's it. But tables around us came an hour later and were well served and leaved way before us. This was past Wednesday - I don't want to imagine how is on weekends. For sure any of us will come back.

I only ordered a bowl of soup. The broccoli cheddar soup was cool. When spoon was placed upright into bowl, soup came 1/3 way up the spoon, barely covering bottom of the bowl. Needless to say I left poor, hungry, & disgusted. I contacted the restaurant with no response. I now know why there were no cars in the parking lot, while neighboring restaurants were filled. I will never return. They should immediately close their doors.

Clearly not nachos. When I asked where the beef was, my waitress told me the meat is mixed in with the refried beans so because I opted out of those I lost my meat. I would first like to say that I love TGI Friday's apps. The problem is their steaks and their ribs. I ordered a ribeye about 6 months ago and got sick within 1-2 hrs. after I got home. My wife, daughter and I returned to TGI Friday's last Wednesday night for dinner and I got the Pecan Chicken Salad and my wife got the full rack of ribs. She asked that they don't put any seasoning on them and put sauce on the side. After we got home from TGI Friday's my wife threw up everything she ate there. She also had cramps, felt nausea, and diarrhea the rest of the night and the next morning.

I am not sure what is happening at this TGI Friday's location, but how they are handling the food or the kind of food they are cooking is bad. No other restaurant we have been to has made us this sick. We didn't even want a free meal, but we did let them know how bad it made us sick. Hopefully they will take care of this problem, but until then it is ONLY apps we will be ordering and since the Endless App. promotion has ended so has our visits to TGI Friday's.

My husband and I have been a customer of T.G.I. Friday's for a long time. The food has always been fantastic. I either ordered the Jack Daniel Steaks or the Jack Daniel's Ribs with Fries. My husband ordered the steak with mash potatoes and broccoli. Our appetizers consisted of mozzarella sticks and potato wedges. Recently we have visited 6 T.G.I. Fridays in a variety of locations and there has been a drastic change in the menu. At first we thought it was the one restaurant, but after visiting others, we have determined it is the whole chain.

They stopped serving steaks. They still have the NY steak but other than that no other choice. Their mash potatoes are no longer fresh, they are instant and runny. The mozzarella sauce was changed again and in one restaurant it was so thick you could use it as paste on the wall. There has been a change in the Jack Daniel's ribs, they don't seem like they have enough meat on them like they had before. The one thing we thought was consistent was the Jack Daniels Sauce -please don't change that. The change in the atmosphere has also changed to be more modern, was that the start of the change? We love T.G.I. Fridays, please bring it back.

We had a party of 8 for a birthday celebration. Arrived at Friday's at 7:08 pm. Went in and asked for a table for 8. No one came for 20 minutes to seat us. I went back in and asked if we could sit outside. Was told there weren't any tables. They finally proceeded to sit us inside and the air was not working. It was like a sauna in there. There were 3 tables to seat 4 people each available. We asked to be seated outside since it was way too hot to eat inside. Of course 1 of them was not cleaned off. We again waited. I went back in and said "there are 2 tables outside available if you cleaned the one we could sit". Should have walked out at that point. No interest from anyone. We assembled the tables ourselves. Of course, one table was wobbly and we fixed that with a few napkins.

Waitress introduced herself and we ordered drinks. The drinks came out in a quick manner. Then we didn't see the waitress for 30 minutes. Ordered another round of drinks and 20 minutes later we had to find the waitress and our drinks. The waitress took another 10 minutes to come and get our order. She never came back and didn't ask if we wanted appetizers. We placed our order and 45 minutes later one appetizer meal came out. No plates to eat them on only napkins she placed on the table. Never saw her again until I asked for a manager. 20 minutes later the manager came out. Still no food. The manager wanted to pay for our dinner but the waitress interjected and told us we only waited 10 minutes and basically called all of us liars. And she was rude about it as well.

At that point we got up and I explained to the manager that the waitress should have kept her mouth shut and never should have intervened. She was covering up her non-existence and incapabilities of ever becoming a good waitress. This place lost $300.00 that night for rudeness and lack of work ethics. This was the 2nd time this situation has taken place at this particular Friday's. Not only was the place empty and we know why. The food was not up to any standard. The one appetizer that showed up was lukewarm if that. The manager seemed nice enough. Even though I was a manager myself of a company would have fired that waitress on the spot for even downright arguing with the customer in the first place.

The table next to us interjected as well. They were also a party of 8 and no service to them either. I did tell the manager who explained she was new to that restaurant that I was not looking for a free meal. And I didn't take her up on her free meal. The manager took 20 minutes to get to our table after asking a 2nd person for a manager. She said she was just told of the problem. What a royal mess this Friday's is. Stay away if you want any kind of service. We proceeded to leave and eat elsewhere. BTW, it was now after 9:15 pm and we arrived there at 7:08. 2 hours - no food, no service.

Was told by the door greeter I had to order from the door hostess. She then told me I had to have a waiter server because I wanted an appetizer. While waiting for my take out order waiter came out ask me what did I order I told him to go talk to the door greeter. He stated she was not a waiter then a manager came out and ask me what did I order. I told her to go talk to the waiter or door hostess. She told him I did not have to be in her face and I could leave at any time.

Why was I not allowed to order at the bar? Since when do I need a waiter to serve me if I want a spirited while I wait for my Togo meal? If the door hostess is not a waiter according to the waiter why was I told to go to her to place my order and why did she place the order? Most important why didn't the manager try to fix the problem? This place seems to be dysfunctional, disorganized, and has a shortfall of training.

Fridays Store 0274 Bowie, MD - I have tried to give this restaurant a chance to see if anything might have changed. I previously visited the restaurant in early May. The service was sub-par. The bartender did not acknowledge me and my husband after we seated in her line of vision. She proceeded to serve another customer (who arrived AFTER we were seated). When advised of this we were told that the customer served had been at the bar previously and had left to go to the men's room. This should not have had anything to do with her customer service towards us.

Another bartender arrived at the bar but apparently was not scheduled to work after her arrival so she proceeded to do shots with friends of hers at the bar. I requested a manager but no one showed up. I reported this on the Friday's Feedback website and only received a confirmation that my complaint was received. I made the original complaint on 5 May 2015. On 12 May, I phoned corporate headquarters and spoke to ** who said she would escalate the issue.

Fast forward to 1 June 2015 - silly me. I was in the area and decided to give the Fridays another chance. This time a bartender bought her 3 or 4 year old daughter to work with her and sat her in a booth in the bar area and when the bar was slow, she took the child into the kitchen area and also allowed her to run freely thru the restaurant. The restaurant is in a majority black area and I think this way, it is allowed to operate this way.

I actually wish there was a lower rating than one star. It was my first time at a TGI FRIDAY'S, and it was the worst experience in my life from the waitresses to the manager. They took way too long to bring us our drinks, appetizers, and main course. The food wasn't too good either. The burger was way salty, just like the fries. It was my sister's birthday and no one acknowledged that. She was wearing a crown and a sash. You'd literally had to be blind not to see it was her birthday.

I actually felt like the waitresses had personal problems with us. Regardless, when we were done and wanted our check not one person helped us. And at first we signaled to get help, then I signaled any passing waitress and they all ignored me, until I was fed up I had to raise my voice because maybe they didn't hear me. It got to the point where I had to get up from my seat and look for a manager. I told him that nobody was helping us and that we just wanted the check. We got our check and the manager didn't bother to apologize for such a poor service.

I mean, if your company's motto is that you don't care about providing at the very least a good customer service, then you're a great job communicating it. This service was to say the least, an insult. We had such a terrible time that it would take a lot for me to try another location even. This visit inspires me to blacklist Friday's to everyone I know. I'm so outraged that I'm even writing this complaint. And that's not all. I'm so mad I'm going on Yelp, Facebook, any social media to make sure and let other people know what insulting service is offered at this particular location!

When we were ready to leave, our server was too busy flirting with the host to bring us our check. Finally, after receiving the check, our server felt free to take a dollar from the change. On Feb 10th 2015 I was on my way home from work and decided to pick up some food for dinner. I checked to see how late TGI Fridays in Leesburg Virginia would be open. According to the internet TGI would be open until 0200. At 0100 I showed up only to find the kitchen was close and they were only open for drinks. From the look of the parking lot I will assume the kitchen may have been close sometime because only one car was still in the parking lot. If I knew the kitchen was close I would have stop at Chilli's who also close at 0200. What time does TGI Friday in Leesburg close? What time does the kitchen actually close? Very bad for business and I was very disappointed. Signed hungry.

I'm an immigrant from Europe who holds a green card or permanent resident card, that proves my identity or my age. So as Regular went for lunch to TGI Fridays with a coworker and been there many times and been served alcohol all the time with the green card. No questions asked until that one day, the server refused to even look at it and told me it's not ID and asked for driver's license which I do not have yet. After that the manager came out and told me we can't take green card as a identification while same location did it for past 3 years no problem, I was shocked, embarrassed and just felt really treated unfairly. First I'd like to state that we are very great patrons and tip thoroughly based on our experiences as a whole. That being said- first time to TGIFridays- Our server "Alexis" was very disengaged and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. In fact the vibe upon entering the restaurant for the first time made us feel like we couldn't trust the environment and its cleanliness or its food and the menu was not only confusing but very disorganized...a true reflection of the restaurant as a whole. In fact, I told my husband and brother that I felt we should leave and they thought we should just try it. I know my intuition when I feel my gut telling me to get out!

Our table was one of 3 and we weren't even a remote priority, she even dropped the "F" bomb when talking about the kid's menu and the ribs you serve, implying that even the kids menu was fabulous and people were surprised by it. My husband and brother had "decent" meals but nothing special, honestly, meals that would be better created at home. I ordered a simple grilled cheese and soup. My grilled cheese was mostly bread and the cheese was mostly at the tip of the "triangle" slices, my soup bowl was 1/2 full and for $5 I expect a full bowl of soup (my stomach even hurts a little as I write this and I pray I do not get ill). How difficult is it to put cheese between bread and grill it? As a restaurant establishment, I'd assume they'd take pride in your dishes enough to rock a simple grilled cheese sandwich regardless if it was off the kid's menu.

A couple bites was all I took and I ate the fruit side dish - the waitress returned and we told her everything was great (which is wasn't) and expressed that we had concerns about the grilled cheese for future patrons. She acted depressive and mumbled she'd get her manager- which she did not get him. A man was in the corner staring at us from afar and she returned and said "you all good?" in which we asked for the check. We were not in any way impressed or feeling any sort of redemption to make us want to come back. The atmosphere alone made us uneasy.

As she brought the check she said nothing, reached the payment bi-fold out open faced as she held it implying "just give me your money" and went about her way. She circled that they removed the charges for the grilled cheese kids meal but never said anything like "We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you join us again in the future- you can see we removed that dish for you and apologize for the trouble." Instead she looked at us with a blank face and attitude as she walked away.

Because of her attitude and lack of professionalism she did not get a tip (I am always a great tipper and rate it on experience, this however was an exception to my rule of always tipping something. We were terribly disappointed in how the situation was handled. We know that it's not her fault for the awful food, but she could have at least made us feel as if she cared enough about our business to redeem herself as one human to another and apologize for the inconvenience). If we could rate this experience and the establishment it would fail tremendously. Sub-par rating for a sub-par restaurant.

Upon our arrival we were seated, Time 1:30 p.m. We sat for at least 10 to 20 minutes before someone was assigned to assist in taking care of our group: The group was only aside on Hostess (Abby **). This young lady could not serve 27 to 30 people in the group. Request assistance from the manager. He didn't accommodate the table. The young lady he did send was working another area. So she was not dedicated to our guest. Appetizers was order from the host: additional chargers was added to the bill because the host was instructed to charge the table in that way. They may bring out an order every 20 to 30 minutes.

At this time we still don't have water, drinks. Not enough assistance. Young lady overwhelmed. We sat from 1:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and still had not placed our food order. After placing the orders we had to wait an hour before the food came out. The food was cold. Bread hard from over-toasting. Manager not very respectful. I attempted to speak with him concerning the service and his answer to me was he was not aware we were coming. He is the store Manager (ADAM **). As I’m speaking with ** he attempted to walk away from me while I was speaking my concerns. He made NO!! adjustment to our situation, not playing the race card, but I need to. If my group was of a different culture I'm sure we wouldn't be ignored and my group was. I've never spent so much time in an establishment, and the food was not good. So I went to Friday's in Bayonne, sat down, waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken, then after the lady took my order, I waited with my family about another 20 minutes and no food. Then when I asked the girl how long before my food came out, she looked at me with this dumbfounded look and then walked away, went to the kitchen, and came out with someone else's food that came in after me. So me and my wife got upset, got up, and went to walk out.

The so-called manager stopped me, brought the food in Styrofoam, and said "I'm sorry, here's my phone number. Call me next week and I will make it up to you." So after I finally got my wife to calm down, she agreed to go back. So I called the manager the first time, and he didn't answer my phone call. So I said "fine, I'll wait it out." Maybe he'll call me back, he never did. Then I tried to call again a week later and he had a woman pick up the phone and say you dialed the wrong number, without even letting me speak or letting me ask for him, and that's the number the manager gave me. I am done with this place. This is the third incident I had with this T.G.I. Friday's. Never go here.

TGI Friday on Whittlesey Road, Columbus, GA on 27 Feb 2014: My wife of 50 years and I, with my daughter and son-in-law picked TGI Fridays because of the great dining experiences we have had at different cities around the country. When we were seated, the waiter asked what we would like to drink. We ordered a round of draft beer. Suddenly, we were asked for our IDs/driver's license. We were stunned. It has been many, many, many years since we have had to prove our age. My wife stated that she didn't bring her license. My wife rarely carries her license because I do all the driving.

The waiter said he would have to get the manager. Eventually he came back and said that the manager was on her way. Again he asked about drinks. Again, my wife told him she didn't have her license with her. Again he left. The manager finally came and stated that it was TGI Fridays policy to see proof of age. We stated that we had just eaten at TGI Fridays in Gatlinburg, TN (Feb 8, 2014) and no one asked for IDs. The manager then began to back down stating that it might be a regional thing. My wife ask her if she looked like she was underage. The manager said she looked old enough, but still would not serve her.

The manager was not in the least bit nice, polite or understanding. We left the restaurant and went next door to the LongHorn and had a wonderful meal. And guess what? No one asked for an ID. We were embarrassed and insulted to be treated in that manner by a restaurant that we had begun to look for when we were in strange cities. This may be the last time we enter another TGI Fridays. There are far to many good places to eat to take a chance on being insulted again.

On June 1, I visited the TGIF in Westbury, NY for lunch where I ordered a turkey burger. After eating almost 1/2 of the burger, I knew something was just off. When I had the waitress check to make sure it was a turkey burger, she said, "Yes it is," but took it to the kitchen to check. The manager then came out and confirmed that the burger was actually a BEEF burger. He offered to make me a new burger himself. I said, "I do not want anything else because I was already sick to my stomach that I just ate beef for the very first time in my life." I am a Hindu and by my religious customs, we do not eat beef at all. We honor the cow and will never eat beef.

I am so upset and disgusted that a business would serve someone a beef burger instead of a turkey burger. I was also very upset that the only thing the manager wanted to do was make a new burger. This is my religion. A new burger will not fix what has been done. In my 28 years on this earth, I've done my very best to follow my religion and not partake in eating beef. It hurts that your business was the cause of me breaking that oath. The manager gave me a $10 credit for an appetizer. What good will that do? That afternoon, I became so sick because my body was never used to that type of meat. I ended up having stomach aches after leaving TGIF, not how I planned to spend my afternoon after visiting your restaurant. I will never eat here again since I will always have to live in fear that I will be served something that I did not order. This is not how a business should be run.

St. Charles, IL location has bartender and management issues - Good food, but have fights, especially at this St. Charles location. Since it opened in October 2002, I personally have seen 3 bar area arguments/fights. One of them, me and my party were involved in. Now, this is 3 times that I happened to be there on occasion (and it wasn't like I was there every other day, either), no telling how many other times. This is Friday's, not Denny's or Cadillac Ranch or Zero Gravity. And yes, I can understand some bad things can happen randomly anywhere at anytime, but at a family restaurant like Friday's, this should be minimal at best.

Some bartenders over-serve drunk customers (to maximize tip money despite the universal common sense cutoff rule that any good bartender knows). I have seen this with my own eyes. One time, as I mentioned above, some guy was wasted along with his 7 friends - must have been some birthday gathering or something. Me and my party of two other guys were sitting 3 feet away, not drinking, just having dinner. When this drunk guy bumped me and then proceeded to sneeze in my direction in my food 3 separate times, I had enough. Some words came out of our mouths and before you know it, all of us were standing and in each other's faces and a brawl almost happened.

Now keep in mind this was 8 of them vs 3 of us. They had a few female friends with them too and it was plainly obvious they were trying to act loud and tough for the chicks. Parts of the confrontation then spilled outside! I tell you, you got to respect some 5' 5”, 130 pound guy (if that) who can bark curse words and threats when he has seven friends standing behind him yelling crap and talking with their hands like g-moneys. Here's my point: The manager on duty took roughly 3 minutes to determine there was a problem, and then stepped in. Other people casually dining (some senior citizens!) were all interrupted and watching all of this take place! The manager was sitting at the other end of the restaurant, flirting with the other "just got off their shift" waitresses at another table.

Any good manager would have been to the problem in no more than about 20 seconds. I could literally run from one side of the restaurant to the other in about 6 seconds. The manager was real quick to throw us all out, and wait for their party to leave separately (then ours a few minutes after them) because he knew had something happened, either damage to anybody or within the restaurant itself, or even at some other parking lot or location, Friday's in the long run would be held partially liable for continuing to serve already drunk people and the manager knew that full well. Me and my party made formal complaints to Friday's corporate. After seeing copies of our receipts and hearing our side of the story, corporate sent us their apologies and some gift certificates.

A few weeks later, I was in the restaurant picking up food. One of the waitresses behind the bar must have recognized me and went and told one of the managers (some new manager this week around, the restaurant goes through managers every month), who then came up to me and told me that he had heard that "I was the culprit" of some big fight a few weeks back and that his wait staff felt "uncomfortable" with me being there (a total lie and damage control type of response) and asked me to leave. I guess if some drunk fool sneezes in your food 3 times, you are just supposed to smile and pat them on the shoulder. I told him very professionally that I was there getting take-out, not causing any disturbances and that I wasn't about to explain the facts of what really happened because it was obvious he wasn't even there that evening and he had clearly been misinformed. But that if he wanted to remove me, he was welcome to call the police or physically remove me.

He didn't know what to say, so he just walked away. I continued to stand by the bar counter and waited for our food. I got my food with no further problems and left. I doubt he called the police (I could just see cops coming and asking what was up and seeing just a regular customer ordering take-out food). I contacted Friday's corporate about this incident as well. I have been back to the restaurant various times with friends or family, and nobody has said anything. I still recommend the restaurant, but this Friday's (St. Charles location) has had its issues.

I visited TGI Friday's in Columbia, SC. today. When I was seated, I had my cell phone with me and my Bluetooth headset in my ear. When my food arrived, I turned off the ringer to my cell phone and took the headset out of my ear and conspicuously placed it on the side of the table as I always do when I eat out because I do not like to be disturbed with phone calls while I'm eating. I ate my food and cleaned up my mess by stacking the dishes and placing used napkins on top of the stacked dishes. I paid my bill, left a tip on the table and I left the restaurant at about 5:40 pm.

I drove less than 1/2 mile from the restaurant before I realized that I left my Bluetooth headset on the table so I immediately turned around and arrived back at the restaurant at 5:56 pm. By the time I got there, the table had been cleaned of everything including dishes, tip and my headset. I asked the staff about it and everybody I talked to said that they hadn't seen it. I asked who cleaned the table and was told by some of the employees that they didn't know who cleaned the table. I then asked to speak to the manager and shortly thereafter, I was approached by the kitchen manager who basically told me that it was not their problem that I lost my headset. While I was speaking to that particular manager, the busboy who cleaned the table approached us and admitted to being the person who did, in fact, clean the table after I left but said he didn't see a Bluetooth headset on the table. The manager gestured for the busboy to stay quiet and go back to what he was doing prior to joining us.

While I was eating, the headset was visible throughout the entire time and because I have a habit of stacking the dishes and trash before I leave any restaurant. The headset was still clearly visible when I left. It doesn't make sense to me that in 16 minutes, my headset had been removed from the table with everything else and nobody (not even the busboy) had ever seen it. Not only am I extremely upset about the fact that somebody stole my headset, but I'm even more livid about the nasty and unprofessional demeanor of the kitchen manager as well as the manner of which this matter was handled. Had I driven away and not realized that I left the headset until 30 minutes or an hour later, it would make better sense that I would likely have no chance of getting it back and I would be upset with nobody but myself.

I'm sure that the tip I left didn't happen to get lost before or while the table was cleaned, and there is no way I'm going to believe that the Bluetooth headset was incidentally thrown away and everybody I spoke to in the restaurant implied. I brought that headset just a little over a month ago and spent over $100 on it and I don't know if there is anything that can be done to rectify my loss but I am certainly going to push the issue and raise as much stink as I can just for the principle if nothing else because I know that no matter what, employees are suppose to turn in anything they find left behind on the tables.

Needless to say, I will never visit that restaurant again. I have no desire to give any business to a place who has a thief for an employee and managers who uphold them. I pity the person(s) who might accidentally leaves a wallet or credit card there.

The biggest disaster is the bad attitude; shouting, snoring and insulting. Mostafa always calls his staff to improve their language but he should say this to himself. The strange thing is he robbed me with my salary and he said to me, “If you get your salary, I will present my resignation”. The second one fortunately has the same behavior but he has special situations like when he wrote an advertisement. He wrote one to declare a new training program for new hires. So he wrote, “training plane for new hairs”. He also wrote Ne3ma Bay as “Neama pay”.

For his behavior, he always says, “** Friday's and it is daughter of moms.” For skills, the simplest situation is the cockroach's table.
