The person I dealt with was always Ryan. He was outstanding. He was extremely comprehensive in his explanation. He was very clear. His comprehensive knowledge of the monetary system impressed me. However, the downside risks need to be explained more fully because the narrative given is always how the metals are poised to gain but the reality is that it can go down the other way no matter how it’s poised. It needs to be more balanced on the downside risks and the downside potential of the movement of the price of metals.

The rep was right on the money on everything. He was good. I was impressed with his knowledge, persistence, and getting the job done. I took the money out of my IRA. It's a good way to diversify. Everything is based around the stock market. I had good luck with this company.

Treasure Coast is a great company. They really take care and look out for the customers. They're always looking at the new trends and different things, and they'll present them to you and give you a chance to review and make some recommendations for you, too. I've been dealing with Ryan there down at the Treasure Coast for a little over a year now. He's been very informative and helping me and guiding me through different things I never even thought of before. I have a very good relationship with him now. Everything's been going good.
I'm mainly a precious metals kind of guy, and this company is right where I wanted to do some investing. Usually, I would go to my Kitco site and view different things about the gold and silver. He showed me different ways to go about with the IRA plans and different kind of other plans that they have and how you can leverage some of the coins and precious metals that I have to get more. Now, my portfolio has increased to probably 30% or so since working with this team. I’d recommend working with Treasure Coast. It's been a great team.

I called Treasure Coast and they gave me information that I asked for. I've been getting questions answered all along before I even started dealing with them. I trusted the person that I worked with there. I knew this person for many years. We did metal purchases. We started with one specific kind and then we have two kinds. Through conversations with the person that I deal with, they recommended to take some of the one kind and transfer it into the other kind, which we did. They explained the reasoning behind it, though.
They're really good about explaining why they would make this recommendation, but they don't say, "You need to do this." They just say, "This is what our recommendation would be and this is why." They're never pushy. I've already recommended multiple family and friends to Treasure Coast. I always tell them, "They're not pushy. They're just gonna give you information and you do with the information that you want, but you can't make a decision without the information."

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism Bill displayed throughout the entire process. I was a little hesitant at first being unfamiliar with converting an Ira account over to precious metals but Bill eased my mind and helped along the way. He has gained my trust from here forward and I plan on working with him again in the future.
