Great customer service. Easy to get hold of someone. They are friendly and courteous. They try to assist in resolving any concerns or issues I have. I have one case with a quick and easy resolution. I did not have to do a thing. The representatives did everything for me. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing assistance with debt consolidation or management.

The customer service at Forward Funding was great. The rep knows his job and was very helpful. I was expecting a little bit greater rate than what was given to me, but I was disappointed because I was paying for the fee rather than the interest rate and the fee was great. Other than that, my experience was particularly excellent.

The application process with Forward Funding was simple. I did everything over the phone. Everybody was nice. They sent me a link after I did the application. They came up with Best Egg and sent me a link to it.

Overall, my experience with Forward Funding was smooth. I would have been able to complete the application sooner, but I had to wait several days until I could make a call. They said that it would be acceptable if I could give a direct deposit form in place of a canceled check. Other than that, I had no real issues.

I applied online and the whole process took about two hours scattered over a couple of days. I had to verify employment with a pay stub. It was a reasonable way of doing some debt consolidation.

I called forward funding to see if they could help me since I’m not necessarily tech savvy. Anyway I got Surwin on the line, he was very patient with me again, because I’m not tech savvy and I had to do some stuff online to finalize the loan. Also there was a cool rocket! Anyway I received a couple loan offers and was able to pick the one that best suits my needs.

Quick and easy - went through the online application Saturday morning, got a call within 30 mins (on a Saturday!) and was sent my options before the end of our call. I chose the option best for me, submitted a paystub to substantiate my income, and the loan funded before Tuesday morning. Unbelievably simple.
