    Have an in-warranty product that is defective. Belkin makes it virtually impossible to get a exchange or refund. Terrible company. They do not properly honor warranty on their quality problems. Shameful and disappointing.

    My wife was having trouble with her phone charging while abroad. At airport to pass time she went into a mobile phone shop. Having chatted with lady and explained her problem with her phone, the lady insisted she buy a Belkin charger, worked using USB. She bought it, despite having 4 chargers at home!! The charger has never worked. Tried many different types of phone on it, but nothing. Tried to contact Belkin which make it impossible to do so. Feel totally ripped off.

    I got a Belkin screen protector when I bought my new iPhone from Verizon. I registered the product at that time (checked to make sure it was registered) and then tossed the paperwork. The screen recently cracked and when I went to replace it, the registration was no longer there. I chatted with several agents and called customer service. They would not send me a replacement. I will NEVER purchase another Belkin product as this seems like a total scam to me. It's unfortunate, because the screen protector was great. Buyer beware...

    Bought product at Apple and was informed of warranty. Was not told you need to go directly through Belkin to get replacement instead of returning to Apple Store. Registered product on belkin.com at time of purchase. Submitted warranty on 1/8 to include picture of damage. Company followed up on 1/9 asking to include picture of damage already sent and receipt of purchase--which was already on their website at time of purchase in order to register the product for warranty. Did not hear a response for a few days. Sent follow-up email. No response. Waited a few days to send another--no response. And again. Finally went to the online chat on their website. This was the first response:

    "Upon checking it here, your response to the email has already been reflected on the case **. However, your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has not yet been activated. Due to this, we have made a notification to our processing team regarding your case request so that they may proceed and prioritize your case request. They will then send you an email update once your RMA is activated."

    Then still did not receive any updates for a few days. Went to online chat again. This was response: "Apology as this process may need to be forwarded to different teams like shipping and inventory. As here in chat, we could only process and submit the replacement request." Then they said they would ship a part number different than what is on the receipt and was registered. Horrendous and outrageous to try and get them to honor a simple request. They make it seem as if there is no established process for something like this and they need to schedule multi-departmental meetings to handle even basic warranty fulfillment.

    The Belkin SOUNDFORM Elite Speaker has a great bass. My only gripe is how flimsy the power adapter is. There have been multiple occasions where the speaker would not power on when the power adapter was re-plugged into an outlet. When speaking to customer service about the incident on both occasions, I was informed that I needed to ship the defective product entirely to them instead of them simply shipping me a new power adapter. Considering the price of the speaker, a stronger and more durable power adapter is warranted to prevent the product from being inoperable.

    After I bought a Belkin Boost Charge Pro 2-in 1 I started to have some issues with my air pod and it got worse overheating on the pad. After many e-mails and some calls still Belkin did not address the issue and somehow some incompetent employee decided to close my case because they did not hear from me which is not true. This company is a joke and I do not understand how some reviews think is a great company and sell great products.

    I got the screen protector for my wife’s iPhone we bought from Apple Store. It supposed to come lifetime, but it is SCAM, which I never thought can be a case because I was buying from the prestige store. Unfortunately for us there are so many things that you need to do, keep your cracked screen on the phone, and don’t replace it before you can prove it was damaged, keeping a receipt for lifetime, and other ridiculous things too. It is better to buy cheaper stuff or something that I have on my other phone from TMobile, where I go in and ask them to replace, which they do on a spot for me. Just stay away from Belkin products in general because they will always try to find a reason to deny your warranty, by asking so many forms and proofs that you need to keep for a proof, to get your warranty. Hope it will help someone.

    Do not buy their products. Company does not have customer service and will not support and manage any warranty claims. They are utterly a disgusting company. I submitted a claim with all relevant info and they closed my claim without honoring it.

    Their service sucks! I placed an order for 2 hours and I found I ordered a wrong item (total of 4). I called and they wouldn’t revise/replace the wrong item or they wouldn’t let you to cancel the order. They gave me an excuse. Said that they already picked the item from warehouse (REALLY??? Within 2 hours of my order???). Ok, and now it’s been over 30 hours and they still haven’t shipped out the order yet. What did they mean by already picked out the items from warehouse within 2 hours? They just wouldn’t help with fixing the order even let them sit on a desk after picked out from the warehouse. Don’t buy from Belkin again!!!

    I placed an order for a Belkin wireless charger on a Thursday night. I changed my mind and called to cancel the order on Friday morning. I was told that the order was canceled. The following Monday I received an email saying that the order had shipped. They went ahead and shipped it anyway... I called them again and was told that they would email me a return label and I was assured that I would receive a full refund once they received the charger back. They didn't send the label. 3 days later I called again and this time I insisted on staying on the ph while the label was emailed to me to make sure that they did send it. While I had them on the phone I also stated that I had canceled the order prior to shipping so I wanted a full refund including outgoing shipping costs -which they agreed to. 3 days later I received the charger and sent it back the next day.

    They received the charger 3-4 days later and I was credited a partial refund - they did not credit the original shipping costs. I called again and was told that they would refund the shipping costs -2 weeks and still no refund. No reply to phone calls or several follow-up emails. Extremely unprofessional. Their customer service reps lie and deceive and the company seems to be OK with this. Every time you call them you are put in a virtual line waiting for the "next available representative" average wait time 20-35 min. I work in IT management for a large company and we do (or now it's -used to) purchase Belkin products -I have now changed that to Logitech brand only. We will no longer be using Belkin products in this company.

    We bought our phones at Verizon and we bought the screen protectors from Belkin company, we were told at Verizon that we needed to register our product and we had 2 year warranty, however, now, not even 6 months I need replacement, I went in the Belkin page, fill out the form. I received an email asking me for proof of purchase, I sent it, then, silent. I called the 1 800 number and the people kept telling me they could not help me. I call 4 times, spent more than 1 hours. Finally one lady told me that I needed to go to Verizon and ask them for the product number, WHAT KIND OF ** IS THAT??? Give me a break. That is dishonesty to the next level.

    I recently decided to upgrade from the prior Belkin Wemo smart plug (App Based version) to the Wemo Smart Plug with Thread - and regret the decision every day. From the product itself to the customer service, I find myself thoroughly disappointed. First and foremost, the functionality of the Wemo smart plug is far from reliable. Despite claims of seamless integration with Apple HomeKit. I encounter constant connectivity issues. The plug will frequently disconnect from my network, rendering it useless for extended periods - until either power cycled or reset. The inconsistency in its performance is frustrating, to say the least. And WHY not make it compatible with Alexa?

    The run around from Tech Support is mind-boggling - suggesting we need a different Apple HomePod to solve for bugs with the firmware. I am far from technology illiterate - yet customer service treated me like a kindergartner. It’s your product - not me - I wish I read other reviews prior to purchasing. The mobile app, which worked with prior Wemo versions- is no longer compatible. The whole purpose of a smart plug is to make life easier, but in this case, Belkin's decision to limit compatibility to HomeKit only added unnecessary complexity. Who in Senior Leadership at Belkin ever signed off in this idea?

    Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience is the customer service provided by Belkin. This is also a leadership and Governance issue within the company. When I reached out for assistance with the connectivity issues and app glitches, the responses were inadequate and not technically sound. It felt like they were more interested in brushing off my concerns rather than providing genuine support. It's disheartening when a company fails to stand behind its products and offer satisfactory solutions. They will not, 100% NOT stand behind their 2 year warranty. Anyone interested in a Class Action Lawsuit?

    In summary, my experience with the Belkin Wemo smart plug and their customer service was far from satisfactory. The unreliable performance, coupled with a now non-existent mobile app, makes the product frustrating to use. Additionally, the lackluster customer service added insult to injury. I would not recommend the Belkin Wemo smart plug based on my disappointing encounter. STAY AWAY... save your money and time, there are plenty of other products on the market and companies much smaller that will stand behind their products.

    The website lists 90-day returns. Cannot return online. Cannot return via chat. Need to call, and wait on hold for an hour. Clearly a tactic. This is a dishonest practice. I'm still on hold as of writing this.

    I purchased the Belkin Boost Charge Pro charging stand and was having issues with my phone charging intermittently. (New 14 pro max) Apple watch and headphones were charging fine. I reached out to customer support, and after giving them the required info, they shipped me a brand new unit at no cost. It's a pleasure to work with a company that stands by their products.

    The Soundform Connect doesn't even work! It won't recognize and connect to my phone, and I've spent hours trying all work-arounds. I'm going to have to toss this in the trash and lose $99, didn't save the receipt. Is there a product out there that, in the 21st Century, can allow you to play music from your iPhone to your speakers through the receiver? I have a totally wifi enabled receiver and I get sound through all other devices. Belkin is the only thing that won't work.

    I bought a mesh system 6 months ago. It just stopped working one day. It has a 1 year warranty. I call to get a new 1 after staying on the phone with them for 10 hours. They refuse to send me a new 1 unless I gave them a $500 deposit with a credit card. There is no technical support to speak of, there is no corporate number to call and when you do call technical support you are sent over to the Philippines and you are given the runaround and they don't stand behind their policy.

    My move was transferred to another company, unbeknownst to me. I unpacked a large Blue and White Porcelain Chinese Antique ginger jar and Planter, they were not just broken but totally smashed. Turned in an Insurance claim for several thousand and received a check for $372.00. I do not recommend these movers at all. Originaled out of Latrobe PA to Naples FL. I will get an appraisal on the items and hire an attorney to handle it. TERRIBLE.

    I bought the iPhone 12 screen protector at an apple store and the guy in the store said the screen protector could be replaced whenever it get damaged or crack. When I contacted Belkin to get replacement and I said my phone was dropped, they said the warranty was removed because I dropped my phone and I wouldn't get lifetime warranty anymore.

    I bought this charger on 02/26/2021 for $24.99 and on 05/15/2021 it stopped working. I went to the T-Mobile store where I purchased it, but they said that it doesn’t have any warranty. Don’t waste your money!

    I had a power surging in my house, it burnt and one of my surge protector caught fire from the surge, I talked to their third world customer service person. He asked for the model number and what happened, I explained to him and he said I can have all my power surge replaced and would call me back in a day or so. He should have told me to save it and I could have sent it back to them.. The surge protector smells really awful and it would give me an headache. So took pictures of the model number and the picture of one burned surge protector.

    Since it was rubbish day, I ended up throwing all 6 away, now he called back and told me that I should have saved it so they want to examine it. No one told me from the first phone call!!! Now I can't have it replace!!! Just the one that got burned that I sent the picture, WELL IF ALL MINE FAILED THEN THERE MUST BE AN ISSUE RIGHT??? I hope people reading this doesn't have their house burned down because of this BELKIN brand surge protector didn't stop it from burning!!! I forgot to say mine started popping and smoking at 3;30am in the morning!! I was lucky I got up and sprayed it with a fire Extinguisher and called 911. I was terrified and nothing like this ever happened to me! Now I really don't trust this product!! Well this is not a make up story, I have the 911 call and fire truck got dispatched to my place!!

    Never had so bad customer service. They dont listen to the customer and keep asking for the same documents. In total 3 times for a purchase order. Their solutions was to the return all the Wemos and not only the one that has a defect. Because there was nothing in stock they would refund me the invoice amount.

    This all costed me more time and money than they refund amount. Never again!

    All I was trying to find out was the Voltage and Amperage of the power supply of the switch. The customer service guy wouldn't help me unless I produced my phone number, name, and email address. IT WAS A SIMPLE QUESTION!! Terrible company that outsources their employee customer service relations to a different country.

    Belkin PF60 did not protect. Repair costs not reimbursed. Belkin Protector didn't protect my TV & Home Theater System from power spike. TV repairs $286, Home theater shot $484, Surge Protector shot $194, shipping $66. MY LOSS $1030!!! Reimbursed ONLY $214!!!

    I contacted Belkin about a replacement screen protector for my iPhone, they did not have any in stock so I was told I would receive a refund within 30 days. It has been over a 2 months, I called today to follow up and was told that the check had only been processed a day or two ago and it would take at least another week or two for the check to make it to me. This is horrible customer service, do not tell I will receive something in 30 days if this is untrue.

    I tried to buy 2 cables online, the purchase never go through and they charge me 4 times the same amount in my debit card. I call the customer service 4 time and I still waiting for my money back in my debit card. They have my money in holding for 3 weeks right now and always said, "Your case is moving. Give us 24 hours."

    They do not read their own case notes when you have a problem. Their staff when you call technical support do not know what they are doing and are reading off a screen. They send emails that are not correct because again they do not read their own people's case notes when you have an issue. It took 6 hours to get 3 of their WeMo Insight switches to work. I am an engineer for goodness sake. These are simple devices yet they have the hardware, software and firmware screwed up. Their own people do not know what the hell they are doing.

    I have a small N300 wireless extender that stopped working after about 3 years. While on their website a chat continued coming up so I finally started it and after 2 sentences she asked for a phone number so that a tech can call me. Hmm which company gives you FREE tech support for a 3 year old 30.- device? But I had him call me and first thing he connected to my computer which I never like. And then he pulled up a network log showing me all these problems of "bad stuff" getting into my network and that's why the N300 doesn't work anymore. Then the sales pitch for 150.- he can clean out the network and upgrade the network software and that is just for the product as his service is free.... BS!!

    Belkin pride itself and advertise its surge protectors while stating that it guarantees the devices connected to them. Following a series of surge events in my house last year, I made a modest claim for the damaged surge protectors and a few damaged devices. Belkin did all it can do in order to make the claim process confusing and hard, once I did claim, they refuse to deal with that by using various excuses and change the claim procedures all the time. In short, it appears they have no intention to honor their commitment. Overall, it was highly unpleasant contacting the company's representatives and all refused providing me with an email address of the management (of the claim department for example) as repeatedly requested.

    I have to say I am very disappointed and was very hurt by behavior of the Belkin products agent in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The name of the company representing you is Zvuk i Slika, Sarajevo. I bought in January the iPad and Belkin keypad in your office in Sarajevo, the company name is Zvuk i Slika, BBI, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. After 2 weeks, the little handle on the keyboard was broken. Although, all the time from the beginning as I bought the keyboard, it was barely flipped inside and hopped the iPad out of the shield for a few times. Crackdown occurred happened when I was working on a keyboard without a touch of a keyboard.

    I contacted the company that is your representative, but to my tremendous disappointment I got this email: "PLEASE, when you write to anyone, Apple, Belkin, Tax Administration, Consumer Protection Institute, my dad Rahmetli... EVERYONE! Do not forget to capture the image of the account and the image of the device you are advertising. The keyboard is completely correct, there is PHYSICAL Damage that is not subject to warranty anywhere in the world or even with us. A picture of the current status of your device as well as a copy of your account's serial number will send you colleagues you have for further use." I think this is a very offensive behavior towards to the buyer, and then I think the sale of a very low quality keyboard to me is very damaging according to the price I paid. I did not get any answer yet.
