Very upset with Belkin screen protector warranty policy. I had purchased the screen protector 5 months ago and they will not replace it. Even the Rogers Center staff where I purchased it was shocked they do not cover the damage. I suggest you to not buy any of their product because their warranty is a scam.

Please be aware that discounts cannot be combined and free shipping, which is offered “on all screen protectors” is considered a discount. So don’t sign up for texts when they offer 15% off your purchase. Very misleading.

I was extremely frustrated with the customer service. I had every document including the original packaging, credit card receipt and even my Apple phone warranty but not the actual itemized sales receipt from the Apple Store where I bought the screen protector with my new phone. They would not honor the warranty. For a $39 screen protector they acted like it was a $10,000 repair. I will never buy from them again.

Screen protector supplied and applied by Apple. I was informed by Apple that I would have to contact Belkin. All they did was gaslight me. Not great when you pay more because the product is sold and applied on a new Iphone and you realize that a $25.00 screen protector would have done a better job. Shame on Apple and shame on Belkin.

I would not recommend the Belkin screen protector for one reason they claim you can get a replacement by contacting Belkin support. There is actually no replacement possibility if something happens to your screen protector such as a chip or a scratch or crack. They guarantee nothing. I tried several times talking to different people and I always get the same answer. They only guarantee something if it’s a manufacturers defect. Why would you even buy a product that had a defect in it. That’s what they have quality control for bottom line. Don’t buy the screen protector. It’s way overpriced. You can get very good screen protector for much less.

Terrible company, they do not stand behind their products!! I bought a screen protector, had it installed at the Apple store, it lasted four months, it peeled back at one of the corners, they would not replace it. They made fill out a form, take pictures all these steps for a screen protector, which cost like $50, it was suppose to be guaranteed for 10 years, after 5 days of reviewing the form they said that they would not replace it because it was normal wear and tear. Very bad customer service, don't waste your money on them!

Never buy from this company! They are a complete scam and will never honor the warranty that you've bought. I have no idea why Apple uses them and it makes me question their own values by pushing a fake "warranty" company like this for their own customers.

I bought Belkin screen protector at Verizon in 2023 that came with a lifetime warranty and I registered it. I tried to order a replacement and their policy changed and refused to replace it. Verizon understood my frustration and gave me $70 credit to put towards ZAGG screen protector who honor warrantees. Belkin is the biggest scam company.

I bought an expensive screen protector in 2024 with the advantage that I can replace it any time, I submitted a claim, and sure enough, the company changed the warranty and now they don't cover the wear and tear. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, THEY DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THE GRANDFATHER WARRANTY. TOTALLY A SCAM.

I’m disappointed because I spent $40 on what was supposed to be the most durable screen protector (according to the sales pitch) and it broke the first time I dropped it. Now the replacement process is slow and unreliable. I received an email shortly after being approved for replacement that they are out of stock. After contacting Belkin directly they said it would be at least 2 weeks before they had some in stock, which they would then have to ship. They also do not offer refunds. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product at any Apple store no matter how great the pitch sounds.

I am extremely frustrated because iPhone screen protectors are overpriced and not worth the cost, as they tend to break or chip very easily. Despite their high price compared to similar products, I purchased one with the understanding that it would be replaced if damaged, based on a "certificate" issued by the seller—Apple Store at Montgomery Mall in Maryland. However, the seller and Belkin give conflicting information, making the warranty claim process unnecessarily complicated. The store instructs you to keep the certificate from Belkin, while Belkin insists on receipts, rendering the certificate irrelevant.

I have purchased 2 Smart Light Switches with Thread (WLS0503). The first from Amazon and the second from Belkin.com. I just opened the one from Amazon (unfortunately after the return date). It is poor quality and is an AppleKit only product, so it has limited functionality if you don’t purchase AppleKit. I am trying to return the one from Belkin. The only way to do that is by calling the customer support line. I have call several times, been stuck on hold for hours and I am yet to talk to a human employee.
I tried to communicate with the company through the online chat function, but it is like they are an outsourced technician company and unable to assist in any way (including documenting a case for an unsatisfied customer). I have 8 of the original Wemo light switches, so I am a long time customer. The hardware has been good, but the Wemo app that controls the light switches is buggy and unreliable. As I need to replace the switches, I will be looking at a different company.

I paid $42 for a glass iPhone 15+ screen protector. I dropped my phone once and the whole screen was shattered. It took three weeks and many emails for them to send me a replacement. Customer service was terrible. The product is inferior, and I would never use a Belkin screen protector again. I would’ve been better off buying one at the Dollar store. Buyer beware!

Don't buy a Belkin screen protector hoping to get a warranty replacement. They ask for so much documentation that you have tossed long ago. It is nearly impossible to get a warranty replacement unless you are a hoarder who saves every scrap of paper related to the purchase, and have all those scraps of paper in the same spot.

I purchased the Belkin screen saver to protect my phone with the understanding they would replace it is cracked or broken. I purchased this at the Apple Store and thought it would be a matter of stopping by there for a replacement. When it broke I found out that was not the case. I opened a case with Belkin and it took a month to get a replacement. I dropped my phone about June and reached out to Belkin and they started a case however I still have not received a replacement after sending the required copy of receipt and pic of screensaver and now they are saying I need to pay $39.95 for them to send a replacement. I WILL NOT give them another dime as I feel they have ripped me off, so much grief getting anything done either time and they have only replaced it once and I am using a cracked screen saver now.

I have purchased a screen protector through Apple store. And they apply it to my phone. I requested for using the warranty. But they are refusing to send me the replacement. They want to send me something that is self applied. I paid 40$ because of the unlimited warranty. If I knew they would do this. I would never would spend this amount of money. I should not have trusted. Not reliable.

I spent $40 for a screen protector at Apple because they informed me that this includes a lifetime warranty. Although, after you request a replacement your first replacement, they make it nearly impossible to get any other replacements. It takes about a month to get a response back, they charge you and then expect you to send your damaged screen protector (ship at your own cost) before they reverse the charge. That's ridiculous. I can get a screen protector on Amazon for less than $5. This is not worth it.

I got a warranty via Rogers. My protector got damaged once. I claimed and got a new one. It broke again. Now you guys are asking for me to pay for the shipping and protector. It's still under warranty. How ridiculous is that? It's like I paid $40 for one protector. I could have bought 3 Protector for $20 from Amazon. I will never buy a warranty again

Belkin screen protector for my iPhone lasted 4 days. It got scratched on a 1 mile hike where the phone was in my pocket or my hand. I never dropped it. They won't give me a refund. The first screen protector I bought in 2022 lasted 6 months and I was really happy with that, but 4 days is ridiculous!

Apple should stop promoting these products - glass screen protector lasted only a few months and despite all attempts to get a replacement it clearly was a futile endeavor. Two year warranty never fulfilled, terrible customer service and will never buy a product from them again.

My wife was having trouble with her phone charging while abroad. At airport to pass time she went into a mobile phone shop. Having chatted with lady and explained her problem with her phone, the lady insisted she buy a Belkin charger, worked using USB. She bought it, despite having 4 chargers at home!! The charger has never worked. Tried many different types of phone on it, but nothing. Tried to contact Belkin which make it impossible to do so. Feel totally ripped off.

I got a Belkin screen protector when I bought my new iPhone from Verizon. I registered the product at that time (checked to make sure it was registered) and then tossed the paperwork. The screen recently cracked and when I went to replace it, the registration was no longer there. I chatted with several agents and called customer service. They would not send me a replacement. I will NEVER purchase another Belkin product as this seems like a total scam to me. It's unfortunate, because the screen protector was great. Buyer beware...

Bought product at Apple and was informed of warranty. Was not told you need to go directly through Belkin to get replacement instead of returning to Apple Store. Registered product on belkin.com at time of purchase. Submitted warranty on 1/8 to include picture of damage. Company followed up on 1/9 asking to include picture of damage already sent and receipt of purchase--which was already on their website at time of purchase in order to register the product for warranty. Did not hear a response for a few days. Sent follow-up email. No response. Waited a few days to send another--no response. And again. Finally went to the online chat on their website. This was the first response:
"Upon checking it here, your response to the email has already been reflected on the case **. However, your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has not yet been activated. Due to this, we have made a notification to our processing team regarding your case request so that they may proceed and prioritize your case request. They will then send you an email update once your RMA is activated."
Then still did not receive any updates for a few days. Went to online chat again. This was response: "Apology as this process may need to be forwarded to different teams like shipping and inventory. As here in chat, we could only process and submit the replacement request." Then they said they would ship a part number different than what is on the receipt and was registered. Horrendous and outrageous to try and get them to honor a simple request. They make it seem as if there is no established process for something like this and they need to schedule multi-departmental meetings to handle even basic warranty fulfillment.

The Belkin SOUNDFORM Elite Speaker has a great bass. My only gripe is how flimsy the power adapter is. There have been multiple occasions where the speaker would not power on when the power adapter was re-plugged into an outlet. When speaking to customer service about the incident on both occasions, I was informed that I needed to ship the defective product entirely to them instead of them simply shipping me a new power adapter. Considering the price of the speaker, a stronger and more durable power adapter is warranted to prevent the product from being inoperable.

After I bought a Belkin Boost Charge Pro 2-in 1 I started to have some issues with my air pod and it got worse overheating on the pad. After many e-mails and some calls still Belkin did not address the issue and somehow some incompetent employee decided to close my case because they did not hear from me which is not true. This company is a joke and I do not understand how some reviews think is a great company and sell great products.

I got the screen protector for my wife’s iPhone we bought from Apple Store. It supposed to come lifetime, but it is SCAM, which I never thought can be a case because I was buying from the prestige store. Unfortunately for us there are so many things that you need to do, keep your cracked screen on the phone, and don’t replace it before you can prove it was damaged, keeping a receipt for lifetime, and other ridiculous things too. It is better to buy cheaper stuff or something that I have on my other phone from TMobile, where I go in and ask them to replace, which they do on a spot for me. Just stay away from Belkin products in general because they will always try to find a reason to deny your warranty, by asking so many forms and proofs that you need to keep for a proof, to get your warranty. Hope it will help someone.

Their service sucks! I placed an order for 2 hours and I found I ordered a wrong item (total of 4). I called and they wouldn’t revise/replace the wrong item or they wouldn’t let you to cancel the order. They gave me an excuse. Said that they already picked the item from warehouse (REALLY??? Within 2 hours of my order???). Ok, and now it’s been over 30 hours and they still haven’t shipped out the order yet. What did they mean by already picked out the items from warehouse within 2 hours? They just wouldn’t help with fixing the order even let them sit on a desk after picked out from the warehouse. Don’t buy from Belkin again!!!

I placed an order for a Belkin wireless charger on a Thursday night. I changed my mind and called to cancel the order on Friday morning. I was told that the order was canceled. The following Monday I received an email saying that the order had shipped. They went ahead and shipped it anyway... I called them again and was told that they would email me a return label and I was assured that I would receive a full refund once they received the charger back. They didn't send the label. 3 days later I called again and this time I insisted on staying on the ph while the label was emailed to me to make sure that they did send it. While I had them on the phone I also stated that I had canceled the order prior to shipping so I wanted a full refund including outgoing shipping costs -which they agreed to. 3 days later I received the charger and sent it back the next day.
They received the charger 3-4 days later and I was credited a partial refund - they did not credit the original shipping costs. I called again and was told that they would refund the shipping costs -2 weeks and still no refund. No reply to phone calls or several follow-up emails. Extremely unprofessional. Their customer service reps lie and deceive and the company seems to be OK with this. Every time you call them you are put in a virtual line waiting for the "next available representative" average wait time 20-35 min. I work in IT management for a large company and we do (or now it's -used to) purchase Belkin products -I have now changed that to Logitech brand only. We will no longer be using Belkin products in this company.
