I had wanted a revolving line of credit for my business for a long time. Everyone offered MCA's, but no one would do a true revolving LOC. Ondeck did it with minimal paperwork and they did it within a week. Being able to access cash whenever I need to stabilize cash flows helps my business grow and reduces my stress!

Morgan ** was very polite, very helpful and very assistive with everything and very pleasant gentlemen to work with. I would be willing to work with him in the future and will always keep him on my phone as a person I can trust and help me with my business.

Quick and simple process. The team was very knowledgeable, provided great guidance for what I was looking for and didn't oversell anything. I was able to secure more than adequate LOC for my business working capital. This provided me with the added layer of safety and confidence for my day to day operations.

The product you offer are competitive within your market. I did homework before reaching out and you guys deliver. I recommend your IT department to upgrade your website support. It has a delay and is frustrating at times. It needs to be more friendly for both your end and the consumer for efficiency.

I am ge first of all, I want to say that your customer service team has been really great so has Anthony **. However it is very discouraging that we have yet to receive our funding. We are set up for our very first payment on the 13th and have been told that we may not even have our funding by the 13th due to bank error or whatever that was really part of the underwriter’s fault I, which by the way if her payment is due on the 13th and I still don’t have money by the 13th we do have problems, feel that we need to be making payments to anybody on money that you have to be received.

The experience was very professional and efficient. I would rate it as excellent. The financials required were very reasonable and fairly easy to generate the follow-up after the funding was very much appreciated and certainly not required.

After 7 years of using OnDeck, they do not care about loyalty and on time payments. Don't expect any real customer care and support. At the end of the day the company only cares about the bottom line for their company. I do NOT recommend this company.

Hardship mishandled, unauthorized debit in Week 2 of arrangement, and severe emotional impact. I am submitting this review to raise serious concerns about how OnDeck Australia handled my approved hardship arrangement, resulting in an unauthorized debit, financial harm, and severe emotional distress. Due to a combination of major spinal fusion surgery, a traumatic incident inside my café (where a long-term customer of 17 years collapsed and died and I performed CPR), and my father entering voluntary end-of-life care, I contacted OnDeck to request hardship assistance. They approved reduced half-payments for one month, in writing.

Cynthia ** is so helpful and is always quick to help us when we need it most! She responds within a business day and gets things done! I appreciate her working with us. The process is extremely easy and she makes it seem seamless. 100% recommend anyone giving her a call if they are in need of quick funding for their business.

This company keeps calling me multiple times a day to offer me their services, using a different agent each time, even though I have told them EVERY SINGLE TIME that I am not interested & do not want them calling me, and that they are in engaged in the continuous & repetitive harassment of a disabled veteran by doing so. I am on the Do Not Call registry and have been since 2012. It is absolutely disgusting & cringeworthy that they continue to allow their employees to do this. IT IS BORDERING ON PREDATORY. I would stay as far away from this business as possible.

I’m very impressed with the outstanding service I received. The team was not only professional and easy to work with, but they also made the entire process quick and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and the funding came through promptly without any issues. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent customer care and fast results, but they did both exceptionally well. Highly recommend!

The amount of solicitation I have gotten from working with OnDeck is truly insane. After 5 years, I daily receive emails and phone solicitations. No matter how many times I remove myself from the solicitations, there is another company looking for my business. I very rarely write reviews, but this has been impossible to navigate in removing my information. They must make so much money on the list sales because they have sold to every tom dick and harry in the industry. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Have a 6 year old business and needed a line of credit but covid issues kept us from being able to use our bank. Went through OnDeck because they said they were fast and easy. They were neither. Dragged us on for weeks and kept asking for more documents and more documents. Finally they said all they needed was a month to date. We provided that and without a word they pulled their funding offer. I don't mind that they wouldn't fund us, what I mind is that they wasted 3 weeks and dozens of documents that weren't simple to get and *then* denied us. Up until they got the month to date it was all, "we'll fund in 24 hours, everything looks great, no worries."

I wouldn't trust this company for a loan. Totally insane interest rates and they lied to me saying that once I got halfway through my loan and wanted to take out new funding, the interest would be forgiven. That was a total lie and they denied me from it, but yet they kept harassing me afterwards to get new loans with them. People are total scammers here and I would not trust this ever again to get a loan. I even gave them feedback on an email privately because they kept begging to get new funding, and they refused to even reply to my bad experience so I'm going to leave a public review here so people know that they are not honest.

I applied with OnDeck as a well-qualified business owner expecting a fair and professional process. Instead, what I experienced was dismissive treatment, poor communication, and an utter lack of effort when it came to verifying my identity. A representative named Madison ** handled my application and denied it without even attempting to verify my information properly. No outreach. No clarification. Just a flat-out denial based on something that could have easily been resolved with a simple phone call or email. That’s not how you treat a serious applicant — especially not one with a strong credit profile and years of experience running a legitimate business.

I had a fantastic experience working with Alexander. He is extremely professional, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. Alexander took the time to carefully assess my financial needs and offered clear, straightforward options tailored to my situation. The representative Scot helped me restructure my current loan and got me more funding needed for business improvements. He made the process very simple and did not draw out the process. I highly recommend Ondeck and especially Scot. If anyone is in need of additional capital for their business, then it would be very wise to take advantage of their offers.

I have received excellent service in obtaining working capital from On Deck. They always come through for me. I am pleased with their loan process and ease in obtaining loan funds in a very short period of time. The loan representative is always available and responds quickly to all inquiries by email.
