Yes I would like to thank the quality of fresh baked breads and donuts! The cream didn’t give me a sleepy effect afterwards and the reward came in singles, only one left with a twizzler dotted on the program! Thanks Circle K consumer report 2025 October. To happy holidays sprees!!

When I visit the store late nights, the heavyset ** cashier obviously has been smoking **. The entire store reeked of **, with loud, vulgar rap music blasting curse words. I had previously driven up, and she was openly smoking without a care that I could see her using drugs—wow! I also came in one late night and found the cops there; another customer said she had called them after passing out asleep. Yet she still works there??? It's a shame and a disgrace that management doesn't care! Store location 600 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415. P.S. It's been reported to management and nothing done about it!

On October 12, 2025, at Circle K store #2701722 located at 4791 N Dixie Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33064 (order number **), I experienced an issue with employee conduct and inaccurate pricing. During my visit, a staff member named ** treated me very rudely and also stated she was not the manager. However, the 25oz Natural Light beer was clearly labeled as $2.00, but I was charged $2.69 each at checkout, which is incorrect. I am a regular customer and have never had this problem before. I request that this pricing issue be investigated and that appropriate action be taken regarding employee conduct and customer service.

Circle K: Where Common Sense Goes to Die. It’s absolutely ridiculous that at 50 years old, I’m still getting carded at Circle K because corporate doesn’t trust their own employees to make a simple judgment call. I’m not flattered — I’m insulted. This isn’t about following the law; it’s about blind, lazy policy-making from a company that would rather treat everyone like a teenager than empower their staff to use basic human logic.
The worst part? Watching an elderly woman with a walker get turned away because she didn’t have her ID. She had to walk all the way back to her car empty-handed while the clerk apologized with their hands tied. That’s not safety — that’s corporate cowardice hiding behind a policy and calling it “compliance.” Circle K, your refusal to trust your own employees creates embarrassing, even dehumanizing experiences for your customers. It’s pathetic. Grow up and fix it.

When there is a sign on items that you buy and get another item for a certain price, you should honor it. The employee stated that corporate does not inform them on sales/promotions. I explained they should take down sign but can't because corporate didn't tell them too? What? If item is not ringing up correctly, sign should be removed. Not hard to figure out.

I was just at this location to purchase a few items. The price on the shelf says the price. OK. No problem. Although once I got to the register the item rang up another price. Upon explaining this to Lorraine the manager in training she states, "Well there is nothing I can do and I have a line. Do you want it or not," the cashier on the other register asks if I even belong or live in this area. I politely stated, "Yes. I own a home. Anything else you want to ask" as she was telling other customers in line. This experience is and was a total nightmare as customers we assumed to be lying or stealing yet it was a priced error in the register system and instead of addressing and correcting the issue the staff at this location singled myself out and made me to feel like I don't belong in this area because of the color of my skin.
My hope is that this location hires individuals who don't use race based decisions and treat everyone fairly as this country is bad enough and if you gulity as soon as you enter an location at Circle K and you are any other race than ** or ** you immediately assumed to be stealing lying or pan handling. The date I was at this location was 08.20.2025. Lorraine and the cashier that was on shift with her. May need additional training to address their biases toward other races.

Circle K does false advertising and horrible customer service. First of all, to use their app and "get a discount" they make you jump through all kinds of hoops, I had to take a photo of my ID and wait for approval for days, to get coupons... at a gas station. After that was done, surprise surprise, it doesn't work. Giving them your phone number or scanning the barcode in the app does *NOT* give the discounts from the app. When I asked about it, they said they have never seen anybody use the app and get a discount, and it's not supported. Since I hardly buy things in the store and mostly just want gas, I decided to accept the offer of a gas card. They sent me a gas card to use at the pumps and get a discount. When trying to use the card, it's denied. It says: only chip cards are accepted at the pump. Circle K gas cards are not accepted by Circle K.
When I called them to ask about it, the customer service kept me waiting for 30 minutes, and when they took my call, they told me, my gas card is invalid and I need to get a new one in the store. This is the gas card they sent me in the mail. Now they are telling me I can get a new one in the store which I know is false. When I pressed them about it, they hung up the call. I'm absolutely done with Circle K forever, this company is a joke.

My experience in Circle K was unbelievable, my ID stays in my wallet because it is hard for me to get out. I am 43 years of age and I bought a pack of Newport Menthol cigarettes, the cashier was very rude, it took her 5 mins to acknowledge me and then got an attitude me, and she was talking to me like she was disgusted with the skin color I am. I was highly offended and I will never go to Circle K again and I will have my friends boycott Circle Ks all over. Very Dissatisfied customer.

BAD GAS AT CIRCLE K: I pump Premium Gas (we all know how high priced this gas is right) for not just my GMC Terrain but also my BMW 330i (newly purchased the end of March 2025 from dealership). Because I had been using Circle K for so long and believed that they had the best gas in town (Wrong...WRONG). My truck, GMC, began to run funny on May 2nd and pop a strange code on my dash then went from 60mph to 20mph in less than a minute all while I was in lunch hour traffic on the Northern Blvd, which is very busy that time of day. Thank the one above for getting me to my driveway.
I knew my truck was not capable of moving so I began to drive the car, BMW, but soon as I began to put a little speed on this newer car which hadn't been driven no more than 500 miles at that time, the car started jerking. I parked it and called for a service appointment at the dealership where I was told "BAD GAS" was the reason for the vehicle acting strange. Contacted Circle K and their response was "It's not our fault and we're denying any fault to the cause of not one but both of my vehicles' issues." Even with the documentation from BMW stating bad gas, they have denied fault.
I will never return to Circle K for gas again. "SHAME ON YOU CIRCLE K, SHAME!" I only got gas from Atlanta highway and Downtown at the time so the others maybe okay, but if you feel any difference in your ride after filling up it because they add water to their gas, and trust it will break your vehicle all the way down. So BEWARE OF CIRCLE K AND THAT BAD GAS!!

I have been stopping at the Circle K at 902 Ohio Pike a handful of times while I’ve been in town. Tonight was by far the best experience. There is a woman working the counter. When I came in, she was cleaning and it didn’t take long to notice that everything looked much nicer than it had on my previous visits. She was also very friendly and overall has a much better disposition than the man that I’m used to seeing here on nights.

I’m biggest complaint with Circle K is that make they listen to commercials while pumping gas. This is unsafe and rude. I want to pay attention to my surroundings for potential dangers and cranking up the volume and not letting us have the option of muting it. I don’t like it when someone else cranked up their radio so everyone else has to listen either. I also don’t like their use of dynamic pricing for their fuel. There is no reason for fuel prices to jump .60 cents overnight when the market didn’t justify it. But why would they care, they almost have a monopoly in El Paso. Just screw everyone because they can. I only use circle k because of work. For personal uses, I get my fuel elsewhere, even if it’s the same price and I have to drive a little farther.

The hired security (Cory) at this location is atrocious. Every time, I visit this store and he's on duty I get a pit my stomach because he follows around all the black people in the store (I'm a tall, large ** male). He also looks through people's cars (through the windows) and hassles customers when they buy alcohol. He is sometimes behind the registers as well which isn't his job. The manager says he isn't supposed to be doing this but nothing is done and Cory remains at this location.

The circle on 1591 s woodland blvd deland fl 32720 has to be the worst store ever of Circle K’s. The employees don’t answer the phone. I legit called 42 times one night and no answer, wrote a letter to corporate, no answer! They make up the rules as they go. They change daily on when they stop doing cash app or if they can do it! I went last night and the guy working was so rude to me that I will never go back to that store.
One guy told me the manager complained about me because I called corporate, my theory is if you do your job no one would complain. There was a guy that worked there who was letting people just walk out with what they had. Another guy said, "I don’t know how to do cash app or gift cards and I don’t want to!" Who are the managers hiring these people that have the sense of a 5 year old and the rudeness as well. There is only one guy that usually works overnight that actually does his job. So circle k you need to do better.

1811 Sam Rittenberg Hwy Charleston, SC. This store is the worst around. The car wash “stole” my payment. Upon purchasing a car wash and waiting, the wash never started. I went inside to see the employee regarding this and I was told “did you pay while it was in use? Then it won’t work and won’t acknowledge your code.” Then Proceeded to say “I don’t give refunds.” So basically, "Go away and we can’t do anything for you." $17 down the drain donated to Circle K. The employee was ignorant and rude. Bet you if it happened to her, she wouldn’t feel the same way about it. To say the least, Circle K will not be getting any more money from me…Not in fuel or Carwash.

I went to buy cigarettes. The sign says if you buy two or more, they are priced at 4.88. So, I bought a carton (10 packs), and this lady charged me a total of 58 something. So when I got to my car, I started doing the math, and it didn't add up. I went back in to ask how much is the carton was. She didn't really answer that but got an attitude with me because I was questioning the sale. She has the audacity to tell me and a raised voice, mind you, that's the price, and if I wanted the 4.88 price, I should have gotten that. Like, really? I am buying 10 packs, so it doesn't make sense right. I asked then to refund me, that I don't want them anymore, she still yelling at me saying they can't do that, but she will do it this time, like first of all, the price signs are misleading if that's how they operate. I got refunded, but I will NEVER spend my money there again. She had so much attitude without reason, very unprofessional. It was register 1,255495 Dicie.

Went to the Circle K at 59th Ave. and Camelback in Phoenix Arizona. What’s going to buy gas. Keep in mind I am a senior citizen and the lady told me that I had to pay through the self service. Told her I wasn’t good with technology and she told me that if I couldn’t use it, I could go someplace else and pay for my gas but yet they had a cash register set up for EBT transactions only, so I told her I would go to another store and she said that was fine with her. Take my business elsewhere. Just wanted to know if this is the way customers are supposed to be treated because they don’t like self-service.

As a senior curizen, my bones can't bear the stress they could when I was 21. Standing around is a painful pursuit to say the least. I'm getting very tired of standing line for 10 minutes while 3 clerks just walk around and 1 actually serves the customer standing there. Then, if I'm buying my daily cigar I actually have to stand there li get while I dig my driver license out of my wallet so some half aware clerk can read it, scan it and find out I AM 70 YEARS OLD! Overall, in Arizona at least, the company is not customer aware and does not provide any good customer service. I even have to ask for a receipt when using plastic instead of C.K. being customer focused enough to provide these important records, or at the very least, ask if I need one. They try to brush me off before I ask. I've had to hold up that long line waiting for the clerk to give me a receipt.

A week or so later I was contacted and provided all the requested information. I provided all the information including the photo and receipt. Today they contacted me back saying they couldn’t find record of the occurrence and that they don’t cover mirrors. Why wouldn’t they? And why didn’t they say that from the beginning. It certainly isn’t my fault and I’m extremely upset that they did nothing to fix my car. I walked into a Circle K today 12/6/23 as I do 3 to 5 times a day to get a snacks or drinks, tobacco. As I have always done I walked up to the counter to pay for my items. Both cash registers were marked closed. I want to point out this is a store I shop with every day. Every day. I even continued shopping there even after the "smart check out" because I had an option to not use the self check.
Well today I stood there and the clerk said "Sir you will have to use the smart check out station". I replied, "Ma'am I don't use the smart check out because first I do not trust those thing to properly ring my items up. Second, I don't work for Circle K meaning I don't ring myself up and bag my purchases." She then informed me, "Sir the company has removed the change from the registers" and they have been told if they don't use the smart check out they will be written up. I want you to know it has been 2 years since I have walked into or shopped online with Walmart because they did just like Circle K is doing now. It is sad that a company would think self check is a good thing. I stood back and watch customer after customer get aggravated because they were made to use self check.
At least 25% of the customers had to get the clerk to fix the self check because it was over charging, charging them for things they did not have, and charge them for something different instead of what they had and it was always for a higher amount. Any way today 12/6/23 I spent my last dime with Circle K because I refuse to use self check out stations. If you want my business back put the clerk back at the register. If my business don't matter then ignore this complaint.

I signed up for the Circle K Inner Circle program. The program promises .25 cents a gallon off of the first 5 fill ups and 5 free fountain drinks or slushies. Well, today I had an appointment out of town. The total round trip was about 450 miles. During the course of the trip I stopped at about 6 or 7 stores, and in each case the slushy machines were out of order. Guess they don’t want to give away slushies. As to the .25 a gallon off fuel, it appears they just jacked up the fuel prices prior to offering the discount. I compared with similar stores and found that the discounted Circle K price was only a nickel or so cheaper than its competitor’s regular prices. And some competitors’ regular price was cheaper than Circle K’s discounted price.

I was recently very intrigued with the new Circle K Easy Pay perk. I signed up for their rewards card and obtained the new Easy Pay debit card. To activate the card, it needed to be verified by adding a checking account and verifying the deposit and withdrawal amounts. First concern. The deposit was for 7 cents and withdrawal was for 12 cents. 5 cents lost. No big deal. But bigger picture...How much is Circle K stealing if they are doing this to every customer...5 cents per customer? That can add up quickly for a large company. Second concern. Perk is 30 cents off per gallon, but only for a very limited time (for first 60 days or 100 gallons...whichever comes first). Then it is full price. Third concern. I filled up this morning at $4.75 a gallon for diesel. Got 25 cents a gallon off because I am a rewards member. I thought, well, that is a nice perk. Then driving down the road. Gas everywhere on the way to work that was NOT Circle K, was $4.50 for diesel. So, NOT a perk. Circle K just lost this customer.

I have been working on activating the easy pay card for over a week! And from what I was just told, the $35 gas purchase today that I thought would go through easy pay for the gas discount today; did not go through! To activate originally I had to wait 2 days for authorization, after putting vital information I wasn’t comfortable putting in. Once approved then I even spoke with a rep online so things should have been ready to go. To my knowledge my card was activated. In addition to speaking with a rep, I had answered every text and email sent to me “to activate” the card.
I tried to use the card today. I purchased $35 in gas but was charged full price per gallon. The cashier tried to help but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to see that it didn’t work before I bought so much gas. After “trying” to use the card, I got “another” email to “activate” my account. So I called the rep. I was informed that my account was not activated after all I had done previously! If it doesn’t work next time I will cancel it. Seeing all these bad reviews combined with what I’ve gone through; I may cancel it anyway to avoid future issues.
