GM is recalling about 44,000 Saturn VUEs from the 2008 model year. The recall is for vehicles equipped with body-color outside door handles.
GM said the handles may stick or bind, which could prevent them from latching properly.
Dealers will replace the handles with chrome handles when the recall begins in August.
