    Stayed at one Pittsburgh airport area 3 times in last month. $ was 98 to 250 night. And wasn't able to book through expedia because they block their sites when steelers playing so to charge top dollar for a 2 star place. Employees smoke pot outside. 1 room had mildew around shower tub. Dirt and food behind stands by bed. Bed skirting hasn't been washed in long time. People are friendly but no concerns about any issues or the overpricing is wrong. Breakfast is ok, old boiled eggs and coffee taste like water.. Forgot to give my discount card after I paid and they wouldn't adjust the cost after.. I don't like to give not good reviews but I don't give credit where it's not earned. And I give honest Google reviews.

    Worst hotel I ever stayed, their Motto (Breathe easy) and the fact isn’t, the Only Exhaust fan in the room found in the bathroom ceiling is not working at all, the front desk couldn’t find a room with working exhaust fan, how a horrible experience like this.

    Comfort Suites in Granbury Tx is the best and most relaxing hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Every staff member is warm, friendly and attentive. The rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area and even the elevator and downstairs bathrooms are spotless. The decor and design is beautiful and very well thought out. Rooms are well stocked and bed extremely comfortable.

    My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We were not thrilled with the smell, humidity/heat inside, the ants, trash in the hallways, broken ice machine/printer/TV, nasty carpet, etc., but we dealt with it. However, my daughter left her VERY important, large stuffy in the room and when I returned to get it from lost and found they didn’t have it. I came back and requested to look at the lobby and hallway footage with the manager, which did prove that we didn’t leave with the large stuffy, which was too big to fit in her bag, and it was 100% left in the room. Now, basically the final response we’ve received is that it must have vanished into thin air. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    We’ve had to endure a broken heart, lots of tears, and sleepless nights because of the carelessness of staff at this hotel. 💔 The really sad thing is that if I had access to all the footage I would be able to figure out what happened to this beloved stuffy, but this seems to be too much of an ask. Something is fishy about all this, and I’m guessing there is something they don’t want me to see/know from the footage. Please stay somewhere else.

    The room was fantastic, roomy and cozy. We remained undisturbed and all staff were easy to get along with. Inconveniences were minimal. It was a smooth process checking in and checking out the next day. What makes this a 1 star review however is the hidden $150 "incidental fee" they charge without telling you for covering potential damage to the room or stolen property. Be warned of that before staying here.

    Get checked in, ready to relax only to discover hotel “policy" is to NOT have the air on in the rooms in the middle of the summer!!! Takes an hour to cool off! Ridiculous! If someone else wasn’t paying for the room, I would NOT HAVE STARTED!! Trinity NC STUPID!!!

    If I could give NO ⭐️ or negative numbers that’s what this place deserve.! You get what you pay for.! It’s a reason it’s cheap to stay here.! This is the worst place to stay in Gastonia! The rooms are filthy, most appliances don’t work! No air conditioning or it was leaking. Bugs in my bathroom and in the dining area.! The breakfast bar serves the same spicy sausage and burnt eggs.! I witness workers filling up personal water bottles at the juice machine. The carpets smell like old mold.! The bed mattresses are hard! It was loud from construction. My car was broken into. Old and outdated.! The staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.!

    My stay here is always pleasant. The breakfast is awesome. The gravy is out of this world. Cristal is an exceptional, awesome breakfast attendant and front desk clerk. She works hard. Mr. ** (manager) never stops working. One moment he is in the breakfast area making sure all things are fresh and taken care of, then you see him on another floor working on a project of some sort. This is my sixth time staying here and it is always wonderful. The pool is awesome as well.

    Tried checking into CS at 16931 North Texas Ave in League City TX staff wanted to scan my TX DL, I preferred them not to -due to ID theft. I was told by CS Owner Hershen that I would not be able to check in - I was good with that as long as I didn't get charged for the room. I was advised to call Choice Cust. Svc which is a joke that could help me and they said it was up to the CS hotel. I called Choice Hotel Cust Svc twice and spoke with a Mary and a Carla both demonstrated the inability, worthless behavior in assisting to resolve this matter. Neither one Choice Cust. Svc or CS hotel/Owner Hershen wanted to resolve this matter. I look forward to resolving this issue but it appears both of the above seem to point fingers at each other. I seriously advise all not to stay at this CS location 16931 North Texas Ave in League City TX or any Choice Hotel property that has poor business practices.

    Stayed at Comfort Suites in Evergreen, Colorado and the room was so unbelievably comfortable. Beds were cozy, they had a dinning table, a full size couch, fridge, microwave and a small patio with a table and two chairs. It felt like a small apartment. But the customer service was beyond the best I've ever experienced. I accidently left my personal capital one credit card without knowing and within 30 minutes of us checking out, we received a call notifying us. They offered to mail it to us and they surely did. WOW! That meant the world to me that they were so honest and followed through. Thank You so so much!

    We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Portsmouth in Chesapeake, Va from March 3rd through March14th 2025. This hotel was worst hotel I have ever stayed at. At check in, my wife had her service dog, she had to explain to the clerk that service animals are allowed at all hotels per a federal law. The clerk had to call her manager to confirm that we could have our room. Then we were charged $50 extra because we booked our room through Booking.com per the clerk. Our first room was nasty. The sofa had stain and rips, the coffee table corners were chewed up, the carpet had stains all over and what looked like an iron burn. The room was just dirty.

    When we complained to the clerk, we were told that there was not another room available. The next morning at 11am, we went to the front desk to request another room. The manager was upset that we did not tell him earlier. We were given a new room at 2:30 pm. Our "new" room had two chairs instead of a sofa, they had stains on them. After 3 days in our new room, our keys did not work. We were told by the clerk it was because the manager wanted us to switch our room again! My wife called the manager stating that we did not want to change rooms again, after some arguing we were allowed to stay in our current room. The indoor pool was out of service: I found out later it's been like that for long time. There was a safety concern; the pool door was propped open by a plastic chair (the pool full of water) for our entire stay.

    There were two ice machines only one worked. There were two vending machines, only the one on the third floor worked. Even though we had paid for eleven days, we decided to spend our last night in a different hotel. We needed someplace clean, where we could relax and swim. The breakfast was a joke, always the exact same hot food, sausage and scrambled eggs. One morning people were standing around, there wasn't any hot breakfast. About five minutes later someone came to cook. One morning they even ran out of coffee. Your only options was sausage, eggs, toast, cold cereal or a waffle. There wasn't any fruit, yogurt, or hot cereal available. My wife had to go purchase oatmeal and fruit for her breakfast. We have decided that we will never stay at a Choice property again.

    I recently stayed at the hotel a couple weeks ago for a couple days. Thank you to the wonderful young lady behind the counter. Her name was Caitlin. She helped and took care of everything. We asked the other employee at the hotel, the young man was very disrespectful and rude to me and my wife and we could never get the other young ** lady to come out of that room behind the counter. I believe she was in there sleeping, rang the bell several times, nobody showed up then she came out of the back room right behind the desk and she also was rude and disrespectful and barely spoke any English.

    Also every time I was downstairs wandering around I seen the little blonde lady always being busy mopping floors in the laundry room doing lots of work. Compared to the young ** man and young girl it seems like they just sat behind the desk and did nothing. So to whom this may concern I just want to say thank you to the young blonde haired lady. she was awesome and took care of us very well

    I arrived with my family at the Comfort Suites O'hare Airport and paid for two nights. When we got to the room, the headboard of the bed was dirty, splashed with something, the pillows were yellow, and flies were in the bathroom. I can't stay in a place like that with my family. I went downstairs 5 minutes later and told the person at the front desk what happened and asked for my money back. He told me that the manager wasn't there and that he would arrive on Wednesday. I asked him to send him an email to see if he could help me. I'm still waiting for a response....Terrible experience.

    I have never been so disappointed in my life with a hotel. My son is in the Marine Corps. We booked the wrong location and immediately called to stop payment. I was met with I didn't give them the 24 hours to cancel. I couldn't give them 24 hours bc it was someday stay. I asked them to stop payment again and told them that my son would not be there and we just booked it. I called the main company but they could only call the hotel and make the same request. I will never book at a comfort choice again. 3701 S El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672. Worse hotel experience by far.

    There were 3 of us staying for 2 nights in Albany Comfort Suites. The best part: the continental breakfast. Worst parts: TV broken, had to move rooms after we were all set up. Toilet low to the ground, plugged and had to be plunged by maintenance. The hot tub was in need of repair as the jetted water shot strait up out of the spa. We think through the seams not the jets. Upon check out the taxes we added onto the bill which made in $40 more than quoted. And then wanted to half cash and half cc. Which was discussed at reservation time and OKd. This was questioned and said has to call the manager. I feel a 2 is being generous. We will not stay here again.

    Comfort Suites Springfield RiverBend Medical. 969 Kruse Way Springfield (OR) Oregon 97477 US. I walked in to check in and I said, “Hello,” to ** at the front desk. He replies, “How can I help you?” I reply, “I have a reservation, the last name is **, V as in Victor”, and then ** interrupts me and says ID. He states 3 adults and I tell him yes. I had a king size bed and I assumed a pullout bed. We got up to the room and there are no pillows or blankets for the pullout bed. ** did not bother to tell us that the bedding was at the front desk while we were there. Also, the two security guards just stared at us as we were in the elevators. Also, the entry light to the room did not work. I called it in to the front seat. Horrible Customer Service skills!!!!

    The room smelled like mold. The room next to us was being dried by a fan with windows and door open which let me know the room was flooded and not properly taken care of. Then the lady Georgia at the front desk proceeds to call the police on my children for using the restroom in the lobby while using the pool. I asked for a refund. She wouldn’t until the police got there. Once they got there I was refund and about 30 minutes after I left she charged my card again and now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back. ** is my complaint. I definitely called corporate and I’m filing fraud to my bank.

    On the 31st of August 2024, I checked into Comfort Suites at 1625 S. 52nd St. in Tempe Arizona with my brother. We went out for a meal about mid-afternoon and returned early in the evening. Upon returning, we found the window of our ground-floor room wide open. On further inspection, I found that the window did not have a working lock on it. We were there for the weekend to watch the Diamondbacks play a game that Sunday and another on Monday. I had brought an extra $500 to pay my portion of the room and the baseball tickets and left the money in a pouch in the side of my luggage.

    I realize thefts happen in hotels and there isn't much that can be done about it but I felt that because of the missing window lock, they might have made some gesture of some sort. There were camaras facing the window where the entrance was made and I asked if they would take a look at the video but apparently, someone had unplugged the camaras. It kind of made me think this was an inside job with no video and perhaps someone knowing that there wasn't a lock on the window. I contacted the hotel and it has been a week with no response so I am writing this review. Hopefully, anyone who reads this will check their windows after checking into a Comfort Suites or any other hotel room.

    This hotel was like a horror movie. It was absolutely disgusting. The shower rods were hanging out the wall. Water from shower spilled on the floor, which made it very dangerous for to walk around in the bedroom. The toilet paper holder was halfway pull out the wall. Both double bed sheets were ripped open. There were stains all over the floor. A/C unit going in and out. There was a weird smell inside the room. Worms report coming from shower. The pool was closed because of reports of these same worms inside hot tub. Ice machine broken. The wheel cart in lobby wheels were broken. It was hard to push. I felt sick being in this hotel. They refuse to refund me. It was a living nightmare.

    Do not stay at locust grove GA (or any Comfort Inn Suites for that matter unless this is handled fairly and immediately) if you are not ** and Christian. (Even though we are both, we were assumed not to be and received backlash regarding ethnicity and religious preference.) My husband, myself and two kids arrived Friday evening to stay till Sunday due to the C1N football tournament being held in Locust Grove. The four of us were checked in to the hotel by Kathy.

    We had four towels in our room. I asked the front desk for an extra towel on Saturday night since I had used my towel twice already. (I shouldn’t have to explain, but the weather was rainy and humid and we had to be outside at a football field all day, so I showered Friday night, once in the day Saturday and once at night). The man told me that he didn’t have any towels. He seemed frustrated with the situation of not having towels. But told me I can come in the morning to the desk and they will have one. I came downstairs at 7 am for the towel I was promised. Kathy was at the desk. I gave her my room number and asked if I could have a towel. She asked me how many I already had. I told her four. She very angrily told me that I shouldn’t have four towels and that my room only had two people reserved in my room and the proceeded to state that I lied on my reservation.

    I told her, "Ma’am you actually are the one who checked me and my family in Friday evening." She was taken aback I guess since she didn’t remember. I thanked her for my towel and went upstairs to shower and get my family ready to head back out to the football fields. On the way out, I told her that the FOUR of us were checking out. (The same four, that she checked in Friday night.) She then proceeded to make a scene and yell as I’m walking out with my two boys that “THAT was unnecessary and we don’t LIKE YOUR KIND HERE, we ONLY LIKE GOOD CHRISTIANS in our establishment!!!".

    My husband was walking Behind me and stated “I do believe in Jesus and He wouldn’t like the way you’re acting right now.” Now here is why she said this to my family. We had a ** child with us. I also have a tattoo on my arm of a Buddha and my husband has the same tattoo. (My mother is ** and I was raised in both Christian and Buddhist household. My husband has the tattoo showing respect to my upbringing.) This is religious and racial discrimination and I am disgusted with her behavior and her prejudice. Both my son and his best friend had to hear and see this type of prejudice and were shaken by her confrontation and remarks. We will never be back but I do have family in the legal business and will be having a talk about this situation as soon as we are back home.

    I stayed in the Comfort Suites at 1006 Old Cherry Point Rd, New Bern, NC, over the Christmas holidays. After I checked out I realized that I left my leather jacket in the closet. I called the hotel and told the front desk that I left an item in the room and I was on my way back to pick it up. I was told that the room was cleaned and the person that cleaned the room was gone and they would call me the next day, it would probably placed in the lost and found.

    No one called me back, so I call the hotel and I was told that no items were turned in. I called back the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to the manager but she didn't pickup the phone, so I left a voice message. She never called me back. I called her several times, she never picked. I was able to speak to the front desk and I was told that they talked to the person that cleaned the room and she said that she didn't find the jacket. I opened a case with corporate and they told me that they would contact the hotel. I waited for two months and never heard from the hotel and they closed my case. Please be aware, that if you stay here, some of your items may end of missing.

    Nice hotel. The location is convenient, clean spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and the rooms are quiet. Everything is inside. I have enjoyed my stays here and would recommend this hotel. Avi at the front desk is always friendly and hospitable as is the rest of the staff.

    We made a reservation through a third party app to get the discounted deal and when we showed up to check in the “manager” at the desk was rude and explained I needed to give a $150 deposit “for accidentals”. Once I explained that I was unaware of this and it didn’t make sense the deposit being 3x the cost of the room for a night and I was checking in at 11:30pm. Check out is 11am the following day. That wouldn’t even begin to give me enough time to create $150 of damage! She refused to give me the room and refused refunding me so me and my daughter had to drive around for hours then park in a grocery store parking lot to sleep.

    While traveling to Tennessee we stayed at the Comfort Suites at Harbison in Columbia TN. First, they should change the name to Rude Discomfort Suites. Upon arrival, all handicapped parking spaces were filled with employees' cars and their friends. The off going desk clerk pretended she didn't know whose cars were parked in the spaces, one of the cars was hers!! As I checked in, the nighttime desk clerk admitted his was one of the other cars blocking two handicapped parking spaces.

    So now we made it to the room, as we entered we saw a corner of the wall broken and debris on the carpet. We checked the bathroom for handicapped access, no walk in tub, no safe seat for shower use. The seat provided for showering rested on one side of the tub while two legs extended from the bottom of the seat to the tub floor; until the tub got wet, then the legs folded under. Fortunately no one was injured.

    The next morning we went to breakfast only to find no eggs and little else for their "Free Breakfast". I asked the desk clerk if she was aware of the shortage of food to which she rudely replied "I'm doing two jobs, I'll get to it". What a pleasant way to start the day. We ended up with no breakfast from the hotel. As we checked out, the same rudeness continued. I approached the desk where the clerk was doing some paper work which was evidently more important than a patron. After several minutes of waiting, she looked at me and I asked to check out. Her reply was again rude, "I'll be with you in a minute".

    When she finished what she was doing check out finally was completed; I didn't expect any courteous good day, thank you or anything similar and I didn't get any from the clerk. After contacting Customer Service a partial refund is expected, but nothing so far. My advice for anyone traveling, avoid Comfort Suites. There are too many other hotels available providing better service.

    On Friday September 15th 2023 we checked into our room at Comfort Suites 4927 Sharpe Freeway in Lubbock TX. When my son opened the pull-out bed it was full of poop, the GM refuses to return my call. We were forced to stay there because everywhere else was booked, our 16 year old son had to sleep in the bed with us. Please do not stay at this place. All I want is a refund. Hopefully someone from Corporate sees this.

    This is our second day at this hotel. First we reached very early so, we had the do not disturb sign outside our door. Second day we made sure there was no do not disturb sign outside our door and we left. When we came back, the beds were not made, bins were not emptied and no new towels. When we asked the front desk, we were told they don’t have a single towel. Can you believe that such a big hotel and no towel? The breakfast timings were 6am to 9am. We went around 8am and there were no eggs. It seems that it is on first come first serve basis. We have been in other hotels but never had this problem before. We will come back and the bins will be empty, beds will be made and there will be new towels with soap and shampoo.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I came here with my family for a wedding trip and it was a bad idea. We saw this hotel and thought it would be a nice and basic place to stay at while we are here. There were so many flaws in the rooms. First off, the curtains had brown stains on them and looked a little burnt. Not just the curtains had stains on them but so did the beds. The beds have multiple red stains on them. And I thought the housekeepers changed the sheets. They even had those change me cards to put on them. Anyways, there was a huge hole on top of the window. I don’t know where that was from but it was also in my cousin room.

    Lastly, there was a gun shot hole in the elevator door. I always see those guys in cowboy costumes coming in and out of the hotel. There is a sign that prohibits guns in the hotel. That was definitely a gun shot hole. This place is absolutely horrifying. The worst part is MY DAUGHTER FOUND BEDBUGS ON THE BED AND SHE WAS BITTEN MULTIPLE TIMES ON HER ARMS AND LEGS!!! I complained to the front about it and the lady said she would call the manager. The manager then said he could not do anything about it and did not even give a a refund for the days we were there. This is the LAST time I am ever coming here again!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR TRIP TO BE RUINED!!!

    I am very happy to say that my guest experience at the Comfort Inn and Suites, located in Red Hill/Myrtle Beach, SC was absolutely amazing! Not just a catchy name, there truly was COMFORT found in my experience from August - September, 2022. The hotel was very clean. Housekeeping was performed daily. To come back to the room after a long day as an OSHA/Safety manager, working in the field, leading people for twelve hour days...to find a room that was cleaned, bed made, fresh smelling...was wonderful! To date, I've stayed in 167 hotels throughout the domestic United States. I've had the pleasure of staying in some of the finest hotels/suites in Reno (NV), Columbia (SC), Boston (MASS), Las Angeles (CA), Tampa (FL), Orlando (FL), Phoenix (AZ), Omaha (NE), Albuquerque (NM), Portland (OR), New Orleans (LA), and many others; and I must say that my stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Red Hill/Myrtle Beach, SC was my FAVORITE!

    The reason it was my favorite = the hospitality! The front desk clerk, Beth, was fantastic! Her professionalism is unmatched. Beth was very kind and polite! Beth had an aura that would light up the entire office. She is definitely an asset to the company! The remainder of the staff was delightful as well! Fresh food for breakfast? The Comfort Inn and Suites at Red Hill/Myrtle Beach did not disappoint! Being close enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of a crowded beach city, while being near enough to only be a few minute drive to the beach and attractions is another aspect of my experience that I really enjoyed! I will stay again! I highly recommend to all! And to Beth, thank you for your hospitality, you truly made it feel like "home away from home!"

    I had a group of underprivileged kids scheduled to stay at the Norwich Mystic Ct hotel..We had to cancel due to the inability to get transportation. The hotel agreed to not charge us, then the manager called me and said they were full so had to charge us. We called back and said they would refund the kids then called back and said they were full so had to charge us,,, These are despicable franchises. Do not support this chain. I am reaching out to everyone I know and asking them to avoid Choice. I ask all to do the same.

    This hotel has been used by my family frequently for the last few years. Each stay has become a little worse. After your stay they email you to fill out a survey or review. So I have done that several times and been completely honest about the issues. After all their website says how important and real their reviews are and how they want honest reviews which is why you have to actually have stayed there to leave a review. This week we had reservations & just before check in I received an email from the Kristin ** - General Manager informing me that our reservation has been cancelled without our knowledge and we have been placed on a Do Not Rent list because we left negative reviews. So I went to the hotel and tried to check in. After travelling all day we were told to go find a hotel somewhere else. This is the only hotel in the town, other are 45 miles away.

    The "Manager" purposely did this; she purposely waited until the nth hour and took great joy in the power she thinks she has. She is a liar. She put in writing in her email to me that we were put on a Do Not Rent list for negative reviews. But her reply to my Google review says we were put on the Do Not Rent list because we used profanities when we attempted to check in. No profanities were used toward her until she used them toward us. She was screaming at us as we walked out the door. None of the issues have ever been addressed & the hotel has continued to rot & become flea infested with crusty carpet from the pets they allow but without proper cleaning procedures. A tick and several fleas were found that we took to the front desk & they were like oh well. They may have given us some points I can’t remember. Points don’t replace pee poop and bugs.

    Upon our next visit (no choice, only hotel in town) we were told that we brought the bugs in the room because we were up there looking at houses & land. So we booked the 2nd floor on our next stay where we believe there are no animals & they allowed a family of children to jump off beds and run relentlessly over our heads without offering to move us & telling us that there is nothing they can do about it. So the next visit we put ourselves on the 3rd floor and we were next to the elevator with people running and screaming at all hours of the night. So for this visit, the one they cancelled on us, we asked to be on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. You see we were the ones trying to help ourselves by changing floors and locations because the hotel never did anything to accommodate us EVER.

    The staff is rude, except Karen, they have no sense of customer service. That is if you can find them because they are usually outside smoking cigarettes. They hide $2 in addition to your quoted price for a safe in the closet and we couldn’t figure out why it is freezing cold in the room during the day and you have to raise the temp but at night you wake up soaking wet sweating. They turn the air off during the night and sometime early in the morning turn it back on hoping you won’t notice. This is only a small sample of the issues on just a few nights that we have stayed on recent stays. Other times earlier on we stayed without issue other than the AC.

    We have stayed at this location maybe 50 times and earned the highest level membership they have, Diamond Elite Status. By the way some bad reviews were of other locations not just this one. One would think they would really want to know in order to make corrections but obviously they want reviews but only good ones.
