    The company couldn't follow clear instructions regarding the address to specify on an order of cartridges. Two coast-to-coast failed delivery attempts resulted. I gave up, and they promised to reimburse me but 1-1/2 months later have not.

    This company goes down as "0" for customer service. I made a purchase and then my printer would not recognize the cartridge. I called and returned with much issue trying to get an RA#. I had to pay for return shipping OK. It was delivered 4/1/2024 at 10:01am. I called twice requesting my refund. I was told the second time I had to wait until 4/22 for my refund. They do not answer the phone. I finally just turned it into my Barclay Card MC as a dispute to have them get it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND ENCOURAGE ALL TO CONTACT THEIR CC COMPANIES for dispute.

    I have ordered from 123 in the past with no issues. This time my order was paid for, but not shipped. No one answers or returns calls. The tracking can't find my order **. I need to get my money back. Looks impossible at the moment. What is the best move?

    Made my order easily and received notification that the order was received. Then....nothing. No order status after a week, no one answers the help line, emails not returned. This is the same problem I had with LD Products which makes me think the companies are affiliated.

    I got a welcome email for creating an account, so they have my correct email. I never got an emailed receipt, though my bank shows the charge going through and my account with 123inkjet does as well. I've filled out 2 contact forms through my account requesting the receipt and tracking info, no response. I've tried calling and, while the recording says you can hold or select callback, after 3 minutes of holding, you're transferred to VM with no further option to continue holding. The next step is contacting the bank to dispute the charge.

    Here's details of VERY GOOD SERVICE we received from 123inkjets.com. 1-17-2024: Placed an order for a printer Drum and Transfer Belt, totaling $307.45. Unfortunately, AFTER placing the order, checked ConsumerAffairs.com (87% were only 1 Star) and TrustPilot.com (63% were only 1 Star) reviews. The reviews were awful. 1-17-2024 ~ 10:36AM - Concerned that I was just scammed, (and that we are probably not repairing this printer after all – too old), I quickly contacted the company to cancel the order. Their representatives were busy, so I chose to have them call me back on an automated system.

    1-17-2024 ~ 11:06 AM - Concerned that we would not receive a call back, I wrote & sent a message on 123inkjets.com customer support page, requesting order canceled. 1-17-2024 ~ 11:18 AM - A representative did phone back in less than an hour. She said she would look into the order while I was on hold. When she returned to the phone conversation, she said she was able to cancel the order before the items were shipped. 11:28 AM Representative said she would send us an email confirming the cancellation and refund. This was certainly good news to hear, but we were still concerned about receiving our $307.45 back. A day or two after this conversation, we received an email that 123inkjets.com wanted us to give them a review for their service. I wrote back, that AFTER WE RECEIVED OUR FULL REFUND of $307.45, I would certainly be happy to write a review. Hence, this is keeping my word to them.

    1-20-2024 ~ 11:36 AM - However, it took 3 DAYS to receive the confirmation email that our order was indeed canceled and we would be receiving a full refund. This was good news, now we had it in writing from them. 1-23-2024 ~ 5:30 AM – Full refund was completely received back into our account. 1-24-2024 – I want to thank 123inkjets.com for doing what they said they were going to do. My only disappointment was that it took 3 days to receive the confirmation email that we would be receiving the refund. In the end, from placing the order, canceling, to receiving the refund, was a total of 6 days. We will let others know of our positive experience, and can only hope, that this is the beginning of much better overall reviews for 123inkjets.com.

    It is easy to order ink cartridges online. However, when the cartridges are defective, one has to deal with customer service which does not exist. Almost four (4) hours after I placed a call I received a call back. I advised the agent that the cartridges are incompatible with my HP printer as HP added some new code to prevent after market cartridges. The agent was well aware of the issue, apologized that incompatible cartridges were sent and ordered replacement ones. This was 21 days ago and I am still waiting. Terrible unreliable service. Will never order again.

    I bought brother ink cartridges for my brother printer, 2 of the cartridges the clips were broken so they won't click in place. I went back and forth with emails. They wanted me to take a pic then a video then to make sure of the model number of the cartridges. I knew they doing this not to take care of the problem. On top of that the black ink cartridge won't work so I can print color but not black and white, I performed cleaning on the machine. I rubbed it with some rubbing alcohol, nothing will work, I won't be buying from this website anymore.

    I was sent a defective ink cartridge and contacted them to get a refund. I sent the item back at my own expense. They received it and I was told my refund would take 7-15 business days. To keep this short, after 17 business days I emailed them with no response. After 20 business days I called them and they said I would get my money back in a few business days. Well, about 10 business days later waited online for an hour and after talking to someone who hadn't a clue I decided to file a case with Paypal. I got my money back and am done with 123injet. They'll take your money but don't expect to get it back anytime soon.

    I ordered ink 10 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived when it said it would only take 1-4 days! I reached out to customer service over email, chat and the phone multiple times and I keep getting the same answer: to wait 1-3 business days for an update, but more than 3 days pass and nothing happens. They never offered me a refund or anything for the stress this has caused, and this has impacted my small business as I need the ink to print labels and I believed them that they were going to send it. Save yourself the trouble and order your ink elsewhere, the cheaper price isn't worth the hassle and uncertainty that you will even receive your ink (or that the ink will work).

    I finally insisted on a refund after 2 months (because the ink is clearly never coming as it's now been 10 weeks since ordering) and they said I would be refunded in 4-5 days but that was 2 weeks ago and still no refund (true to their pattern of giving a time frame they have no intention of upholding). I've never experienced such utter incompetence from a company, and they completely took advantage of my patience with them and strung me along like they were actually going to fix this, wasting so much of my time.

    Don't purchase from this site. Use to be a good dealer to buy ink but that apparently has changed. I ordered 3 ink cartridges back in Jan 17th, 2023 and a week later only received 1 of three. I paid for 3! I've contacted customer support through their website twice and have not been contacted back, nor have I received the missing cartridges. It seems that they can't fulfill their orders and obviously don't care about their customers.

    I ordered a set of cartridges for my Canon Printer. 245XL and 246XL. They sent me the regular 245 and 246 instead of the extra-large I paid for. They said an adaptor of some sort was included which would allow the cartridge to fit in the printer, of course, this little gadget was not included, so I called them. I was accused of lying and asked to send photos of the content of the box and was made to jump through a series of hoops before I was told that they could only extend a 20% discount to purchase a new set of cartridges... ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Save yourself some money and some aggravation.

    I bought 2 sets of ink pods back on January 8th. One set of 2 color and one set of 3 black for less than $100. I get them the 10th of January and used one black. After less than a month of use it was time to change. So, I opened another black and no ink. I gently cleaned the head and the cartridge and no ink was coming out. So, I put it back in and did a clean and still nothing. Try to print about 10 sheets and still nothing. So, I set it aside and opened the last pod. Same thing. No ink and repeated the same process as the last one. So, I contacted the company around the first week of February to let them know that the pods do not work. They sent me a business prepaid label and I sent it out the next day. I called them last week and they said they still have not received them. So, I said, "Are you serious, it's been 2 wks since I have sent them back." They said give it a couple more days. So now I am out $100 and black ink!

    This company doesn't offer brand name products. So we tried it first. It leaked all over inside our printer. We called customer service asking for a full refund and pay for our damaged printer. This what they said "Mail back the defective inks and we will issue a full refund". I said what about my damaged printer? They hung up on me. I called several several asking to speak to a supervisor. Guess what happened again. They hung up on me. Stay far away from this company.

    We have never had a problem with anything from this company. The toner cartridges have always worked well. The one time there was a problem with one of them, they immediately shipped a replacement and the replacement worked perfectly. We have always gotten the number of pages advertised for the cartridges and sometimes quite a bit more.

    I have purchased ink from the company before and have not had any problems. This time was different. When I got the ink and removed the tape on it the ink shot out all over my hands and shirt. Because I have never had any problems with this company I did not realize how bad their customer service was. I contacted them several times and never received any response from them. I will NEVER order from them again. Buyer beware!!!

    I have purchased from them for several years. However my latest experience has determined that I never will again! Their website was fouled up and after much effort I finally was able to put in an order based upon my last order for the same previously ordered cartridges. They sent carts that looked the same, but when I tried to insert one my printer alerted me that it was a slightly different series and would not work.

    I called the 123inkjets helpline and ELIA refused to help me out with the return. She stated I could not get a refund for the one "opened" cartridge and I could return the two others for a refund, but only at MY cost. And she refused to even send me a return label to put on the envelope! Obviously not worth the cost and hassle. Like I said, I have used them before and the quality and CSR used to be decent if not great. Maybe they have sold out to a different firm? All I know is the service has gone way downhill and I will never use them again!

    They use chip technology to limit the number of your prints on a given cartridge whether it has ink or not. And they stop working at two years though they give a three year warranty. And that is not printed to find on the website, I found out on a "Chat." At least she was honest. I can't say I feel that way about 123inkjets. But she actually said approx., "we're 70% less than original HP cartridges." Not if you have bought their bulk package and your cartridges stop at 2 years and their website say they are good for 3 years. For the very money-grabbing dishonesty of this method, I'll go elsewhere and I've been buying from them for 15 years at least. Sadly, they won't do anything to change. How do I know that? You don't start a money-grabbing initiative and plan to stop.

    I ordered a cartridge and it would not work in my printer. Not compatible. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. That's when my headache began. My order was sent across the United States from West Coast to East Coast. They said if I did not get it in a couple of days, they would rush another one to me and I could return the lost one once I got it. After 3 days, I guess they changed their mind and refused to send me another. After 5 days, I could wait no longer so I went to the store and bought one. Finally I did receive the lost order. Now I am stuck with an extra that I do not need. After all this headache I did find where I could have bought the same thing for less and without the headaches. With all the poor service, I can say goodbye to 123inkjets.

    If you haven't held your cartridges up to the light before you open the package, I suggest you do. I ordered 6 separate cartridges and they were not all full. Some were barely half full. I had never thought of doing this before. I have been ordering since 2012. I have spent thousands with this company. This last order I was sent a different brand (NP-C-0042). This brand leaks and I had to have my printer serviced years ago because of this, so I only order LD CLI-42. This is what they picture on their website as well.

    Spoke with Meghan who was not helpful and rude, then passed on to Lissette who claimed to be a manager. Lissette was just as rude and totally disengaged, she refused to give me a refund and would not confirm that they even carry the LD brand. She refused to send me a return shipping label as well. My bank stated that this is fraud and gave me provisional credit. They said to take photos of the product and report to BBB and Attorney General's Office. Chances are they have been doing this for years to all of their customers. They advertise 100% satisfaction. However they do everything but.

    I placed an order on April 20th to Ontario, Canada. I received an email the same day saying the order was shipped, along with an estimated delivery date of Saturday, April 22nd. On April 22nd, I checked the tracking number which said the order was indeed delivered that day to a place called Simi Valley, California. This was odd to me so I contacted a representative on their Live Chat Help service who told me that the order was indeed shipped out and that the Simi Valley address was where my package was switched over from USPS to CanadaPost and that I could follow the tracking number on CanadaPost moving forward.

    I waited patiently a while longer, and I believe it was Thursday, May 4 when I contacted a Live Chat rep again. I noticed a bit of attitude from this individual, but overall, that was fine by me. He told me that I actually could NOT track my package through CanadaPost but that it was on its way and should be there by the expected delivery date of Monday, May 8 which is the 12th business day after my order was placed. I asked him what my next step would be if the order was not in, and he said I could contact Customer Service again and they would see what they can do.

    Tuesday, May 9th - still no order so I go on the Live Chat to inquire yet again. At the same time, I receive an email from this company stating that the order was NEVER DELIVERED due to INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS and that the order never even left California. No part of the address I provided was incomplete and I have received countless packages to my address from all over the world (Australia, Europe, Asia, United States...). The Live Chat agent wasn't all that helpful so I called the company myself and spoke with a woman named Lizette.

    Lizette was friendly and pleasant to deal with, but she couldn't do anything to help me with this order. I then spoke with the manager Jessica, who was friendly enough other than cutting me off multiple times while I was talking. I was insistent on having this order expedited to me as I run a business that was dependent on this order arriving in a timely fashion. I was told that is not going to happen since I live in Canada.

    Even though I personally checked UPS pricing which would have the order to me on Wednesday, May 17 for less than my original cost of shipping but was told that since the order comes from the Warehouse, 123Inkjets must use the shipping contract they have with USPS. I understand the need to follow the protocols when dealing with issues, but the circumstances were extenuating and I was expecting better customer service.

    I didn't make any mistake. I did everything right. I noticed right away on April 22nd that something was wrong but was ensured not once, but TWICE that it was on its way and to just keep waiting... I waited and waited and waited and in the end, the package never came, and this company did absolutely nothing to help me. Manager Jessica issued a full refund on the order and that was that. I wasn't getting my order. I guess if you want things done right (or at all apparently), you have to do them yourself. So I was able to make arrangements to have the order delivered to a friend in Massena, New York but that still left me with a 7-hour drive to Massena from my home address.

    What a terrible experience I have had with this company. As I told their manager Jessica, if their company was willing to go above and beyond to correct the mistakes that THEY made, I would continue to order weekly and be a happy and patient customer. But at this point, I am so livid and frustrated with the service or lack thereof. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. They should hire me as their Customer Service Manager because I resolved my own issue better than any of their employees.

    I ordered two cartridges of each color a few months ago as backups for when my ink ran out. Now that I have tried using the cartridges from 123inkjets.com, most of them do not work. My printer gives me an error saying that the cartridge is damaged. Now I am out the money I paid. Stick with the genuine cartridges. At least you know they'll work and if not, you can get a refund.

    I ordered a toner cartridge on 5/16/2016. It arrived about a week later. I did not open the box as it was ordered as a spare on 6/23/2016. We ran out of black toner. When I opened the box it had a magenta toner in it and the packing slip clearly says black toner. When I called customer service after being on hold for 7 minutes the girl I spoke with said they had a 30 return policy on wrong products received but would check with her supervisor.

    After being put on hold again for 4 minutes she said her manager wasn't available and she would have to email me with what they could do 2 minutes later. I received a email that said it was over 30 days and nothing could be done however they would be happy to send another if I wanted to call back with a credit card number. Instead I just went to Staples. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

    These guys are, by far, the biggest morons I have ever had to deal with. I run 2 businesses and my wife is in grad school. We need to utilize our printer virtually every minute of the day and then some. However, since our printer does not work without ink, we ordered from these shmucks, thinking that the order was sent out within a reasonable amount of time, after placing and paying for the cartridges. This order was placed on Friday, August 7th. On Tuesday, August 11th, I called to find out when I should expect to receive my order, and they said, "Oh, Mr. **, yeah about that... your order just came into our warehouse, because it was on back order, but it is going out today." So after them not offering anything more than a obligatory apology for my inconvenience, that was the end of that call, but I was angry, as I and my wife have been needing to print quite a bit of material, and it has now been backing up.

    It is now Tuesday, August 17th, and guess what? Yep, it's still on back order (even though they lied and told me that they was on back order a week ago, but it was going out on the truck that day...). Apart from being lied to, the thing that made me most angry is the fact that I had to call, in order to find out that my order had not even been sent out. There was no email or phone call - apparently, this must be "business as usual" for these idiots. I finally just gave up on them and canceled my order, since my back ordered package had no arrival time in the foreseeable future, and I was tired of dealing with IQ's the equivalent of a mushroom. If you have any sense about you, it doesn't matter how cheap they sell you ink. If it never comes, then it's not worth the wasted time. Unfortunately, I can't gain that time back that I wasted on this sorry excuse for a company. But I can at least urge to you to not make the same mistake.

    We tried them out, first time none of the ink jet cartridges worked. After providing screen shots they of the errors we received they gave us a credit and we sent the ink back. Now that I had a credit I decided to use it again after 1 year on my HP... Once again 2 of the 4 colors created problems (can not print more than one page, if I do, the color disappears... have to reset printer each time). Seriously it's not worth it, to use this site or ones like it. Too tired to call and explain all over again that my cartridges don't work. I broke down and bought OEM, now it works flawless.
