I received my Home Gym in 2 package by end of Oct 2022. Earlier Dec Is when I planned to unpack and assemble it. During that time I noticed not all parts were there but there were few extra that don't belong in my Gym. When I went back to both the package I saw there was a label but each had diff number. I reported the same to Bodybuilding.com as well in the package it indicated to report to IFIT. Both support till date is not helping me resolve the issue but pointing fingers on each of them. No direct phone # for bodybuilding.com is the main issue and their online chat is a bot and won't understand what the issue is.. I hope someone can help me on this.

Bad, non-expired products were not refunded - I've bought several product from them over the years, and 2 orders ago - my preJym was all chunked up like moisture entered it - and was useless. Needless to say that it was brand new and packaged and non expired. I thought maybe I did something wrong since all other products were ok. But my last order - 2 ENGNShred pre workouts were also chunked as soon as I opened them, and they were stored in a designated dry place with other retailers product which were fine. When I contacted support they initially said they would refund me, then changed their mind saying that they have only 90 days warranty. When I asked why? Since this is not expired - they abruptly closed my support request!!! I will never buy from them again. Prefer to pay 50% more and be sure that the product is good. Shame on you Bodybuilding.com - bad service and bad products!!!

I made a large purchase on 12/3 intended as a Christmas present which shipped out in a set of 3 boxes. I received 2 boxes but never received the 3rd and it is now mid-January. I have contacted Bodybuilding.com over 5 times to try to find out the status of the 3rd box, every single time being told that they are reaching out to the vendor and will email me when they hear back from them.
I never once received an email back and had to contact them over FIVE times to try to resolve this issue. Finally, on the 6th try, I get to speak to a manager who lets me know that the vendor ran out of stock of that item and the reason they never emailed me that information is simply because they are busy. They offered to give me 50% of my money back, and let me keep the 2 of 3 boxes, but what good is 67% of a product if you can’t even assemble it to use it? I am a reasonable person and do my best to be understanding when it comes to customer service, but this is outrageously unacceptable. I understand that the vendor is the one who initially dropped the ball, but bodybuilding.com dropped it every other time. I will not purchase from this company ever again.

On 11/26/21 I made an online purchase at Bodybuilding.com and my credit card was billed on 11/27/21. Delivery was scheduled 5-7 business days. As of to date 12/08/21 I still have not received the item ordered. After numerous attempts, I finally spoke with customer service yesterday but she was unable to provide status of my order. She did say it was sent to LaserShip for delivery. When I contacted LaserShip by email they say they're waiting on item to be sent to them by BB.com. I have sent numerous emails inquiring status and estimate as to when I may receive my order only to receive a reply they are working to resolve problem. I asked for a refund from BB.com, but was told they could not refund the item because LaserShip has it and LaserShip states BB.com has the item. I don't know what's going on and obviously neither does BB.com or LaserShip.
I went online to check my order history and it shows my order as fulfilled. However, Bodybuilding.com did refund the $5.99 shipping charge and sent an email for a $10.00 gift certificate like I would purchase anything from them at this point when I cannot get what I have already purchased last month. I have been a loyal customer of BB.com for over a decade, but this company is steadily declining. They need to fire LaserShip and get a more reliable shipping company before they lose more customers.

I ordered a home gym from Bodybuilding.com on 2/7. On 2/8 my account was updated to say: Date Ordered: Mon, Feb 8, 2021. Status: Shipped on Mon, Feb 8, 2021. The order time was 7 to 10 working days. But Covid and all I have been patient. Fast forward three weeks and on 2/26 I contacted bodybuilding.com's customer chat support to ask where my delivery was. I was told that it was coming from a third party supplier (something I was never told before payment) and they would get back to me within 48 hours about the whereabouts of my shipment.
Fast forward to 3/2 and still no communication. I got in touch with them again and was told, "This is actually being drop shipped from a 3rd party supplier and we do not actually hold the product at our own facilities. The last notes that I am seeing is that the vendor informed us that the product was backordered which was on 2/26. We suspect your order will still be fulfilled once the supplier receives more stock. However, we can contact the vendor and request a cancelation a refund if you prefer."
Which means 1) their third party supplier didn't even backorder the item until I complained on Friday and 2) bodybuilding.com doesn't bother to even follow up once they send your money off into oblivion. The support tech "suspects" I may one day miraculously receive my item. WHAT A JOKE! Now it's 2 weeks of red tape apparently to get my refund. This amounts to fraud. They took my money and lied about my shipment being sent. Please don't use bodybuilding.com if you expect to actually receive a product.

I have purchased different supplements over the years from BodyBuilding.com and they have also been prompt to get my orders shipped. I recently bought some Bucked Up pre workout, and it was shipped within days of purchase. I will for sure purchase there again!

I have been buying from BB.com for years, as has many friends and family members. I have recently been stationed at an overseas post in the EU and purchased about $120 worth of supps. The package came within 2 weeks, but due to the bad packaging, two of the three items were damaged and had leaked out powder from the package. It looks like the box had been smashed in transit due to the products being crammed inside, without any padding, and no room for movement.
I reached out to BB.com to inquire about how we can proceed, they sent me a generic email back stating they're having a high volume of inquiries and will respond soon. This was almost two weeks ago. I would normally not care and just start shopping elsewhere, but due to their $45 shipping charges I would like a resolution. It seems neither BB.com or their shipper, DHL, care about keeping or gaining customers as they will take your money and then hang you out to dry should issues arise. I understand things happen but ignoring customers and issues will be the death of this company. Tip for BB.com: look at the long term game, not the short game. Losing a little now would make you a lot in the future.

They sent an email stating product was shipped and updated multiple times that the product was received by a local carrier for days. Sent multiple emails regarding non delivery of their product and they have not responded except for an auto generated response if we are busy. Very poor service.

Not recommending to buy from Bodybuilding. I buy on a regular basis from several companies my supplement. It was my first time buying from bodybuilding. It will be first and last buying from them. It took nearly two months for the shipment to arrive. This company is not recommended. Be aware!!! Also the package came completely damaged and poor customer service...

I ordered early April and Bodybuilding recently decided to cancel the order. There were two items initially on backorder which became available not too long ago. Now if I had to reorder the items previously purchased, I would have to pay more since the sales aren't the same. I suspect they cancelled the order because of the sale and are using Bait-and-switch techniques.

They offered 50% off their products. I click on the very first product and it won’t give me the discount. So I go on their chat and am told “they ran out but there’s other products to try”. Sounds like the old bait and switch to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this with them - but it’s definitely the last. I don’t do business with dishonest companies.

I placed an order today which was buy one EVLUTION for $19.99 or get 2 for $25 dollars. Minutes alter I received an email from Bodybuilding with shipping instructions and that's when I realized I had made a mistake. I placed an order for 1 EVLUTION FOR $19. 99 instead of the 2 for $25. Immediately I called Bodybuilding customer services phone number and explain the situation to the representative and without hesitation NW Nick told me, he will look into it. Long story short NW Nick added another other for me at NO additional cost. That's what I call GREAT customer services. Highly recommend doing business with Bodybuilding and NW Nick.

I have ordered few times from them and I'm not sure whether I'm just unlucky or there is something else going on. They never managed to get the delivery right on my orders, there is always something wrong, which makes online shopping experience terrible. I always end up having to chase my order, making me spend loads of my time to deal with them and their chosen delivery company (which are terrible too).
When such things happens you would at least expect they would take charge and contact the delivery company to resolve this for you. Instead, they prefer to tell you will have to wait and see what happens. Therefore, I have decided to avoid and cannot recommend a business like that, as the time and the stress does not worth it any discount or lower price they may have. If you need your supplements quick and hassle free, I would strongly suggest to look somewhere else. Best.

I've ordered from Bodybuilding.com years ago and was always satisfied with their product selection and prices. However, I haven't shopped there in a while because I don't use supplements as often anymore. My grandmother has cancer and has been undergoing chemotherapy. She's completely lost her appetite and has lost a lot of weight. Since she doesn't eat, she's become weak and is wasting away. The only thing she can barely eat are meal replacement shakes from the store, and she is very particular on what brand and flavor she can stomach.
I checked the nutrition labels and these shakes aren't very calorie or nutrition dense. But it got me thinking about weight gainer shakes and that maybe she would be able to drink them instead. Weight gainer shakes would provide much more calories per cup and maybe it would help give her some strength back. But since my grandma is picky with flavors, I wanted to buy her a sampler pack that contained as many brands as possible. Unfortunately, nobody sells a weight gainer sampler pack. So I call up Bodybuilding.com to see if maybe they have it or they can make a custom order for me.
“Cheat day Colin” answers the phone and patiently listens to my long story about my ill grandma and my plan for her involving the sampler pack. He checks for me but there is no way to set up a sampler pack. He gives me some good suggestions on what to try, but also offers to send me some of the Bodybuilding.com weight gainer as a courtesy to my grandma’s situation.
I’m not too concerned about my expenses trying to find the right solution to my grandma's problem, I wanted to pay for anything I ordered. I graciously accepted his offer regardless. It was the principle of Colin’s offer that touched my heart. I don’t know if my grandma will like the weight gainer, or if it will really work for her, but I will never forget Colin’s and Bodybuilding.com’s generosity.

After reading some of these reviews I'm convinced people will complain about the most minuscule problems. You're really going to complain that it took 6-7 days when it was estimated 5 days?! Most of the time it's the delivery services' fault. Once they ship it it's out of their hands. SMH. Now for my actual review I've never had a problem in 7 years of purchases. They have the best deals and easily the fastest shipping. My most recent purchase I made the mistake of buying protein synthesis when I thought it was protein. MY MISTAKE. I messaged them. They replied instantly and understood what happened. They were so cool about it that they let me keep the item. I mean that's real service right there and one of the many reasons I won't go to a rip off place like NutriShop. The real mistake here would be purchasing elsewhere besides Bodybuilding.com unless you're cool with losing money.

I have been ordering from this online company for over a year. All my protein powder, amino acids, protein bars and preworkout come from this company. I must say that not only they have very reasonable prices, their delivery is amazing. I always get my order at my door in one day! I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable supplier with great prices!

The email I had used to order my items was not working and it had already passed the date on which I was supposed to receive my items. I contacted support, and they contacted me within the hour with my tracking info and package status after I gave them my name and the items that I am having shipped. They were not only very prompt, but kind about it even though it was my mistake, I would highly recommend.

I had placed an order to be delivered in India and it's been over 7 weeks and the package is nowhere. Bodybuilding says it is with customs however customs says they haven't received the package. So whatever happened. As a customer I have paid but without any delivery of goods. Never order from them outside US, there is less than 50% chance it will ever make it to you.

I have usually had a positive experience when I get a product from Bodybuilding.com. Mainly that is because I have never had to talk to customer service. The product will take over a week to get here now after being projected it would be here in two days. It is now be 8 days so I reached out to customer service. I talked to Dillion and said I was disappointed as I would have just bought it in store if I knew it would be this long. They ended up saying it's up to 5 business days even though it will now be 6 business days. And then proceeded to argue how many business days it would be with me over and over and never addressing the issue of I am not getting the product I ordered in the amount of time I paid for shipping. And that if it would have been this big of a hassle I would have went to GNC and bought it and would be 5 days into using the product already.

I had a great experience with this company. The gentleman was kind and even offered me workout tips ANYTIME I wanted, I just had to call. Seems like everyone that has trouble with this company lives outside the USA, so maybe you should look in to another company if this is the case. They are not responsible once the item is shipped. Shop local, you can't go wrong, plus it's better for your economy and environment.

Unlike the other comments I see at this site regarding Bodybuilding.com I have a very good experience with them. My first order did not arrive in the Philippines. Upon emailing their customer service, their staff were very helpful and quick in their reply. Eventually they re-shipped my order and it did arrive this time within a month. I'm great customer of bodybuilding but I'm very disappointed in my last 2 orders. I'm live in Israel and never happens, always I received my orders on time but the last 2 never came and bodybuilding in the first order give my money back. Not complete but ok, after then I make new order and never came and now bodybuilding doesn't want to give my money back, is not fair isn't my fault problems with shipping. I need my money back.

But they were not listening to me, instead they just kept sending me Template Response Emails about my Order and their Terms and Conditions to what should happen. When I looked up the tracking number they gave me from the US, it stated that it never got scanned for Shipment, which means that they never really sent it. I called DHL (and I have a recording for the call). DHL said that it looks missing as it never been sent out from USA and they need to make a claim with DHL to confirm where did the shipment go. All I say is, it's a RIP OFF Company. I will never order from them again and I hope that Consumer Affairs Investigates them and closes them down. Their Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, not Customer Friendly and their Customer Service is very bad. I will never Order from them, that's for sure.

I ordered 2 packs of BCAA's from bodybuilding.com on 28th August which never arrived. When I tried reaching them on customer care no one responded to the calls and when I mailed them, I was getting the same template reply which they send to everyone.

There are so many things wrong with the people working there. I got called a scumbag. This company also created a forum where other users can harass you and the mods won't do anything to protect you. I got harassed to the point where Internet safety was a problem. Also, I bought some of their products and they don't even work.

The Courier service in India is Aramex and will never ever use their service in my life, tried once to deliver and afterward they haven't tried to reach me. As the Custom process is not clear with courier, they randomly inform that you need to pay 5000/-Rs etc and when we ask for the Custom Receipt they show their generated document. Last week when I went to their office and after inquiring about my courier, finally they traced it. But to my surprise the package was damaged. So I can't accept the damaged piece.
So here comes the funny part, when I raise a complaint with Bodybuilding.com, they are saying me "Thank you for contacting Bodybuilding.com regarding order. I am sorry for the condition of your package but I am happy to inform you of how we can assist you. With all international packages they are subject to inspection by your countries customs and we have no control over this. It is not uncommon for the customs agency to open packages and product to fully investigate the package. As we do not have any control over this there is no way for it to be voided. Since the package has been sitting with the local post this entire time that could have also been where some of the damage came from and since it was in their hands that is also something we are unable to prevent. What I can do for you today is I can offer a 20% refund as in-store credit for the product price of the order."
As end user I paid 100% for the product and I haven't received the product and in return I paid 80% of the product value. So guys beware of this Company who are just taking money from our pocket. We want to use original products and go with company but you land in this type of trouble where you won't get the product and money.
