Raquel ** was knowledgeable and helpful. She was very speedy and helped in a timely manner. She always answered questions. Raquel made sure that I knew how to answer documents and that I understood what I was signing.

Cristina ** made our first home buying experience amazing! She clearly walked us through all of the steps (repeatedly, when we’d forget, and was happy to do so) and made sure we knew what to expect throughout our home buying process. She responded to our questions and needs extremely quickly (still not sure how she’s always so on top of things, because she is) and was very supportive throughout the process. We are first time home buyers and were clueless to the entire process. We actually enjoyed the entire experience, and we know it’s in large part due to Cristina. We are excited to recommended Zillow to all of our friends and family.

After almost 6 years of renting, a house in our school district that was within my budget comfort and fit all criteria for my family hit the market; however, it was a hot ticket item given the low (affordable) inventory in the area. I knew I needed to secure a pre-approval quickly in order to have my offer considered and have a chance to finally purchase a home.

Used Home Loans as my lender and has been the most horrible experience; they never answer on time, the closing was delay several weeks because the third parties that they use were not available. They dragged all the processes for days and we incurred in more expenses due to their delays. I would not recommend Zillow Home Loans.

Scott ** did an awesome job handling all documents and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very good about keeping me up to date on all aspects of the loan process. Scott and Julian A++.

Mr. ** was wonderful to work with from start to finish of my mortgage refinance. From the very beginning he was always available to answer my questions and went over and above getting answers for me regarding my unique situation. He frequently called to give me an update as my application worked through the process. The only problem with the whole process was due to the title companies inability to meet their deadline. He keep in touch with them and updated me repeatedly which was much appreciated. He was a delight to work with and his professionalism and knowledge made the entire process a wonderful experience.

There was severe miscommunicate with Zillow home mortgage when I called before to see if I paid.. Also there was misunderstanding on my part. My credit score is messed up but they are willing to correct it. Also, my part is I am disabled and when I get stressed I disassociate. I did in fact owe May because we closed March 28th not April 28th. With all the stress of Covid and the misinformation (also I am traveling, so I could not verify the date of closure). If when I called to see if I owed May they informed me "yes you do" I would have paid it that very day. I got a letter saying my first payment was in June from Mr. Cooper... and a letter from Zillow saying I owed May... if they told me I did owe when I called confused asking if I owe May or June... I would have paid them that day.

Josiah was great to work with. He was always available to answer my questions. Excellent customer services experience. When we didn't think we were going to find a house Josiah helped encouraged us to keep looking. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Would recommend Josiah to everyone I know. He is a 10/10.

Johnathan was clear, concise, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. All that and has a great sense of urgency, professionalism and most importantly aware of the stress the the customer is feeling. Thank you.

Scott ** was a wonderful loan officer. He was always available to answer questions and keep us informed about where our loan process was. Scott would even return calls on the weekend which was just amazing. I would recommend Scott for anyone buying a home.

Scott was available to me day and night and put me at ease the whole time when looking for my first home! Even when I was changing realtors, I stayed with Zillow because of Scott. He explained the process in detail, each step, additional charge and gave examples from his personal and professional experience that gave me reassurance in the process. Even though he was states away, it felt like he was someone I could visit right down the road. Can’t say enough good things, 5 stars for everything.

Scott did an amazing job. He answered every question I had in a timely manner. We a lot of different delays in getting our loan and he did everything he could to keep us on track for our closing date.

We received the best in customer care across the board! From financing to loan processing Josiah and Paul have been wonderful. Anytime we had a question they were always willing to go the extra mile to help. Would definitely recommend to friends and family looking to sell and/or buy.

I have to say that I am amazed at this experience. While I came prepared to supply piles of documents, the process was made easy by Andrew and Angi. We had our closing 11 days after submitting an application. And, while the interest rate was virtually the same between companies, Zillow had no upfront fee to process the loan. And, we had no need for an appraisal as Zillow waived the appraisal. We've done 5 or 6 refinances over the last 40 years and this was the best experience of all.

I’m updating my review post resolution. Zillow followed up on my review and solved the problem in a matter of a few days. I went back to the two people that I worked with until closing and they escalated the issue. Unfortunately, the IT system and the collections and customer service teams need to improve to make sure these problems don’t happen and/or get solved when they do.

After receiving disappointing service from two (2) traditional lenders (large cap US based banks) we decided to give Zillow a shot at refinancing our mortgage and outlined three (3) goals we wished to achieve, including elimination of PMI, adding my wife to the mortgage, and reducing our payment. All goals were successfully achieved. The online application was designed to facilitate the workflow and worked flawlessly. We both felt the entire experience was handled professionally and expeditiously. We will engage Zillow for future mortgage transactions and will similarly skip those other banks.

Michael ** was extremely helpful at the beginning of the refi process, but I'm sad to say I did not get responses to my emails, text messages, or voicemails/phone calls at the end. We received a statement of denial on November 19th, and I wanted to understand why. I could tell from the document the DTI ratio was the issue, but it would have greatly helped to know the amount we were over so we could reapply, as this refi was extremely important to my and my family's financial future. Unfortunately, I never received an answer after several attempts to reach him and would have appreciated if he had closed the loop with me.

Kathy ** provided a great experience, she delivered on all the timelines/promises. Zillow Home Loans was a very quick and seamless experience. I highly recommend both Kathy ** and Zillow Home loans.

This might be the worst finance/mortgage agency I’ve every dealt with. Refinancing was easy enough and shortly after they transferred the loan to another lender. Standard. That was supposed to happen 2 months ago and now I now have 2 mortgages on the same property. I cannot get anyone on the phone and when I do there is nothing they can do. I am promised call backs but never get one. I have left multiple messages and emails with different people and not a single reply. I now have my files a report with my credit agency to investigate it. This is complete incompetence on every level. Covid or not this has been a ridiculously frustrating experience! Stay away.

Zillow is fast at getting you the loan. Then they sell it and the NIGHTMARE begins. They are totally incompetent in servicing the loan. They are not even sure which loans are theirs and which ones have been issued to other mortgage companies. They will keep billing you, post your account delinquent, and threaten foreclosure, even when the servicing of the loan is not theirs to service. This is the worst company you can choose for a new or refinance loan.

My wife and I got the pleasure to work on refinancing our home loan with Kathy **. She was in constant communication with us, even on weekends, updating us on the status of our home loan. Kathy made what seems to always be a difficult process an easy and straightforward experience. There were no sudden fees or tricky paperwork. Kathy ** made it all so easy. Overall, outstanding customer service. Already gave her business information out to my friends who are interested in purchasing/refinancing their homes.

After shopping around for the best interest rate Zillow was offering the same rate as another lender but Zillow was easier and very prompt so I decided to go with them. From the start my entire experience was great!!. Auston was great, and Diana was phenomenal!! Both were very fast and prompt when replying or requesting documentation. The entire refi was done online except the final signing and with the portal was simple and fast. I have to say that I enjoyed the whole experience, I got the rate I wanted fast and easy and Diana was a blast to talk to!! Would totally use Zillow if I ever refinance again. Thank you Auston and Diana!!

Steven and Edith helped us with our refinance and got it done super fast, without any problems and with a great interest rate. Other lenders told us it would take 60 days, but Zillow was able to get it done in well under a month. Very pleased.

My Loan Officer Austin **, was simply amazing. He was patient, listened to my needs and provided me all the information in a concise manner. He provided his opinion about the different options and choices, helped me walk thru the pros and cons, that I found very useful. Zillow Home Loans, had a good online portal that allowed for easy uploads and status updates. Austin was also very responsive if I had any questions, thru-out the whole process. Clarity, Simplicity, competitive rates and outstanding customer centric team make this company hard to beat. Thanks again, Austin!

Kevin ** and Laurie ** made it so easy to complete a refinance. If you're trying to save some interest costs in these historically low rates, you can comfortably head into the process knowing it will be painless and quick.

I've never refinanced before, was unsure what to expect from the process, and asked about 10 different vendors for quotes. Michael ** was the only one who the took time time out of his day to explain the process to me. From the start, we spent 30 minutes on the phone, and from our conversation, I felt comfortable knowing what to expect. He was also one of the few to provide me quotes upfront, and by FAR his/Zillow's quotes were the most detailed and transparent. He gave me 3 exact breakdowns which I could compare side by side.

As background, this was my 3rd refinance in 10 years due to falling rates. I say this as I have not had any issues with the other home loans I have gotten. As a quick summary, this was a fairly priced loan, but it appears that Zillow is not ready to take on any servicing. This is a best case assumption. Worst case, they are actively trying to extract money from the consumer. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. See details below.

Zillow Home Loans, and specifically our assigned officer Michael **, did a fantastic job giving us a great refinance experience. After shopping around for a bit, we found Zillow's rates lower than the competition. Our loan officer was incredibly communicative and patient to explain the process and what to expect as we went through our first refinance process.

I reached out to Zillow Home Loans myself after doing some searches for home loan refinancing based on company reviews and current rates. Currently, the process is quite simple with Zillow because of the whole Covid-19 situation but even so they handled any issues quickly and professionally. I worked with Steven ** directly and his depth and breadth of experience definitely eased the process a great deal and he was either able to answer any questions I had immediately. I would certainly consider them again if I have the opportunity to move and require a new home loan.

Brianna ** with Zillow Home Loans was extremely terrible at responding to my emails, calls and questions. She ignored my emails for days and responded in seconds when I told her I found a better lender and that I was under contract. Would not recommend to anyone.

The loan officer and processor were professional and friendly. They made the process quick and easy. They made sure to explain what to expect next and answered my questions. The rate was very competitive and the fees were lower than the competitive quotes that I received. I wholeheartedly recommend you give them a shot.

We shopped around various lenders and landed on a few that had really low rates and closing costs. Most of those lenders had terrible customer service. We decided to go with Zillow Home Loans, my Home Mortgage Officer, Kevin ** went above and beyond during the entire process. He called me daily during the review and underwriting and after close with daily updates and checks. Kevin ** made sure that Zillow remained competitive with other offers and I ended up with a rate and closing costs that outbeat the rest.

I applied for mortgage refinance through Zillow in July. Agent Michael ** gave us fast and great help in the process. Just in one day after we completed our application, he could send us the initial disclosure. He explained the different rate options. With his advice, we could lock in the best one that fitted our need in time. Also the rate is a better one as compared to the other loan company I applied at the same time and was very competitive when I did research online. He kept us informed of our progress even he said no news is good news for the approval process. It's a very pleasant experience working with Michael for my application. Christina ** was also very helpful during the data collection process even there were a few times of back and forth additional data requests. That indicated Zillow is serious and secure in doing loan business. It took about 17 days from our completed application to receiving the final closing document. I enjoyed their services.

My husband and I recently refinanced our home through Zillow. Auston was our refi agent, and I first and foremost want to express our appreciation for his hard work to get us the best interest rate possible. My husband and I shopped around and dealt with several companies, but Auston was great because he made a stressful process very easy. If we had any questions or concerns he immediately got back to us. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. There are several companies to chose from, but the main reason we chose Zillow was because Auston was honest and genuine, and we did not feel pressured our intimidated. I worked with Michael ** from Zillow Home Loans for a refinance to my home. He was different from all the refi agents I've worked with in the past. Not only did he get me a great rate, what really stood out was his genuine and transparent attitude, I felt as if he was on my side the whole time as opposed to someone who was just trying to get business from me. He remained attentive even after we decided to move into the notarial signings. There were some last minute issues that came up, as with many loan processes, and Michael jumped right back in to provide me explanations, details and assurance. All in all, I'm very pleased with this refi process and would 10/10 recommend to anyone else looking to refi a loan.
