Working with their rep was excellent. The process was very smooth and streamlined. It was the best experience ever. The rate I got was pretty competitive.

We liked Homefinity's rate and the rep that we spoke to. My experience was fast, easy, and straightforward. The only thing that I didn't really like was that I had asked the rep if the title was gonna stay the same. I had told her that I want it to stay the same, and it didn’t. She just said that that's not her department. She sent me an email saying that everything should be the same. There shouldn't be any issues. She's gonna let them know. Then when I told her, “Well, it’s not the same,” she was like, “Oh, you’d still get that fixed with somebody.”

I'm 81 and I was astonished that I was accepted by Homefinity. To take a 30-year mortgage is optimistic, to say the least. All three of the reps I interacted with couldn't have been better. At my age, I'm very anxious about everything so, I bothered Don constantly and he was always gracious. He answered all my questions as the process moved along. It was complicated for someone of my age because I had to produce 21 PDFs of documentation and they walked me through that process when I had problems with it. A lot of people become quickly annoyed with the elderly and they express that in their tone and in their attitudes but they never did.

The application process for Homefinity was really easy. Everything was online and it went really smoothly. I had a very good experience.

They helped me through my first house myself buying extremely well. I worked with Tiffany and she was very nice. Anytime I had questions, she was there to help.

Getting my mortgage was very easy. The process was seamless and everything went smoothly. I worked with JP and he was very professional. He had very good follow-up. Anytime I had questions, he got back to me. He kept me informed along the way. I was very comfortable with him.

My agent, Raynika, was wonderful. She was responsive and found me the best information she could. If there were any questions, she would answer within a few minutes. I will recommend Homefinity to anybody that’s in that same process I was in.

Becky, Sarah & Team were truly amazing in helping us secure loan for our second home. Right from the point of when I obtained quotes, Becky continued to communicate with me (even on weekends!) especially given recent volatility in credit markets. Thanks to her, we managed to lock in a great rate. Once we had all paperwork done, (online portal is a breeze) appraisal was done within days and loan underwriting was done soon after without delays. Communication with the title company was smooth and I heard the same feedback from my realtor as well. At no point in time did I feel the need to chase as I was always kept informed of the progress. We were able to close a week earlier than originally planned; could closed even sooner had our sellers been ready. I can't recommend Becky's team and Homefinity more!!

I got a home mortgage refinance with Homefinity and everything from top to bottom was excellent. Starting with Steve, the rep, to the appraisers to the person that was assigned to specifically handle our case and even the sweet little girl at the title office, everything went as smoothly as possible. Steve was amazing about calling me back if I had a question. It was the constant email stream of letting us know where we were and what’s going on with the process. It made me firmly believe that traditional bank mortgages are dead. Everything was as promised, calls were returned and the process was extremely streamlined. I’ve financed about six houses over the years and this by far is the easiest. The application process was online so it took about 10 minutes. It took longer to get all of our personal documents up than the loan application. I like that we can upload it all. The lending process with Homefinity was the perfect experience.

I really enjoyed working with Homefinity. All kinds of things happened during the experience, but we've resulted in closing well before I thought we'd ever close. My mortgage broker got sick, and he had somebody important in his chain just leave, virtually without any notice. It went pretty swimmingly all the way through. The rep, Bill, did an absolutely terrific job of communicating where we were in every step. We didn't feel lost or this thing was gonna get hugely delayed. He did a great job of keeping it all together, and we closed on time. The explanation of why certain things were needed, why things would make, from their experience, the process easier, was invaluable.

I compared reviews and prices, and Homefinity's rating is 4.9 and the price was one of the lowest. We initiated a call with them and after we asked a couple of questions, we decided to go with them. The response time was great and the process was straightforward. There were no complications. The process took a few months though because of the appraising. The area we purchased is crazy hot, so it was very hard to find an appraiser. The first 45 or more days was waiting for appraisal but the underwriting and other processes were smooth.

I got a rate through an online program that compared a lot of rates and Homefinity was one of the better rates so I went with them. Mario was my rep. We had a slight snafu with one of the underwriters and he took it upon himself to make sure everything got taken care of, even though it wasn't his purview. I was 100% comfortable working with the company. The application process was very simple and quick. It took three weeks. Homefinity was excellent. We're getting all of our refinance things taken care of. We were trying to upgrade and make some renovations around the house. We've already started on them.

I liked the ease of the online process with Homefinity as well as the availability of understanding the rates and costs upfront without having to go through a whole bunch of pre-application stuff where you're basically applying before knowing the rates. I did a refinance and they had a straightforward application process. Between the conversation and what we did online, there were a minimal amount of steps and there was a fairly self-explanatory website to use. The online process was painless. The information that was being asked for made sense. The information was quick and the communication was swift.

The reps were always responsive and answered all my questions. They were on time anytime I was reaching out to them and the communication was very good. They were very detailed and walked me through the entire process. It's very nerve-racking to get mortgage but Homefinity made it very easy. They explained every step of the way.

Sometimes the communication with the agent from Homefinity was not very prompt. I had to try to contact him a few times. I was more impressed with the loan closure. Leslie was the one who stepped in and made it happen. When things got stalled, I would communicate with her and she would be quick to respond with very helpful information.

The rep emailed, called and texted me, all with my permission. He gave me updates on where they were with everything and followed up after we closed even though my mortgage has been sold probably three times. He was fantastic getting us through closing. I’ve bought a home and I've refinanced a few times now. You never know how long it's gonna take but Homefinity worked very quickly. They stayed on top of in terms of communications, gave us timelines and what you can expect. Everything, from first phone call to closing, was maybe 35 days. In terms of ease, we had a notary come to our house because of circumstances. They arranged all that. Everything was seamless and a speedy process, but also very comprehensive and well thought out. If you hadn't done this before, they would certainly take the time to explain to you exactly how the process works and why you're getting charged certain things.

The reps from Homefinity were awesome and it was the easiest homebuying process I've ever had. I had calls with the representative sometimes at 9 o'clock at night his time. He would answer the phone and any questions I had. It was a good experience.

Homefinity did a wonderful job and it was great working with them. Everybody was nice and got the information processed timely. Everything was good and I was very happy with them. From beginning to end, it was not even four weeks. It was really fast. I got the stuff back to them as soon as they asked for it. I wanted to try to get it done before March 1st. I started at the end of February and I signed my papers on the 23rd. Everything they sent me was clarified. If I had any questions, I called and asked and they answered right away. Everything went smooth. Homefinity is a good company and people should give them a call.

When I got ahold of them, it was a very good customer experience. The rep answered my questions and built rapport. They walked me through the experience and how they did it. I was looking for a quick painless process and it went really quick and efficient until it got to underwriting then it slowed down. But we went from mid-December, starting the conversation, looking to homes, to closing on the house in six weeks. Their rates were great. This is the 14th home I've purchased in 20 years and this was by far the best experience.

The rep who helped me through the process knew what she was doing. She looked at a number of different alternatives and ran four or five different scenarios. She was really good at what she did and she took the time. There were some glitches along the way that had to do with Homefinity's processing but there wasn't anything that was insurmountable. They just had to get worked out. Other than that, the communication was good. When I needed documents done, they have an app for that and it was easy to do.

Laura was my loan officer and I was impressed with her willingness to help and her always speedy responses.

The communication with Homefinity was great. Cindy and JT were excellent. We ran into some glitches, which were not even kind of in their control. Immediately, my note to my home was sold in the midst of the process from my current lender. So, it transferred ownership. We had to get that straightened. My lender is no longer my lender. So, they had no control over that but that was weird that that happened right in the month that I have to be refinancing. Homefinity's branch processor contacted me. That threw things off. I found myself kind of resubmitting stuff I had already submitted. But everything was explained and I thought they did a wonderful job, and I would definitely go through them again or even recommend Homefinity.

The process was extremely redundant and it was time-intensive to locate documents that we did not need in a previous refinance. It was quite a bit of effort for us to even submit the proper paperwork. There could be things that are streamlined to make it a bit clearer and more effective. The interface that they use makes uploading documents a little bit difficult to navigate. If I needed to go back in and confirm what was there or make any modifications, it was a bit hard to navigate on the user end. There could be a PDF checklist of the documents needed to obtain for the entire process so that the client can do it all at once rather than going in at various times.

Homefinity was great and they had the cheapest rates over other lenders. The only issue is I still haven't received my first payment coupon.

It was super easy with Homefinity and everything went flawlessly. The rep who helped me was awesome. I've already told a few people about them.

They got the best interest rates for me. They were pretty forthright. I had the same interest rate with another company but they had it all on the table for me to where I didn't have any surprises at the closing table, which was the best part. Angela was my senior loan advisor and she was awesome. It was a very personal correspondence or relationship with her. I got her direct line. So if I had questions, it was easy to shoot her texts, and then she would respond. It was a pretty seamless process for me. My experience was an exceptional one, especially given that Homefinity is not even local here in Columbus, Indiana. I would recommend them highly. They’re an awesome company.

Everybody was great, very professional, communicative, informative, answered all my questions, did everything they said they were going to do. I was concerned about the timeline and it was very short. From start to finish, it was within a month, which is way faster than when I did it with my credit union the previous time. That was six months. Their rates were also the lowest.

Dan from Homefinity was so helpful. He gave me a lot of feedback on our very first call. As we progressed, he even helped me on a Sunday to submit stuff because I work Monday through Friday. He walked me through the application process and things that I needed to submit. I had a refinance and the process was simple. You just need to be computer-savvy to be able to do it. Dan walked me through a couple of things because I don't have a home computer, I have a tablet. So, uploading and saving to put on a secure portal was logistically hard for me. I had to go out and buy an ethernet cable and dust off a computer I haven't used in three years to make all that happen. That was a challenge.

They were friendly and prompt. They took care of everything pretty quickly. Overall, Homefinity's portal for uploading stuff was relatively easy. The fees that were charged were reasonable or lower than most others.

I am so glad I decided to go with Homefinity for my first mortgage! I had the pleasure of working with Brian **, who made the entire home buying process easy and stress free! This was my first time purchasing a home, and I did not use a real estate agent, so I had more questions than most probably do. Brian was so helpful in answering all of my questions, and always got back to me immediately. I'll definitely be reaching out to him when the time comes to purchase my next home. The entire Homefinity team works for you and truly has your best interest in mind, which was not my experience with other mortgage companies I was looking into, before finding Homefinity. I would recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a home!
