    I received a call from this law firm and returned the call regarding a collection matter with at&t which i made arrangements for with a gentleman on the phone, to send out a payment Friday. Another person by the name of Michelle Dawson left a detailed message regarding my private matter on a wrong extension at my place of employment, which I found highly embarresing, I called the law firm again and a gentleman answered the phone just saying "hello" not the "law firm" name, when I asked for the extension of michelle - x328 he replied "nope not here" what can I help you with?" when I tried explaining what happened with the detailed message, he became verbally abusive over the phone, making a comment of "well if you didn't have so many phone numbers" I asked what do you mean by that"? 3x he wouldn't answer, and kept talking over me everytime I tried to talk, I became extremely angered. we ended the call.

    When I called back to ask for a Manager or Supervisor the girl I spoke with would not give any information as to a name of a person, she wouldn't even give me a persons name so I could write a letter, I know this was a collection matter, but what gives this company the right to abuse people over the phone. Aren't there laws regarding this, not only that, I work in a health care facility what about HIPAA? Would someone please contact me?
