First time heard a company send me the double order I thought was I accidentally click twice so I receiving two same order cause I order the mask so didn’t bother to check or return. Even I order double I’ll finish it. A week later Nu Skin call me. Said they sent me the double order. Ask me to return it back which I don’t as long as they charged twice so I asked for return label and let carrier to pick up the order. But they told me I have to bring it to Fedex to drop it off. Makes me feel like I’m the one who made mistakes of this order. He Told me Keep the two mist as gift. I told them no. I’m not asking for benefit but I’m not happy with a company making the mistake and ask for customers to recover it cause I have no fault on it.

The same day that I ordered this company's free trial offer for just pay shipping to try their product. I called and cancelled. However, I didn't get a cancellation number and I am not sure it would of mattered. Their site says accredited with many consumer organizations such as the BBB, they're not. I didn't receive their skin cream and eye serum and a week later before trial period was up, They deducted $79 and $71 out of my account.

I have been using products from Nu Skin enterprises for a while now and I have seen amazing results. My opinion of Nu Skin before was skeptical because I had heard negative feedback. Beware. Don’t be fooled - you go to a very fancy place to watch videos on how to onsell the products to your family, friends and colleagues. Then you have to purchase Nu Skin products and try to flog them off. Very hard when they are overpriced and you can get similar products at a more reasonable price. THEN when you realise you are stuck with their products you have to tell your friend how good it is in the home they will buy something. They give you the odd free product to keep you interested. Not worth losing friends to support a few rich fat cats at the pointy end of the pyramid. Just like Amway. A con.

I am seeing all these reviews. It just makes your face shiny and tight.. BUT so can washing your body with soap and water. You can choose to be fooled about Nu Skin products, or you can fall victim to their ridiculous useless products. Totally up to you. Use your common sense.

When I found out the toothpaste was over $26 with shipping I asked for my order to be canceled. The company ignored my request. They sent product anyway. I returned product immediately without opening. The company credited my card, but took off for shipping even though I canceled order the same day. Buyer beware.

I discovered Nu Skin ageLOC while visiting my cousin in France. His wife has been a distributor for many years. I commented that both he and his wife looked much younger than me. I have always looked young for my age, but now my cousin, who is only 6 months younger than I am, looked a lot younger than me. I asked them how they looked so young. Unexpected charge/shipment. My galvanic spa just quit working. It's not worth... I got it for more than $400. I called customer service. They said I need to buy a new one. Wow... The life span is so short. I asked for possible repair but none.

A "friend" asked me to try this new machine she was marketing to doctors' offices. Then she told me which supplements I needed to take for deficiencies the machine had uncovered. She said that I could try these supplements for 30 days and if I wasn't pleased with the results, I would receive a full refund. The approximate price was $230. She took my debit card number down, not giving me a receipt. The next day, my bank account was debited for $476.86! I called my friend and told her to cancel the order. She said the supplements had already shipped, and that when the shipment is returned, I would receive a full refund. I never received a tracking number, so I left a note for FEDEX to refuse the delivery.

Many (many!) of the reviews on this page are not at all relating to Nu Skin, they are referring to SkinNu (a scam company). Nu Skin does not offer trial periods, they do not steal money, they do not send unnecessary products, and they do not send packages without contact information or packing slips. They are a legitimate company with wonderful and effective products. Every experience is highly positive and they have live customer service agents willing to help in almost any unsatisfactory situation. Always, always do your research before deciding to send money to an ad/endorsement on a television.

As a customer and distributor of Nu Skin products I can tell you that the negative reviews describing 14 day trials and hidden charges are not talking about Nu Skin. There seems to be a scam that people are unfortunately falling victim to. Nu Skin is an amazing company that sells equally amazing products! I started off using the whitening toothpaste and then wound up distributing as well, because I believe in the product that much.

Clearly people are confused on the products. I mean Christie Brinkley was the spokesperson for it, until she decided to branch into her "own" skincare line. These products will amaze anyone and make your skin soft and smooth and new feeling.

I just figured out what's going on here. Some people got scammed not by Nuskin but by Skin Nu from china. Just like a few years ago when I thought I got cheap iPhone, it was fake. The bite on the apple was on the wrong side. Now people are getting confused by similar thing but this time w/ Nuskin. I had stage 4A oral cancer that cause me to lose my tongue and I made it through all the challenges of chemotherapy and radiotherapy on Nuskin multiple supplement lines and celltrex CoQ10.

Anyone who knows absolutely anything about NuSkin will realize that several of these reviewers clearly have NuSkin confused with something else. Look at all of the reviews that say the same thing. If you don't believe me, go to the NuSkin website and try to find these products that were supposedly on Shark Tank. They won't be there. I am a former home distributor for the company, but now I am just a customer and only use the products. I've been a customer for five years. This company operates through distributors, and I've never known them to charge for a free sample if they even have a free sample. Then it wouldn't be free would it? As a consumer of these products I'm at a loss as to these negative reviews. Many of them don't even make sense talking about things I have never seen the company do. E.g. Free Trial??? They do however offer a 60 and 90 day money back guarantee of which I've never had to use because the products work. My experience has been nothing but positive, their products are amazing and the best that I've ever used. The company and staff are always helpful when I have questions. I'm having trouble understanding all the negative reviews on this site. It appears that a number of people were not introduced to the products properly, or shown how to use them correctly. My experience is completely different - having had an in-home demonstration of the Galvanic Spa and the ageLOC skin care, I could immediately experience an improvement in my skin tone and texture. I could ask as many questions as I liked from my helpful distributor, who recommended these and some internal products for my particular health and aging concerns.

I just want people who come here to review the bad Nu Skin ratings to know that the products they're talking about are NOT Nu Skin. Nu Skin does NOT have 15 day trials of ANYTHING at all and if they were these people would be sent a product return # and form and money put back in bank. I've been with the company over 5 years and not once ever heard of anything like this for me or my hundreds of customers! They would never charge without permission and before you get off the phone you are given a reference # and also an email so you can give customer feedback if you choose. Do NOT believe the people who are writing these complaints. There is no 15 day trial of anything!

Yes, that's right. It is not charity, it is something that makes money. The scam part? Yes, I do not like that they charge when you did not order the full product. That's not a good way to sell products. So they had a problem with the way they sell. As for the products? I've been using R2 for one year now. My fungus on my toe is completely gone. Yup. I had medications taken, cream used, all useless. Now I'm treating my vaginal infection after my antibiotic treatment. It's helping me to take out the toxins (antibiotic) in my body.
