I bought many products from Nu Skin. I've been very pleased with a lot of them. However, when it comes to devices, these are short-lived. I bought Galvanic Body Spa for $400 and after owning it for about 2.5 years it stopped working. After their 2 years warranty, there is nothing to be done - no replacement or repair. Very disappointed that the product that is not the cheapest breaks right after the warranty expiration when my hope was to use it for years.

Nu Skin's skincare line includes a variety of products, including cleansers, moisturizers, serums, and masks. The company claims that its products are formulated with innovative ingredients that provide anti-aging, hydrating, and blemish-fighting benefits.

I'm absolutely in love with Nu Skin! This is a best makeup Brand. Their products never fail to impress me. I always feel confident and beautiful. I'll definitely be repurchasing from them in the future! Thank you!!!

I purchased a Lumi in June 2021 and used it religiously for a year. The past year and a half I used it on and off as my eczema flared up and couldn't tolerate the device. It didn't seem to be holding a charge recently and then all of a sudden it would randomly turn off and on and it wouldn't allow me to turn it off (which is frustrating in the middle of the night). I reached out to the company and it took them several days to even respond. When they did, they said they were sorry but it was past 2 years and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a discount to repurchase a new one, because I do love it, but haven't heard anything back. My Clarisonic lasted 3+ years and I only stopped using it because I bought the Lumi. Probably will go back to product I can count on.

The low quality of the plastic material on the machine surprised me from such a reputable brand in the world. With price and how effective of this machine, this low level damage should not happen. Disappointed.

The seller tried on my skin, after 2 hours had a skin breakdown, the seller knew about it, I bought the product knowing that it will work, but when I returned the product unused, box still intact, they didn't give me refund and took the product as well!!! What a shame a rip off from your company.. Taking it further to Department of Fair Trading.

The Company has great products! I love my toothpaste, foot cream and my in Home Spa! After using NuSkin for a couple of weeks, I could instantly feel and see a great difference in the texture of my feet and now I feel confident enough to walk around without socks, I tried a numerous of foot creams and products prior as well. Yes, their products will change your skin and you'll see new results less than a month if you don't forget to stay with it! I am always immediately charged for my items, but then I don't receive them. Their shipping policy is 7-10 business days; however, I wait more than a month to receive my shipment or never receive it at all. If it happens once, it's understandable...but this is the third time I have not received a shipment because it is "Stuck in Memphis, Tennessee". In Tennessee every time? Really? For a month? I can't believe a shipping company would be this negligent...and only in Memphis. Their product is meh, Ok...but definitely not worth this hassle. There are better products out there.

Lumispa is a must have device. I have being using lumispa for nearly two months now, and it does wonders for my skin. I have bad acne breakout, and I didn't like my skin looks. Since using lumispa, my skin feels smoother, minimizes appearance of pores and makes skin tight and refresh. I'm a Brand Affiliates for this company and if their products works for me it will also works for you too. Love my lumispa.

I purchased my Lumispa after watching a live video on FB because I have horrific acne breakouts. I purchased it on a Tuesday night and received it on a Thursday morning - exemplary delivery time. I was then contacted almost daily by the referrer to check that it works and that I was using it properly. I advised that I thought it was a bit faulty as it kept stopping and she shared a voice message and a live video demonstrating full and proper use - of course I didn't read the manual before using it - I am a reckless human. :)

Nu Skin refunded the charged amount plus compensated $40 for additional fees accumulated in the process.

Purchased Lumispa on 5.29, used it about 3 weeks and it broke on a reason I have no clue on. There's no way I can get this repair but only through Nu Skin, so I contact nu skin for a repair and they request to send the broken lumispa for replacement. Waited a month. Haven't heard anything from them so I contact them and they told me they are out of stock and will ship on July 8. It's July 13 and haven't heard any further news on it and I contacted them again and they are saying they do not know when it will be shipped.. I request for a refund and they said that's not possible. What the ** is this company? They don't even have a repair tech in the company? What kind of business model are you guys providing for the people who are doing business with you guys and selling your products to the consumers. They will be a scammer working with this company. This company is a joke.

I have placed order back in June 15, $300 was charged full price, then didn't get all what I paid for today we are in July and I still don't have lumi I ordered, numerous phone calls, it was supposed to shop 06/30 was told they had to place new order and they are on back order now till 06/30....No confirmation, called back again, it wasn't reordered when I called the first time, they place the order and added expedite, still was told it will ship 06/30...Nope no confirmation, called back again, now I am told they are out of them, and they have no idea when it will be available, many people I know having the same issues, getting different items, not what they ordered, have to ship them back!

This company has absolutely changed my life! Not only do I feel like I have more energy and stamina than I ever have since taking their nutritionals, my skin and hair has NEVER looked and felt better. Their products are backed by years of research and science. They have 75+ scientists on staff at all times and their products set the bar high. Everything goes through a strict 6-step process to make sure it is pure, clean, and safe. Their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced and their headquarters is right here in the USA. I am so thankful that I came across this company 2.5 years ago! Thank you, Nu Skin!

First time heard a company send me the double order I thought was I accidentally click twice so I receiving two same order cause I order the mask so didn’t bother to check or return. Even I order double I’ll finish it. A week later Nu Skin call me. Said they sent me the double order. Ask me to return it back which I don’t as long as they charged twice so I asked for return label and let carrier to pick up the order. But they told me I have to bring it to Fedex to drop it off. Makes me feel like I’m the one who made mistakes of this order. He Told me Keep the two mist as gift. I told them no. I’m not asking for benefit but I’m not happy with a company making the mistake and ask for customers to recover it cause I have no fault on it.

The same day that I ordered this company's free trial offer for just pay shipping to try their product. I called and cancelled. However, I didn't get a cancellation number and I am not sure it would of mattered. Their site says accredited with many consumer organizations such as the BBB, they're not. I didn't receive their skin cream and eye serum and a week later before trial period was up, They deducted $79 and $71 out of my account.

I have been using products from Nu Skin enterprises for a while now and I have seen amazing results. My opinion of Nu Skin before was skeptical because I had heard negative feedback. I have had fantastic results both for my skin and my hair. I haven’t had any allergic reactions like I typically have had with other products. I highly recommend Nu Skin for people to try it out.

Beware. Don’t be fooled - you go to a very fancy place to watch videos on how to onsell the products to your family, friends and colleagues. Then you have to purchase Nu Skin products and try to flog them off. Very hard when they are overpriced and you can get similar products at a more reasonable price. THEN when you realise you are stuck with their products you have to tell your friend how good it is in the home they will buy something. They give you the odd free product to keep you interested. Not worth losing friends to support a few rich fat cats at the pointy end of the pyramid. Just like Amway. A con.

I am seeing all these reviews. It just makes your face shiny and tight.. BUT so can washing your body with soap and water. You can choose to be fooled about Nu Skin products, or you can fall victim to their ridiculous useless products. Totally up to you. Use your common sense.

When I found out the toothpaste was over $26 with shipping I asked for my order to be canceled. The company ignored my request. They sent product anyway. I returned product immediately without opening. The company credited my card, but took off for shipping even though I canceled order the same day. Buyer beware.

I discovered Nu Skin ageLOC while visiting my cousin in France. His wife has been a distributor for many years. I commented that both he and his wife looked much younger than me. I have always looked young for my age, but now my cousin, who is only 6 months younger than I am, looked a lot younger than me. I asked them how they looked so young. They explained about Nu Skin ageLOC. She then did a demonstration on half my face one evening, and I was totally shocked at the results. I had her do the worst side, and could see the results within 5 minutes. The clown line and bags under my eye plumped up and became much less noticeable. I bought the tool right then, got registered, and went to the website to buy the products. I found the products were a lot less expensive on Amazon than on the website, so I ordered it from Amazon so it would be at my house when I get home.

Unexpected charge/shipment. A few weeks ago, while at my local pharmacy, I was invited to get an antioxidant "reading" and ended up buying a box of LifePak/Pharmanex (a Nu Skin product) multivitamins/minerals directly from the pharmacist. I only took a few days' worth and a new charge showed up on my bank from the company of Nu Skin.

I have been using various products from Nu Skin for the past 2 years and I have seen amazing results. Their famous whitening toothpaste not only whitened my teeth but also made them strong and my gums stopped bleeding. The ageLOC skincare products have brought my skin back the life. And their Pharmanex supplements keep me healthy. I was skeptical in the beginning because when I started using the products I was raw vegan and had very sensitive skin. But when I tried their skincare I was really surprised how I didn’t get an allergic reaction on my face and was shocked in a positive way that my gums stopped bleeding and my teeth were getting stronger and less sensitive. I now buy Nu Skin products for my parents and my friends and will continue enjoying the products in the future. Highly recommend to everyone to try the products.

These products never cease to amaze me. I love them all. The toothpaste, the mud mask, chemical peel and spas especially the amazing Lumi spa. So easy to use and so quick to take off a full face of makeup - has made such a difference to my skin. I couldn’t imagine life without it.

My galvanic spa just quit working. It's not worth... I got it for more than $400. I called customer service. They said I need to buy a new one. Wow... The life span is so short. I asked for possible repair but none.

A "friend" asked me to try this new machine she was marketing to doctors' offices. Then she told me which supplements I needed to take for deficiencies the machine had uncovered. She said that I could try these supplements for 30 days and if I wasn't pleased with the results, I would receive a full refund. The approximate price was $230. She took my debit card number down, not giving me a receipt. The next day, my bank account was debited for $476.86! I called my friend and told her to cancel the order. She said the supplements had already shipped, and that when the shipment is returned, I would receive a full refund. I never received a tracking number, so I left a note for FEDEX to refuse the delivery.

I LOVE these products (Skin facial scrub and 2 step peel pads). I saw results from the very first use. After 3 days people at work were noticing that my face/skin looked younger and brighter without my telling them I was doing something new.

I bought a LumiSpa for 2 months, it has some problems. I called them for help, but they told me they can't help me, because that was my responsibility, not theirs! They let me buy a new one! It cost 200 CAD, and when it has some problems, you can't get a good service! What a suck company it is!
