I was really happy about the transport of my car with Ship A Car, Inc. It was well-organized and it went really smoothly. For the pickup, I drove my car to the location and the diver had a review of the car to make sure the car was okay. She made records of any scratches or dent on the car. After five days, there was another person who dropped off the car to my apartment. Aside from that, there was no difference between the quote that I was given and the final cost I paid.

The rep was understandable and knew what he was talking about. The delivery was on time and they contacted once they arrived. It was a very good experience with Ship A Car

The person I spoke to was very professional and nice. As far as the delivery, it was one day late, but they warned me that it may happen. So, it was not a big deal.

Their customer service was good. Everything worked out fine. The vehicle got there quicker than I was expecting. There was good communication, too.

Ship A Car's representatives were good. The driver of the truck called, said where he was, where he would be, and when the car would arrive, and it was right on time. I live in a gated community, so someone met them and got the cars off. They actually got the cars here a day before we arrived. I'd recommend Ship A Car. As a matter of fact, we just brought a car from one city to another city and we were like, "We need to call Ship A Car." It was cheaper than taking a tow.

The rep from Ship A Car was super great, knowledgeable and very quick. He seemed like a nice guy and didn't seem like a robot with a book in front of him. It seemed like he was going off script, which was what I liked about it. The driver was a super nice guy. He made sure to let me know when he would be around, and we coordinated getting the car dropped off and where the location was seamlessly. The vehicle needed a bit of a wash when it arrived but that was probably standard with traveling across the country.

Our driver was fantastic. He got everything on time and was on point with the location that we needed. The communication was good. He called a day or a couple of hours out and was spot on, if not a little early. Everything was smooth. The cost was exactly in line. The distance wasn't an easy duck walk and it was a couple of days. It was the whole coast so that alone was worth it. My car was in the back of the trailer and it never moved throughout the entire duration of drop-offs. It was enclosed as well, so there was no weather or theft exposure. It was completely worry-free and exceeded expectations. It was a great experience with Ship A Car. We just used them a second time this week.

I had a very good, easy, and quick experience with Ship a Car. The rep who set up the transport was very nice and seemed very professional. Whatever they quoted me, the car got here in that amount of days and the price quoted was exact. Everything was great.

The rep that I talked to was very personable. She was able to get some quotes for me and reached out within a day or so to let me know based on the process. I wasn’t able to get a quote initially because of the location where I was at. But she was able to lock something in. It was a little more expensive, but I was more concerned about being able to leave on time than having to go through another vehicle transport service.

The broker that I spoke to was very pushy. He was badmouthing other companies. But I ended up using Ship A Car because they had a good rate and the broker was able to fulfill what he was pitching to me. My car needed to be shipped two days later, and he made that happen for me at a good rate. The driver was extremely professional. It was a father-son team. They did a good job and were very personable. They took a ton of pictures before they loaded the car, and I watched as they got it all loaded onto the trailer. They took good care of the vehicle. It was the same thing during the delivery. It was a different guy that delivered it. I ended up paying the guy for the value of the shipment upon delivery. The experience was seamless.

The sales team was terrific. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to help. I needed to have my Hyundai Sonata shipped, and the rep explained everything. Also, the driver took pictures of the car and walked around it, then he loaded the car and didn't damage it. Ship A Car couldn't drop it off till a certain day because the homeowner didn't own the house until that certain day and they managed to do it that way even though they didn't plan on it. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend Ship A Car to anybody. This is one company I can give wholeheartedly a good report.

I spoke with Jonathan and he told me he was out of Florida, and so I felt like I could trust that a little more. Once I spoke with him, I felt a lot more comfortable. He was the best part of the service. He worked with me a lot, especially when I shipped the truck. He was the most positive about everything. I really liked working with him. The drivers were pretty good and right on time. One of them, I ended up convincing to pay a little bit extra to bring it a little bit farther so it’d be a little bit more of a convenience for me. They were real nice and accepted.

I called Ship A Car and gave the information they needed to get my car from point A to point B. The rep said he would call me back when he had a driver. He called me back in a really fast time and gave me the information I needed. I gave the driver all the information, and that's when it was a waiting game for them to pick up the car. Pickup was in Rockingham, North Carolina and delivery was in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. With the dates I set up, the transport was really convenient and I was able to talk to the driver when I needed to. The car was picked up that night at around 8 o'clock, then I got it about 9 o'clock the next day and delivery was fine. They were very professional.

Ship A Car had very good references online. I called them and the person I reached explained everything. Setting up the transport was very easy because I found them a few months before I needed them. So, we had more time. The rep said she found a driver, but then she called and said that the driver couldn't provide a current insurance card as a recommendation and he didn't look reliable. So, she said, "We'll find another one." Within a week, she called that she has another person and gave his address and phone number and we were sticking with that one. He picked up our car around noon on Sunday and delivered it in the morning on Wednesday.

We first initially went with Mercury and we had our car stuck in Nevada for two weeks. Then, I called Ship A Car. I was on the fence about going with them just because I was afraid to switch. Once I did and I got Sarah, within 45 minutes, they had a driver for our cars. So, I was in tears because I was excited. Mercury told us that our cars would get here probably at the same time as we got here. So, we packed stuff in our cars to have our belongings when we got to New York and we didn't have anything.

When I contacted Jonathan from Ship A Car, he was phenomenal with everything. He answered and walked me through it and gave me the assurance that everything was gonna be fine. I knew that I was talking to the right person and I chose the right company just by speaking to him. The driver was also fabulous. The man has a trailer that is bigger than a tractor trailer and I watched him turn it around and wiggle it down to the road. I lived in a very rural area at the time and I have moved since then and that's why I'm here where I'm at now. But what he did was phenomenal. To drive and back the truck down the road to my driveway was beyond expectations. He had to make a few adjustments to make it into the road in the first place to back it down. It was a small road entranceway.

The company as well as the driver were amazing. Pickup and delivery went really smooth, and the driver was very accommodating and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Ship A Car. You're in good hands.

The guy from Ship A Car, Inc. that I spoke to helped me tremendously. Because we were going to ship the car, and something happened to it. It wouldn't start and we didn't know what his ship date would be. It was a big mess. But every couple of days of touch base, the poor guy probably thought I was crazy. But he was good to me. The quote was higher than what we probably could have got, but this company had more benefits. I felt safer, the Better Business Bureau recommended them. I could have went cheaper, but who knows what I would have got. The car got there safe and sound.

Ship A Car's sales team was really pleasant. It was easy to set up an appointment and a pickup time. It was a good price for the market value for what I was doing. There was a bump in the road where there was a delay with the expected time, but with the way the driver and the customer service handled it, I was still really happy with it and they handled it very professionally. The expected delivery time was on a Thursday, but then I didn't get it till Saturday. The vehicle was safe, and it was an unexpected event. It wasn't something purposeful. I would highly recommend Ship A Car. They're reliable and professional.

I talked to about 10 different companies and the gentleman at Ship A Car that I spoke to, Bob, gave me the ins and outs about being specific about what I wanted because I wanted an enclosed truck. I didn't want my car to be moved on and off of it 10 times before it got to me. I knew that it had a long front end and it was low in the front. I wanted somebody not just experienced with sports cars, but also had a truck that accommodated that a little more because I didn't want to see anything cracked on it. I was picky and he walked me through, "Just listen. If you don't go with us, here's what you want to be asking for. Here's what you want to look out for, questions you might want to ask." He ended up coming through on a good price and could set it up right away.

Ship A Car did ship our car and we were very happy with the service on both ends. We had to meet the people who came and got the car at a place where the big rig could park nearby about two miles away. The driver was extremely courteous and went around and observed the car, and then gave us a piece of paper. There were some scratches on the underside that he mentioned. The same fellow, when he came out to California, called and said where we could meet him.

The guy with Ship A Car was fantastic. He explained everything and was very responsive. It was the first time I had shipped a vehicle and was unfamiliar with the process. He helped me understand it. I was pestering the hell out of him and telling them, "I ain't heard anything. When is somebody gonna be here?" Ship A Car said, "We're working on it." Their explanation to me was no drivers wanted to come to the area where the vehicles needed to be picked up which was Reno, Nevada. They finally found somebody, but his price was even still higher. Ship A Car's fee went down even though the total fee went up. It's a brokerage service, which was something that I didn't understand going into it. Ship A Car quoted a price, and that price changed.

I shipped the Lexus SC430 and Ship A Car did an excellent job. Everybody else was lagging behind, but they were very responsive to my calls. The rep I had was extremely good. We did this within one day and the car was being shipped the next day. It was very quick and there was no stress. The pickup was extremely easy, too. Instead of them having to come down my narrow streets, I had them meet me in a public place which was a Harris Teeter, which was in the back. Then we met there with no traffic, I was able to get the car up on the truck, and they were going.

Ship A Car guaranteed me they'd pick up the car at a specific time so I went with them. The rep who helped me was very clear, understandable, and did a great job of communicating all aspects of the shipping of the car. Also, the driver did everything he was supposed to do. He contacted me prior to the delivery of the vehicle and arranged for us to meet and drop the vehicle off. The vehicle was in great shape when it was delivered.

I put a quote online, and Ship A Car, Inc. reached out and they were communicative about helping me out. And when I finally found the time and date, they helped me organize everything and it was smooth. There were only one or two minor hiccups which they helped resolve. During the transport, one of the truck drivers decided they didn't want to pick up the car on Saturday, that they would leave on Friday. So, it wasn't communicated to the team, and they had somebody else pick up the car that was a single trailer. But the single trailer would bring it back to the home base rather than a direct ship and I wasn't aware of that. But I just had to make a few calls. The guy communicated with me throughout the day to find a good time and a good drop-off spot. I live in a busy area, so we tried to meet in the parking lot, but didn't work that well. So, we decided to meet on a big road and the guy was good.

I had a very good experience with Ship A Car. I've shipped several cars in my lifetime and their driver was very careful with the car. So I was happy. The arrival time and the communication were all good. Ship A Car was professional and it was a good value.

Ship A Car brokers shippers. So, I get it. The first one failed but the second one worked. I would use Ship A Car again. The rep, Lisa, took good care of me, and the driver was very polite and a gentleman. The transport was a small trip and it worked out well.

Scheduling was pretty easy. They picked up the car when they said they would. We were really happy with the process. It went well. They didn't damage our car. They showed up when they said they would. They communicated really well. So everything was good.

It was perfect with Ship A Car. The rep was very helpful. The guy had trouble finding the house but that was it. That's easy to happen.

Everything seemed good. The cars got here safely. I paid and the driver was happy. I was happy. When we started this process with those two vehicles, it was supposed to be three days from the time they were ready. But it ended up being about seven days. We were trying to move out of state, so we already emptied both houses and had our stuff in trailers. The trailers were already gone. So, we went almost a week living out of boxes. We couldn't leave yet because we were waiting for the two cars to get picked up. But other than that, everything went smooth.
