I purchased a side-by-side in Georgia, and I didn't have the time to go get it. I got online and went through the databases of what everybody said about each major shipper, and Ship A Car was the one I liked. They had a better reach and they negotiated a better price. We live in a small city of 10,000 and for the drop-off, they drove into the country club where I live, parked down the road, dropped it off, handed me the keys, gave me the bill, and off I went. The vehicle was exactly the way I saw it when it was loaded. The driver took pictures of it.

I bought a car from a dealer in Virginia and I found three or four shipping companies online and I got quotes. Jonathan, the fellow that I dealt with at Ship A Car, was the only one that bothered to call me and asked me if I had gotten the quotes, which came very quickly. He asked me a little bit about my situation and what I was looking to do. Jonathan was outstanding. At first, the deal wasn't going through and I talked to him and told him I couldn't book it. He said it was fine and to keep the quote. He said he'd check with me in a day or two and see where I was at. He called back the next day to check what they could do for me.

I was impressed with Ship A Car’s ability to get someone to do the job. You tell them your needs and they put it on the board. It goes out for bidding but they'll tell you exactly what the situation is and what your options are. Everything went smoothly in setting up the transport. The sales rep was good. There were a couple of bumps in the road about stuff not being spelled right but we got that corrected quickly. The rates are kinda high but that's correlating with the high fuel cost right now. It could have been better if there was a little more flexibility on the price. But I’ve had good luck with Ship A Car and the driver was great to work with. He got there ahead of time and answered my text and phone calls. He did exactly as I told him to do and stayed in contact with me.

Setting up my transport was fine but one thing didn't go as well. Before I gave the vehicle to the semi driver, I washed and vacuumed it. I got a call from the semi driver who told me that I needed to pay him an extra $100 to wash the car so that the shipping company would accept it. It was not in a covered transport. So any dirt would have come from the semi driver. I called the shipper who said, "Yeah. Evidently, that's the case."

I did an internet search and obtained quotes online and through some phone calls. At one point, I even used a broker service that explored a multitude of different car carriers and sent me a bunch of different quotes based on a single form that I had filled out. I ended up using Ship A Car, which was one that I came across on the internet myself. Setting up the transport was easy. I dealt with one guy, and I told him the make and model and details for the timeframe. Once we agreed on the price, he said that he had a driver who had a spot on the vehicle that was available to come at a certain time and date. The person showed up and loaded up the truck, and away it went.

Ship A Car has been good to me. This is my sixth car shipping with them now. They're reliable. There are so many companies that would take your money, and they won't deliver or they would tell you different stories. After the second time they came through and delivered, I don't trust anybody else to do it. So every time I need anything, I call them directly. The customer service is good. I have one go-to lady that I talk to. Her name is Christine. If I don't talk to her, I don't feel comfortable. So, I let her handle all my stuff. Price is also very competitive. Ship A Car is a very good company. My latest experience was good. I was looking for other people to ship my car, and I remembered that I had Christine at Ship A Car. So, I called her and she found me a carrier and got that shipped. It came on time. They waited because we weren't even there when they got there. I didn't have any issues. The driver was cool.

I liked Ship A Car's price. The sales team was great, especially Christina. Their website was very friendly, so I was able to use it with no problem. For the pick-up, I gave the driver the address, and he said he couldn't come to the address. We had to come to the Myers that was up the street. My perception was that they would pick it up at the house, but he said he couldn't do that. The delivery went great.

My experience with Ship A Car was great. The people were fantastic, had good contact and did fast shipping. I liked the guy that called me. He walked me through everything, so I went with them. He told me exactly what would happen, and that he would reach out and see what contractors were coming this way, and that they could do the day that I was looking for, which he did, and they got my Land Rover shipped the same day that I called him. The only thing is the driver did not give me a receipt for the money that I paid him. I should have gotten one. I Zelled him the money, and that was it. Also, we looked at the car, but I thought he'd have me sign something that everything was okay on the car when he dropped it off, but I didn't.

Ship A Car seemed like they were as urgent as I needed them to be to get my vehicle out, and they did it in a timely fashion and it was at a good price. The driver got the car there in a timely manner and was very careful with it, did his inspection like he was supposed to, and took pictures. It was a quick and efficient exchange.

Lisa from Ship A Car was great. It took half an hour to set up the transport, but getting someone to bid on it was a week. When I needed to leave, I reached out to Ship A Car ‘cause I wanted to make sure. Once the rep called me, I called the company right after. I talked to a woman representative for the driver, and it was good. Pickup was really quick as well. The driver walked around the car, then I took pictures of it. My mom was at the delivery point and she said everything was flawless. I recommended Ship A Car to someone already.

Ship A Car was amazing. I worked with a young lady who was out in Florida and she answered my phone call in person. She said she'd get right on it and within minutes, she got me a price of somebody. She did it so quick that the seller wasn't ready to pick up the bike for me, which was incredible. The carrier said they were on their way down the next day. But the seller had a doctor's appointment, so he couldn't make it to the pickup and we had to lose that carrier. But it took Ship A Car's rep a day or two to find another one. If I had to use anybody again, I'd use her any day of the week and twice on Sunday. She was that on top of it. The prices were also amazing and the driver was cool. He came down, dropped the bike off, and even put it in the garage for me. It couldn't have been a better experience.

I loved the rep that set everything up. The main things I treasured were communication, truthfulness, helpfulness and the fact that he was always there when I called. But I could understand the driver who had a heavy accent. But if you take away the language barrier, he was really helpful, polite and sweet. I got my vehicle in good condition.

I was really happy about the transport of my car with Ship A Car, Inc. It was well-organized and it went really smoothly. For the pickup, I drove my car to the location and the diver had a review of the car to make sure the car was okay. She made records of any scratches or dent on the car. After five days, there was another person who dropped off the car to my apartment. Aside from that, there was no difference between the quote that I was given and the final cost I paid.

The rep was understandable and knew what he was talking about. The delivery was on time and they contacted once they arrived. It was a very good experience with Ship A Car

The person I spoke to was very professional and nice. As far as the delivery, it was one day late, but they warned me that it may happen. So, it was not a big deal.

Their customer service was good. Everything worked out fine. The vehicle got there quicker than I was expecting. There was good communication, too.

Ship A Car's representatives were good. The driver of the truck called, said where he was, where he would be, and when the car would arrive, and it was right on time. I live in a gated community, so someone met them and got the cars off. They actually got the cars here a day before we arrived. I'd recommend Ship A Car. As a matter of fact, we just brought a car from one city to another city and we were like, "We need to call Ship A Car." It was cheaper than taking a tow.

The rep from Ship A Car was super great, knowledgeable and very quick. He seemed like a nice guy and didn't seem like a robot with a book in front of him. It seemed like he was going off script, which was what I liked about it. The driver was a super nice guy. He made sure to let me know when he would be around, and we coordinated getting the car dropped off and where the location was seamlessly. The vehicle needed a bit of a wash when it arrived but that was probably standard with traveling across the country.

Our driver was fantastic. He got everything on time and was on point with the location that we needed. The communication was good. He called a day or a couple of hours out and was spot on, if not a little early. Everything was smooth. The cost was exactly in line. The distance wasn't an easy duck walk and it was a couple of days. It was the whole coast so that alone was worth it. My car was in the back of the trailer and it never moved throughout the entire duration of drop-offs. It was enclosed as well, so there was no weather or theft exposure. It was completely worry-free and exceeded expectations. It was a great experience with Ship A Car. We just used them a second time this week.

I had a very good, easy, and quick experience with Ship a Car. The rep who set up the transport was very nice and seemed very professional. Whatever they quoted me, the car got here in that amount of days and the price quoted was exact. Everything was great.

The rep that I talked to was very personable. She was able to get some quotes for me and reached out within a day or so to let me know based on the process. I wasn’t able to get a quote initially because of the location where I was at. But she was able to lock something in. It was a little more expensive, but I was more concerned about being able to leave on time than having to go through another vehicle transport service.

The broker that I spoke to was very pushy. He was badmouthing other companies. But I ended up using Ship A Car because they had a good rate and the broker was able to fulfill what he was pitching to me. My car needed to be shipped two days later, and he made that happen for me at a good rate. The driver was extremely professional. It was a father-son team. They did a good job and were very personable. They took a ton of pictures before they loaded the car, and I watched as they got it all loaded onto the trailer. They took good care of the vehicle. It was the same thing during the delivery. It was a different guy that delivered it. I ended up paying the guy for the value of the shipment upon delivery. The experience was seamless.

The sales team was terrific. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to help. I needed to have my Hyundai Sonata shipped, and the rep explained everything. Also, the driver took pictures of the car and walked around it, then he loaded the car and didn't damage it. Ship A Car couldn't drop it off till a certain day because the homeowner didn't own the house until that certain day and they managed to do it that way even though they didn't plan on it. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend Ship A Car to anybody. This is one company I can give wholeheartedly a good report.

I spoke with Jonathan and he told me he was out of Florida, and so I felt like I could trust that a little more. Once I spoke with him, I felt a lot more comfortable. He was the best part of the service. He worked with me a lot, especially when I shipped the truck. He was the most positive about everything. I really liked working with him. The drivers were pretty good and right on time. One of them, I ended up convincing to pay a little bit extra to bring it a little bit farther so it’d be a little bit more of a convenience for me. They were real nice and accepted.

I called Ship A Car and gave the information they needed to get my car from point A to point B. The rep said he would call me back when he had a driver. He called me back in a really fast time and gave me the information I needed. I gave the driver all the information, and that's when it was a waiting game for them to pick up the car. Pickup was in Rockingham, North Carolina and delivery was in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. With the dates I set up, the transport was really convenient and I was able to talk to the driver when I needed to. The car was picked up that night at around 8 o'clock, then I got it about 9 o'clock the next day and delivery was fine. They were very professional.

Ship A Car had very good references online. I called them and the person I reached explained everything. Setting up the transport was very easy because I found them a few months before I needed them. So, we had more time. The rep said she found a driver, but then she called and said that the driver couldn't provide a current insurance card as a recommendation and he didn't look reliable. So, she said, "We'll find another one." Within a week, she called that she has another person and gave his address and phone number and we were sticking with that one. He picked up our car around noon on Sunday and delivered it in the morning on Wednesday.

We first initially went with Mercury and we had our car stuck in Nevada for two weeks. Then, I called Ship A Car. I was on the fence about going with them just because I was afraid to switch. Once I did and I got Sarah, within 45 minutes, they had a driver for our cars. So, I was in tears because I was excited. Mercury told us that our cars would get here probably at the same time as we got here. So, we packed stuff in our cars to have our belongings when we got to New York and we didn't have anything.

When I contacted Jonathan from Ship A Car, he was phenomenal with everything. He answered and walked me through it and gave me the assurance that everything was gonna be fine. I knew that I was talking to the right person and I chose the right company just by speaking to him. The driver was also fabulous. The man has a trailer that is bigger than a tractor trailer and I watched him turn it around and wiggle it down to the road. I lived in a very rural area at the time and I have moved since then and that's why I'm here where I'm at now. But what he did was phenomenal. To drive and back the truck down the road to my driveway was beyond expectations. He had to make a few adjustments to make it into the road in the first place to back it down. It was a small road entranceway.

The company as well as the driver were amazing. Pickup and delivery went really smooth, and the driver was very accommodating and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Ship A Car. You're in good hands.

The guy from Ship A Car, Inc. that I spoke to helped me tremendously. Because we were going to ship the car, and something happened to it. It wouldn't start and we didn't know what his ship date would be. It was a big mess. But every couple of days of touch base, the poor guy probably thought I was crazy. But he was good to me. The quote was higher than what we probably could have got, but this company had more benefits. I felt safer, the Better Business Bureau recommended them. I could have went cheaper, but who knows what I would have got. The car got there safe and sound.
