Good. Just looking more information like eligibility of the applicants who can apply for a loan. But the rest is good. Just hoping you can give me some information that can help me what I'm searching. Thank you.

I don't want their poor investment services and they constantly call me and email me after I have repeatedly ask them not to. Never get involved with them or you won't be able to shake them. Totally unprofessional. They NEVER pick up their (855) number to help you. STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been using this service to track my finances for about a year. It's ok for that, but I can't recommend investing with them. Their portfolio review that they insist on hooks you up with a high pressure salesman that will make you feel like an idiot if you don't send them any money. It was a huge turn-off for me.

After entering my details (investments, income and expenses) I was provided an *excellent* up-to-date snapshot of my financial picture, which is clear, concise and easy to understand. There are also links to articles (such as a forecast on the health of Social Security) which I found very helpful. I do not manage my investments through the app, so for my use I have no need to look elsewhere. Accurate, concise information on current investments with a look at how my savings and investments compare with my retirement goals. All this with no pesky ads and half-information! It's a keeper!

Terrible - bait and switch on high rates. If you move money in plan to leave it as it takes 60 days to get it out. They limit how much you can withdrawal and then limit again for 60 days. Terrible experience and certainly NOT a bank. Run as fast as you can.

Personal Capital has Great Customer Service and help. Their free tools really can't be beat, for tracking your money and investments. Their investment portfolio and strategy are decent. I would say if you are comfortable investing yourself in index funds and understand some basic investment principals their .89% AUM fee is probably not worth it to you. If you are with anyone except Fidelity, Vanguard or Schwab and pay for investment advice Personal Capital is better and cheaper. They do not do tax advice which is frustrating because investing and taxes are commingled in my book. However if you simply want to set it and forget and be able to speak with an actual human regarding our account Personal Capital is a better option than any of the robo advisers or other firms which charge north of 1%.

OK as a free service until there are problems. I liked having one spot to look at all of my accounts. There were periodic issues accessing some Fidelity accounts, but those were fixed with updating the account information (not sure why this “update” was needed since nothing changed on my end). My bank started requiring two factor authorization 2 months ago. I submitted a problem report to Personal Capital a month ago. Still no bank account access. With the increased use of two factor authentication, this will be an increasing problem for Personal Capital.

After adding all my accounts to Personal Capital, I received a popup that said I had earned a free advisor review... An actual person would call me. It was my day off, so I scheduled a good time later that day. I had considered other plans for the day, but decided to take the call instead. After all, what's more important than free, expert, personalized financial advice about my portfolio?

30 minutes early, the adviser called. He said he wanted to call me a little early to ask some questions about my portfolio. I thought he was just being prepared. He asked if the last account was a pension account. I said it was, and I can't actually tap into that money. He said something vague and closing, like "I wish you well in the future and thanks for your interest." I was a little confused, and said, "Are you still calling in 30 minutes?" He said no. Huh. Thanks for the free personalized advice, Personal Capital. Not very well handled.

I have been with them for a year. THEY made money, I didn't. When I finally decided to close down with them I tried to get in touch with my financial advisor. He had left the company 6 months ago and the only contact I had from a new advisor was an email - no phone call. I also tried to reach out to the financial person that initially got me involved at Personal Capital. He also left the company. What a waste of my time and money.

They have great customer service and the app has nice features. But the stocks, bonds, etc. that they put me in did not serve me well. My self managed Fidelity account had better returns for 2018 than my professionally managed account at Personal Capital which is down 9.6%. Also, last year at tax time, I had to pay thousands of dollars in taxes due to Personal Capital selling most of my stocks and mutual funds, so I could be more "balanced". I'm more of a buy and hold investor.

I first learned of Personal Capital via recommendations on Consumer Affairs. Previous Quicken users indicated that the Personal Capital site would replace most of Quicken's attributes, with easy download of banking, credit cards, etc. After a few months using their program sporadically I stopped since it wasn't an alternative to Quicken. I am still using the old program (Quicken) but no downloads, everything is manual entries.

A few weeks ago I received an email with an introduction of their account representative handling my free Personal Capital account. I was told that it would be much easier for me to add my savings, brokerage accts, etc. for them to provide a clearer synopsis of my investments and where they can help me achieve any of my goals. This representative requested that I add my various equities holdings into their site. After I set up a meeting for a few days later, just to get them off the phone, I realized that this account representative was privy to my account, how else would he have known that I only had added two banks and various credit cards and omitted my brokerages. I immediately cancelled the meeting, removed all passwords and ID's from the account and removed the program from my computer. Why didn't they contact me for permission to access my account in the first place?

I've told them over and over that it shows the true current balance as the prior balance and the prior balance as the current balance, so the only thing I can do is enter the whole balance manually as cash. Then, the retirement planner is useless! I don't understand how, if they are able to link the account, they can't point the "hooks" to the correct balance. For God's sake, they are right on the home page dashboard of the 401(k) website!!! Mint doesn't have this problem, so it's back to Mint. Unfortunately, Mint is more a budgeting website and I need a retirement planner. (I don't use PC's commissioned services, so I'm getting what I pay for, but I wonder if their paid services are this bad.)

I read a lot of reviews saying this was better than Quicken. What nonsense! The planning tool is a simplistic bit of garbage - I could build something better in a spreadsheet in less than 5 minutes. They also require a cell #, which I almost never give out, but did in this case, though they swore up and down not to use it. In less than 24 hours, they were calling me. I canceled the account, and hope I won't regret allowing my accounts to be linked to them, even momentarily.
