It was an easy and information filled experience. Guided me towards the annuities that would work for me. So far so good. Everything has pretty much going along as pretty much as sold. I am overall pretty happy.

Fidelity has competent advisors that make the option of choosing annuities very easy. They are a very good way of earning money safe and easily. They describe what the options are and how they could earn you some money on returns. I would highly recommend Fidelity for any investing service. I believe they are very qualified to invest and that they have pretty friendly fees.

Fidelity is very helpful in describing my options for an annuity. What the benefits are and clearly explaining how and when the payouts are handled. Also providing different options in choosing which investment options to use.

The company workers are great. They explain anything I want to know about. Putting money into an annuity is one way to help with retirement expenses as an annuity gives a person predicted returns.

It was very good. The co. was very helpful and answer any questions that I had. They were very knowledgeable about their product. I would recommend to my friends.

My experiences with Fidelity have been fairly good for the most part. Their financial advice has been mostly good but could have always been better. One to a degree gets the impression that their customers are just another spoke in the wheel. That may very well be due to their size but a more personable approach always makes a customer feel more at ease with their finances being managed.

I have had my annuity with Fidelity Investment for over twenty years. I am now retired for four years and I am benefiting from my annuity greatly. I receive my payment every month on time with no problems. I have invested at times in the stock plan so I am also benefiting from that. Annuity is a good investment for the future and retirement.

After we maxed out our other tax advantage retirement plans we moved into an annuity tax free growth. It seemed to make sense to do. We found Fidelity had a very reasonable fee structure. They helped us understand about early withdraw, benefits of putting away money long term and how to help show us on what our disposal income could become. After everything we looked at and different companies we decided annuities was the way to go. It made more sense than no-load mutual funds.

I purchased my annuity through the recommendation of my Nationwide insurance agent. I picked one that was generally safe. Mid risk. About 5 years ago so far my investment has always showed a increase even though the down periods of the market. If I want to make a change or withdrawal I can pick up the phone, never been a problem.. Overall I am very happy.

My experience is with Fidelity. The advisor I talked to about this option sold me the only annuity they had that was a term annuity. The provider of this annuity is MetLife. This annuity is evaluated each year for 5 years and if the investment shows an increase my payout is adjusted up. So far, after 1 year, the investment has lost principal so my payout is holding at the initial payout.

I feel as though as my needs arise they are prompt when I need to make a withdrawal or when it comes to keeping me informed on what my gain or loss may be. Courteous when I contact my broker.

This is a very trustworthy and upfront group. The investments were clear and customer service was right there in case I had any questions. It was easy to communicate and/or check my investment online.

Fidelity has and does continue to prove to me that they are the leader in dealing with my financial portfolio. They provide consistent and continued innovative methods in which my investments including annuities are managed.

I have a broker that deals directly with the company so I have not had much contact but the few times that I have had to contact them myself I was totally satisfied. They were very helpful. I have been satisfied with the results.

They are super and have made me money. Lost some but yes made it back in short time. That happens sometimes. Take good with the bad I say but good is always better.

They were very helpful in helping everything set up and have recommended them to others. Let me say again that it was very easy to talk to them and they offered us coffee. We talked about the future and not working and all the free time I would have to spend the money they were investing for me and my wife.

Rates are way too low at this point to really recommend another though I will be looking at deferred pay products in the next two years to firm up my retirement plan.

I am not sure of their total years experience, but I researched them online and with the Better Business Bureau, as I think everyone interested in investing should do.

Rolled over 401k money to Fidelity and invested a portion in an Annuity with good payouts and many added benefits. The total process was easy and Fidelity took care of all the paperwork.

It's very accessible. Productive. It's also very reassuring. It gives me confidence and security. It helps toward my retirement. It's easy to obtain funds when needed. Fidelity is very innovative and supplies me with with information for making financial decisions.

Attempted for two months, and several hours on the phone (primarily on hold) to transfer money from a previous employer into my current employer's 401k. I've literally had nearly $100k in checks from my prior account in my desk drawer waiting for a roll in form which Fidelity can't make available to me electronically and I've requested without success 3 times in two months to have it mailed and Fidelity can't figure that out. If you have a choice run and hide before trusting your money to Fidelity.

And I feel I can go on with my life. Would recommend anyone to this great opportunity. It make me feel confident.

This is my first, I'm not really a happy person because of the marketing is so unbalanced, that I'm losing more than I put in. But I have confidence that every annuity that I invested in will rise and grow, and with that being said I just have to wait and see how the market goes.

I tried to log-in over the course of 2 weeks and every time their page refuse to proceed unless I gave them my mobile phone. I clicked on "I don't have a mobile phone" since I don't happen to think that this is their business but I could not proceed to my account and can no longer check my balance online. I will call them Monday but this strikes me as not fully legal.
