I wish I could give them 0 stars, first off let me just say that Consumer Affairs is a scam, it's a criminal organization. US Mobile tech support is incompetent, they haven't a clue as to what is going on. I keep having to get a new credit card number to use with them. Sometimes it will work for 6 months, sometimes only a month. Then I have to go get another number. The service is ok. But if I can't pay for it what's the point. How can you not accept people money? After 4 times I give up, no one could tell me why it was happening.

US Mobile has amazing customer service! Far above even the big name main carriers. They even have admins on Reddit that you can DM with to get help. Unique selection of plans, for low or high data users, shared data, or buckets, or Unlimited. Prices are competitive, and for me, $10 a month for Unlimited Talk/Text and 1GB data is all I need, and I can add data at 1GB increments for $2 if I want.
The VZW based network is their preferred and Premium side. Get 5G UW and blazing fast speeds in most areas, and also is Priority Data if you using a 5G device. I have been on many MNVO's and even Pre-paid of the actual name carriers, never had such a good experience as with US Mobile.

I have been a customer of US Mobile for several years. Prior, I had been with T-Mobile. US Mobile has been a vastly better experience than T-Mobile. Unlike T-Mobile, US Mobile customer service agents are clear and helpful. On many different occasions I needed to have questions answered or needed account maintenance. Talking with agents through the chat box on my account on the website has always been a satisfactory experience. Unlike T-Mobile, US Mobile has pricing that is both transparent and affordable. Taxes and fees are included in the price listed on the website. I have been a heavy data consumer in both my iPad and cellular Surface Pro. US Mobile has powered this without hiccups or glitches.

Tried them with the 100 day free trial. I was really nervous because of all the bad reviews. My experience for the past six months has been AMAZING. The CEO personally responds to us (customers) on Reddit. He often reaches out to ask what changes we would like to be seen made. But even if you don't use reddit, their Customer Service is quick and efficient. Support is done through chat (online) which worried me, but they are great. They quickly connect to you to a human.
My only gripe (and it's a small one), is that the mobile app sometimes conflicts with what is stated on the website under my account. In other words, my billing cycle date or current data use is not 100% correct on the app. (Note: Error was quickly fixed when my billing cycle ended a day after I topped off my account thinking incorrectly I had a week left in my billing cycle. I was given a free data top up 1gb for the current billing cycle for my trouble without even asking for it when I reached out to support to inquire about when the new cycle was suppose to start).

I've been with Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon. US Mobile is by far, hands down, the best carrier I've ever used. Their prices are hard to beat, and their customer service is the best. I have 3 lines that I was paying an arm and a leg for at Verizon (with discounts). US Mobile, I am getting the same Unlimited Service that I had at Verizon, but for 1/2 the cost. I have had no issues for the time that I've been with US Mobile.
The only issues that I've had were porting one of the phones (couldn't get the e-sim to work), and then one phone could make outgoing calls. Both issues were fixed immediately with their customer support. They have a very good presence on Reddit and can help you rather quickly on there or on the chat support on their site. When I was with Verizon, contacting customer support was always a nightmare and often times caused more problems than I already had. It is the complete opposite with USM. Also, I am saving about $100 a month now by switching to USM's unlimited plans. Can't beat that.
*Note*. The ported phones were iPhone 11's. Noticed extremely slow speeds during congested times and found out they don't get priority data, only 5G capable phones do. Traded them in for iPhone 14's (2 regular and a pro max). Blazing fast speeds, even during peak/congested times. Just keep that in mind if you have an older phone. You may want to upgrade to a 5G phone.

I've been with US Mobile for a couple years now, my girlfriend has been with me for just under a year of that. I've used multiple phones during that time, my girlfriend has had a couple herself. Service has been exceptional. I drove across country using the service through Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Texas, and service was great as expected.
For what my girlfriend and I pay for unlimited everything, I'd be paying about 3x more with a major carrier. Support has been great, they are very responsive, and like any person and/or company, mistakes happen. But when they do, they are quick to fix them. I'll say this about the list of negative reviews I see here. I have a strong feeling if those reviews are real, it's people who have an unrealistic expectation of cell service in general, or they are simply unable to comprehend how to navigate the industry as a whole. As long as US Mobile stays the course and continues innovating, they have lifelong customers.

I’ve been with US Mobile for over a year going on two and I’ve had very positive experiences with them, their customer service line when you call goes straight to a person. No robots to deal with or anything like that, I’ve only had to be on a actual hold one time to talk to someone (the hold was about 10 minutes). The CEO is very active with his community and they do things that are very consumer friendly. There aren’t a lot of companies I stand behind but US Mobile is definitely one of them, for the price you will not find a better quality experience.
You have the choice between Verizon (Warp 5G) or T-Mobile (GSM 5G), the Verizon side with a 5G phone gives premium data so the same experience as Verizon post paid and if for some reason one works better for you then the other you can always change to either one of them by calling customer service, same goes for if some of your family on your plan T-Mobile works better or Verizon or vice versa every line can be on whatever network on us mobile works best for them. In short you can confidently go to US Mobile and know they will take care of you, they are the best wireless provider I ever used especially for customer service, no one else comes close.

We've been US Mobile customers for over a year now and have zero complaints on the coverage on the Warp 5G network. The pricing plans are great and just recently got even better and are fully transparent (and inclusion) of fees. The customer service, which I did need for one of my number ports, was great! They resolved it fast and kept me updated along the way. How can you argue with a mobile carrier who's CEO posts updates on their reddit forum and actually replies to customer on there! I've recommended US Mobile to several friends and the ones that moved over are all happy they made the switch. Their ability to utilize eSIMs has made switching phones super easy.

I've been using US Mobile for nearly a year and a half, and I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. The company is very customer-oriented and is constantly innovating their product to match customer feedback. My time with the company convinced me to bring the rest of my family over, and they have also had a consistently good experience that mirrored their experience with the major carriers, minus 2/3 of the cost. US Mobile's customer support is one of a kind in the MVNO industry, and they really do everything they could to help the customer resolve whatever issue they may be facing. They are also available 24/7 (a rarity in the MVNO space) and provide top-notch support. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a truly premium experience at a competitive rate.

At first glance, US Mobile looked really good. Then, I tried to get into the details. Unless you get a supervisor on the line, you won't have any idea what the plans are really about. I'm currently on Verizon, which has really crappy coverage in my location. US Mobile camps on to both Verizon and T-Mobile. But (as I found out, only after I had been able to contact a supervisor), you don't get the 100-day free trial if you go to T-Mobile's network. And there is no easy way to bring your family over. So I said, "If I move off of Verizon, and my wife is still on Verizon, then what happens? I need to move everyone over at once." Well, there's no way to do that on their site. They're only set up to port one number over at a time. If you want more than that, you need to set up two separate accounts. And again, if you want to use T-Mobile's network instead of Verizon's, then you have to jump through a bunch of hoops and the 100-day free trial goes away.
All this should be explained on their website. But it's not. They try to rope you in on the Verizon network, hoping that will be adequate, and give you no way to bring another phone over. If you switch networks, then whatever deal you had on the old network goes away. IMHO, this is just to the left of a scam. How can anyone set up a mobile plan that only allows one phone to come over? My recommendation is, that unless you are one person with no other family members, and if Verizon's weak network will meet your demands, you stay away from US Mobile.

I will be 60 years old in a few months and I first owned a cell phone (a bag phone, 3 watts) in the mid-1980s when I was in sales and drove the entire State of Florida and used to pay $.01/minute to be able to talk while I was driving in my territory. US Mobile has the worst customer service of any company I've been with, and I've been with so many in my time: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, and a few others including international carriers. As PhD clinical psychologist with expertise in forensic/criminal psychology and knowledge of psychopathy, these CSRs actually enjoy wasting a customer's time, and as much of it as possible. The latest was very simple: I got an eSIM but did not get it activated until ten days later, but the clock started on its 30-day expiration the day it was assigned to me. I spoke with a total of four different CSRs about this issue, a very simple issue, to add those ten days back.
Each interaction with a US Mobile CSR took a minimum of 45 minutes, all either on the phone or chat, all voice recorded or a written record. In total, close to four hours was wasted on the simple task of adding the ten days back to my eSIM. The audacity of these CSRs to keep me on their phone line/chat screen was horrific... and their sugary sweet verbiage feels so degrading to me and makes me feel so unseen as a human being. Does anyone really believe this task today could take more than five minutes? This all feels 100% intentional. It also took US Mobile just under 24 hours to port my other line, my business line, so I was without my main phone (any phone) for close to a full 24 hours, without a care in the world by those at US Mobile. And they write these sappy, sugary-sweet emails and chat entries which are self-contradictory, because their behavior is in such contrast to the damage their behaviors are doing.
I will not be staying with this company, and their prices and plans are not the best. I have found my 5G coverage downgraded most of the time to 4G in most all places, and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area in an urban area. Beware of this company, and know that when you speak with a supervisor, you are likely still working with a CSR, all in an offshore service center. Customer service for cell phone companies routinely is at the bottom for consumers; US Mobile is at the bottom of the bottom, and I just wish I could post the chat I just had that took 45 minutes to do something that should take five.

Signing up was easy and the plan options were outstanding. However, after getting all set up, I found the network would continually drop my phone if I did not use it regularly (like every day several times per day). I have 3 phones, 2 Samsung Galaxy and a NUU and the dropping was on all 3. They also could not seem to find out how to get my phones to accept MMS, which worked fine on my previous carrier. Customer service was responsive but unable to figure out what the problems were so I move on.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They do not care about the customer one bit. Don't expect any better service in one of their locations either. Associates are even less help. Happy to sell you a phone and more but no tech or account help. Unfortunately most cell providers are much the same way. They have us over a barrel and they take full advantage.

Most people don't have alternative phone access, aside from at their jobs, so it feels like a big deal to be out of service. For two weeks. Spending more than 5 hours on the phone, sending more than 10 emails. Being charged extra money to switch between a "Warp 5G" and "GSM LTE" sim card just to see if it works. All while being lied to that this money will be fully refunded. At least, it felt like a big deal to me.
When things work, they work, and when they don't you speak to a different customer service person every day who is entirely unfamiliar with what has already been attempted and who made what promises. They don't really seem to understand technology better than the customer, and so they make you jump through the script over and over again. Rather than issue refunds as promised, they will try to give a discount on future service to force you to stay for a few more months. On social media they seem very responsive, but they send a public message and privately never contact you.

I have been with US Mobile for the past three months; and I would say that their service is great, not a single problem with them. Regarding the cost, there is a huge drop in my bill over the previous major US carrier, the only thing that some people (may) dislike is that they don't offer phones with big discounts, and I understand this is to keep the cost low; and I have no problem as I use my fully paid phones and I like it this way.

2. They give priority/fast data on their Warp network which is the same speed and coverage as Verizon Play/Do/Get More, up to 100GB
3. They have the 2nd best customer service of any carrier (2nd only to ** which is twice as expensive) as you can get a human on phone or chat quickly and they fix almost every issue 1st call
4. The app and website are great and support eSIM so signing up and activating is easy
Only concern is if you use more than 100GB they are not the best, and other than the pooled plan they charge an extra $2 fee that is not advertised. The "perks" reimbursement is hard to get as others have said, but even without it US Mobile Unlimited is the cheapest family plan carrier on the Verizon network ($20-25). FYI I am a self-proclaimed expert on MVNOs and have tried many carriers so this opinion is after both personal experience and extensive research.

Out of the blue my phone service disconnected. I spent over an hour on chat with a support agent going through APN settings, pulling the SIM out and resetting network settings. In the end, they did not know what happened. Did not offer a refund or resolution. Only to port to another carrier. This experience has shown me their service is not reliable and can become cumbersome if problems arise. Being a business that requires service, I would caution against signing up for their services.

The phone service itself is not too bad. The calls drop a little more often than AT&T service, but, as I said, not much. Sometimes reception is garbled, sometimes the other caller can't hear you well. AS I said, worse than AT&T but very little. They are significantly cheaper, though. Where they are horrid is their customer service. For example, they do NOT tell you when your plan that you paid for will expire. When I asked them to put me on autopay, they said they did, but they did not, and I was left without phone service as NOBODY told me, via email or anything else, that my plan had expired. ZERO communication.

Perks they advertise as part of the plans are too much trouble to get monthly credit for (you have to give your first born), they will push you out of your plan a year or two out as they want to change them to make more money. They advertise that esims or certain phones/esim work but they do not. Tested on international plan. Never worked. They add unlimited in front of everything making it super confusing or super Unlimited super confusing.. They were better off keeping it simple like a few years ago would have been better... one unlimited plan + other plans..

I have had US Mobile a few times over the past years. I'm not sure why I keep returning. This most recent time was the absolute last time. Every time I get a SIM card with them, it has problems out of the box. This time, my hotspot didn't work. I spent over an hour on chat with customer service, also emails and a phone call. Then my wife's SIM data did not work at all, even after another hour on chat. So I tried to cancel both sim cards. They only refunded my wife's fee since it had never been used. They refused to refund the starter SIM card fee. And for my phone, even though I only used it 1 week and couldn't get hotspot to work, they refused to refund anything.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. The previous time I used it, my data would turn off and on multiple times during the day. After several phone calls they were unable to figure it out. So, they sent me a new sim card which I had to wait several days for. I have switched to Mint Mobile. These 2 sim cards arrived quickly and worked immediately upon inserting them on my phone. If you take your phone to Mexico, you can't get calls or text messages. I'm not talking about answering calls or sending messages. In other words: if you 8 days in Mexico with US Mobile, your U.S. phone number is down for 8 days. They do provide data only plan for Mexico. Customer support spent hours with me in order to configure the data plan for Mexico. The process took a few hours, although I have one of the newest Google phones.
