I recently transferred my parents’ phone numbers to US Mobile and purchased two annual plans for them on October 13 using my credit card through a US Mobile Support Representative. However, the very next day, both of their phones were blocked and their account was flagged. This situation has caused significant hardship for my parents, who are in their eighties and rely on their phones for essential medical and social support.

I have spent hours on the phone/chat with US Mobile support and sent multiple emails to the compliance department, but have received no response. The ongoing silence and lack of resolution have created unnecessary stress for my family and serious inconvenience. The silence from US Mobile is unacceptable. This isn’t just poor service — it’s negligence that directly affects vulnerable seniors. I moved multiple lines to US Mobile believing it was a reliable carrier, but this experience has completely shattered my trust.

Ahmed was not helpful. I have several phone lines with UsMobile for a couple years now. I transferred 3 other lines to them under a promotion they were doing. I got two transferred in about 3 hours, which was way too long. The 3rd was impossible. They refused to help me. I said just add a new line and I will give up the old number. They refused. I am now canceling about 6 lines with them because Ahmed refused to help me. Now I can not even cancel, and they seem to be blocking that.

I paid for a subscription to Consumer Reports, reviewed the best phone plans and took their advice about the great service with US Mobile. While you can get someone on chat, they can't resolve any issues. My issues have included: 1) no data reception (ongoing since I signed up 3 weeks ago); 2) wrong voicemail timestamp (unresolved after several hours of troubleshooting); 3) phone calls are placed on hold and freezes so you can't remove them from hold. I just don't have any more time to spend troubleshooting with them.

US Mobile is a MVNO like all EXCEPT the big 'Three', which means they buy bulk data and minutes from T-Mobile, ATT, and Verizon, package them at a much lower rate than almost anyone. I switched to their service 4 years ago and never regretted it. One issue I found, when switching from other providers telephones, i.e. Tracfone, they may unlock your phone, but they may have it programmed to work only on their network through the settings, I believe they do this deliberately. You may have to change these yourself, if you have any ability to set up a phone, it may take you 20 minutes or so. These are called APN settings, almost all phones can be reprogrammed with a third-party program. THIS IS NOT a glitch, it's something the phone was deliberately set to do from the original vendor to make it harder for you to switch to other MVNO providers.

I've had this happen on two 'unlocked' phones I brought to US Mobile from Tracfone. US Mobile gave me the program, available on Play Store for Android, and the settings. Both phones work great now. I always get immediate online chat support with agents who have a great amount of knowledge, I currently have the Warp unlimited Flex, which has 10gb of high speed data, after that (each month) it slows to 1mb/s I use it mostly for android auto on Verizon network. You can find excellent promos, massive premium data plans with monthly or annual purchases for what many pay for a month. Most plans also have international calling included. Give it a try, costs very little to see how it works. You'll change all your phones over to US Mobile.

I tried to switch from a regular landline to US Mobile’s home phone service - it was a mess and I ended up getting a refund. In the home phone kit they sent, the home phone base device was different from what the instructions described, there were two different SIM cards with no info about which to use (the first one I tried didn’t work, when I asked for help they told me that only the other one works with their home phone base - then why send both?), and they told me that the switchover from my land line provider was taking too long after only one day, even though afterwards I learned it’s normal for landline porting to take at least a week. It seemed like they didn’t have a clue about the differences between switching from landline to cellular, vs their bread and butter business of switching between cellular providers.

The only good things I can say are 1) they were always quick to send updates and reply to email and chat, even though their info was often either unhelpful or wrong, and 2) when I realized they were clueless and I asked for a refund, they did it quickly without a fuss. I’m going to try the Ooma home phone system instead; it’s cheaper for the basic plan, and home phone is Ooma’s main business instead of a sideline. The main technical difference is Ooma’s base device needs an internet connection (and you can also use their service from your smartphone), but the US mobile base has a cellular connection (and only works at home).

I swapped from Verizon to US Mobile on 8/4. I was paying around $200/month on average. If you take out the value of the freebies it was around $160. I was able to get the same freebies on black Friday sales for around $13/mo and my new bill for 4 likes still on Verizon is $66/mo. I brought my own devices and got the starter kits mailed to my house.

Overall I'm saving about $80/mo and I've noticed no difference in service. My wife can teleport between networks which is cool because sometimes Verizon can be spotty out in the middle of the country and At&t and T-Mobile sometimes have faster download speeds in cities in my experience. I've had to deal with customer service twice in 8 months. Once was to fix an activation issue with an esim, took about 10 minutes from complaint to solved and a customer service rep answered faster than Verizon business. The second time was to ask for another free trial for my device because I cancelled an order and it "used" my free trial. Again, about 10 minutes total and they hooked it up. 3 free months is a no brainer, and I was so stubborn about switching and how it would be a hassle. I couldn't have been more wrong. They do a great job.

Their solution was switching me to a deprioritized phone network, but I'm still paying the same amount I would have for access to their prioritized data network. I wish I had never switched.

Don't waste your time or money. Many issues. Checked to see if my 2022 Motorola Stylus (4G) phone was compatible for their top plan which gave "Free Teleports" between their 3 networks (Warp, Lite, Darkstar) which are the At&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon towers. Signed up and paid for a full year only to find that "free teleports" are limited to phones that are compatible with e-sim, which mine is not. The solution? I had to BUY physical SIM cards to use each time I needed to teleport.

When I ordered a bunch of cards because I planned to be traveling a lot, they put a hold on my order and had to verify something - made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Also, teleporting requires you to have wi-fi access of some sort. It seemed great that the plan included 100G data and 50G of hotspot, however the hotspot only works well for the first 10G. Also, I have to constantly lift my phone up and aim it toward the nearest tower where I live and that was after trying all three networks (and burning up those cards that I had to BUY) and finding which one was best of the three, but all three are bad. So if you're even a little bit out of town or near any sort of interference, good luck with this service. I feel like this company launched something with big promises before actually fully testing it. Big disappointment and money that could have been better used elsewhere. Will not be renewing my service.

Spent several days and hours with agents live chatting about their plans. Confirmed the plan I wanted was the final price with features I wanted. Confirmed it would work with the phone I wanted to buy. Bought the phone. 5 days later phone arrives. I livechat them again to activate it. Suddenly that plan no longer exists.. but here's the kicker... they claimed it NEVER existed. I literally sent the past agent a link to the live and active site and he confirmed everything only days prior. So I ask this current agent if he can see a lengthy record of my many chats from last week.

There is no record, apparently. How convenient. Agent says this plan never existed. So I send current agent the link to the Google search that still shows said plan as being active. Agent now says Google's information is very outdated. Fine, whatever. I literally purchased a phone based on a plan their website offered and their agent confirmed. Now said plan either 1) Never existed or 2) hasn't been offered in years (despite me seeing it on their actual website less than a week prior and 3) Google's link that took me to their official webpage with said plan less than a week prior is "very outdated". I felt like I was taking crazy pills. Was Being gaslighted or are they really this incompetent?

So finaly I speak to a supervisor and say I'm willing to prepay the full year right now and I am not a heavy user, will you please just adjust the price for the misunderstanding this once so I can become a new user?" Nope. We don't do that. So now I have the plan I want. Because I went to a more trustworthy company that honors their word. I suggest you do too.

We purchased their light plan (1gb data) with Unlimited Talk and Text. My husband stopped receiving texts (even basic texts from his mom) and pictures, it just shows a circle rotating non-stop. When I contact customer service, they agreed that Data was needed to send SMS messages... I asked for where it says that prior to signing up because clearly that would make text *not* unlimited considering you need Data (1gb per the plan) to send/receive SMS messages. He could not provide this. We paid for a year in advance and he refused to refund us. He said it was in their refund policy. I asked for a copy of the refund policy and none of the exclusions applied to our situation. He just continued to apologize and say it was out of his hands. He couldn't refund us. Even though we paid for a service we didn't receive. I would not recommend this scam company.

1st off they do NOT have a money back guarantee unless the phone has a physical issue. They also ADVERTISE that they offer free 30 day trials, but the catch is you have to be transferring in your old number. That isn't immediately shared with you. Their phone is a NUU A11L. I've never heard of NUU, but I was desperate. The big draw to this company is that they have 24-7 phone customer service. That's better than even T-Mobile. It's what drew ME in. The phone itself is kinda flimsy and the back comes off with just a good fingernail pressure. I'm not sure I like that type of phone structure. The male customer service reps sadly seem to be more techy than the women, because of the 17 calls I've had with these people in the last 3 days, 11 have been women and they would never my questions directly, they always had to put me on hold forever.

The guys answered immediately and the answers made sense, and actually the last guy got my service actually working after only 4 minutes! I only pay $10/mo and probably will drop them when my Lifeline service, which I just got approved for gets set up. ALSO, for some odd reason, they take FOREVER to port your old number, which probably explains, why they advertise free trials and gift card giveaways for people who SUCCESSFULLY do number transfers! Buyer Beware! You get what you pay for.

They have a dirty little secret that people should know about. Calls on a US Mobile number show up as from "Wireless". They say they have no way to add a person's name. I asked about my name being associated with the account before I considered buying. In answer to that question they used a creative lie, that "our eSim is just like a Sim". I don't doubt that there are SIMs out there that do not have caller ID; however, this was in answer to my question if my name would be on it. We had difficulty making the account work, which seems fated given how things started. I must say, that the later customer service guy, different than I started with, went the extra mile to solve the problem of making the line work. It is for this reason I had to give them two stars instead of one.

US Mobile has amazing customer service! Far above even the big name main carriers. They even have admins on Reddit that you can DM with to get help. Unique selection of plans, for low or high data users, shared data, or buckets, or Unlimited. Prices are competitive, and for me, $10 a month for Unlimited Talk/Text and 1GB data is all I need, and I can add data at 1GB increments for $2 if I want.

The cheap unlimited plans also are there in case you need more data. You can have you phone one of two big networks, Warp 5G (Verizon) or GSM (TMobile).

The VZW based network is their preferred and Premium side. Get 5G UW and blazing fast speeds in most areas, and also is Priority Data if you using a 5G device. I have been on many MNVO's and even Pre-paid of the actual name carriers, never had such a good experience as with US Mobile.

I've been with Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon. US Mobile is by far, hands down, the best carrier I've ever used. Their prices are hard to beat, and their customer service is the best. I have 3 lines that I was paying an arm and a leg for at Verizon (with discounts). US Mobile, I am getting the same Unlimited Service that I had at Verizon, but for 1/2 the cost. I have had no issues for the time that I've been with US Mobile.

The only issues that I've had were porting one of the phones (couldn't get the e-sim to work), and then one phone could make outgoing calls. Both issues were fixed immediately with their customer support. They have a very good presence on Reddit and can help you rather quickly on there or on the chat support on their site. When I was with Verizon, contacting customer support was always a nightmare and often times caused more problems than I already had. It is the complete opposite with USM. Also, I am saving about $100 a month now by switching to USM's unlimited plans. Can't beat that.

*Note*. The ported phones were iPhone 11's. Noticed extremely slow speeds during congested times and found out they don't get priority data, only 5G capable phones do. Traded them in for iPhone 14's (2 regular and a pro max). Blazing fast speeds, even during peak/congested times. Just keep that in mind if you have an older phone. You may want to upgrade to a 5G phone.

Service has been exceptional. I drove across country using the service through Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Texas, and service was great as expected.

For what my girlfriend and I pay for unlimited everything, I'd be paying about 3x more with a major carrier. Support has been great, they are very responsive, and like any person and/or company, mistakes happen. But when they do, they are quick to fix them. I'll say this about the list of negative reviews I see here. I have a strong feeling if those reviews are real, it's people who have an unrealistic expectation of cell service in general, or they are simply unable to comprehend how to navigate the industry as a whole. As long as US Mobile stays the course and continues innovating, they have lifelong customers.

I’ve been with US Mobile for over a year going on two and I’ve had very positive experiences with them, their customer service line when you call goes straight to a person. No robots to deal with or anything like that, I’ve only had to be on a actual hold one time to talk to someone (the hold was about 10 minutes). The CEO is very active with his community and they do things that are very consumer friendly. There aren’t a lot of companies I stand behind but US Mobile is definitely one of them, for the price you will not find a better quality experience.

You have the choice between Verizon (Warp 5G) or T-Mobile (GSM 5G), the Verizon side with a 5G phone gives premium data so the same experience as Verizon post paid and if for some reason one works better for you then the other you can always change to either one of them by calling customer service, same goes for if some of your family on your plan T-Mobile works better or Verizon or vice versa every line can be on whatever network on us mobile works best for them. In short you can confidently go to US Mobile and know they will take care of you, they are the best wireless provider I ever used especially for customer service, no one else comes close.
