Microsoft continues to bill me for Xbox. Online, near impossible to talk to a human but after 2 hours screen came up to type letters seen and someone finally called me. After half hour person states can’t find account and don’t see any charges. Suggested I call fraud department with credit card and have charge cancelled. Call BMO said Xbox charge is linked to my 365 subscription. Then asked for an email FROM MICROSOFT stating they couldn’t find the charge which would be impossible to get. I convinced BMO to submit fraud ticket. Now I have to get a new card, go to the bank etc. etc. I went online, canceled my 365 as Xbox is linked to it which screws up other stuff in my office and I asked online for someone to call me. After 35 minutes, my phone rang. I answered and subsequently was on hold for 42 minutes before I hung up. Boycotting Microsoft. Scamming $ from customers and the WORST customer service ever. Should be investigated.

While Microsoft is a very computer oriented business, it does not think further ahead than the next minute. It has been established for 30+ years for personal computer usage but it has not considered trying to create a phone messaging app. They have various apps for Android phones but nothing really useful to those of us who rely on using our pc's to write messages, rather than attempt to write on the phone itself. Arthritic fingers/ hands have difficulty with those little buttons. I, for one, use the phone link app on my pc to write & receive messages. The phone I have will be deleting its messaging app soon and the phone link does not work/ play well with this app on my computer. MS has had at least 10 years to build an Android app but have failed to do so. I am so very disappointed in them. I have been on computers for approx. 25+ years and have relied on MS for most of my computer needs. I am so disappointed in them now.

I should be able to give Microsoft zero stars. I find it completely outrageous that support can confirm my account has been compromised, but then tell me “Oh well, make a new account”. It should be within their reach to at least restore account information that was changed. But instead the hacker wins, gains all my purchases and personal info, and I’m just out of luck. Will not be making a new account and will not be purchasing from them again.

I regret buying Minecraft. Worst, worst and worst service. I regret buying Minecraft. After purchasing the game, my account got hacked and I completely lost access. When I tried to recover it, I found out my email was changed and I couldn’t even find my account anymore. What’s worse is that Microsoft Support has been extremely unhelpful. There’s no direct way to actually talk to someone, and the recovery system feels frustrating and ineffective. I’ve provided all the information I could, but still no solution. It’s really disappointing that a huge company like Microsoft can’t properly protect users or provide reliable support when something goes wrong. I paid for this game and now I can’t even use it. Honestly, it feels like they only care about making money and nothing else.

There’s no real protection, and it seems like people can just steal accounts, cards, and personal information without any proper help from the company. I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you’re ready to risk losing your account with little to no help. If you are right then send me email and explain how good you are. I think this money will be charity to you.

Hi, I called the number +18886329902 to dispute the charge of $21.44 Microsoft is charging me, and the guy on the phone with heavy accent from India was very rude and hung up on me! Very unprofessional. Microsoft is using Gosoftware US, Inc. to handle their customer support. They should be fired immediately. The person was very rude. He was ridiculing me for disputing this unauthorized charge!!! This is an indication of the care Microsoft gives to their customers. Very disappointing!

I was sitting in bed trying to sign in, I tried on 3 separate browsers and it wanted me to add a "security email" so I had to get up and log in on my computer just to sign up for something. Whichever mentally challenged individual made the decision to require a security email on mobile to login pray I never find you

A Windows update has knocked Google Chrome out. More than likely, Microsoft wants everybody to use Edge. A recent update by Microsoft denies Google Chrome from loading. It seems Microsoft never takes the time to analyze its updates effect on Windows users.

Microsoft is the worst company ever. They can see that your account was hacked but refuse to do anything that can fix it. I fill out their form and they responded with... At Microsoft, safeguarding your account is a top priority. We have thoroughly investigated the account and billing activity associated with your Microsoft account. Based on this review, we’ve confirmed that unauthorized access occurred. During the investigation, we discovered that the security information on your account had been changed. Due to our strict security protocols and the terms outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement, we are unable to modify or restore the security settings once they’ve been updated.

If you used this account for Minecraft, we regret to inform you that the game cannot be recovered. A new purchase will be required on a newly created account. We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, if you had files stored in OneDrive, those files are no longer accessible. Due to encryption and privacy safeguards, even our engineers cannot retrieve them. While this outcome may not be ideal, it is necessary to ensure your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.

If I could give lower stars, I would. My computer said I was out of storage, so I upgraded to a bigger storage package, but my computer still says I am out of storage even though it shows I have 6GB of 100GB that is used. I can sign in everywhere to my account except for the support page where I need to sign in to get customer service support. Like that's not a coincidence, so they don't have to help people and can continue to take everyone's money. Such a disappointment. I have tried help articles, but nothing is helping.

They say they are open 24/7. This is obviously untrue. I have been attempting to get someone on the phone for 12 hours only to speak to a bot. I don’t have a cost to the business product so I do not know what my bill is due to no disclosure. Extremely disappointing.
