As a Client Success Specialist at ConsumerAffairs, I am given the opportunity to facilitate “wow” moments between consumers and brands. By promoting authentic and personalized experiences for both the consumer and the brands we serve, we are able to encourage loyalty and trust, ultimately leading to customer retention and positive brand perception.
With the exception of a two year stint in Atlanta where she learned to drink sweet tea and say “y’all”, Brittany is a Tulsa lifer. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Brittany dedicated her career to marketing and advertising account management roles prior to joining ConsumerAffairs. Outside of work, she enjoys decorating, checking out new restaurants, and exploring town with her husband, Kyle, their son, Dylan, and two cocker spaniels, Georgia and Nellie.
