My family got this emergency system for my 80 year old sister who had a mild stroke but is back home now. We selected the watch instead of the necklace and my sister is very happy with it. Because it also tells the time, she doesn't need to wear her regular watch. We are all happy with the system, company staff, and safety we have provided our loved one!

The smart watch arrived exactly as promised, easy to charge, easy to wear. The price is comparable to others I shopped for but the personal service with the agent was exemplary, not like the "Bigshot ads" on TV! My medical team and family are grateful to know I have this. I have also highly recommended to several friends in my senior highrise.

Feel safe and peace of mind. Since I live alone I am happy to have acquired this kind of relaxation combined with the knowledge that I’m not alone and I can get help when necessary. Although I find it expensive with the current economy as it is I find it important to have it with me all the time.

Do I really need this? I started using LifeStation because of unsteadiness at night due to frequent leg cramps. I'm still working out the timing so it is not on the charger at night. Since I have fallen a few times out walking the dog, I use it both day and night. The daytime falls have been just because I was not paying attention. (Letting the dog trip me- not watching where I am going...) And never serious. I don't know what I was expecting, but I do find the necklace cumbersome. I first started considering because I had trouble with AFIB and ended up needing a pacemaker. Now that part is fixed. So... I just hope I don't get tired of wearing it and give up on the process.

I fell backwards in my kitchen floor, could not get up. Was able to crawl on my knees to my recliner, where I thought I could pull myself, but couldn’t, So used my watch to call for and the paramedics to call for help and they came immediately and transported me to the Emergency Room where I got the help I needed..

The person I dealt with on the phone to get it initially ordered was very good. Good experience... I wish it were a little smaller so I could wear it around my neck. Setting it up was easy enough. I have recommended it to my friends. I use the belt clip successfully so far.

Fortunately I haven't had any emergencies, but when my grandson was here and ran across the floor, my monitor went off. I got the call asking if I needed help. I told them I didn't. It's good to know that it's working though.

I started to fill out the online loan application. I hit a snag and called customer service. The representative took my info over the phone and helped me complete the process. I was funded in 2 days. So easy and fast. I will definitely let friends and family know about LifeStation.

My grandparents had these and when they did fall it never helped. The modem kept flashing red. Never worked. I had no security for them and wasn’t worth the money… I felt even worse before I got them. It wasn’t working. Probably I had called customer service many times. Wasn’t fixed. I was always told it will stop flashing in 24-48 hours and it never did.

I have been wearing my LifeStation watch for about a week. I find that it is easy to read the information on the face of the watch. One day while putting on my coat the sleeve got caught and pressed done on the stem of the watch. The alarm went off and before I could push it off a voice asked me if I needed assistance. I just told them no and the voice asked again and the answer was no. I was instructed to push the X and that ended the reply to the alarm. It is good to know that help is only a push on a watch away.

I have used this system for 4 years. Had had no issues with the system or responses but my Orthopedic device was failing so I tested the fall detection system on the device six times with no response from the company. I called the company and asked why my system was not working. I was told fall detection does not necessarily work every time. It was like an airbag in a vehicle. There was no guarantee that it would always alert when you fall. That was supposed to be a disclaimer on the system when I purchased it. I was not told that at time of purchase. Be wary.

My sisters and I are very happy with the Life Station medical alert system! It was easy to set up and the basic technology is perfect for my octogenarian parents. Both of them have accidentally set off the alert 1 time and each time the operators were understanding and it proved that the system does work! My sisters and I feel better about our parents being in their own home. Thank you Life Station!

Actually my mother wears the LifeStation necklace and it gives me such peace of mind. She wears it faithfully and we are very happy with our choice to go with Life Station. My mother set it off once and we got a call right away.

I am very happy with the watch unit. It charges quickly. The service team is always helpful and respectful when you have a question or when you accidentally activate a call and are not sure how to end it quickly.

I have been very pleased when talking to your people especially the fact that I can easily understand them. I am happy that I have not had an emergency to call you but knowing you are there when needed is a comfort.

I got the service after a fall in my garage where I was faced with the reality that I had to find a way to get myself out of the subzero temperature myself or face hypothermia. I had for years had a life alert system for years but never used the expensive service. The watch life now wear all the time and it offers great comfort and safety and for a lot less money. I no longer have to think to put on the emergency button around my neck. l never once had that thing on when l fell not once in 6 years of the service. I normally wear a watch so it is second nature to always have it on and available. Also with the watch it offers light when l need it. By just putting my arm down I can see if l really am at the last step and not the second to the last step.

I recently purchased a medical alert system for my 92 year old mother. I called around to a few companies before I bought. LifeStation had the nicest, non-pushy sales people. She explained everything to me. What really sold me was that LifeStation actually owns their own monitoring! I felt like I was buying from a company that would back up what they promised! I now need to see if my mom will use the button, but that is on me. Overall, great buying experience.

My son bought me a Lifestation. I didn’t want this at first, but the device gives my kids real peace of mind—and me too, if I’m honest. It’s simple, reassuring, and worth it.

Garbage. I never used mine. It was too big and a health insurance nurse felt I needed it after my dog tripped me. It's overly large. If it's monitored 24/7, then why did they never contact me during the two years of its non-use? They're website claims, "No hidden fees...." etc, etc. There is no mention of the $150 fee if you don't either return the device or sign up for your own service if your insurance changes. They will absolutely harass you like a low class bill collection agency until you either pay up or return the device. They called 9 months after I had dropped the insurance company. "Well, why did you cancel them?", I was asked. "That's really none of your business," I replied. Absolutely do not recommend this company.
