Lag..lag..lag.. Need not say anymore. I wish I would have stayed with spectra. Yes, it costs more, but it was worth it.

The customer service is the worst ever been. Told things that never came true. Been hung up on at least four times. They are rude and have no patience. Had two appointments and no one ever showed up. I'm very unhappy with AT&T and do not recommend their internet service.

    I have the worst experience with AT&T always out. What’s so funny is they shows their commercial fast speed Internet and it keeps dialing up during it, don’t think their management even cares anymore. Will be changing,.

    Will steal your account information along with make unauthorized changes to your account and not take accountability. Will lie to get you signed up. Sad part we have only been customers 6-8 months. When you do complaint with BBB they call and still don’t do anything stating they can only take action if the representative makes a fraudulent charge and I see fraudulent charges on my account.

    I was sold a screen protector in the Lubbock corporate store by a salesman named Sheldon. He told me it had a lifetime warranty just stop by anytime and they would replace it for free. A year later I stopped by to get the screen protector replaced and he told me that corporate decided in October to stop honoring the warranty. As soon as my contract with AT&T is finished I will never use them again.

    This whole ordeal start w/ AT&T girls going door to door on a Saturday. We thought about what all conflicting things they said and decided to go up to a AT&T store at the Green’s in Beavercreek, Oh. Wow here it is and not one thing they have sold us works as told. After even telling us they couldn’t use our 5-6 month old iPhones that we had to purchase their new, we went back to store and tried to deal with Heather and store manager Sam but could not get any results. Thank God we never canceled our Spectrum and are back with new carrier on cells which Spectrum would give a great deal on. So beware people!

    New internet was extremely slow, new cell phone do not work right and you are actually dealing with DirecTV, Gemini. Have never seen such a fragmented internet co..There are no decent, truthful people apparently working for them. We figure after switching back to Spectrum that this VERY BAD CHOICE we will be accruing a lot of very hard earned money that they have literally stolen from us. Really feel we are not the only ones that have gone through this but just want people to know that even the people at this store do not do as they say and seem very honest so BEWARE!

    Worst internet ever. Constantly buffers. I've had a tech come out and nothing changed. If I put my TV service on my phone Hotspot it runs perfectly. Change it back and buffering so bad I can't really watch. If I had an alternative, I'd switch in a hot second.

    Don't expect loyalty from AT&T. I was a customer collectively for 25-26 years. Even went for about 2 months without service yet continued to pay my bill. Many in our neighborhood chose another provider during that time. Not me, I was loyal to AT&T. I later received a letter advising my existing internet was being discontinued and to upgrade I needed to call and order equipment. I opted not to go with the upgrade. My internet service ended the end of April 2026. Now, I get a bill for "Internet services" for the month of May. I called them to get this removed because they had discontinued my service.

    They advised me that because I didn't call and 'cancel' I would continue to get billed. So, after validating they agreed I did not have internet service during the month of May, I said for clarity, I am being billed to have an account with AT&T? No services needed to be rendered, but just because the account was still open. I went on to advise them that 'THEY' discontinued my service, not me. I shouldn't have to pay for something I did not receive. I even spoke with the billing manager which I had to ask to stop raising his voice at me at which he started laughing and shrugging it off to being in the office where it was loud, yet he started again a little later with a tone that was clearly not what you would expect from a 'manager.' So, your loyalty with AT&T is worth nothing! They said I still owed the bill. Well, they need to revise the bill to read for 'open account with AT&T' not 'internet services' which I did not receive.

    AT&T is THE WORST internet provider service out there by far! Outages lasting a week, lack of prorated cancellations, and frustrating customer interaction in their Hallmark! An entire week without internet is just totally unacceptable! We have had an outage since 5/17/26, a whole week having an outage so far without resolution, and not even a restoration date in sight! That is simply UNACCEPTABLE! They keep guaranteeing a restoration day only to continue pushing it day by day! I hope everyone who reads this thinks twice about getting their services!

    Had a representative come to my house and offer AT&T fiber at a price of $40 per month locked in for life. I scheduled the activation for a Monday afternoon. Got an email later stating my activation would be on a Tuesday morning when no one would be home. When I called to get the installation time changed back to what I originally had, they told me my monthly rate would be $90 per month. So I cancelled my order and wondering if I’m going to have to fight for my deposit back also.
