Purchased home warranty from Liberty in December 2025. A/C went out, filed first claim. We’ve been without A/C now for six days since we filed our claim. Technician was out four days ago and said it needs to be replaced, but Liberty is still reviewing it. Horrible company, could care less that we’ve been without A/C for six days in South Texas in June. Do not buy from them, horrible company!

I presently have Choice Home Warranty who increased the cost of services without notification or warning. DON' EXPECT YOUR CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED FASTER. Unfortunately it has been almost a month (26 days to be exact) but still my claim is under review. They do good job to receive calls but terrible in resolving issue. I have only one refrigerator and called them multiple times over three weeks, I never got response in a way to faster the process. The technician said that it needs to be replaced, I am unable to hear from LHG anything unless I keep calling and asking them over three weeks. All I am getting answer is it is under review. NO ONE CARES ABOUT WHAT YOU STRUGGLE WITH.
