LG is the worst TV on the market, It is so slow to load, you try loading Tubi, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc, some days it just won't load. Even if I unplug it, it still take 20 minutes for the site to come up, and then when you find a show you want to watch, it always comes up and says there is an error. So you might think it is our internet, but it is not, because it is the only TV that has this problem. The TV is useless!!! There should be a law for selling a TV that works half the time!!!! If a company knowingly sells a defective product shouldn't they have to give you your money back???? What good is the Better Business Bureau!!! Consumer protection!!

LG TVs are nothing but garbage. Voice will never stay synced with picture. LG channels will never stay connected and stream especially when watching conservative labeled news feed. Picture is constantly going blurry. TV will not maintain settings no matter how often you set them. TV is always dying and have to reset to turn on. Will often just turn off for no reason. This piece of crap is only 4 months old and never worked properly. Wal Mart would not honor 30 day return policy. LG has NO customer support.

    I bought a LG tv from Best Buy in February of 2026. Right after installation I've noticed that every time I wanted to watch Netflix or any other show I had to connect the tv to internet and now after 2 months the tv won't connect to internet anymore. I've tried everything. Wanted to return tv back to Best Buy but it's already been a month now so Best Buy won't take it back. Tried calling LG customer care but I have to deal with AI bullshit .... To all of you wanting to buy LG tv please don't. It's one of the worst tvs I've bought ever. And customer care are horrible.

    Hi, I am a user of LG. I bought a TV just 2 yr back. It cost me more than 50k. And now it is not working. A guy from your agency told me it will cost me 10 k to repair it. I am utterly surprised that what a low quality product LG started making now. I am going to raise this issue on all social media platform. It's just 2 yrs and I have to pay another 10 k great. Will advice people not to use LG anymore, rather than go for Samsung and or other brands. You guys are not making good tv anymore.

    LG TVs are actually hot garbage disguised as good products. They pretend they have better color and services, but everything is software-laden and fails due to their garbage software. I can’t even play a video game or watch a movie because it won’t detect my multimedia device no matter how many HDMI cables I try. Best part is, once the multi-media device does get detected on its signal through the HDMI, then the movie or game doesn’t send the right signal for this dog shit company’s product.

    If you are tired of the stupid LG music on every channel break, get a Roku stick. I never thought I would be happy to see ads, but it's way better than the mind-numbing LG music and screen graphics. I don't watch pay apps. If you want free TV without the annoying LG crap. Get a Roku stick.

    Seems to be a common complaint. Like all others TV refuses to link the wifi LG S60TR soundbar and all toggles blank out. Then like all, I found myself in several chat bots, then customer service who basically told me to bad and good luck trying to return it. I'll be boxing to 40 day old TV and soundbar up tomorrow. The last thing from customer service was I should buy a high speed HDMI cable. Just for the record, the cable I have is new and gold plated high end... I'll never buy anything LG EVER AGAIN.

    DO NOT BUY LG! They have the absolute worst customer service. I have been dealing with LG since September. I have a message that pops up on my 55" TV that states "this app will now restart to free up more memory." After that, the TV screen goes black and stays off. This happens over and over and over while we are watching TV. The TV is still under manufacturer's warranty which is a bunch of crap. I have talked to LG at least 20 times. I have talked to supervisors. I have talked to the Presidential Liaison team, specifically Don **, numerous times. He sucks at his job and I asked him to be removed from my case numerous times. In a nutshell, I have been dealing with LG for 6 months and there is still no resolution.

    Bought a TV from LG back in November 2025. It was delivered to me a week later. When we opened the box, the tv was cracked along the top and bottom. I reached out and they said they would get me a replacement. A week later they canceled the order and the damaged tv was picked up from my house on December 16th, 2025. It is now January 26th, 2026 and I have spoke with their support reps no fewer than 14 times and their "escalation team supervisor" and have still not received a refund. They have held my $1500 and now try to say that they do not have the tv and are refusing to refund my money.

    I received a text from "Presidential Liaison" Marian stating the unit was kept (which it wasn't) and not returned so it does not meet the requirements of their return policy. They've had the tv since December 16th. Picked up by the same company they use to deliver their products. Avoid LG like the plague! Not a reputable company and other companies make a better product and support their product with far superior support!

    Basically it's just a pain in the ass. Having to login every time an app needs an update. If you accidentally press the mic button you will have to exit whatever you are watching. That menu does not go away. Doesn't support all viewing apps. THE CURSOR OMG THE WORST 'FEATURE' IN THE WORLD. It's just worth the headaches of constantly jumping through hoops just to watch TV. It's like they tried to make everything as difficult as possible.
