Very professional customer service person helped me when I had an issue with a fraudulent charge. Reversed/credited the bogus charge, canceled the card and sent a replacement immediately. I couldn't be happier with their quick, professional handling.

I am new to the company and found it easy to set up and use the card. I would recommend it to my friends and family. I definitely appreciate the opportunity to have the card. I found everything about it easy to do.

I have nothing but positive remarks to offer regarding the card. However, I would advise that when submitting a claim, you should anticipate potential denial or thorough investigation. I was charged for an item I did not receive due to my ignorance of the additional requirements, resulting in a three-hour delay at an airport with my young children late at night.

Merrick is great. Their customer support is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Payments on time equals credit limit raises. Great company to work with. Interest rates are fair considering my credit score and a lot lower than others I have been offered.

When I made my 1st payment, I first tried to make it from my debit card. When the assistant told me it would cost $6.95 to use my debit card, I said no and that I would use my checking account. The payment was made from my debit card, and I was charged that service fee twice. I am definitely not happy with that. I was charged almost $14 dollars after I declined to make a payment by a method that would charge me.

I love the Merrick Bank MasterCard, because it helps me build my credit and the Application was easy and fast approval, and they did double my credit line after 6 months as promised, so I love it. I would recommend this card for family members and friends. Great experience.

Their mobile app is beyond easy to navigate. The updates on account balances are also beneficial. The email and text alerts are also helpful which allows you to not have to log into your account constantly.

So far I am very happy with my account with Merrick Bank. I should be eligible for the increase that I am supposed to get when I made 6 payments on time. We will see what happens. I have made every payment on time, actually every payment has been early. So we will see.

Can not log on to mobile app. Can't log on to website. I used the card one time and soon made my payment and paid of in full then was unable to use my card again. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still not able to log in. Very unsatisfied with this credit card.

Don't believe all the negative reviews online. Merrick Bank was great to me. Their customer service is great and live agents can be reached 24/7 which is awesome unlike a lot of credit cards that aren't reachable 24/7. I never had any issues with my card being declined when I was traveling outside the country.

Poor customer service support. When called for resolve issues, you get transferred to different people. And get confirmation from staff and they don’t understand customer support in overseas staff. Very frustrating and difficult to communicate with them.

The absolute worst experience ever with a credit card company. I would turn my auto pay off because I was gonna pay with another account and they would still try to do an ACH Transfer which would result in a 40 dollar return check fee. If this had happened once I would have said... Ok well I must have forgot, but for this to have happened at least 6 times is when you ask yourself what's going on. The rates are horrible and the are using a return check fee to get more money off the top. I'll never be a part of their business EVER again!! Find another card!!

I never got the $200 back that I sent to them initially after closing the account. Assuming that it might come next cycle? Please send me the check as soon as possible. I will change this review once the check is cashed.

I originally had a credit line of $5000 I made my first payment in a timely manner for the entire balance. I was notified the payment was returned, so I immediately called and found that a number was missing in my bank account information. I made the payment and corrected the issue with my routing number, however I was still charged a late fee and my credit limit was reduced to $3000. This was due to a typo error.

I applied for this card about 3 or 4 months ago. It's a great credit card and I always make my payments before the due date. It's one of the best cards I have had. Fair credit accepted to be approved for this card. I highly recommend this card!

I had an issue with a company charging me for a yearly membership that wasn't mine. I'm not even sure how they got my card number! I reported the issue and everything seemed to t be taken care of. The funds were replaced and all was good. A few weeks later the money was taken back out of the account and the fraud team said I was actually responsible for the funds they didn't see anything fraudulent. Well that is absolutely untrue. This was not even my account.
