It's not surprising that VIVIDSEATS has more 1-Star reviews than all of the other ratings combined! Your ticket prices are so high it should be illegal, as in gouging. And once you push the 'Buy' button, say goodbye to your money. I bought four tickets to Cirque du Soleil and realized that I picked the wrong date. I IMMEDIATELY asked to exchange them for four tickets on the correct date - NO CHANCE - NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGES. I ate $1,000 worth of tickets - yes, $250 each for tickets that should have been $50 each - that was my fault for not realizing they would be so brash to overcharge that much.

Only giving one star because I have to. Absolutely terrible service. I bought VIP tickets that don’t exist. First time ever using and my order gets cancelled days after because somehow the seats I bought and the money that got taken out of my account for those tickets just don’t exist? Absolute scam of a business and will be reporting to BBB. Don’t sell tickets you don’t have available… as simple as that. I don’t care that you’re a “third party” or whatever bs you say. Organize your company in a way that actually works, not just for you guys to scam people out of money.

Absolutely disgusting and you guys should really consider restructuring. Never should have strayed from StubHub, I’ve bought 20+ tickets from them and this has never happened, nor have I heard about it ever happening, and same thing with Ticketmaster, so clearly they have something figured out that Vivid doesn’t. Vivid is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered and will never even look at the website again.
