Sometimes frustrating to download tickets because I have a Vivid Seats as count and TicketMaster account. I get notices my ticket has arrived and then sometimes I have to retrieve the ticket in Ticket Master and other times in Vivid. Are the accounts connected or do I need just one?

Overall good experience. Tickets were delivered to me within 25min. Easy to use website. Tickets were pricey with fees that are annoying and jack up the price of each ticket. I like how they say the tickets you are buying are a good deal, great deal, excellent deal. I still think the tickets are way too expensive. Most middle class families can’t afford these games.

It's not surprising that VIVIDSEATS has more 1-Star reviews than all of the other ratings combined! Your ticket prices are so high it should be illegal, as in gouging. And once you push the 'Buy' button, say goodbye to your money. I bought four tickets to Cirque du Soleil and realized that I picked the wrong date. I IMMEDIATELY asked to exchange them for four tickets on the correct date - NO CHANCE - NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGES. I ate $1,000 worth of tickets - yes, $250 each for tickets that should have been $50 each - that was my fault for not realizing they would be so brash to overcharge that much.

Only giving one star because I have to. Absolutely terrible service. I bought VIP tickets that don’t exist. First time ever using and my order gets cancelled days after because somehow the seats I bought and the money that got taken out of my account for those tickets just don’t exist? Absolute scam of a business and will be reporting to BBB. Don’t sell tickets you don’t have available… as simple as that. I don’t care that you’re a “third party” or whatever bs you say. Organize your company in a way that actually works, not just for you guys to scam people out of money.

Honestly, every transaction with Vivid ever has gone really smoothly. I appreciate this app so much. You always have the best deals and they love the reward program so much. The chat bot was actually very helpful today. It let me know that even though I can't download my tickets to my Google Wallet, I'll still be able to use the barcode on the tickets to get into the event.
