Order # ** I purchased a parking pass for the FIFA World Cup. When viewing the map of the parking lot, you clearly see the lot next to the stadium. Well, the lot is 8 miles away. StubHub's customer service will not refund and only offer to resell no matter how many times I explained. Re-sell will not cover the amount I paid. StubHub knows this is misleading, yet they allow shady selling practices from their sellers. Take your business somewhere else, they're not going to vouch for you if you get screwed.

So there should be a class action suit filed against this company. The worst staff. The worst customer service. The worst everything. Bought tickets a year ago for Ariana Grande concert, June 13th, today for a very amazing young lady and her mom paid top dollar. Confirmation of purchase, order number, everything needed. Been chasing these tickets now for 2 weeks. Get the run around. Always blame for someone else. Then yesterday, the 12th. Talked live again to an agent. Who said, "Don't worry, everything is OK, you will get transfer email about 3 hours prior to the concert." Even though my order says through would be delivered by the 6th of June.
These 2 girls drove from Vegas to LA to see this concert so they not only drove. But had other expenses and 2 wasted days for something I believe they knew they couldn't deliver. Tried calling them, 65 people in front of me, 85-minute wait to speak to someone. They should be investigated. Charged with wire fraud and shut down. This is unacceptable. There will be a complaint filed with the California attorney general's office first thing Monday morning, and other inquiries levied. Don't buy from them, don't believe them, and stand up to these fakes and scammers and frauds.

We purchased tickets to the 2026 World Cup in Houston, but, in true StubHub fashion, the seller refused to provide the tickets. I purchased this event for my grandson at Christmas, who is a die-hard soccer fan, and he is now extremely disappointed. This is not about the cost of the tickets, but the experience for a 9-year-old. StubHub's answer was to provide the full refund. I also ordered parking passes, and they told me I would have to sell the parking passes on my own. This is because parking was purchased from a separate seller. I will hold StubHub accountable and will sue them and the seller, but to be clear, this was a once in a life time event I can't purchase again.

I was waiting for tickets to the Carolina Country Music Fest and they finally arrived after being sent all over New England my post master in my town tracked them down! It took almost a month to get them and when I opened the fedex envelope there were NO TICKETS!! I contacted them and was assured i would have them By June 2nd which is when we were to travel from New Hampshire to myrtle Beach for the show. Then they came back and said they were delivered. Originally the Post Master in another town over signed for them, but sent them to another town then another! I told them yes, I finally got the envelope but NO TICKETS! They tried to blame FedEx saying not their fault it was a damaged item. I sent photos of the perfectly in tact envelope and empty inside. They again reassured me I would get tickets before we left. NOPE! Now they are saying I don't qualify for the 100% guarantee because it was over the 30 days, no duh!
Then I filed a complaint with PayPal fully expecting my $ back, but no...because StubHub shows I got the delivery they denied it. So now I am out $700 bucks and a cancelled trip because I wasn't going without tickets and was assured I'd have them...Lesson learned. Hopefully the seller got nixed from selling again(doubtful). Oh, ya, they also advised I could sell the tickets if I wasn't going....HOW? When I never got them! Maybe I should've done what the seller did....full on scam!!!!

NEVER buy or sell ANYTHING from this website! It is a complete scam! They sell you tickets, then they send them to you at the last minute. Then you can’t download them because NOTHING works like it is supposed to on their APP! I have never in my life seen anything so piss poor! Oh & I assure you I am a verified buyer!

StubHub is a crooked unethical company. When they screw up, they don't take blame & there's nothing you can do except take it on the chin. If ticket transfers don't go through (which it does quite often), StubHub blames and fines the seller. They fine the seller so it looks like it's not their fault. This happened to me twice as a seller before I pulled all my ticket listings from their site. You cannot fight them, they're too big. Best to avoid them at all costs.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I bought a ticket and never got it. Customer service sucks but they said they would send me a ticket or offer me a refund. So far I have not received anything. They said they will reimburse me but how can they make up for a concert that I will never get to see again. The cost was insane and they hooked me into things that I didn’t want. It’s a big scam!!! I should get my money for everything and then they should pay for me to do something else. I should be greatly compensated.

I will never use Stubhub ever again. Always a problem with getting ticket. Either get cancelled for no reason (they claim no payment, but my money comes out of my account) or ticket never arrived on time. I contacted customer support and no help. Always an issue with them that I stopped using them, but I got a reward gift card via Capital One so decided to give them another chance. Wrong choice. Again after 20 minutes after I purchased the ticket, they cancelled my order and kept the money.

Total ripoff. Avoid these guys. I bought tickets on three different occasions and they were fake. I was turned away at the gate. They wouldn’t give a refund or credit. Their “customer guarantee” is a joke.

I have spent days explaining to them over numerous calls and holds that they sold me tickets that are for the WRONG venue. They CANNOT be replaced because the seller had to return them and buy new tickets for the correct venue. They keep giving me excuses that they are "contacting the seller", it is "being reviewed", "venues get changed all the time" (the venue had already been changed when I purchased these tickets but they sent tickets for the old venue), and finally Stub Hub is "not responsible" despite their 100% GUARANTEE that tickets will work. Of note, they also didn't want me contacting my credit card company "because it might mess up the process". Lo and behold - there have been a lot of disputes with StubHub per the person helping me to dispute the charge.
